The property in in very bad shape. Grimy looking and carpets are in terrible shape. Towels were threadbare. Bathroom counter badly stained al in all horrible. Aside from the very kind lady at reception

Good stay

The room was cold. Bed was hard, but after a long trip it was good to get a bed. It was a cheap stay £41 including breakfast for two. So all in all can’t complain

A very basic hotel like the kind of Comfort Inn we find in the US - more like a motor inn. We chose this because of its price and had little expectation. But the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Good for a one night stay, nothing fanciful.

Front desk lies

This summer I came to the front desk and ask for a room very late at night after seeing available rooms on Expedia. Front desk say they have no rooms available. I had to go back to the car and reserve it online. Awkward. Then back to the hotel to check in.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. Clean, good parking lot, Wifi works perfectly. Have breakfast if you want. The room is very good, not gorgeous but excellent when you stay for business or to visit the city.

No hemos podido dormir porque se nos clavaban los muelles del colchón. La almohada tenia grumos, no era uniforme...
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba
En el desayuno solo he podido comer fruta y tostadas. El pavo estaba pasado y el.queso fresco malo.
La verdad que ha sido una muy mala experiencia.

Enormt skuffende, fint nok værelse, room service osv, men at være et sted hvor der er så varmt og at deres AC så ikke virker, dette resulterede i at vi skulle sove i 30graders sauna på værelset, hvilket var ulidligt, og de fleste nætter med næsten ingen søvn! Var nede for at forklarer det hver dag, men de ku intet gører og fik bare beskedet “vi ikke teknikere”, hverken et andet værelse eller noget kunne de klarer. Ud over dette skulle de til at tage penge for morgenmad alle dage, når vi kun havde benyttet os af det 1 gang.

Facile da raggiungere in quanto appena fuori del centro. Ci sono ristoranti e caffetterie nei dintorni e una sala per colazioni ampia. Abbastanza confortevole anche se la struttura di vede un po' datata, da rinfrescare. Parcheggio alla porta dell'hotel.

Le séjour s est très bien passé ! Le personnel est tres chaleureux, accueillant et serviable. Facile d accès avec parking pour la voiture! A proximité du centre de Braga en 5 min. Chambre plutôt spacieuse et propre.

Experiência de check-in bastante desconfortável pela atitude do rececionista, o qual revelou, falta de simpatia e falta de profissionalismo: efetuou a confirmação da entrada sem nunca ter olhado diretamente para os clientes, sem manifestar qualquer afetuosidade! Verdadeiramente, dececionante e mal-educada forma de atender os clientes! No dia seguinte estava também de serviço à hora do pequeno-almoço e dedicava-se a olhar para o telemovel: esboçar um sorriso matinal ou dizer bom-dia, não devem mesmo ser algumas das suas características!
