A five-star location that is unfortunately overshadowed by significant maintenance and finishing details that unnecessarily detract from the hotel's rating, as it has the potential to be much better. However, I recommend it for its incredible location.

This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the historic centre of Braga. Lovely little studio apartment, a thoroughly modern and tasteful conversion of 10 units in a 350 year old building belonging to the church next door. The facilities were excellent and ticked all our boxes and we were very appreciative of the friendly, helpful attention of Augusta who went “above and beyond” on check-in as we were delayed. Would highly recommend and definitely hope to return!

The apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped except for a blanket that had been folded up dirty, and the coffee machine not working properly. BUT we had enormous trouble finding it as email said #77 and it is #67, the code for door was wrong, and there is no reception. We were helped by another guest and then got locked out on street later. Almost impossible to get through to owners/staff as we didn't have wifi in street and the Hotel.com app is broken!

Era una tercera planta sin ascensor, y la niña tuvo que dormir en una litera con un techo que no debía llegar al metro de altura. La puerta del baño no cerraba. En defensa del alojamiento diré que ya nos alojamos en otras ocasiones y no habíamos tenido estos problemas

Très bien situé, en plein cœur de Braga (j’avais vu dans les commentaires très calme, nous avons personnellement eu pas mal de musique de l’extérieur jusqu’à 22h). Nous avons pu avoir l’appartement plus tôt que prévu. La literie est très agréable (même le canapé lit est très confortable). Par contre le numéro indiqué sur le site n’est pas le numéro à appeler pour le Check in (numéro à côté de la porte d’entrée).

Appartamento davvero accogliente ed in posizione strategica per i vari punti di interesse del centro storico (raggiungibili con delle passeggiate di 10-15 minuti in relax). Sito in una zona completamente pedonale e anche vicino ad accessi ai vari parcheggi per auto (sotterranei e non) per poi uscire facilmente da Braga.
Esperienza da ripetere in futuro se si vuol usufruire di Braga come base per gli spostamenti nel cento-nord del Portogallo.

Je recommande vraiment cet établissement. On est en plein centre de Braga. L'appartement est très bien équipé, il y a même une machine à laver et un lave vaisselle. La literie est très confortable. L'établissement se situe à côté d'une église, on est au calme (les cloches sonnent de 8h00 à 21h00). Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Check in um problema. Chegamos com chuva, dentro do horário estipulado, por volta das 16 h. O estabelecimento faz check Im das 15 às 17h e não havia ninguém. Não recebemos do hotel.com nenhuma informação adicional. Liguei e fiquei cerca de15 min tentando resolver como faria. Tentei cancelar Kaanapali podia entrar no alojamento e depois de muita espera fui informada q havia sido enviado para o meu e-mail orientação pra self check in. Detalhe e se eu não tivesse um telefone de Portugal com possibilidade de ligação e internet? Não teria entrado no alojamento? E o Hotels.com não tinha nenhum contato telefônico e não me dava a opção de cancelar mesmo sem poder usufruir da reserva.
