We had a great stay at this property for a few days. Room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking is free on the streets near the property but can be tight and sometimes difficult to find. However great location overall. Would recommend

It was pleasant, but extremely basic! There were nothing to drink water with - not even throw away cups! The pilows were about 5 metres thick. As far as towels were concerned we had two bath towels and only one face towel.
The rooms were clean.
The breakast was more than expected and fresh and enjoyable.
The breakfast area was modern with lovely touches, the design of the chairs surprisingly delightful.
The location of the hotel was spot on!

This was a decent budget place to stay. It had all the very basics. Bed was okay. The bathroom wasn't as clean looking as I would have liked (looked like it had a lot of usage), but it was okay and not dirty. The air conditioning was not working well. The wifi was mediocre. There were only 3 outlets in the room and none of them were near the bed.

You pay a budget price, so you get a budget accommodation. At least it was very clean and bed comfortable. It's a 'bare bones' facility. Not even a drink cup in the room, nothing, nada. But we travel with a small basic kit so that we have our little items in case not in the room. No mini fridge but the front desk has a fridge for customers to store some items if needed. The location of this property was great.

This is a basic accommodation at a budget price, but the room was very large and modern (but sparse!). Total blackout blinds and fairly quiet for a good nights sleep. The shower was also large, plenty of hot water and powerful. Breakfast was continental and basic, but still very good.

Good value stay in a wonderful location and city

The Ibis budget is a very simple type of hotel, but, like other Ibis properties, reliably clean with the basics done well.

It is a very good value, but does not pretend to be luxiourious.

The staff was very welcoming upon arrival and departure and the breakfast was as expected. Simple, but enough.

A cheap option to stay in Braga

Reception and breakfast were friendly, even though it is a budget hotel. Breakfast was a surprise, as they had more than a continental type breakfast. The room was something else: there is no wardrobe, just four hangers on a hook, but the real issue was that the hotel decided to turn off the AC and make only heating to work - in a week when the sun was shining at 85F and you cannot open the windows as the noise is pretty high. You could not stay in the bedroom after the sun hit the windows or your would bake. Location is OK, if you don’t mind walking 1 mile to the attractions / historical downtown.

5 Days at Ibis Budget Braga

The overall stay was enjoyable. 10 min walk to the city centre. Spacious room! Breakfast ok taking into consideration Covid. Pedro multitask receptionist/breakfast employee/cleaning , very professional and ready to provide the best possible experience. He managed to give me soya milk! Breakfast timings :) Can’t understand the size of the bath towel!exactly like the face towel:(. There aren’t enough hooks at WC to place towel, which turned wet flwg morning due to lack of towels rack. Lack of toilet bowl is anti hygienic:( even within Covid situation, it’s unacceptable. Ibis does have a eco friendly marketing plan in place that doesn’t match those issues. Wet towels mean one new towel everyday:( which is again unacceptable:( no need to change towels daily...Thus need 1 bath towel and a toilet bowl. Vendor machines should have healthy eating items.Htl Good value for money:)

5 mins easy walk from the old part of town, 20 mins from the bus station. Lots of eating options close by.
Minimalist, newly built hotel, straight forward, friendly reception, good sized rooms, great bed, fantastic shower, but could do with some hanging space! Everything super clean. Very good simple buffet breakfast from 0630 til 11am for E4.50. Definitely recommend!

Decent budget option

The location of the hotel is great for a budget hotel - just a pleasant 10 minute walk to the city centre. There's supermarkets and cafe's all a short walk away, and a bud stop just outside.

The place is big, clean, and everything you need for a short low budget stay. The bed was not the most comfortable, but nothing terrible. TV in the room with international channels. The breakfast was basic but sufficient.

Special mention goes to the lady on checkin who was very pleasant, and took extra time to give me tips on what to see in Braga. She was very nice. It's a great city to visit, and this hotel and it's location made that visit simple and enjoyable.

Not so good place to stay

The room does not have enough electrical outlets (2 only, one for TV, other on the living room), so is complicated to charge your phone or plug any other appliance or medical equipment, not a place to lay your bags, so you have to put it on the floor.

Just a stop over in Braga after a very wet day riding motorbikes. Hotel staff were kind enough to offer a small foot heater to dry our boots etc.

Hotel is for the budget conscience so while it is basic it is well presented and clean.

Well-located basic clean hotel

The hotel Ibis Budget Braga Centro is in a perfect location, one block from the bigger Mercure Centro (the big central Mercure Centro is owned by the same company). The service was exceptional. All reception clerks spoke good English and were helpful, but Jorge Rebelo, the young man at the reception, was very personable and provided exceptional service accommodating requests not only about Braga and the hotel, but also on how to connect to Lisbon for the return trip. He enthusiastically answered all my questions. There are several grocery stores in the same block where you can get water, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. The breakfast provided by the hotel is not fancy, but definitely worth the money: great Portuguese coffee (different kinds), yogurt, cheese, rolls, real juice, tea, fresh fruit, preserves. The rooms were basic but clean and well maintained. There are no closets, but the shelves were sufficient to organize my things. Bring shampoo and conditioner with you, the hotel only provides small soaps. The towels were changed regularly. You must pay a 10 euro deposit for a hair dryer (you can keep it for as long as you need it). The money will be returned to you when you bring the dryer back. The wake up call was received promptly as requested, and the hotel helped me arrange for a taxi. Overall, this is a very nice basic, clean, well maintained, efficient hotel with very good service and assistance in English. A nice local seafood restaurant is right there across the street.

Bring your own hairdryer!

The hotel is really clean, modern and comfortable. It's really quiet at night, so it's a great hotel for sleep. The location is great, beside lots of food and clothes shops. The air-con in the room is top quality also.

Although some of the staff are great and friendly, some staff where unnecessarily rude to me, and this put a downer on my stay there. I was shocked by this, and I probably would not return there for that reason.

There is no hairdryer in the room, they have one hair dryer at reception, but it is to service the entire hotel! I had to dry my hair in frenzy, so I didn't take too long. It's also just super annoying to go to reception before and after a shower for a hair dryer.

clean, friendly budget hotel just off the city cen

we had an enjoyable stay of 4 days - the hotel provides a good budget service so do not expect luxury - but excellent value for money. Bring shampoo and stuff like that. We asked for an extra chair and extra pillows - all were provided very swiftly an courteously. Hotel also provides a basic breakfast for an additional €3.50. But there are also lots of reasonably priced cafes around. Great greengrocers just down the road for stocking up with seasonal fruit.

Not really near the central, clean and large room. Good shower but toilet looks not good.
We need a hair dryer but the staff told us they only have two and can only give us tomorrow--the day we're leaving! And finally he didn't give us...
Another ibis (red one) is really in the central and easy to find...

The room was clean and modern, the price was cheap, the internet is free and fast, it is pretty close to downtown. The only problem was that the room was quite hot at night with only a thick duvet to use as covers and turning on the AC didn't seem to do anything.

Posizione super super. Colazione di buon livello. Disponibilità per colazioni veloci e light in caso di necessità di check out mattinieri, cosa unica!!! Os quartos desta unidade são maiores que os quartos que a rede costuma oferecer nesta categoria budget. Além disso, é limpo e organizado. Os funcionários são simpáticos. A área tem muitos restaurantes por perto e é fácil estacionar gratuitamente na quadra atrás do hotel.

Quarto grande

Não é no centro, mas não tivemos problema, a rua é uma reta que leva ao centro uma caminhada de 5 a 10 minutos. O quarto é muito grande, nunca ficamos em um Ibis com quarto tão grande. Não tem estacionamento, é um acordo com o Hotel Mercury que fica uns 80 metros de distância e o valor é de 12 euros. Foi tudo tranquilo.

Estadia Razoável!

Me hospedei por 5 noites neste hotel. A localização é boa, muitas cafeterias próximo, mercadinho, embora para chegar ao centro da uns 10 a 15 minutos a pé pela Av.Liberdade um pouco íngreme! Achei o chekin demorado, nada simpático o senhor que aparenta ser o responsável, colchão duro, travesseiros são ultrapassados, super gastos o que provocou uma dor na nunca e cabeça. Acabei comprando um travesseiro para poder dormir um pouco melhor as demais noites! Não tomei o pequeno almoço no hotel, não posso dizer nada. Fiquei no quarto 605. Essa foi minha experiência nesse hotel!

中心部からは結構離れている大通りにあります。

坂道の多いブラガ。バスターミナルからはずっと降り坂なので多少遠くてもらくです。
帰りは上り坂で、観光案内所から駅まではまた下りになり、車通りではなく観光の通りを北の門まだ行けます。帰りは汽車移動にすると楽です。

コスパの良いホテルでフロントの人も親切です。
