We had a great stay at Fiji palms the staff are all amazing, friendly and helpful, the garden staff do such a great job of maintaining the beautiful grounds, the restaurant staff Elvin, Dee, Linda to mention a few there were others who we didn't grab their names that were all fantastic, the reception staff helped us work out bus routes and tours and were so knowledgeable they made the stay so relaxing and the perfect place to unwind not overrun with tourists, close to shops and a dive centre. A little maintenance required here and there but we would visit again in a heartbeat 💓

The staff and facilities, and access to the beach were great. The food in their resteraunt was good, not excellent, but good. You do have to provide your own filtered or bottled water and your own shampoo and soap which was disappointing.

I would have given 5 stars except the wifi wasn't available in the rooms, you had to go outside in the heat and humidity to get wifi. Also, it took them 4 days to fix our AC in the main room, so we had to blast the AC from our bedroom to cool the room.

They appologized and said they are working on the wifi ... Because everything else was so good, I would possibly give them another chance after checking on wifi.

Everything in the room was ok but i think a little work in the bathroom would be great. If extra bathroom mat could be provided will be better in future since one shower makes it messy.
Restaurant- Aja is the best chef that we ever met. I dont think anyone can make better food than him. He is a 100.
Apart from that, service in restaurant is okay but if lunch menu can be looked in. There is not much to chose from. I mean utilqa is one of the best resorts and nothing can stop me from staying there for vacation. But the lunch menu is not that interesting.
Staff service is 👍 perfect. Specially kim. Thank you for your kindness. You are very helpful and a top in solving any issues. My husband and i appreciate you.
Utilqa is one of our favorites and my family and i will continue our stay with you.

The two room modern apartment was spotless with a fully stocked kitchen for us to make breakfasts and lunches. While we used aircon at night during the day you can open the windows and stay cool with the prevailing breeze (we were on 3rd floor). The staff were great and the restaurant serves amazing food. We didn’t even try another place during our five day stay since there were so many menu choices on site. The pool is large and there are several hot tubs. The beach was amazing! Long stretch of soft sand where we played hours of games in the water. There is no local coral reef to cut your feet on. Lots of SCUBA options nearby, including the famous shark dive tours. The landscaping is very well done - flowers everywhere. 100% will go back because of the relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, and great restaurant.

The staff at Fiji Palms was wonderful, couldn’t have been nicer.
The restaurant has good food and drinks with reasonable prices.
The rooms were clean,except for some deep cleaning issues like the top of the oven exhaust was very greasy.the kitchen itself well stocked with supplies.
There is a sugar ant problem (which seems common in Fiji as even our rental car had them) and we had to put EVERYTHING in the fridge.
The gardens are lush and beautiful, very well managed!
The pool has strange fake grass around it which I thought odd as it took away from the lush gardens around it.

Our short stay was very pleasant. The units are a bit older and if you have a hire car the parking is a bit limited. The units have everything you need to self cater but the restaraunt and barbare well priced compared to neighbouring resorts. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Our room was a bit musty when we first checked in but they quickly cleaned things up and has the room smelling better Good valie for money and if you are here for shark diving a good place to stay

A beautiful resort in Pacific Harbour with lovely friendly staff. As a coeliac, having a kitchen was great and there was gluten free food available at the nearby supermarket. The apartment was neat and tidy with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with stainless steel pots and a frypan, a glass baking dish, a french press, and selection of utensils.

The beach is nice for swimming and the visibility was incredible on most days. There is a little bit of good snorkeling from the beach along the rock wall provided the swell is calm enough, but it is primarily just a swimming beach. We did a snorkeling trip with Coral Coast Divers to Yanuca Island that was incredible but cost about AUD140 per person.

The pool and bar area is pleasant and there is a table tennis table and pool table. There are also BBQs scattered around the grounds. The communal spaces are big enough that they never felt crowded.

The only thing we would have liked is if the resort had some sea kayaks for us to use. You can hire kayaks from the neighbouring resort for FJD25 per hour to go up the river.

We loved the tranquil setting and the gardens at this property. We had easy access to the beach and sea, which we swam in every day. The apartment was comfortable and clean.
We did not like the fake grass around the pool, and we were not mad about the dinner options at the restaurant. But overall, we were very happy and would recommend it.

Nice place- a bit odd as it seems most of the condo units have family staying in them, many of whom seem to know each other. Feels a little like you’re outsiders staying. Wouldn’t highly recommend (also kind of in the middle of nowhere), but it was nice to have a washer dryer and 2 bedrooms/baths.

My friends and I spent a few nights here and could not stop talking about how much we loved it. It was a great location with beach front access. We had the whole beach to ourselves! The staff was phenomenal! We attending the lovo dinner one night which was fun. It’s close to a scuba diving shop if you’re into that. We also did the upper navua river rafting tour and they picked us up right at the resort. Most of all I loved the gardens on the property! They are magnificent!! Highly recommend, would stay here again :) Vinaka, Bula!

We had a great stay at ULTIQA Fiji Palms! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the whole resort had a lovely, relaxed feel. The gardens are absolutely stunning — full of beautiful flowers and really well looked after, just like the rest of the property.

The apartments are self-catering, so just a heads up that there’s no daily room service or restocking of tea, coffee, or soap. I’d recommend bringing any toiletries and food basics you need, as the shops across the road are quite basic, and the bigger supermarket is a drive away. That said, the apartment itself was really well equipped — loads of kitchen utensils, bedding, towels for both the shower and pool, everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

Wi-Fi is available in the bar and restaurant area, and we later found out you can buy Wi-Fi for your room for the week for 40FJD — definitely would have been worth it, but we didn’t realise it was an option until we were checking out!

The beach is beautiful and secluded, right on the property and close to the pool area — perfect for a relaxing break. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it if you're after a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home.

We booked this facility for 2 days of jetlag recovery before joining a Road Scholar tour group to explore Fabulous Fiji since it was close to the first leg of the tour: Beqa. When comparing this facility online to the larger resort next to the marina, Ultiqa was clarly the better option. We had a full apartment: master bedroom with shower, another bedroom with 2 single beds, a second bathroom, full kitchen (with ample cooking supplies) and living room. There is also a covered gas grill cooking area for all to use.
The beach is excellent, and you can swim to a jetty where you can see wonderful corals and fish. There is also a large swimming pool and two whirlpools.
The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The breakfast omlets were delicious. We had a pizza for dinner that was so large we had half for breakfast the next day. The restaurant also provides excellent free WiFi!. If you want an alternative place to eat (without WiFi), you can go across the street toThe Establishment for lunch or dinner.
Everyone extends the famous Fiji hospitality. We paid for a couple wonderful massages to overcome the in-flight sleeping attempt.
The only area of improvement would be the the electric outlets: they did not hold things we plugged into them tightly causing a bit of difficulty getting our cell phones to charge or the water pot to turn on.

The staff at ULTIQA make this a great place to stay. They are so helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay a good one. The location is ok, a short walk to a couple of shops and eateries. You can easily walk to the arts village (unfortunately, during our stay it was having lots of renovations so most shops were closed). The only negatives we had were the pool area was in desperate need of maintenance. Tiles were missing in the pool, not just one or two as well. Loads, and more came off during our stay, making sharp points. Lots of people unfortunately cutting there’s feet and legs. Nothing serious just minor, but it definitely needs sorting. The other negative is a large proportion of the sun lounger are damaged and there are not enough umbrellas. Food and drink are reasonably priced in the bar on site, but unfortunately the menu is limited and for some reason it’s not always open as well during the day which is annoying. Overall, I would recommend any one to visit ULTIQA Palms

What a GEM and underrated place. This is definitely a beautiful beachfront apartment style property. Rooms are updated and are clean. A great place for family to stay. The amenities were great. Some disclosures would be nice during booking about housekeeping, bath and toilet supplies but nothing that broke the bank but nice to know. The pool and hot tubs were clean and kept up. Michael and his team are doing a great job. They have great food and bar on site.

Beautiful Property by the Ocean. The problem was we didn't get the instructions for this resort in advance. We didn't know that cleaning was done only once biweekly otherwise there is a charge of $80 FJD. We also didn't know that things like toilet paper, coffee and tea was only offered once complimentary and then for other requests it would charged. This was listed as 4 star resort so we though a lot of these should eb offered by default. Other than these inconveniences the resort was beautiful and nice place to stay

Beautiful, tranquil resort on the water. We stayed in a large condo. Very clean. Good food and drinks. Beautiful flower gardens. Clear blue pool with plenty of clean pool chairs and umbrellas. On the ocean. Next door to another resort, a conviene store, and a restaurant. Friendliest staff- Alvin and cece helped us at the restaurant/bar and Kim in the front desk helped us arrange spa/tours/taxis. 10/10 recommend

This is a complex of apartments (partly time-shares) with common maintenance/facilities. Apartments are spacious and basic. The bar is fine, food average. Nice atmosphere in common areas. Beach was only passable in Fiji terms, it's a short stretch and, at least when we were there, it was quite windy and unhospitable. We spent most of the time at the pool, which was nice. The landscaping/gardening is one of the highlights, there are so many beautiful flowers and other plants to admire.
We did not use transport services, as we had our own car. The staff was friendly and we particularly appreciated the Lovo night (fun tasty food).

The plus of the location is the proximity to some excellent shark diving locations. There are several reliable operators in the immediate vicinity.

Very slow to respond to e-mails. No lunch options on property during weekdays. Not very understanding of airline cancelling my flight resulting in me having to arrive one day later. Got charged for transportation 2x although I e-mailed them with plenty of time to rebook it for next day. Typical culture there of milking you for every nickel and dime. Lots of ants in my bathroom. The staff at the bar were very helpful and kind though.

The grounds were beautiful they're eggs benedict sucked no hollandaise sauce I wasn't willing to try any other food after the horrible eggs benedict I had they don't pour a damn drink very well you get a very measured jigger. You're kind of stuck there the beach is no prettier than our beaches here in Texas there's really no shopping nothing within walking distance really I felt trapped there was no refund on the 7 days I forfeited I left. I would never return. You could have opened the back door with a butter knife or a credit card so it wasn't real secure either. All in all it was a big mistake.

Ultiqa is well located in Pacific Harbour with access to a variety of local shops. We would enjoy staying there again.
Unfortunately Unit 13 was affected by noise from the main bar and restaurant on a few nights, so is better for more social couples.
The swimming pool was lovely and refreshing, especially around dawn and dusk, even for lap swimming despite the irregular pool geometry.
The beach was pretty and peaceful and clean.
The bar and reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
Remember to check out prior to 5pm the day prior if leaving early the next day.

This ‘resort’ is more like unserviced apartments. No new towels, sheets, no cleaning and no toilet paper. The ‘premium’ room is run down and ventilation is poor so there is mould. Air con was working in all rooms. The washing machine was leaking and not usable. Staff are friendly and there is a small convenience store across the road also independent eatery which is nice alternative. Restaurant is closed Mon-Thur lunches. It’s 2:45 mins drive from Nadi airport. Highly recommend river tubing & beach bum burgers if staying in Pacific Harbour.

We loved our one week stay at Fiji Palms. We came to Pacific Harbour for shark diving, so the convenience of a fully self contained, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with its own laundry was perfect. It’s right next door to the marina, so we could walk to the dive shop with no problems. All the staff were wonderful - from reception to restaurant to housekeeping to their amazing gardeners. Nothing was a problem - they helped us with transfers and tours and were very friendly and knowledgable. Checking in and out was very easy. The pool was lovely, and there was a massage hut right next to it. We requested a ground floor room but if you like a view and don’t mind stairs you would easily have a sea view. Very close to Navua River tubing too. Beautiful place and we would definitely stay again.

We had the very best time. In particular the staff were so friendly and really made us feel welcome. Our apartment was a great size and had everything you needed to swlf cater if you chose to. The beach was stunning and we had it to ourselves at times. Lots to do nearby. We would go back in a heartbeat!

We were thoroughly impressed with this property! The apartment was so spacious and clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The view from the balcony was perfect for watching the sunrise. The bathrooms were spacious and had hot water for showering comfortably. The pool was clean and the grounds were immaculate. Access to the beach was easy and the beach was beautiful! I have stayed many places and will be back here. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I have no complaints. Our stay was perfect and we only wish we had more time there. Bula!!

An absolutely amazing place! Firstly, Pacific Harbour is a good 2.5 hour drive from Nadi however once you've arrived, you quickly forget about the long drive as you embrace the amazing views, friendly smiles, and that \"welcome home\" feeling that Fiji Palms offers.

The units are large and comfortable, and perfectly accommodate families of 4 with ease. The pool area is terrific, the bar & restaurant is a great place to enjoy any meal of the day (especially Tonga's cocktails during happy hour), and, most importantly, the staff are first-class! They made our stay super enjoyable and deserve 5 stars across the board.

I could go on but to keep it short - if you're planning a holiday in Fiji with the family, this is one resort that should be top of your list. Bula!

Great place to stay. Right next to the Pearl resort. Rooms are spacious and clean. Nice facilities to do laundry. Aircon in rooms are a life saver. Beautiful clean pools, great beach. Close to Beqa Lagoon for snorkelling. Staff were awesome!

Need cleanup of bathrooms and toilets. Kitchen drawers are not closing properly. Too pricey to stay in that kind of accommodation. But the location and staff were so best.
