The property was generally okay, the room compact but functional. The shower was luke warm at best. Our main complaint was on checkout. As we had a late flight we asked if we could have a late checkout but an instant response without checking was no, the room is already allocated. We asked if we could sit by the pool after checkout and the instant response was \"no way\". After asking to speak to the manager, we where permitted to sit in the rooftop pool area (that was otherwise empty).

Fiquei hospedado no Hotel Ilha Costeira e tive uma boa experiência. O atendimento foi atencioso e prestativo – meu quarto inicialmente estava com problema no ar-condicionado, mas prontamente fizeram a troca e resolveram a situação de forma eficiente. O café da manhã, embora simples, era bem servido e estava dentro do esperado. O Wi-Fi funcionava bem dentro do quarto, o que facilitou bastante durante a estadia. A localização do hotel também é um ponto positivo, com fácil acesso a várias regiões da cidade. No geral, é uma boa opção para quem busca um lugar tranquilo, com bom custo-benefício e um atendimento que se preocupa em resolver eventuais imprevistos.

O hotel é muito bom! O atendimento foi agradável e atencioso, nos realocaram quando tivemos problemas com o ar condicional sem nenhum custo adicional. O hotel é seguro, os quartos são limpos todos os dias e o café da manhã é bem servido, além de uma localização muito boa, próximo a restaurantes, supermercados e padaria.
Os pontos negativos foram apenas o ar condicionado que não resfriou em um quarto e fazia barulho e o estacionamento não tinha acesso direto para os apartamentos.

Hoje finalizei minha estadia de uma diária no hotel, infelizmente o hotel poderia dar mais detalhes sobre o funcionamento da piscina no aplicativo, pois não funciona dia de segunda (fechado par manutenção) e na terça feira ás 10:00 ainda não está a liberada, pois tinha pessoas trabalhando nela!
O freegobar do quarto não tinha nada dentro, e também a tv não passa nenhum canal fechado! A cama de casal e dividida por duas de solteira que influencia diretamente no conforto!

Hotel limpo e boa estrutura, atendimento bom na recepção mas infelizmente falta treinamento para a equipe de limpeza dos quartos, todos os dias fui acordado por barulho(bem alto) de conversa entre os funcionários, em um dos dias tinha até uma caixinha de som ligada, mesmo depois de ter reclamado no primeiro dia passei pelo mesmo problema no segundo.
