Overall great. The facilities were organized and clean. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room were clean and organized. They offer breakfast buffet, but we didn’t have the opportunity to try it.
Additionally, it is close to the historic city – there was a festival in the city, so we had a lot of fun… The hotel also offers parking and there is plenty of space available to park in the sideways. A staff member was super helpful providing instructions for parking. I wish we had stayed longer…

Este hotel eu não recomendo!

Ao chegar, fui colocado em um apartamento no quarto andar, onde havia hum buraco no teto do banheiro, por onde pingava água! Reclamei e fui transferido para outro no mesmo andar, mas em condições normais. outro problema: não pegava wi fi nesse apartamento e tive que conectar a rede de um apartamento do terceiro andar. Mais huma coisa: serviço de restaurante no apartamento com a comida ruim, além do café muito precário em termos de variedade e de opções, onde havia suco de melancia estragado e outros de baixa qualidade. Por fim, no meu penúltimo dia, após chegar de um passeio à praia e estar apenas de cueca, na cama, tive o quarto invadido por uma funcionária que veio abastecer o frigobar, mesmo estando na porta o aviso para não ser incomodado!

Hotel muito fraco

Nos colocaram num quarto no prédio anexo. Parecia estar em reforma. O quarto era muito simples, a janela estava suja de pó branco, não tinha toalhas, a água quente não estava funcionando, tinha um sabonete velho apoiado no basculante e não tinha nem onde pendurar toalhas. Demoramos um tempo até perceber tudo isso. Começamos pelas toalhas e fomos 2x na recepção. Até 21 horas a resposta é que a stoalhas iam chegar mas não tinha previsão (???). O atendimento é péssimo. Aliás, a experiência de atendimento em geral em São Luís foi muito ruim. No caso do hotel, os atendentes se esquivavam da responsabilidade e ficavam dando respostas evasivas. Só quando fomos a 4a vez na recepção e falamos que não íamos sair até resolver que nos trocaram de quarto. Daí fomos para a torre principal que o quarto era razoável. Parecia um quarto de motel mudado para hotel. O primeiro quarto era nota 2 e esse era uma nota 7.

No geral foi boa. O hotel é bem localizado. Como sempre vamos pra visitar familiares no centro histórico é a melhor opção. O cafe da manhã é muito farto e com muitas opções. Mas vou avaliar o quarto 318 que ficamos. O banheiro: a pia é muito pequena e como não tem proteção a água fica caindo. O chuveiro é muito, mas muito ruim👎. Se gasta muita água pra tomar banho. E o box vaza água para o outro lado. A descarga é péssima. A tv só desliga se desconectar da tomada. Este quarto precisa urgente de uma reforma.

Tirando as coisas relevadas foi bom.

Bom fiquei primeiro tres dias, viajei e retornei pois tinha deixado minha bagagem no guarda volumes. (isso 'um ponto extremamente positivo) muita gente fica ali a trabalho e aproveita pra viajar dentro do estado como ir aos lençóis maranhenses, então, saber que sua bagagem maior fica em segurança é muito bom. Café da manhã 'okk normal pelo valor pago pela diária, um destaque são as tapiocas que podem ser pedidas no restaurante e estão inclusas no café.
Nos tres primeiros dias não tive problemas graves, somente o cartão que funcionava às vezes e que também não funcionava. Ah, acabei esquecendo, meu ar condicionado estava com problema , pra voltar funcionar tinha que tirar o cartão da parede esperar apagar tudo e assim colocar de novo. N segunda estadia pó voltar do lençóis, cheguei meu quarto estava sem toalhas de banho somente de rosto. Liguei na recepção pra pedir uma coberta e toalha e a resposta foi surpreendente \"Deixa ver se tenho aqui\" e coberta não temos mais ja foram todas solicitadas. Minha resposta foi: como um hotel desse tamanho vai ver se tem toalhas? como um hotel desse não tem coberta? Enfim, tivemos alguns problemas, tirando isso, tentamos relevar fui bem atendido. O hotel é estratégico. perto do centro histórico, mas não de mole na frente do hotel depois das 20:00.

Já sei onde vou ficar nas próximas viagens

O quarto estava limpo na chegada. A troca de toalhas era feita a cada 3 dias, o que é bastante adequado e ecossustentável.

Para mim, café da manhã é fundamental, e o do Abbeville não decepcionou. Também usei uma vez o serviço de quarto. O atendimento do Misquita foi excelente, no café e no jantar.

O quarto que ficamos era em um prédio anexo, uma estrutura mais antiga. As janelas não tem vedação acústica, sofremos a noite com muito barulho de som de festa na rua. A cama é de molas e muito mole.

Estadia regular, mas confesso que esperava mais do apartamento em que fui colocado, pelas fotos disponibilizadas na plataforma. Pelo que pude apurar, o hotel é constituído de dois prédios, e parece que fui colocado no mais antigo dos dois, em que os quartos são menores e menos confortáveis. Se havia diferença entre os quartos e os predios, que isso ficasse claro no momento de optar onde ficar.

Nos colocaram no Abeville 2, um prédio anexo com 3 andares.. quarto muito ruim, com mofo no banheiro, toalha bem gasta, torneira pingando, válvula da descarga quebrada… o que salva é o atendimento, são muito receptivos.. e o café da manhã é bom!

Houve uma semana se congresso, onde as pessoas precisariam do hotel para almoçar e a cozinha não tinha pessoal para atender, demorando cerca de uma hora e meia para preparar os pratos.
Alguns quartos não tem estrutura. Peguei um single com ar condicionado quebrado e com cheiro de mofo.

Os quartos não condizem com as fotos. O hotel é bem mais simples. Fiquei em um quarto que dava para uma rua bem barulhenta e para piorar o hotel estava fazendo uma obra em outro quarto, com bastante barulho. Os funcionários da recepção são simpáticos, porém não achei o mesmo dos funcionários do restaurante.
