Paid for the spa room but spa didn’t work at all. SOA was also dirty from previous guests - still had pubic hair all over the inside as well as mid length darkish hair strands. Unable to watch Netflix or Prime as it kept lagging out every 2 min - so ended up watching from my own hotspot using my iPad. This was our second stay - we decided to rebook as the first stay 2 weeks ago was good. Provided feedback but received zero comms from the establishment. We won’t be staying here again.

I travel a lot for my work and it was so nice to stay in a motel that looks after their customer. Bottles of water in the fridge, biscuits a coffee pod machine, small things matter. I will make this my Dubbo go to. A big thankyou to all the team.

We had a great stay. Was worried when we found we were in a room close to the highway, however once the door was shut, the traffic noise faded. Awesome location directly across the road from a number of eating options (choose the pizza shop!) Very friendly staff. Outside could do with a spruce up, the pool needs a good scrub. Will return here in future.

We had a two night stay in this motel in November. The rooms were very well appointed, spacious, lovely beds and linen, and very soundproof. The hotel is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants and take away food outlets. The pool was a welcome relief at the end of a hot day. Host Andrew was a pleasure to deal with, providing a quick and easy check in, and assisting with additional crockery in the room and pool towels. Andrew was also a wonderful help when I accidently left some items in the room at the end of our stay, posting them to my home address which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend The Aberdeen and would definately stay here again.
