Pleasant friendly staff, however the room was overpriced for what I paid ( over $300 per night ). To start with the mattress in my room was sagging in the middle & was clearly noticeable to look at, as for sleeping on this sagging mattress I woke up each morning with an aching back, you could notice the lack of mattress support as soon as laying on the bed. Traffic noise in room is another issue along with the noise of the air conditioning motor as you could clearly hear both inside the room.

We had a 3 night family holiday in 2x3 bedroom apartments. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Quest is also close to the Main Street and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. I liked they had secure parking, but one night there were no spaces and we had to park on the street.

Long Weekend in Dubbo
We enjoyed two nights in Dubbo. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable and the A/C worked well. Because it was a long weekend we didn't have any housekeeping.
I asked for a late checkout and was told I could have one hour free until 11:00, and then A$50/hr after that. I was a bit annoyed, so we sat in the foyer and waited for our transport.
We enjoyed dinner at the Shire Bar and Grill and breakfast at Press, both in short walking distance.

The cost of the unit outweighs what you get the bed sheets had holes in them there was no Netflix only free to air tv they offer body wash but it was completely empty the mattress was two sections but one was lower than the other meaning there was a lump down the middle of the bed no point being a king bed overall huge cost for one night for absolutely nothing

Not a good stay. Check in was ridiculous, having pre-paid as with all Our other hotel bookings. The Quest expect you to have a credit card to manually put through not swipe . No protection in COVID on the machine. Then Photo ID to copy. Need to update the payment system. So check in was not great.
