The room was very clean and easy check-in. This motel was recommended, for it's spas and hot water pools including a sauna. So it was very disappointing that the sauna was not working and some of the spas were also not working, something I would ring and check before I stay there again

We booked this property for its secure parking and late night use of the amazing spas and pool as we were serving late.. overall it was fantastic the only downsides were no pool towels provided and the bed was rock hard.. something across the bottom of the door would be ideal as there’s a big gap and the lights outside on all night are quiet bright through the curtains.. if these things were rectified the place would but absolutely the best.. after hours check-in process was very easy and smooth.. Did I mention the spas and pool were amazing.. definitely worth it for those facilities

Whilst there was designated parking lot for each room, our lot was taken after we had checked-in. We did not use the spa, as we were unsure about the hygiene; also, when we went there, there were a bunch of rowdy teenagers in there, so we decided not to go ahead with it.

We booked here as safety was a priority, the locked high gates in a sutle/artistic feature makes it look modern and boutique. The property has undergone a recent revamp and the experience was exceptional, hence the reason for booking a stay. Matt the Manager could not have been more accommodating or welcoming (especially to the large groups arriving on buses) and the experience and on-site facilities are incredible. I will not be staying anywhere else when staying in Moree. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are extremely clean. Don’t forget to try out the new pizza restaurant that’s just opened. Very happy customer

The hot artesian pool is the reason to stay here. We had 2 rooms, one was good average, the other one was filthy and obviously hadn't been cleaned for a while. A new room was offered, which was good. It wasn't what you would call beautiful and inspiring though. We had returned to this motel for the hot pool. The place has only recently been taken over by new management. It is tired and in need of a remake. The restaurant that used to be part of the resort was also closed. Friendly and helpful new staff.

Received a very warm welcome from the manager. Had an amazing dinner at the Chinese restaurant that is on the premises and the waiter was very friendly and we got good prompt service. Then a swim in the artisan pool to relax and then a quiet nights sleep. Would definitely stay again.

We were very disappointed with the unit. We were put in the older part of the complex because we had a dog. Other people who had dogs were in this area too. This part of the resort is really run down. The bathroom was dirty, the shower was not clean with buildup on glass, and products from the previous guest were still in the shower. Provided makeup remover and shower cap but no soap. Dispensers in shower provided but not filled. The vanity was old, damaged & needs replacing. Mix-matched dining chairs & are uncomfortable to sit on. Holes in the rubber blackout curtains, and no curtain over the kitchen window. Small unit. We were woken by a drunk at 2.49 a.m. along with some other perhaps permanent residents who were very noisy. Not really sure what goes on at this side of the resort but it's not good. Be aware. The hot pools at the resort were enjoyable although you have to walk along the main road to get to them??!!?. The combination fried rice from the restaurant was good. A strange place to stay if you have a dog. You wouldn't mind so much staying in the older/run-down part cos of the dog if you were told that and the nightly fee reflected this, but to be charged extra for having a dog stay is wrong. The whole area around the resort is really dirty. Parts of the resort look like they are under repair. It was just all very strange. Would not stay again.

There was some confusion about our booking but it was rectified by the Manager. The room appeared to have been renovated and was comfortable. The spa pools were our reason for our stay and they did not disappoint. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was tasty and the service attentive. Our negative was the noise of a large group of overseas visitors who used the outside spa and made lots of noise loading and unloading vehicles. Lots of loud talking /shouting by this group meant that our sleep was disrupted.

The motel room was dirty - dirty glass in the fridge, shower was dirty, vanity drawers were dirty. Carpet was badly stained. There was no bedspread on the queen bed although the single had one. Only 2 sugars in the beverage holder, 4 tea and 4 decaf coffee - no regular coffee. We had to go to the office to get towels. Only 1 mug provided and odds of cutlery etc. Shower had nowhere to put soap or shampoo etc and the door didn't close properly. The air con also didn't work very well. I would never stay there again - we have stayed at other motels in Moree before but unfortunately they were booked out. The meal from the restaurant was good though.
