Gorgeous property, great views. Well maintained. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet and calm getaway. We didn’t realize it’s about 30 mins away from the crowds of Fira and Oia. But our trip was great nonetheless.

The property was in the middle of no where, you cannot get by with a car. My room smelt like a sewage I expressed this to the receptionist and he acknowledged that there are some works causing the sewage smell. The manager, was rude and said you look like you are a problem, I’m black btw, his customer service was atrocious. After I complained enough asking for a refund they put me another hotel in Fira which was a lot better, no sewage smell and In the Centre of town,

The property was very clean. The staff were friendly. The hot tub on our balcony was nice, it took a long time to heat up to temperature the first night we were there (several hours) however once it was up to temp it remained at that temp our entire stay. The sunbeds beside the hot tub could use a refresh however the inside of the room was quite nice. It was extremely quiet, we could not hear our neighbours through the walls. The location is quite remote so you need to have a rental car to get there as the bus will not for that far on the island.

A lovely luxury hotel In a quiet location

Hotel stay was amazing, it’s a small hotel so perfect for privacy and located in a very quiet area which we wanted.
However on our arrival day, we noticed that our private hot tub wasn’t working. We informed the staff and they reassured us it would be fixed within 2-3 days. Unfortunately it never got fixed during our seven-night stay… we went to see the staff every day to enquire but we never got a clear answer. It was very disappointing as we paid extra for having a private hot tub, which never properly worked and we never got any form of compensation (free drinks etc.).
Appart from this issue, we had an amazing stay. The hotel is very clean and really enjoyable.

Hotel is lovely, staff are super friendly, pool is amazing and hot tubs in the room are well worth the extra money when you have an evening to look over the caldera in the hot tub. Only complaint is the costs of Taxis in Santorini which is unfortunately not a hotel problem and can be avoided

Loved it! Very nice location, away from all the crowds, but only a short scenic drive from Fira and Oia. Very nicely done suites that looked relatively new. The only reason I gave it a 4 star on the amenities was due to the lack of a gym, but not a deal breaker for us.
Great staff!!!
Tim at the front desk was amazing! He provided us with great suggestions of what to do and took care of the reservations for an amazing 5 hour cruise that included one of the most beautiful sunsets we saw in Santorini.
Nikos at the bar/restaurant was also amazing, always making sure we had a great breakfast experience all 6 days we were there.

This property is fabulous and highly recommend. Beautiful pool and bar/restaurant area with amazing views and sunsets. Great food. Friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and really clean and comfortable. Loved the private hot tub and area outside the room to lie or sit. In a quieter area of the island so car is recommended.

Amazing staff amazing stay as a hotel holiday it’s 10/10
BUT the access to anywhere like central town or any shops is a minimum £70 round trip
I would also like to say the “breakfast buffet” is yogurt, a hard boiled egg and a hand full of pastries
And the “soundproof” rooms are definitely not soundproof
But please if you just want a relaxing stay in a hot country with a view then this hotel is class and definitely the one to choose

This hotel was very clean and comfortable (bed, pillows, pool chairs). Yes it’s out of the way but it’s a very small island so if you want a peaceful spot, this is it. Pool area is wonderful. I didn’t try the restaurant so no comments to offer.

Could be great for solitude is what you are looking for as it is remotely located on the SW tip of the island. With a car rental the stay was fine. Loved the run with hot tub; however be warned there is no one at the reception after 5. The WhatsApp number they give for you to contact if assistance is needed is not monitored and no one responds as what happened to us when our electricity completely went out due to the hot tub motor. Lucky the restaurant staff assisted us before he left to contact someone and after 2 hours of dealing with this and eventually having to be move to a smaller room with a COLD hot tub, we were not offered an apology or compensation. After finally getting to talk to with the manager over the phone the next morning before check out we came to somewhat of a resolution. This is the only reason that didn't get 1 star. This place is too remote not to have someone respond to emergencies. I wouldn't stay here again.

This property is really nice!! Has a beautiful view of the caldera and sunset..The rooms were super clean as well as the property..medium size pool unheated..cleaned hot tub every morning and the cleani g personal was very polite and did an amazing job!! Food there was excellent with there limited menu but had a great view of the caldera and sunset..No need to go anyplace to see it..The place is kinda out of the way so you do need to rent a car or ATV ..Very quiet place away from the crowds..has a small parking lot off the road..If i was to come to Santorini again i would absolutely come back!!

Infinity pool, fantastic rooms and very clean.

Excellent accomodation in a beautiful location, staff very friendly and helpful. We had a car so remote location was not a problem. Onsite restaurant was great, Georges specials never disappoint. We found it was an excellent base for exploring the busier parts of the island and loved the tranquility of Cape Sisu for more relaxing days ❤️

What an amazing place to stay! There is nothing we didn’t love! The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The views are to die for. It is not really walkable to any places… recommend getting some sort of transportation. We did an ATV and regret not booking it for our entire stay. One of the best ways to experience Santorini. The staff can easily help you in arranging transportation. HIGHLY recommend if you choose to travel to Santorini!!

Cape Sisu what can I say, amazing and friendly staff, room lived up to expectations and more, property is kept very clean and the additional bonus of George, George’s food was amazing and he and his partner went out of their way to make us some of the tastiest and delicious local food, freshly caught sea bream, calamari, to name a few. Cape Sisu Suites is for those looking for seclusion,peace and quietness. Nestled on the edge of Akrotiri with stunning views of the Caldera and the rest of Santorini, I would highly recommend this location. The staff was attentive, respectful and polite and the rooms and location in general deserve an A for cleanliness. I was grateful to have spent my entirety of this vacation in Santorini but even more grateful my wife and I chose Cape Sisu Suites!

Peace and quiet and stunning sunset and sunrises, just what we needed after a manic last few Years, The staff, Fei in particularly were so Helpful and friendly and Made you feel welcome, The Breakfast was delicious, Comfy Bed and Hot Tub was awesome, It was the ideal place to relax after my adventure in the Santorini Private Hospital.

It is off the big rush of people it takes 25min to get to the main location but we had great driver the Hotel set us up for Fee and it was worth it .
The Hotel recommended some great local restaurants walk from the Hotel woth great Food and AMAZING views.

The hotel was perfect, the welcome was lovely and friendly, great parking on site, the hotel is new and clean and perfectly appointed with a beautiful pool, great food and our room had a great hot tub. The location was exactly what we wanted and anyone who claims that it’s inconvenient clearly doesn’t know how to read a map. The location is quiet, easy to get to, well positioned for trips to the lighthouse, local wineries, great restaurants, and the best beaches and tourist attractions on the island but yes, one look at the map and you will know you need a car or if you take the shuttle then you are waking or taking public transport. If you want that then that’s great and one look on the internet would tell you what the bus schedule and route is and simple math will help you figure out how long it will take you to get around. We rented a super cheap car at the airport and had the perfect vacation which included vineyards, horses riding, historic sites, visit to the lighthouse, 4 different beaches, amazing restaurants including in the over crowded main towns, a sunset sail, museums, and all in three days. The hotel was great value which including the car rental was still half the price of hotels in the main towns and also allowed us to all the things we wanted and when we wanted. Can’t wait to come back, thanks to Fay the wonderful receptionist who could not do enough for us.

We were very impressed with Cape Sisu! The hot tub was great after a long day of exploring, and offered a breathtaking sunset view. Staff was so helpful and the breakfast offered had a great variety. It was so quiet as well which was very refreshing. Only complaint would be the hefty transportation fee to the airport (40 euro).

Nothing like what is in pictures!!
Area of hotel very farrrr from Oia , you’ll have to drive by taxi to Fira which is 35-40€ 20 min
Then by bus 3.50€ another 20 min
Hotel is ok , we got used to it on 2 no day …
So they say ppl just come to sleep this far away from Oia for quietness. Other wise I advise book closer to Oia )

Wow! This property has a wonderful view, great pool, the room was very spacious, and the beds comfy! The hot tub on the deck was great after a long day.
There isn't much to do in the area so be prepared to uber/taxi or rent a car. The ubers average $35 each way. The front desk also helped arrange transportation and it was about the same price.

Cape Sisu is a paradise on earth. The staff treat you like family. The view is like heavan on earth. The town of Akrotiri is nearby. There are great restaurants btw the Hotel and the town of Akrotiri. The famous lighthouse is a short walk away and visible from the pool. The pool area is big, there is a bar that serves food and drink till late. The music they play in the pool area creates the perfect Santorini paradise vibe. The price is the best value on the entire island for a caldera top hotel. The staff is one of the nicest and most accomodating you will ever get. I will stay here many more times.

The property is absolutely stunning and the staff go above and beyond to help. The location is peaceful and tranquil but I would recommend this property if you have transport. The nearest restaurant is 30 minutes walking and there are no amenities such as small shops anywhere close by. If you are looking for a relaxing beautiful retreat, and you have a car, this would be perfect.

Best hotel ever!!! The location was perfect, only 20 minutes drive from there to North part of the island Oia. The hotel was tranquil, relaxing, and view was amazing, especially the sunset! The swimming pool was perfect temp especially on the 90 degree plus days. I highly recommend this place for anyone going to Santorini, you are getting a luxury hotel for the 1/3 the price you would have paid in Oia. Also, during my visit to Oia I noticed a lot of travelers looking for their carrying their suitcases up/down stair cases in search of their hotel in the 100 temperature… it’s a maze in Oia. I am so glad we stayed at cape paradise Luxury Hotel in Akrotiri.

is overrated in my opinion.
