The moment you walk in, the building smells like rotten/ old building. The walls, carpet and furniture are filthy and no ac running. The beds smell like urine. I’m not sure where the high ratings are coming from but RUN.

1. When checking in the person was not shure on how the handle the process.

3. Our room (422) was in deplorable shape, missing two (2) cushions on the sofa.
4. Handle missing on the dresser

Horrible stay we ended up making a plate on the floor to be comfortable the beds was the worst ines I ever slept on. We checked out early but was denied a refund booked for multiable days but only stayed 1 night so lost out on the money for 2 days we booked for 3 days. There was no curtain on the window so light was in the room like daytime at night. We of booked somewhere else if we didn’t get in so late the first night. Also wired smell and dehumidifiers every in the building we ac units next to the office looks like they was going to remodel but didn’t also the description says queen beds it was full size beds not gueens

The staff refused to honor the price I paid Expedia, and upcharged me for a room with two beds, even after I showed them my booking receipt on email. The floors in the room were dirty, mold in the tub, and paint off the walls. Would never stay here again.

Stains on lampshades, couch. Couch cushions were worn and material stretched. Desk has a corner missing. Carpet was coming up. Some lamps didn’t turn on because cord was hanging loosely from an outlet that didn’t work (plug wouldn’t fit and stay in either outlet which worried me). Vape brand sticker on ceiling. Strange smell. One of the worst hotel rooms I’ve ever been in but it was late and I had my dog and had already prepaid so I felt stuck.

The sofa bed was broken, the mattress and the cushion stained, there were exposed wires hanging from the fire alarm, the whole lobby smelled like mildew. There were holes in the walls of our room.

Carpets in hall are very dirty, ice machine missing from 3rd floor, cracked bathroom sink, broken handle on dresser, missing buttons on elevator and general appearance of needing an overhaul. I over paid for this hotel. I've stayed at 5 hotels on this trip and this one is in the worse condition. Did get a goog nights sleep, comfortable beds. But not worth $140.00, more in the line of $65 - $75 a night.

The room is so nasty, old and hot. The bed is so uncomfortable and I have been to many comfort suites, this is the worst hotel ever. Don’t stay here, don’t waist your money. I spent $135/ night and have to stay up all night because the bed is so old and uncomfortable

The owner of this property needs to invest in some remodeling. The carpets and chairs had a film of gross crust on them from years of not being cleaned and smoking, the bathtub had rust in it that looked like poop smeared in, there was a musty smell throughout, and everything was run down. The staff were wonderful and I feel bad they have to work under such conditions.

This used to be a really nice and clean hotel but we Korey had to drape sheets over the couches and chairs in the room because they were so stained and unsanitary looking. The whole hotel was just dirty and gross. Will never stay there again

This looks like a new hotel from the outside, but when you look at the cabinet in the bathroom and tub, maybe it was a renovated. Good size room. But the desk light didn't work. One side had no bulb and was it plugged in? Would have to move desk to confirm. Hard to see to read directions for the coffee machine without the desk lamp. Nice that the fridge had a freezer part for the cold pack in my cooler bag.
I personally have a problem with a $50 charge per night for a pet. This is rather high when it only requires maybe extra vacuuming. And it's a hardship on traveling seniors. $25 would be fairer.

Our ceiling had obviously leaked in the past and had an attempted repair. It rained during the night and another leak came through the ceiling. Bathroom ceiling vent was full of gross hair, dead skin, lint etc. hot tub was barely warm and jets did not work. Bath tub had broken stabilizer bar.

The location worked for me but wished I chosen one of the better hotels by the convention center. The staff was surly. The room needed a general fix up like the missing screen on the faucet that caused water to spew out, the toilet seat that didn’t fit the toilet, electrical outlets that didn’t work are were so stretched out that the plug wouldn’t stay in. The room might have had a light dusting or vacuuming but was far from clean.

Our bed was comfy, but the floor had burn marks and the bathroom had a mildew type smell that would cover the room of door was left open. The shower curtain had mold spots on the bottom. I did not feel like it was real clean, but the bed sheets seemed clean and I guess that’s my main concern.
