Staff was amazing. It was a few minor issues with the room like no real light in the bathroom and no bath towels upon arrival but that became a quick fix once i let staff know. Parking was good the area was a vibe and great rates. Plenty of stuff nearby and its right off the highway.

Only half the lights worked in the hotel room. We didn’t have any towels in the room. I had to call 3 different times and took 30 minutes to have some brought to the room. The bathtub was dirty and had what looked like pubic hair in the tub. All the faucets/knobs leaked water and the shower itself wouldn’t turn all the way on, so half the water was still going from the tub spout instead of the shower head. I wasn’t given the WiFi password, and the remote for the tv only worked to turn on and off or volume. I had to go behind the tv and use the buttons on the cable box to change channels. Overall not a very good stay and I will not be coming back

Did not stay due to conditions of the hotel. Dirty, roaches, room key did not work, got locked out every time I left the room. Had to wait on someone to let me in. Air condition did not work. After 4 hours room was still hot. Left after feeling very frustrated with not being able to get into room. Wasted my money and was not willing to stay there under those conditions.

You get that you pay for.

You pretty much get what you pay for. Upon arriving, no one was at the front desk and I ran the doorbell multiple times until someone came. The rooms have a bad smell to them. It’s not the prettiest place but it will do for a night sleep. Just be careful because, someone knocked on my door to offer me to buy something. The door locked but I can still hear everything from the outside. They charged me twice, but an employee was able to resolve my issue.

This hotel is disgusting. The towels were black and smelled of mold. The bathroom ceiling was falling down, the carpet was absolutely nasty...we NEVER took our shoes off in this room. I won't even comment on the linens. The whole room was just nasty. Putting a little granite around the sink doesn't make a room nice. DO NOT STAY HERE....Do to an emergency situation is the only reason we stayed.

The photos that this property use to advertise are FALSE!! From the moment we pulled into the drive way, this place was terrible. You cannot actually enter the lobby, you're checked in through a hole in a window. There's a $50 deposit on the room, when in reality, the property should be PAYING guests to stay there. The room was disgusting. The door barely shut, the window was duct taped, the chairs were nasty, the bedsheets were stained and full of cigarette burns. The ceiling looked like it was about to fall in. The shower curtain was covered in black and pink mold. Just do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay at this property.

The only really good thing about this place is its location. You have several restaurants and shops in the area, including a Walmart, all within walking distance and right behind you. Look out for the $50 deposit that's hidden in the fine print... They won't give you the room without it, even if you've already paid.

This was the most terrible hotel we ever stayed in. The door keys would not work. The hotel was left with the housekeeper and maintenance man who tried hard to get it right.We had two rooms. None of the TV's worked one of the microwaves worked. Roaches in both rooms. We have never had a hotel like this with hotel.com. This was a embarrassment because we had other guest and we told them that we had hotel rooms for them. We should have known because the parking lot was empty. Festivals in town and we had aready booked at a good price. People running from this place must have boked all the others.

Personally I will never get a room there again , im not the type to do a review but honestly they are absolutely a hazard , room 128 shower is terrible , bed sheets haven't been cleaned and when I asked to be moved they said they weren't able to move me. It took for the housekeeper lady to help for me to get moved which bless her heart. Woke up to a roach on the stand before check out. @Osha needs to shut them down because aint no way they still in business. 0/10 customer service sucked , i do not recommend !!!!

Over charged and over priced a lot of things about this hotel are not mentioned before arrival when I got my text with stay detail they never stated they prices for checking in early or paying a deposit they just tell you might have to pay they don’t like when people book online and they will over charge you if you do they only clean up once a week I asked for new towels never received them and the owner pulled a gun on me when I expressed my distrust in them and their shady ways I was told I could leave when ever I brought up something i didn’t like such as not getting new sheets and towles if you book a room online to extend your stay they will charge you and early check in fee or you will have to leave and come back after 3 pm they do everything in their power to make it difficult for people who book rooms online

Owners are very rude every time I made a complaint I was told I could leave no one ever did anything about the problems I had. They only clean up once a week. I was also charged an over priced fee to check in early. My stay at this hotel was very disappointing I never got fresh towels my entire 7 days of being here I had to buy my own I basically just paid for a bed I honestly wish I could get my money back but they refused to give me a number for a grievance or complaints

Not only did i get charged twice but the room is filthy. Cockroaches everywhere in the room. There is blood or something on the bed. The door handle is brocken. There is somthing splattered and running down the curtains that could stand up on their own because they are so dirty. The ice bucket is full of black stuff and has some sort of white glob in it. The one towel that is on here has black cigarette ashes on it. I told the manager and he seriously didnt care.

RUN! Whack A Mole with roaches.

I originally booked 4 nights at theis hotel. Well the job ran over a day. I booked another night the night before.
Well, we called rhe hotel before checkout time and informed them we were staying another night, it is paid for and we were in room 130. The woman said it was fine.
Well, when we get back from work, I go to re program my key. The owner informed me we had to pay for another night AND early check in.
I showed him the confirmation and all. He said he doesnt care about hotels.com. If I wanted to get my belongings out I would have to pay the money.
So, having no other option, I paid.
The room was filthy. Roaches everywhere, the owners are just nasty people. I called the police afterwards and he said he could have got my stuff out at the very least had I called before paying.
We even had to pay $25 a day for my wifes service animal even though it wasnt mentioned in the original booking.
I have traveled for a living for 18 years and never have I run into the rudest extotionist I have ever rented a room from.
Its not so much the money, but the principle and how they went about it that chapped my ass. Just go anywhere else, trust me.

I have been in my fair share of shady motels traveling around, but this was by far the worst. I have never witnessed such a disregard for any type of hygiene or maintenance. Over run with drugs and prostitutes. They run around all night. Lights didn't work, shower was ridiculous. Water wouldn't even run down the drain because it was clogged with god knows what. All in all, worst hotel experience ever.

Having lived in this area before OYO bought the facility, I didn't realize when I reserved it, but this used to be the... Red-light hotel for illicit activities on this strip. I would have gotten another hotel, however I was told by the proprietor that if I did so, I'd lose my deposit.
The company that bought it did no upgrades, they simply painted over the existing mess.
The housekeeper was smoking as she went through every room.
The pool is disgusting and there were broken needles everywhere throughout the lot.
Ironically, the company's colors meant that the front was lit up in Red lights, and considering its past, that was pale beyond comparison. DO NOT choose this hotel.

Booked on our drive to Orlando and was exhausted. Showed up at check in and the service counter guy was so rude when he asked for our credit card and I said we booked online. Then sent us to the first room and the bed where not made and sheets were on the floor. Second room one bed was made and the other one had no sheets and no towels. Third room had hair all on the floor. Potato chips on the floor and one of the beds had brown stains on them that looked like smeared poop. Went back to the front for a refund and was denied. We never even got our luggage out of the car. Had to book another hotel. Was not impressed with the customer service on this site as well. Called and was told it was up to the hotel to refund or not. So I basically paid for a hotel room that we couldn’t use.

We have booked so many hotels on this site, but will go directly to hotel for better customer service in the future.

The first room they provided the room to the door would not lock, and looked like it had been kicked in at some point. The knob on the bathroom was about to fall out of the door. They moved us to a different room. The light as you came in would turn off randomly, later it would not turn on. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the shower head was for someone that was below 5'4\" I am 5'11\" I has to duck to use it. The toilet was loses and felt like it was going to tip over. They had a pool it was filled and the gate was unlocked, yet it was closed, there was no sign saying it was closed, they said they were waiting for a permit from the city.....I will spend a little more next time and stay somewhere else.

Our first room was completely dirty and the electricity was off. We complained they gave us another room. And this room was even worse. Shoe stains and dirty hand prints on the blankets and pillows, mold on bathroom ceiling, unsafe activity around the premises. Do not stop here keep going. It is not worth the health risk. unless you dislike your life very much.

We stayed for four nights the second day I told him the toilet seat was broken. Unfortunately, the toilet seat was still broken. When I left on the fourth day, we had a beg for towels and when we received towels they did not look like they were clean. They only do the room every other day, I definitely would not recommend it We used just straight hot water and it was not hot. The shower curtain was broken down The room just in very poor shape.

I was driving all day helping my mom move out of state so I decided to stay here. As soon as I got my key card for my room the door handle was jammed. I had to turn it and really push the door open. As soon as I walked in it smelled. The bed was filthy and filled with stains. You can tell the room was not cleaned for a long time. I left right away and booked a room somewhere else. I still have yet to receive a refund and my deposit back. Shame on you guys.

The first issue I have is they make you stand outside to check in even in freezing weather with high winds. Second issue I have is they do not tell you if your hotel card goes anywhere near your cell phone it no longer works. Finally about the room first they had no towels in the room the floor was so filthy made my feet black and cockroaches are definitely crawling around

Booked two rooms, two nights. Motel has seen better days, but the rooms were clean and the beds fairly comfortable. We booked this motel because it was budget-friendly.But was a bit more low budget than expected. Bring your own toiletries. Towels were very threadbare.
Check-in was a bit awkward due to very thick plexiglass - could not hear the staff member very well.
Overall, if you are aware you are booking low budget motel then there should not be any disappointment.

When I got there the door was already opened to my room. The lock wasn’t working..Water was super HOT ! The light was out and I was told there was not anymore bulbs. Also the sheets had stains on them and I didn’t receive new ones like I asked for. When I asked for another room I was told that I would be charged extra and that makes no sense because it wasn’t my fault. Worst hotel ever !!!

When I first arrived at the OYO I had to wait an extremely long time to get into the room that I had booked online. I booked ahead of time so they should've known I was coming. By the time I finally got into the room I noticed that there wasn't any toilet paper or soap. The room was very hot and the a/c was very dirty with dust and black mold. I wouldn't recommend bringing your kids here. Also seen a cockroach floating in the pool. Was very displeased about my stay
