I am not a reviewer, but this place was awful. The only reason that we chose this hotel was because of the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Both were freezing cold. The property was gross. Trash cans overflowing. One of our rooms smelled horribly of smoke. Our daughter didn’t even have hot water in her bathroom. Definitely do not recommend.

Property condition is terrible. It’s obvious the management does not care as the entire building is in need of maintenance and repair. Pool & hot tub out of order, elevator was not safety inspected (at least not posted by law) broken windows at end of aisle way, carpet stained, our bedding was stained so we switched rooms. Suggest not staying here as we will never again. Highly disappointed.

We stayed for a wedding and as soon as we walk in the floors were sticky. Felt like all soap used and a touch of water was used. There was pee under the seat but was crazy since it was propped up so they had to see it. It served its justice of two beds and a shower. The pool nor fitness center were open during stay but we were pressed for time anyway.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. We checked in, stayed about 15 minutes, and then left. The room was absolutely filthy, the hallway outside the room was likewise disgusting, and the condition of the building was horrible. There were multiple holes in the walls, exposed screws in the elevator, and the swimming pool was down for maintenance. An indoor pool was one of the main reasons we booked this property, and there was nothing in the listing for the hotel Indicating the pool was unusable. Another guest who was checking in at the same time as us said that she's stayed at the property a few times in the past and the pool is always \"closed for maintenance.\" To his credit, the young man at the front desk was very professional, apologized, and offered to move us to another room. We didn't see that as a real option, though. We can deal with a building not being perfect; unclean is another matter altogether. There were maintenance issues and visibly dirty areas everywhere we went. We took photos of everything and the guy at the front desk took photos of our photos to show his manager. Fortunately, we were able to find a better option down the road. But since we booked through hotels.com they were unable to cancel the reservation on site. We fully expect a refund for the stay, though.

The wost hotel experience ever. First room brown stuff on blanket, deodorant left in stand. Bathroom used bar of soap and dirty, towels nit replenished. Second room tampon left in bathroom trash can all you smelled was that once you opened the door. Third room no blankets on either bed and none to put on the bed. Elevator spilled liquid dried up and just gross. No one takes the time to mop any floors in the entire building starting with entrance. This is not acceptable. They agreed to cancel the reservation and refund the money.

Incredibly dirty. There were stains and debris on the floors and carpets in the main areas. There was a pile of laundry stacked on the floor near the elevators on our floor. In the room, there was trash still on the bathroom floor, so it was obviously not swept. There was an odor in the building that was obviously being covered up with air fresheners. Parts and pieces falling off of fixtures attached to walls. Chips and scuffs in all of the walls. Overall, the condition of the entire hotel was disrepair. We booked adjoining rooms and the adjoining doors were stuck shut. The only positive here is that housekeeping/maintenance was very responsive and came quickly to kick it open. I attempted to call the front desk 2 times later in the evening because the wifi password given at check in was expired. No one answered and I was never able to connect to the wifi. Pool and gym were “closed for remodeling”, so no use of the amenities. We opted of the complimentary breakfast, as th eating area was in the same state of disrepair and cleanliness as the rest of the building. I booked this hotel based on its location on the map - I thought it was the same hotel I had stayed at the last time I came through. I will not be making that mistake again.

Check in was fine. Got off the elevator on our floor to a pile of swept up trash. No one picked it up until the next day. The room was clean on the surface. I dropped a card and bent to pick it up and found trash under the dresser. This included a dried up piece of fruit. Looking further, there were gummies just under the bed and trash under every table in the room including the bathroom. The cleaning crew needs a little training on what should be checked.

The first room we tried to check into was disgusting. Dusty, trash behind nightstand, dirty towel hanging from the bathroom door and open used soap with wrapper in bathtub. The front desk guy offered to send housecleaning up but i said it was just too disgusting so he gave us a 2nd room to check out and it was cleaner but the bathroom again had used washcloth hanging in shower and opened used soap. The pool was closed due to construction within the hotel which Expedia must not have known of as I used pool/hot tub filter.

It started with the completely janky, wacky elevator that doesn’t work without terrifying you so bad your ancestors can feel it. Then, you enter the room with curtains too small for the window (don’t worry, the light from the giant gas station sign outside won’t be the problem you expect). The Wi-Fi that does not work, so to unwind you decide to turn on the TV. Which doesn’t work. Then, after listening to your neighbor blast their (working) TV as if they were trying to entertain everyone in the hotel, you have to fight the elevator (you must go up to go down) to go ask the clerk at the desk to tell them to shut up. You can try to call the desk with their phone, but it doesn’t work. And the immediate response from the desk clerk when you finally get there (beware the elevator) is the best he can do is check you out. At 12:30 in the morning. Once you finally get it explained that the room next door is loud, the clerk finally goes upstairs (after fighting the busted elevator) and pounds on the loud TV door a few times. Volume goes down … but don’t worry, it goes right back up in less than 15 minutes. It finally ends at 3:30 in the morning. Oh. And the ATM is busted. I didn’t need it, but I learned that when someone else did and the clerk told them it doesn’t work. There’s no sign and all of the lights are on, but it doesn’t work. And whatever you do, don’t try to use the pool. It is being renovated, which most mean it is currently serving as a gateway to hell, because I can’t se

No USB plugs in room, you will need charger block. Pool and hot tub not available due to renovation. Our room was partially renovated with what looked like new flooring.
Hair dryer did not work. No coffee maker in room (my husband uses them). There was a microwave a half fridge - though one leg missing and hard to open. TV was large for the room. Side chair was not clean and reminded me of the red chair in Big Bang with the “thing” that lived inside it—let me clear, no evidence of bugs. A/C was old, but worked great.

Another tall bed and tough for short people.

They touched up the paint on walls, but different enough color/finish it made you wonder why so much had to be touched up.

Breakfast room in non renovated area and was not tidy.

Running a hotel must be really difficult. You have pay someone for nice photos of another property, and then pay someone for a bunch of fake reviews just to get people in the door. Then you have to pay people to sit at the front desk and check people in.

It seems like the only thing this hotel does is get people in the front door. Beyond that, the guest is really on their own. The outside areas are an active trash dump. The doors aren't secure, so anyone can just walk in off the street (and do). The corridors are littered with discarded furniture and trash. The amenities shown on the website are nonexistent. The rooms are covered in crumbs and orange juice spills; it's been weeks or months since they've been cleaned.

If all you need is a bed for a night (check for bedbugs first!), this is a fine place to stay.

Looks like hotel may be going through a renovation. I had an older kind of run down room. It still fit my need for a nights rest. Amenities are very dated. The water was hot for a shower, that was a plus. Very courteous front desk during check in and out. Bathroom trash can was not emptied from previous guest. Overall just average.

The hotel looked like it may have gone through a remodel of furniture since there was a ton of old, broken furniture behind the hotel. Parking wasn’t the best, there were people walking around in ski masks at night around the hotel and it was 50 degrees out. All around the hotel was covered in trash all over the ground as well.

The elevator floor was broken, the walls were beat up and peeling, it looked like someone took a hammer to the walls. The railing in the elevator was also broken off and hanging by one screw.

The bedroom had no back up lock, it was broken off, the adjoining room door was unlocked and someone was in the next room so we don’t know if someone was in our room prior. The shower leaked into the floor when we used it. The pillows were rock hard as well.

The staff were nice, which was the only positive thing about this hotel.

The hotel is dated and in need of care and repair. Elevator indicator lights on the panels inside and outside the elevator don't work, the floor of the elevator was a pile of loose tiles, trash was thrown all around the outside (why didn't one of the employees get a few trash bags and pick it up), the carpet needed cleaning, the breakfast room was not heated, light bulbs in the room need replaced, and so on. The price was amazingly affordable, the bed was comfortable, the pillow was great, the room had a stylish chair, and the TV worked perfectly. With just a little work, the hotel could be good, maybe even great.

Hotels under renovations which is not disclosed until check in. Indoor pool and hot tub were closed which was the reason for choosing this hotel. Elevator looked unsafe because of no railings and torn flooring. First room was cold and many of the electrical outlets did not work correctly. 2nd room the heat worked and was adequate. Some of the most important people in a multibillion-dollar company are the ones working quietly behind the scenes, rarely recognized for the vital role they play. During our stay we were blessed to discover a true hidden gem—Chynett Harris.
This remarkable woman radiates the light of the LORD in everything she does. She is humble, selfless, and genuinely kind in a way that is increasingly rare. Her presence alone elevates the entire atmosphere of this hotel.
Sometimes it’s the smallest details that speak the loudest, and that is exactly where this location shines. The housekeeping is absolutely impeccable—clearly a reflection of the pride and care Chynett brings to her work. The entire hotel, including the 5th floor where we stayed, smelled incredibly clean, fresh, and crisp. That alone was refreshing beyond words.
Our room was extremely modern, with stylish lighting and beautiful fixtures. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to truly rest. The bathroom was stunning—an all-glass shower (no tub), fantastic water pressure, and excellent lighting that made the space feel upscale and luxurious.
This stay wasn’t just comfortable—it was meaningful. Chynett Harris is the kind of employee every company hopes for and every guest remembers long after checkout. Hilton Garden Inn is blessed to Chynett Harris and we were blessed to have the encounter that we did with her!

First and foremost, the staff here is absolutely wonderful. The manager (shoutout to Sandy!) was incredibly warm and welcoming throughout the duration of our stay. The hotel itself is a little rundown in places—the elevator especially—but seemed to be undergoing renovation while we were there. No complaints at all regarding breakfast; the menu is fresh and full of variety. Overall, I’d say this hotel is a solid place to spend the night.

Maybe because of the fact that the room was supposed to be handicapped accessible it looked very neglected. Very dusty, bathtub was badly stained, no waste basket in restroom, non working floor lamp and no cups for the coffee maker. Hotel smells very nice on the 1st floor....
We were on the 6th.... All the LUXURIES faded the higher you go up....
However the young guy working the desk last night was very nice and helpful.

We didn't even stay there it was so bad when we got there. It was beyond disgusting. I don't like to give bad reviews but it was definitely nothing like the pictures show. I would suggest updated photos for anyone wanting to stay there.

They had cancelled my reservation because they oversold the room and did not even notify us!😡
Advertised spa- covered up, not usable.
Advertised weight room- not available in a mess.
No hot water for shower!!!
Oatmeal just water with a few oats- bfast nasty.
Pool area filthy. And there is more! Want refund!

Check in staff was friendly. Music on intercom and TV were so loud I could barely hear the receptionist. Elevator was dirty. Fan in elevator looked like it had been on fire. Lights didn’t work on elevator TV remotes didn’t work. Room was clean. Hallways and common areas need to be cleaned. Overall this looked like a forgotten property in the Wyndham group.

Breakfast biscuits were raw dough in the middle. The ac was blowing on us at breakfast and it was 42 degrees out. Everyone was freezing and they said they couldn't change it. Definitely not a 3 star.The heat in our room automatucally reverted to cool at 2am.
