We loved the location and hotel. The hosts were very helpful and kind. Snacks in the room. They offered us breakfast to go since we had to leave very early. Very peaceful and relaxing. I wish we had had more time there.

Josie and Jerad are amazing host. They took care of the 5 of us by offering suggestions for dinner. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. We had 2 rooms: a triple And double. These rooms were clean and smartly decorated. Though the B&B is not in the middle of a town it gives you a true Irish experience. Sheep everywhere and Jerad still does the daily animal chores :) this also was our 2nd stay and looking forward

This b n b is a gem offset with a breath taking back drop of mountains and hosted by the most charming couple.
Great home cooking comfortable bed and cosy touches make this an idyllic getaway location.

Darren View is an exceptional property and I really enjoyed my stay whilst visiting The Open golf championship. The double room with en-suite was immaculate with a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom equipped with an easy to use shower. Modern LG TV that ran my favourite apps over good WiFi. Generous tea and coffee provided with snacks daily and cold water jugs for guests in the fridge in dining area was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was fabulous cooked by Josie, who definitely deserves super host status for her attention to detail with this BnB and her guests’ needs. Josie, Gerard and Kerry were very welcoming and friendly and I would love to stay again. Oh and the views of the landscape are breathtaking too!

We loved our stay at the Garron View Bed and Breakfast.Our room was lovely, the beds very comfortable, everything is extremely clean, quiet, has a nice bathroom and shower, lovely property with a beautiful view, and the family who run the Bed and Breakfast are just wonderful- their breakfasts were delicious, their service topnotch, and they are such kind and friendly people. This was a favorite place for us!

There are actually two houses that are across the street from each other that we were unaware of. Both properties are lovely. Our stay was very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was awesome!
The property is a bit too far to walk into town.

We received a very warm welcome by Josie and Gerard who were very friendly. Accommodation was spotlessly clean. Our room was very well presented, the bed was comfortable and the tea tray refilled daily. There was chilled water and extra milk provided in a small fridge on the landing. Bathroom was cleaned and tidied daily. We had the Irish breakfast each day which included an excellent choice of cereals, yoghurt, freshly prepared fruit salad and juices. The fried breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented by Gerard. Josie always went around the tables to each set of guests to check all was ok and enquire about their day. In other words everything was perfect and we will definitely book again when in the area.

This was a lovely jewel of a place, perched on the top of a rise with a beautiful view of hills and fields and grazing sheep. It was spotless, super comfortable, and the hosts were so kind. Delicious breakfast in a lovely sunny dining room. The only drawback was its isolation—not too many restaurants in the nearby village, and the best restaurant, Harry’s, was inexplicably closed the night I went to eat there.

Home away from home!

We did get confused with the address as this photo is the property opposite (they have two B&Bs) but this is the most amazing B&B we have ever stayed in. The owner's looked after us so well and we would have stayed there longer if time permitted. The family room (separate room for the kids) was perfect and the breakfast was the most amazing breakfast we've had. Perfectly cooked and we felt so spoilt. Would love the recipe for the home made wheaten bread. 11 out of 10

We were made very welcome. The overall appearance of the property, was a credit to the proprietors who take great pride, rooms colour coordinating very tastefully ,equipted with everything you need, food was excellent great choice of breakfast menu, dietry needs catered for i would highly recomend this accomadation, great location with excellent views central to most local places of interest and easy access to most coastal routes.

What an amazing find. The owners were very friendly, and she is a great cook and baker. The location is quite picturesque with the fields and the shoreline. Well-appointed room and comfortable.
The owner gave a recommendation for a restaurant in town and we it was fantastic, we then got another recommendation for Johnny Joes pub across the street and listened to traditional music and of course drank

We booked this in the belief it would be in Ballymena, which is nice and central within Northern Ireland. As it turns out, it's in Cushendall, which is on the north-east coast of Northern Ireland, which must be a good 20 miles away.

Dishonesty of the highest order, a total rip-off, would not recommend at all.

Hidden gem of a B&B in Cushendal

This house oozes welcome and friendliness.
Josie is not only a wonderful host but a beautiful warm and caring individual.
The rooms were lovely. The beds were comfy and the bathroom had everything one could want.Tea and coffee and biscuits were provided in the rooms and a flat screen TV with numerous channels. The decor was pretty.
Breakfast was a feast of just about everything.
Josie daughter Kerrie is just a darling and so beautiful.
We will be back at this place very soon and we hope to become regulars there.

Well what can I say, a last minute decision led us to book some time at Garron view. We arrived and were greeted by Kerry who was an absolute delight to meet we were showed to our room which was exceptionally clean and of high standard. The views were stunning and was a really peaceful get away. Short drive down to Cushendall with everything you need. The beach was stunning with beautiful clear water and parking available. I couldn't help but notice the village was extremely clean and tidy. Most importantly Garron view was dog firendly as we had brought along the dog. The breakfast was exceptional with plenty of variety and the Irish breakfast was top notch especially the home made wheaten bread. Huge thanks to Josie, Kerry and Daddy. We can't wait to stay with you again. Ashlee, the boys and max.
