Beautiful place. The hard work and professionalism of the owners is what produces the quality here. A great location and I'm certain the best fry breakfast I've ever had. Thank you.
Joanna
By far the nicest place we stayed on our visit to Northern Ireland. Very warm welcome and amazing breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend.
William
Fantastic B&B experience in a quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants and bars.
Michelle
Amazing!!! from the room, bed, host and the cooked to order breakfast. Highly recommended
John
You could try to find fault but come up with nothing, perhaps being next door to a pub would swing it but regardless this is an perfectly located B&B, owners are welcoming and that continues throughout your stay, rooms are spotless and the breakfasts superb.
Will be back

My mum and I had a wonderful one-night stay here during our Northern Ireland road trip, and it genuinely exceeded expectations in every way.
From the very start, Sharon made us feel looked after. She reached out ahead of our arrival to check on our expected time and — this was a lovely touch — shared helpful tips for visiting the Giant’s Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge. It’s clear this is a labour of love for her and her team, and that care really comes through.
On arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thoughtful tour of the room and the shared spaces. The room itself was exactly what you want after a day on the road — cosy, spotlessly clean, and everything you need without any fuss.
Breakfast was the perfect finishing touch. A full Irish, beautifully presented: poached egg, back bacon, sausage, baked beans, cherry tomatoes, toast, and freshly squeezed orange juice alongside a proper cup of coffee. Generous, fresh, and genuinely delicious — the kind of breakfast that sets you up for a full day exploring the North Antrim coast.
If you’re planning a trip to the Causeway Coast, look no further. Sharon and her team run this place with real heart, and it shows in every detail. We’ll absolutely be back. 🙏

We had an amazing stay at Glass Island B&B. Sharon was incredibly welcoming and gave us great local recommendations, really going out of her way to make everything perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic — fresh, high-quality and beautifully prepared. The whole place is stunning and the service was outstanding. Couldn’t recommend it more!
William

Friendly and welcoming hosts who go the extra mile.
Lovely accommodation which was very clean and comfortable.
Parking was more than adequate and close to the front door.
Breakfast was amazing…. So many options to choose from. I enjoyed overnight oats with yogurt and fresh berries followed by smoked salmon and scrambled eggs one morning and a full Irish the next day…both exceeded expectation and set us up for the day.

We had to leave early in the morning before breakfast was being served and the host went out of her way to ensure we still had something to eat and was kind enough to leave us orange juice and a yogurt parfait in the fridge before we left. She was exceptionally nice and the neighborhood was quiet. Dining options are within walking distance as well.
Robbie
A beautiful property and the owners were friendly but not intrusive. The showed a pride in their service.
Terri
Very nice!
Wonderful one night stay.

Joan
Sharon & Poddy were great hosts. Their property is spotless & is beautifully decorated-very modern. The room was large & beds comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I’ll definitely go back.
Robert
The place is spectacular, the hosts were super friendly and informative, the breakfast was delicious!!! Also the shower was the best we have had in 4 months of travel!
Jennifer
We loved talking with the owners who gave us great insight into the north of Ireland! It was the best part of our stay! The room, lounge areas, breakfast and parking were all good, though we didn’t realize house is in the middle of a more suburban block. Town is cute and not far away and location of the house worked out on our way back from visiting the Causeway (which we visited late in the evening - highly recommended in summer). Sending our best wishes to the owners!
david
Adorable boutique hotel with amazing breakfast, comfy beds, large baths and friendly hosts. Two blocks from main town. Excellent value. 5 stars!

Lovely big modern rooms, fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Owners friendly and welcoming, good range of breakfast choices, all hot food cooked to order and delicious. Highly recommend staying here.
Elizabeth
Lovely hosts; very nice stay.
Karen Elizabeth
Very friendly owners. Exceptional breakfast, including gluten free options. Very comfortable. There is a guest lounge although we didnt use it. The children of Lir bedroom sleeps 3. We were two adult friends and the layout gave us each a degree of privacy. We hope to stay again and would certainly recommend this place. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Graham
Wonderful guest house in Ballycastle
Fantastic guest house in a quiet location in Ballycastle. Very well situated for the Rathlin Island ferry. The room was amazing and the bed very comfortable. The hosts are really helpful and made sure our stay was memorable. Breakfast was great and set us up for the day.
Tara
The owners were so kind and attentive! Really great breakfast and made fresh to order. Accommodated dietary restrictions. Clean, modern, and spacious room. Definitely would stay here again!
Carl
Amazing place to stay
Our first time at Glass Island Boutique & it was amazing. Accommodation was a very high standard for furnishings, maintenance & cleaniness.
Sharon was most welcoming & food was exceptional quality & was keen to accomodate my wife's gluten intolerance.
Location was perfect for the harbour & for the local restaurants/bars.
Would highly recommend & will book again.

I wish I could give this place 50 stars. It’s such a cozy and amazing spot. My only regret is I stayed for one night instead of several! Thank you so much for having me. I will be having dreams of how nice the room was and how delicious the smoked salmon bagel was for breakfast.
Tracy
Great stay, friendly hosts, easy to walk to town, the breakfast was delicious! =)
Christina

John

stephen
Excellent
Podraig and Sharon could not have been better. Breakfast was amazing and nothing was too much trouble.
David
Beautiful property (rooms, breakfast area). Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. A small bit of construction was going on that I’m sure will be complete shortly (stayed April 2025). Only real comment is the bed was described as king size but was more queen size (which could be a North America vs Europe thing).
Jonathan
V comfortable quiet place to stay. Great breakfast.
stephen
Fantastic place very modern and clean wet room was fantastic, very close to town,Sharon was fantastic very helpful couldnt do enough, had breakfast and have to say 1 of the best ive had sausage and bacon lovely and the soda was something else, would highly reccomend will def be back 😀😀😀

Great B&B !
Gemma
Rooms were lovely ,breakfast was amazing staff excellent
Sue
Beautifully presented and was luxurious in all areas. Our breakfast was delicious and we definitely recommend this place to everybody!
William
The experience you get at this B&B makes me want to never stay at a hotel or larger facility ever again. The hostess was extremely friendly, but not intrusive (sometimes, B&B hosts can be a bit too chatty). The quality and cleanliness of the room had it's highest marks. The type of room, service, food and overall experience that I got here, I'd expect from a hotel in the price range of $350 per night.
Joseph
Very nice and with a good vegan option for myself
Dale
Fantastic experience.
andy
A really stylish modern building and amazing hosts.
Nancy
Our hosts were so welcoming and breakfast was delicious!

Cheryl
We loved our stay at the Glass island B&B. The hosts were so helpful and kind. They helped us book a reservation at a nearby restaurant that was delicious! The breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip. We can’t say enough about how clean and comfortable our room was. We would definitely stay again!
Jonathan
Nice hotel but poor food
Hotel fine and comfortable. It is in lovely setting. Breakfast was not good. I have had better in a transport cafe. My wife's porridge had the consistency of a watery soup. My boiled eggs were almost raw and inedible. Nice place to stay, although sound insulation is non existent, but avoid the food.
Edoardo
Everything with our stay was perfect, the room was spacious, very tastefully arranged, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was impeccable and the hosts were professionalism personified. On top of all that, the location was excellent, only a short walk away from the town centre and a short drive away from a lot of the main attractions along the Giant’s Causeway coastline. Would definitely recommend
Mary
Located in a great location that is walkable to town and a nice spot to explore the coast from. The breakfast is cooked fresh and is wonderful. The hosts are super responsive and where so helpful on what to do and see! I highly recommend staying here.
Nancy

Nicely presented modern B&B, well positioned on a quiet street close to pubs and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent and a great start to the day. Only minor negative was that the room was very warm and the pillows were too hard for us.
David
Fantastic B&B. Super clean and felt brand new. The owners were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. Highly recommended!
George
Impeccably clean, soft beds, amazing breakfast! Would definitely book again!
Melissa
Just beautiful and felt brand new. The Proprietor Sharon was unbelievably helpful as I’d gotten to the country without my prescriptions. She made calls on my behalf, allowed me to keep her mobile awaiting a return call, ultimately connected me with a local service that helped me. She was amazing. Several Nice pubs within walking distance. House made breakfast was also fantastic. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again for sure. Thank you for everything!
Robin
Glass Island B&B is Awesome
What an AWESOME place. We have been on a month long multi country vacation. The Glass Island has been the absolute best place we have stayed. The owner/managers went out of their way to help us meet our travel needs, both are very friendly and excellent hosts. The facility is modern and very stylish. I definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to or through Ballycastle Northern Ireland.

The owners greeted us arrival and showed us our room and the facilities. Everything is well maintained and in very good order. The whole B&B is spotless. The central town area is a short walk away where there are restaurants, pubs and shops. The coast and beach is also within within walking distance. The giant's causeway and rope bridge are a short drive away. An excellent location for all the beautiful sights on this coast line.
