Las Pérgolas Apartments are an independent apartment complex located in the Son Parc Urbanization, a maximum distance of 5 minutes walk to the wonderful Arenal de Son Saura and less than 2 km from the only Golf on the island. Son Parc Beach is one of the prettiest and most virgins in the whole north of the island, with direct access to Camí de Cavalls that will discover several virgin coves.
Each apartment has two double bedrooms, a spacious living room with dining room, full kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and all with balconies or terrace. It has two community pools, a children's play area in the garden and a children's pool.

Plain, cold room just a bed and a \"table.\" Clogged sink, clogged shower flooded the bathroom, broken window cannot close very cold in the morning, AC with no heating, closets with no hangers. Dark hallways, no windows. Lighting controlled by movement sensors by sections. Slow internet. Second room was worst next to an electrical substation humming all day. No refunds so I had to stay as I booked several nights.

Mi primer cuarto con muchos problemas: El desague del lavabo estaba tapado; el desague de la regadera estaba tapado y se inundaba el bano; la lampara junto a la cama no funcionaba; la ventana del cuarto no podia cerrar bien y entraba el aire frio en la manana; el aire acondicionado solo da aire frio y no calefaccion (mantenimiento dijo que es en todo el hotel.)
Cambie de cuarto pero no fue mejor. Otro cuarto frio sin decoracion, solo con cama y \"mesa\", pero ahora junto a una subestacion electrica que zumbaba todo el dia. Los closets sin puertas ni ganchos de ropa.
Los pasillos del hotel son oscuros. No hay ventanas. Hay sensores de movimiento que prenden la luz de la seccion por donde caminas solamente. El ruido y musica de los cuartos se oye desde tu cuarto. La alberca estaba llena a un 75%, el piso del fondo esta roto, faltan azulejos, y el agua era de un tono verde.
El internet es lento.
Al registrarte firmas que aceptas que no hay reembolsos y si manchas cualquier cosa la pagas nueva.

The hotel was lacking warmth and upkeeping. There was mold in the shower, the majority of the staff weren’t very friendly (the housekeeping team were the nicest and most friendly) and the place had a dingy feel about it. However the pool was fine and the beds comfy enough. Not great light and a bad view

It’s a Mexican 4 Star hotel, in the most “Mexican” old school kind of fashion. The interiors are sparse and no frills. No coffee service in the room, very basic soaps and shampoo, concrete floors outside the room are loud. It worked for a night at a good price but I much prefer other options in the area for any longer stay.

It was my 2nd stay in this hotel. It feels safe, quiet and clean. At times the people in other rooms were yelling and making noises but that is not the hotel's fault. The food in the cafeteria is acceptable while not the best I had during my trip, but the service is fast and the prices are reasonable. The WiFi worked fine for me, I was able to do a lot of work. I recommend this hotel.

The TV was playing baby cartoons, which I found very odd. Nothing was missing in my bag, but I know for a fact that I did not touch the television or nor would I have left the lights on when at 4pm the room was brightly lit from the sunlight.

Terrible disappointed with Expedia!! At check in time, I was informed that I had an economy room, which meant : NO AIR CONDITIONING!! Their explanation was that this was what Expedia sent. The manager contacted Expedia and Iwas told to cancel the reservation and they would look for another hotel!! This disgusting place was dirty, no hot water, no heat at all was freezing cold, only one towel, The bed was just a boxspring no mattress., hard like a rock. Filthy dirty. there was homeless guy when we walked into the lobby. When i got there at 2am. I got bitten by something got a rash in my skin, took a picture to prove that something bite me. I was supposed to stay 3 days, i did not. I checked out the next day to a different hotel. Therefore I am disputing my charges with my credit card because i did not stay in this roach hotel
