Great swimming pools and splash park. Food plentiful and varied although did become a little ‘samey’after a few days.
Good entertainment for all the family - by far the best member of the team was Goofy. His excitement and enthusiasm was infectious and he is a definite asset to this property!

Pourrait être bien....mais cuisine trop en dessous

L'endroit est superbe, proximité de la plage, jeux et toboggans pour les enfants sont des plus. Par contre, comme le dit notre petite fille de 7 ans, c'est le seul endroit où en plein été, la piscine n'est accessible que depuis 10h00 !! Le gros moins est la nourriture, le problème semblait s'être amélioré selon les témoignages de début de saison, mais ce n'est pas le cas ! Confitures à peine mangeables, nourriture et saveur style cantine d'entreprise totalement indigne d'un 4 étoiles (qui n'en est vraiment pas un).

The hotel is suitable for family, my children were very excited by high quality pool. Buffet was good, we can choose kinds of food, all of them were very delicious. Only one problem was WiFi network. WiFi speed was pretty slow, most of the time the network was not working.

Sickness with three year old twins abroad

The hotel was fine but my twin 3 year old got very ill vomiting and diarrhoea for four day from what I can say must of been from the pool the only thing my wife didn’t go in and she was the only one not to get I’ll every 20 mins sick couldn’t keep anything down at all the. Three of us sent four days in hotel rooms had to go get clean towels bedding sheets all the time are selfs

Let me tell you all about it:
What a great place, 12 in our party 6 adults 6 kids from 7-10.
Complex - as most of the reviews state it is hilly, not suitable for anyone with accessibility concerns.
Pool- lovely main pool 1m at its deepest, very well policed, no balls/inflatables or diving. Kids pool is joined to main one , easy walk in for toddlers.
Splash park - top fun for the kids, only negative is lack of shade.
Restaurant - really good , loads of quality food, some dishes I had never heard of or tried before but all great. Pizzas were awesome.
Drinks- pool bar always busy but no longer than 5 mins to wait for a drink, or just stick on a t-shirt during the day and go Inside never a cue ( apart from evenings). Biggest tip I can give you is bring your own cup , I purchased from sports direct a protein shake bottle for £1.50. They filled it up with no bother .
At dining times it is help yourself , so even better. Soft drinks , wine , beer.
Entertainment staff- worked there socks off, need more off them as not sure they even had a day off.
Hotel rooms- not a lot of difference between standard and superior , looked like our furniture was just painted white.
Rooms ok , fridge , microwave.
Supermarket - really good and stocked most items.
Sun beds- after visiting Morocco in May and having to get up at 6:30 to put towels out, this place was so different , coming down for breakfast at 9:20 bring your gear and select you bed..... fantastic. Same spot for most of the week. Yes

We like the area which is why we booked a late break here. The staff were great. We had one or two minor concerns with the room, e.g. a storm meant that water was driving in through the windows and the balcony door kept blowing open. This didn't affect our enjoyment of our stay. The breakfast was very good. I am not sure I would want all inclusive but that is personal choice.

Perfect for young families.

Very pleasant views of bay. Splash park great for slides and pirate bucket. Accommodation blends in like a small village, 3 storeys with apartment on each floor; sunny balconies. Fun stuff like kids disco, other good outdoor on-stage entertainment. Tasty grill restaurant indoor and outdoor. Good ice cream. Bad bacon. Very friendly staff. Several long phone calls required to get Expedia to make a change, but not caused by hotel.

Hotel near beach and had its own splash park

Camera club resort, our room was very dated which was disappointing as the pictures showed more modern room. We arrived late at night and were not told properly where our room was and found it by chance up a steep hill!. The food was good for an all inclusive hotel. It had a splash park which was the best thing about the hotel.
The weather was great which always helps and we had car hire for the week which meant we were able to explore the island, as without the car it would have been a bit boring for us and the kids as there was nothing near by to do. Menorca is a much quieter island than Majorca or Ibiza.

The hotel facilities are excellent for family's with a great children's water park. We went in the school Easter Holidays. Unfortunately we didn't realise that this is out of season for Menorca. So the onsite supermarket was closed. We had breakfast buffet included in our stay which was excellent, with a good variety. Unfortunately as we were not all inclusive we found it very difficult to buy anything else such as drinks, snacks and ice-creams. They wouldn't serve drinks to paying customers at the pool bar and was told we would have to walk across the road to the restaurant also owned by the hotel to buy drinks and ice-creams and then carry them back over to the pool area. This restaurant was also the only place available to get evening meals. As this restaurant had a very limited menu we found another small restaurant further up the road from the hotel which was very nice, with very friendly people running it.
Unfortunately there wasn't any entertainment during the evening after the kids club had finished and with the hotel being very remote a hire car is a must. I'm sure during the peak months this would be different.

Hotel reception tired, run down and shabby in parts. Staff good (especially at reception) other areas don't seem too bothered (apart from pool bar). Very spread out resort, very hilly and steep in places so a pain to drag cases up hills and stairs (no assistance). Arrived to no running water in room, so asked to be moved to another and incurred a charge to do so. Second room better, refurbished but poorly done. Just generally tatty for a room that we were the first guests to use since the refurb. No electricity in room, kept shorting which was found to be caused by a water tank. So waiting around while a new one was installed! Cheap laminate flooring not fitted properly which was loose and a trip hazard. Awful intermittent sewage smell from bathroom. Buffet restaurant more like a school canteen - food varied, ok - but barely warm. A/I not value for money. Pool areas clean and well maintained. Rooms cleaned daily.

Good resort right on beach, with great food

Good all in one resort - multiple swimming pools, right on one beach, with short walk to another less crowded beach. Offers all inclusive or b&b (maybe other meal plans too) - with large main buffet restaurant, bar serving food, plus grill outdoor restaurant. The food was very good and reasonably priced (eur18 pp for evening meal all you can eat including wine/beer). Also offered Scuba diving, tennis court, children's water park area, supermarket - all on one site. Right by bus stop for 10min trip to Fornells (or Eur8 for a taxi) which has a handful of restaurants (incl 1 fine dinning one).

We had a very nice stay but found that it was over priced for what you actually get and had to pay for things such as beach towels and safe which should be included. Buffet food was good, staff were friendly and always helpful and the animation team did a good job.

Slept in nicer places when I was homeless

Shocking hotel, poor food, aircon not working, no hot water, overpower smell from drains, Internet connection laughable. The only saving grace is that it is in Menorca which is stunning and there are lots of wonderful places to stay both in Fornells and other areas.

Nice water park but room a bit dated.

Reception staff friendly. Water park was good fun but in need for some repairs in places. Pool was very busy but it was peak summer season in August. Breakfast was similarly chaotic with most items not where you would expect them to be. Room was large but not very modern seeing that we were in a superior room.

Good apartments in nice surroundings some steep paths and steps to apartments. Food good with lots of variety for a buffet. Beach excellent for toddlers and children although we had high winds and tides which brought in lots of jelly fish go a couple of days. went in sept 15 and none seen then as no winds and excellent weather. Moan: people putting towels to reserve beds by pool unacceptable and hotel should remove them.

I took my wife away for a very short stay, I had read the reviews but went with an open mind.
Very family orientated please, great for kids, we went with friends & their 2 children, can't fault the facilities for children.
The pool bar for all inclusive drinks was very disappointing, I understand the need for plastic glasses in the pool area but the plastic cups were so small.
We booked 1 of the other restaurants to eat for my wife's birthday, you book 24 hrs in advance, when we got there we requested sitting outside as it was an extremely hot evening, we were told that we could only eat inside and that people who were paying could sit outside (we were all inclusive) we were handed a small menu with very limited options on, again if your a \"paying customer\" you get more choice so that fact we already paid a small fortune for all inclusive meant very little. We decided against eating there and moved onto the buffet restaurant instead.
The buffet restaurant did cater for all, the facilities however were very poor, toilets coming away from the wall etc.
Our apartment was beyond basic, aircon barely worked, the shower was awful and the place was not very clean (long hairs all over the floor, towels well used and didn't appear clean & drawers falling apart when we opened them), the main door also had large holes. The room was 'cleaned' daily but think it was a quick sweep and beds made. On checking out we were simply asked to hand over the key, there was no customer service at all

Hotel with splash park, great for small children

After a bumpy start (the room we were initially allocated had not been cleaned after the previous owners had left), we were able to move into a new room about 45 minutes after arriving. The room was the most disappointing part of our holiday. It was advertised for four with double beds but turned out to be a single bedroom with a decent double bed, and a pull out sofa (two singles) in the kitchenette / living room.

Apart from that, the facilities in the hotel were good. We particularly liked the pool with a separate children section, as well as the splash park attached to the hotel (guests can just walk in and enjoy it - no fuss). Staff were really lovely at the hotel, always willing to help (we were there end of June just before the hotel gets busy). In fact, the only altercation we witnessed in our time was between two fellow British tourists who had clearly been in the sun too long.

There were many activities offered that were advertised in a friendly way, never overbearing or annoying. From the second night we had acclimatised and the children (aged 2 and 4) enjoyed the disco at 10pm! In the mornings we noticed some 'reserved' sun loungers near the pool, but there were sufficient others so we always found one or two to be free. The hotel had the most difficult crazy golf I have seen (on a slope), football and basketball facilities.

Finally, we had full board, and the food served was good (always local options on top of tourist favourites).

Excellent location with beach at your doorstep

We had a wonderful stay,staff was brilliant and extremely helpful. Food was was good with lots of variety to choose. The best thing of the hotel was its location at the beech. The entertainment team was excellent which entertained us as well as my 3 year old daughter. They conducted lots of activity through out the day which was wonderful. Will definitely go there again.

Good for kids , not a 4 star though

To start , our 2 children (aged 3 and 8) absolutely loved the stay here , the kids activities and the on site mini water park were just right for them and were more than adequate. The activities staff were very good at getting all ages involved all day and into the evening there were shows on and the children encouraged to get involved. The children were more than happy , so no complaints from us parents.

The site itself is a good size , we were in the Club playa apartments in G block on the 1st floor , from our room we could see up to the apartments at the top of the site and all I can say is if you are up there then bring oxygen and a rope !! it is a steep walk.......

We were in a supposed superior apartment but the word superior was lost on us it was just........normal ?????
The sofa bed is hard...............I'm 6ft tall and my legs hung out by about a foot !! learn to curl !!

The food in the food court was what you would expect from all inclusive , we have had a lot better at other hotels but I think this is also because we are now changing our feeling on how we eat on holidays and we will now be going for self catering , all inclusive ties you down too much.

As for the all inclusive aspect , you can only get your fill at set meal times , no ice creams or snacks during the day ?? curiously the only snack time is between 5 and 6pm with tea time stating at 7.30pm , drinks are available all day though.

Location is great , right on the beach. supermarket up the hill.

Nice hotel, great for kids, friendly staff.

We had a great time, holiday just what you need when you have kids. The pool is not too deep and they have a great water park with slides, sprinkles etc... Food is great and disco / entertaiment for the kids every night! If you book all inclusive you can have free drinks, alcoholic and non for all day until 10pm! The only negatiive, accommodation needs a bit of an update. Also, there was mould on the pipe underneath the sink. However, you don't spend too much time in your apartment, so this is the least you should be concerned about !

Probably good for young families staying put

If you have a young family and want to stay put then this is a good resort for you with entertainment for all especially chldren, bars, restaurantse etc a nearby beach seems ok but there are way better on the island. If you are a couple and decide to stay here remember to hire a car. Rooms are ok although a couple of lights didnt work and the catches on some doors including toilet didn't close. There was quite a route of many stairs up and down to get to our room. We were booked for four nights but left after two to find another resort with a bit more going as there is the hotel complex and nothing else nearby. The bus service is a bit limited but you can get around but not very efficiently, taxis aren't cheap but not too over the top price wise.

It was fine, but I don't know if I would go back. The complex is huge and lots of stairs. The furnishings and rooms are very old and run down. The room wasn't that clean upon arrival - more like it was done as a rush and I ended up wilig down the counters and sweeping the floors immediately. The last morning we didn't have water so couldn't shower, wash up or even flush the toilet. The staff however was nice and attended to every issue promptly. Our refrigerator wasn't working, but they immediately replaced it with a new one. The air conditioner wasn't working either, but they did send someone to fix it as soon as possible ( even though it never really got that cool- could have to do with the half inch space between the floor and door letting air in and out). It wasn't the worst, but it wasn't spectacular. Not sure I would return.

hotel and food good, not quite 4 star as stated, onl down side was all the entertainment was in italian, kids club, kids disco and night entertainment. also states that all inclusive snacks and ice cream included which was not the case, ice cream in the restaurant, not to be taken out and any other had to be bought out of a machine, no snacks other that meals in the restaurant at meal times, a bit misleading i thought.

Bonjour.Nous avions pris un appartement hôtel d’après le descriptif il devait y avoir une bouilloire qui ne se trouvais pas dans l'appartement.Ensuite pour un appart hôtel il n'a jamais été précisé qu'il était entièrement vide aucun ustensile de cuisine alors que dans les apparts de la concurrence il y a toujours les ustensiles de cuisine.Nous devions louer les ustensiles.Ensuite l’éclairage extérieur pour arriver a l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas.
C'est dommage car l'endroit est bien mais nous aurions du
être mieux informe sur le descriptif .Cela nous aurais évité
d'acheter les manquants que nous aurions pu amener .
Nous sommes déçu de l’hôtel ainsi que du site hôtel.com
qui ne précisé pas du tout la location des ustensiles de cuisine ce qui est la moindre chose pour un appartement.

Le complexe est très familial et les personnes travaillant pour le complexe et les autres voyageurs était vraiment formidable avec nous et surtout avec mon petit garçon de 20 mois vraiment top. Le buffet était bien varié. Le splash parc était vraiement le plus et notre bébé c'est éclaté avec les toboggan etc ... Village en bord de mer donc parfait vraiment rien à redire du complexe. Je recommande.

Le personnel très souriant, agréable et serviable. L’hôtel se démarque par ses activités toboggans pour les enfants. Bien que les toboggans doivent être remis en état car certaines jointures font mal. Il y a aussi un problème de wifi, très mauvaise réception.
Sinon les animateurs font un super boulot. Au top !

Mir kam es vor in Frankreich zu sei.
Die Animation Team manchmal taten sie was die französischen Kunden wollten ,ohne auf die Meinung andere zu hören.Ich finde es schade das Kinder nicht mit den Groben spielen können die Kinder müssen nicht an die groben anpassen sondern das Gegenteil.
Im Grunde Genommen wenn man an einen solchen Ort gehen ist für die Kinder oder nicht?

Sono stata con miei due figli li per 10 giorni, la struttura molta bella, ma le camere sono vecchie, armadi tutti rotti, in cucina non c'erano asciuga piati, la pulizia non veniva fatta, sistemavano solo i letti, ma il bagno e il pavimento dovevo pulire io, una volta in cucina ho trovato a dirittura delle specie di bruchi sul pavimento, no consiglio a nessuno, la animazione non è un gran k.

Personale Top, tutti, dai camerieri, al personale addetto alle pulizie, al ristorante, all'animazione, alla reception..purtroppo la struttura è datata ed avrebbe bisogno di una completa e moderna ristrutturazione. Inoltre con i bambini piccoli ed il passeggino alcuni alloggi, come il nostro, erano veramente troppo distanti dalla sala ristorante e dalle piscine, in più lo splash park non può essere aperto solo dalle 11 alle 17.

Very bad cleaning and one day they didn't show up.
Hidden fees, I got the “all inclusive” package but I had to pay for the safe.

En general recomendaría el hotel. Como puntos a favor sin duda la ubicación, las maravillosas vistas desde el buffet y la calidad y variedad del mismo. La cercanía de la playa también es todo un lujo.
En cuanto al apartamento, creo que hay varias calidades, el nuestro aun normalito, resultó bastante cómodo. A destacar sobre todo el que hubiera aire acondicionado.
Como puntos a mejorar, la animación. Parece ser un hotel preparado solo para extranjeros y en la discoteca no se podía ni respirar del calor que hacía. También como punto negativo los desorbitados precios del bar. Una tomadura de pelo.

Bonne qualité prix pour une demi pension sans passer par un tour operetor ! État générale bien .chambres spacieuses pas très confortable la salle de bain ... avec un odeur des égouts !!
Acqua parc bien à revoir la deco et là manutention un peu ancienne .
La Grande piscine est bien ,l’animation pas au top .
La restauration au top sourtout le soir .Le personnelle de la restauration sympa et efficace .
La pizza au top ... c est de la vrai!
L emplacement est très beau .. et calme.la plage très belle a part qui faut payer les transat 15 € et les places sont limitée .

Es grande y cerca de la playa.los apartamentos lo mejor.el wifi un desastre total.sin cobertura para algunas compañias.la piscina no muy limpia.el splash lleno de plaquetas despegadas en el suelo.sin aire acondicionado plen el comedor.en general un mantenimiento lamentable para un sitio bastante bueno.

Struttura veramente carina anche se latita un po' la manutenzione nelle aree comuni, nulla di grave ma tante piccole mancanze. La più grande,< la piscina che si presenta torbida e molto calda. Pessimo il ristorante a buffet, non per il cibo che è gradevole ma per l'ambiente privo di aria condizionata. L'impianto si vede ma non viene acceso.

Hôtel bien situé près d'une grande plage de sable.

Hôtel composé d'une multitude de petits bâtiments blancs de deux étages. Nous étions logés dans un appartement de 2 pièces comprenant un séjour avec un canapé lit (où ma fille a dormi, un peu juste pour sa taille 1m75), une petite cuisine très bien équipée (réfrigérateur, four micro-ondes,plaque à induction, beaucoup de vaisselle et ustensiles..) mais nous ne nous en sommes pas servi étant en all inclusive. L'appartement était très propre( le ménage a été fait chaque jour sauf le dimanche), la literie était confortable. L'appartement avait du être refait récemment et remeublé sauf la baignoire (émail très usagé).
Nous étions au RDC et n'avions pas de vue sur la mer. A noter, nous avions beaucoup d'escaliers avec de nombreuses marches pour nous rendre de la salle de restaurant à notre logement (totalement déconseillé pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à marcher) et également une centaine de marches pour quitter l'hôtel et se rendre à la grande plage magnifique (la première plage étant toute petite est constamment envahie d'algues).
La nourriture était bonne et variée. Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans la salle de restaurant surtout le soir et c'était assez bruyant.
Nous ne sommes pas allés à la piscine qui était bondée du matin au soir. Ma fille a testé le parc aquatique, il est plutôt adapté pour des enfants de 6 à 11 ans.

Chambre très propre pratique et confortable, superbe vue mer magnifique ! Piscine et splash park très appréciés par les enfants. Buffet vraiment super varié chaque jour et de bonne qualité. Superbe plage à quelques minutes à pieds, beaucoup de dénivelé surtout pour aller dans les chambres et à la plage mais un peu de sport ne fait pas de mal ... sauf les enfants. Je recommande !

Hotel dans un tres beau cadre

Situe dans une tres jolie beau, l hotel propose un buffet varié et de bonne qualite. L aquapark est très sympa pour les jeunes enfants. Les animations sont sympa en journée avec l équipe fram mais se terminent trop tot le soir. Les chambres ne sont pas luxueuses mais on apprécie le coin salon pour les enfants et la chambre séparée pour les parents. Le service de menage est plus que correcte.

Abbiamo appena trascorso una piacevole settimana al Carema Resort, 7/13 maggio, eravamo in tre con il nostro bambino di 5 anni, abbiamo scelto l'opzione tutto incluso. Noi abbiamo prenotato la struttura tramite Expedia, ed eravamo gli unici clienti italiani presenti, essendo un resort di solito venduto da tour operator francesi o internazionali.
Il Resort: è un complesso di appartamenti, costituito da casette a due piani terrazzato, molti sono i collegamenti con le varie parti del villaggio con scalinate e discese dolci. L'area acqua park si trova su una terrazza dalla quale si può godere di tutto il panorama sottostante, i bambini felicissimi sugli scivoli sono sorvegliati da almeno due bagnini, c'è anche la possibilità di utilizzare gli sdraio e bordo delle piscine per godersi il sole mentre i bambini giocano.
La piscina principale invece è suddivisa a due profondità per grandi e piccini, sempre provvista di sdraio singoli e baldacchini per più persone.
Una stradina conduce alla spiaggia, ma facendo delle brevi passeggiate si possono raggiungere altre spiaggette, la sabbia varia da chiara a scura, mentre il mare è pulito con colori dall'azzurro, al verde e al blu.
Tutto il resort è adornato da una varietà di piante e fiori davvero vasta, le aiuole sono ben curate.
C'è un supermercato all'interno del resort dove è possibile acquistare di tutto a dei prezzi molto convenienti. Solo le creme solari hanno dei prezzi un po'più alti della media.
