Unfortunately our experience was very poor. The receptionist was absolutely awful. She should not be dealing or much less welcoming guests. Then in the room there was a dirty rag with some solvent on it that made the room reek. I called reception. Instead of changing our room, they came to remove the rag when we went to the pool. We saw from the lifts the same girl leaving our room, when we reached our door, and she left it opened. I call her back and she just didn't seem to care. Last, we forgot a pouch with my headphones on the table when we checked out. I called that same morning, they told they did see any but they will call the cleaning crew and get in touch with us. They never did.

The property was very good in most respects. However I felt that the food choices were a little limited. No hot dessert. Chocolate fountain one evening and then not again. Also lacks small things such as shower caps and tissues in room. Felt it was a bit much asking for a 10 euro deposit for the pool. They should be provided at the pool area. Just small things that stop this being an excellent hotel.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per 6 notti.
La camera è ampia e luminosa dotata di un bel balcone arredato con sedie e tavolino.
Anche se siamo arrivati prima dell'orario del check-in alla reception sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno accolto con un bicchiere di pomada (un cocktail minorchino) e consegnato le tessere della camera.
La piscina è stupenda ma non è presente il bagnino.
L'hotel non è distante dal mare ma neppure sul mare (circa 400-500 metri).
Abbiamo utilizzato il posteggio della struttura che però è in pieno sole e non molto comodo (per arrivarci bisogna uscire dall'hotel e fare una salita un po' ripida e difficoltosa se si indossano le ciabatte da mare).
Quello che non ci ha soddisfatto è stata la ristorazione. Abbiamo trovato la sala interna arredata in modo troppo impersonale e i tavoli troppo vicini ai banchi del buffet, il che dava più una sensazione di mensa che di ristorante.
Purtoppo anche il livello della cucina non era da 4 stelle superiore e ci è capitato che dopo un'ora dall'inizio del servizio (previsto dalle 19.30 alle 22) alcune portate non fossero più disponibili. Anche i camerieri addetti al servizio bevande non erano molto rapidi, infatti ci è capitato di aspettare un quarto d'ora prima di essere serviti

Vacanza di una settimana a Minorca in questa grande struttura. Molto funzionale il ristorante, belle le camere, privacy e silenzio nelle ore notturne, il servizio pulizie nelle stanze potrebbe essere migliorato, aree verdi molto curate e belle. Personale gentile e simpatico. Intrattenimento musicale serale vario e interessante. Minorca é sempre una garanzia ed il Seth 55 Sant Tomàs è un hotel molto interessante e consigliato.

Splendida e nuova struttura, a noi ha dato tremendamente fastidio la presenza di mosche, che capisco siano un fenomeno normale in un area verde e naturale, ma non lo sono quando stanno banchettando su quasi tutte le pietanze del buffet ( in Italia ti chiudono la struttura per questo ) ho lamentato ben 3 volte il mio disappunto al personale il quale mi diceva che avrebbero provveduto....peccato....perché l’hotel è bellissimo e ben curato.

Tutto nuovo, profumato, personsle sempre cortese ed attento però qualcosa a noi ha dato mllto fastidio...le mosche. Si le mosche sulle pietanze del buffet a cena che stsvano beate sui salami, sui formaggio, su tutto ciò che non era caldo...in Italia per per questo ti fanno chiudere....ma nel segnalarlo per ben 3 sere di seguito ai camerieri abbiamo sempre ricevuto sorrisi e rassicurazioni di riportare ai biss la nostrs lamentela....boh....

Ci siamo trovati molto bene!! Lo consiglierò sicuramente ad altri. Siamo stati in questa struttura per 5 giorni e devo dire che ci ha stupito positivamente. La struttura è nuovissima (2018) e molto di gusto. Le camere sono molto ampie e moderne. La piscina bellissima come anche i bar e in genere tutte le sale comuni. Molto apprezzato il ristorante sia per le colazioni che per le cene. Anche il prezzo per le cene molto interessante: 50 euro per 3 cene a testa se si acquistava 3 cene. Ovviamente escluse le bevande. Il servizio del personale è stato veramente di qualità. Appena arrivati il, personale della reception ci ha colti con professionalità, cortesia e simpatia e ci ha che offerto da bere. Abbiamo voluto complimentarci con la direzione perché l’hotel ci ha veramente sorpreso e così abbiamo conosciuto la direttrice che è stata molto contenta di parlarci. Persona veramente in gamba!!!
