In general, it was good. It was clean, had a good breakfast and most of the staff were very professional and friendly. The drawbacks were the delay in the checking, I had to wait almost two hours beyond the checking time and the Wi-Fi that was almost inexistent. The connection, even when I came down to the reception area, would not last more than a couple of minutes.

O hotel é bem localizado, em frente a orla, pegamos quarto com sacada e era relativamente pequeno, mas nos atendeu, o café da manhã é ok, mas se ficar muitos dias você n tem mts opções. So tivemos um único problema desde que chegamos e foi a internet, não funcionou nem no celular muito menos na tv, falamos com todos os funcionários e nada foi resolvido. O elevador tbm só cabe 3 pessoas, então as vezes nos descíamos de escada.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a restaurantes, em frente à orla, há alguns metros de uma praça de food-trucks e da feira de artesanato. Só que o estacionamento do hotel é rotativo e talvez não dê para todos os quartos. Inicialmente estacionamos na rua até surgir vaga no estacionamento interno. Mas a estadia foi boa e tranquila. O quarto era pequeno, mas foi tudo bem. Observação negativa é quanto à capacidade limitada de carga dos elevadores, que aceitam somente 3 pessoas por vez. A tapioca no café da manhã não é boa, mas todas as outras comidas da pista são ótimas e variadas.

Localização muito boa. No entanto, o hotel precisa de algumas melhorias. O quarto é menor do que parece nas fotos, na cama - de casal que eram duas de solteiro - só possui lençol e cobre leito, não há cobertor. O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, poucas opções e com demora para reposição. Os ovos mexidos pareciam que ainda estavam crus. A área da piscina é boa, mas também pequena - em dias de lotação deve ser impossível utilizá-la. Por fim, considero que em Maceió tenha melhores opções de hospedagens pelo mesmo valor.

Elevadores super pequenos e lotados, para entrar ou sair esperava mais de 40 min pra tentar entrar no elevador. Muito barulho gerado pelos funcionários, pois se comunicavam “gritando” (um em uma ponta do corredor e outro e outro em algum outro lugar longe) ou seja dormir até tarde era complicado. A limpeza também ficou claro que não é feito direito, no meu quarto achei cílios postiços colados no espelho que fica no quarto.

Boa estadia, não ótima .Não demos sorte pois ficamos no 9° andar, próximo a subida para piscina. Havia uma excursão e o barulho do corredor era muito próximo. Os elevadores são bem antigos e só podem ser usados por 3 pessoas por vez. Achei estranho que na cama só era oferecido o lençol do colchão e uma colcha para cobrir sem lençol. Ao indagar a recepção fui informada que era assim mesmo.... A toalha de rosto tb não foi deixada no quarto pq a lavanderia não havia entregue... Estranho... Café da manhã com variedade mas não era muito bom ... A localização é boa. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Victoria. Pelo valor da estadia eu esperava mais...

Não gostei de Pagar o quarto confort Double junto com um casal de amigos e o quarto deles foi bem melhor do que eu fiquei, o banheiro do quarto que fiquei (605) muito pequeno, além disso, estavam reformando o quarto ao lado e todo dia as 8 horas estava o som do martelo nas paredes, reclamamos e falaram que era pra começar as obras as 10 e nada mudou, no dia seguinte novamente as 8 horas obra... Achei uma falta de respeito com o hóspede! Quartos como o do 605 que tem o banheiro minúsculo cobrem mais barato por favor!

Hotel muito bom, excelente localização, quarto amplo. Atendimento excelente, com muita presteza e simpatia. O banheiro é um pouco apertado mas nada que atrapalhe. Como sugestão fica colocar cortinas blackout no quarto e janelas com redução de ruído, pois o barulho é muito devido a proximidade da orla.

O elevador Velho demais e para entrar no estacionamento do hotel tem que descer do carro para apertar o portão e ficar explicando ao recepcionista que vc é hóspede. No meu caso, todas as vezes tomei banho de chuva passando dados por interfone para provar que era eu a hóspede, mesmo tendo fornecido no check in a placa do carro.

Foi ruim, quarto sem isolamento acústico, muito barulho, muito próximo da rua, com claridade dos postes a noite toda, dormimos muito mau. Café da manhã excelente, limpeza do hotel boa , porém a limpeza do quarto bem mais ou menos, não repõem sabonetes e shampoos tive que ir na recepção buscar, cartão para abrir o quarto toda hora dava problema tinha que ir na recepção magnetizar , paguei por um quarto com vista no alto, me colocaram no quarto no primeiro andar com a vista não dava para enxergar o mar. Não consegui dormi bem dia nenhum, sinceramente volto sempre em Maceió, mas nesse hotel não fico mais.

Eu fiquei apenas uma noite em Maceió para seguir viagem no dia seguinte. Nessa minha proposta achei o Vistamar excelente. Bem localizado, na avenida da praia, com um ótimo cafe da manhã. Achei o quarto um pouco pequeno, porém com sacada com vista para o mar. Cama e chuveiro bons. O estacionamento fica na parte de tras do hotel, mas o acesso foi improvisado por dentro do hotel. Fui em maio/24 e estava tendo obras com muito barulho, acredito que em alta temporada isso não ocorra. O rooftop estava bem disputado. Tem uma linda vista porem não é muito grande.

Ótima localização, pegamos o quarto com sacada, a vista era incrível, ficamos no sétimo andar, a maioria dos funcionários super simpáticos. Tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado, pois não funcionava, eles “arrumavam” depois dava problema novamente, naquele calor, o ar só ventilava. Não tem ajuda com malas, ninguém para carregar, café da manhã bem simples, porém bom, no mais a estadia foi boa.
