Stayed 4 days , junior suite, the furniture is normal can be better, the light inside is not enough, no tables for luggage, the bathroom water not strong and the shower head is very old and cant fix the direction, my room was at 7th floor and i heard the elevator movement, the staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is closr to the center

I normally stay in the old quarter but fancied a change. I am really impressed with this hotel. I would recommend this to friends and family.

Check in was a zoo, but they made up for it with an upgrade. Just be prepared. Hotel was great, clean, nice staff with proximity to Maya (has a nice movie theatre) and One Ninnam for shopping- tourist prices tho.
I love Mr. Chang's right next door for the best meals! You must go and say hi to my sisters. Will be back again to stay at this hotel.

First time in Chiang Mai. Can wall to Maya Mall where food court was outstanding. Had a small but useful pool I go into. With beautiful adjacent koi pond. To get into old city you'll need a Grab. I had a nice room with balcony to listen to birds in the early morning. Daily breakfast was outstanding. Would recommend.

I stayed in 2 other hotels in Chiang Mai before Cmor and those were nice especially the S17 but this hotel takes the cake.

First the staff members are excellent. I don't speak Thai but there were a lot of people working who spoke English. They are friendly, they greet me coming and going and had no issue with my goofiness. Shout out to the dining room captain Pea, great person. I spoke to her and she gave me some Thai lessons and just listened to me.

I stayed in a junior suite(2 double beds) by myself next to the pool. During the day time you can hear people in the pool which is fine for me, I'm awake usually around that time or out of my room.

The tv did have some a dead pixel line on the right side and some decoloration but majority of the time I was on my laptop or phone. It has multiple stations of different nationalities.

The room comes with AC nothing outdated or spaceage. I didn't use it as much, because I wanted my body to adjust to the temperature in Thailand.

The bathroom does need a little more lighting around the mirror area, maybe a small light bar can be placed above it for cheap. The toilet comes with a bumblaster, there's a standing shower next to it and on the other side of the bathroom is a nice bathtub. There are blinds in the bathroom to let in some light but again a light bar would really help. There's no outlets in the bathroom, seems to be consistent in Thailand.
There's a decent bed, folding couch, small table, 2 chairs.

We stayed at the Cmor 13 nights. We found the hotel staff extremely helpful and very friendly, the hotel was always spotless as was our room when we arrived and everyday after cleaning.

Location is excellent close to Maya shopping centre also quite a few local markets.

Restaurants around the area are fantastic huge range to choose from good idea to google first and check reviews.

Buffet breakfast was always very tasty and filling.

We will definitely be back thank you once again to the staff of the Cmor.

The hotel is advertised as “soundproof,” but that’s not true at all—you’ll feel it every day until midnight since there’s a beer garden below, and almost every evening (except maybe one), there’s some kind of live music performance. The pool is very cold, and if you stay there more than a few days, so breakfast, by the third day, you won’t know what to eat anymore. If you stay for more than a week, you might even want to skip breakfast altogether.

The rooms are clean, great layout. I had a real problem with the wifi. It was so slow and then just turn off. I told them and they tried to fix it but was still not great. I had free breakfast but never went ...... not good. The pool was nice but you lost the sun around noon. There is a bar right beside the hotel that played loud music until midnight.

This hotel was quite lovely. The room was spacious, had lots of light & was clean. There was a mini kitchen but no dishes so not meant to be used. When you take the key card out to lock your room when you leave, all electricity shuts off which makes the bar fridge not stay cool. The shower was ok except the water did not get hot. It was kinda warmish so not ice cold but definitely not hot.
The breakfast was outstanding for a small hotel. The food choices were quite nice & the care & presentation made up for the not so hot shower.
Everything about the hotel was 5 star except the tepid shower & the electrical cut off when leaving the room.
Overall it was very clean, the service was great, & location with a 5 min walk from a big mall & a breakfast to look forward to each morning makes this a great choice if it suits what you are looking for.

Overall good value for the stay

I booked a Suite which was a big mistake! My room was next to a public place where they had music on Fri, Sat and Sun from around 7pm to 11:30pm! It was so noisy that it was almost impossible to sleep before midnight! I travelled with a group of friends. The best room was the Deluxe Room. Breakfast was ok. I enjoyed the papaya and dragon fruit the most.

Great hotel in an ideal location. All major attractions easily reached using Grab Taxis. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Room was very spacious and came with a kitchen. All the amenities you could need. Good WiFi signal. There was a little bit of noise at night from the restaurant opposite but it was usually quiet by midnight.

Good hotel for the price

Hotel was good and staff is super nice. Location close to Nimman street which is full of restos and bars. Close enough to the old city. Price is quite good for the quality. Our only complain was the breakfast, which was quite awful. The hotel orders it from outside and it arrives every morning cold. We stopped the service after the first day as we couldnt eat it. They claimed that this was a COVID19 regulation but i had stayed in a different hotel just a month ago and they offered a breakfast buffet. All this to say, the hotel is ok, but wouldnt order/pay for the breakfast.

Picked this property due partially large room size, as staying for a week. Room was large - but empty. A bed, a long narrow ledge and one chair.
A cooking hob, microwave and bar fridge - with only 1 spoon , 1 fork and 1 pasta bowl - nothing to cook with, no dishtowels, etc.
Pool was nice but in shade most of the day.
Be aware that charges to or from airport are higher than those with other taxies.
Location is convenient and rooms clean. Lack of storage and only 5 hangers.

Bad: Furniture and walls in the room were a bit torn and worn out. Before booking this hotel I read a review by a previous guest where she mentioned that 1 of her possessions went missing, I didn't know that it would happen to me, well, sort of. I left my shirt behind and called the hotel about 5 hours after check out if they have it in their possession. First 2 calls were replied with \"couldn't find it\". Third call was the charm and they said they found it. I have a feeling 1 of the housekeepers tried to keep it but was caught eventually. Thank you to the staff that investigated and found my shirt.

I liked the installations and services. All the staff was very supportive with us and helpful to arrange our tours and transportation when needed.
At every night there were kids playing outside with fireworks... that was a little annoying, however I didn’t complained thoug :)
The hotel should promote local events, they have information at front desk but would be good that they could make some suggestions or proposals when checking in. In general was a great experience. Would book here again, no doubt.

Perfect stay!

This hotel is situated near the Maya shopping centre, good for food, shopping, getting a tuk tuk and 5 minutes walk from One Food Street, Nimman district.

The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, inviting but modern and a friendly feel. The reception staff Mr Nook and Nara and another guy who’s name we didn’t get were second to none. Their help was brilliant, they recommended the Chiang Mai Elephant Sanctury and it was definitely a winner. They booked the Thai boxing fight for us and even when our pick-up was late they were phoning to see where they were before we’d even asked. They were so helpful with everything. The whole staff were polite and friendly, such a good atmosphere here.

Breakfast had lots of choice to suit and we used the restaurant once and the food was good, I think the restaurant is under used.

Our room was lovely and spacious and serviced daily. My only criticism here was that you couldn’t dry anything on the balcony. Which meant if you used the pool there was nowhere to dry your swim clothes. Even an airer in the bath would have helped. Also a small kitchenette but no utensils or plates so it couldn’t be used, such a shame.

I left my personal item behind when I checked out and remembered about a few hour later. When I wrote to ask for the item back as I could remember EXACTLY where I had left it...they did not return the item. Very disappointed that the cleaning team cannot be trusted to return items to their hotel guests after checking out. They obviously do not want me to return as their guest.

The room is clean. However, there are bugs (may be fleas). We cannot see them. But they bite us a lot. It is itchy and painful. We requested to clean the room a few times. The hotel staff did clean the room thoroughly. But the bugs are still there. We even changed the room. But there are still many. We cannot sleep well at night because those bugs are very active at night. If you are attractive to bugs or fleas, please do not stay at this hotel.

Cmor hotel not what I expected for a 2.5 year old hotel. Towels and sheets had holes in them. Towels frayed around the edges. Kleenex box empty on arrival and never refilled. I had to ask after 2nd day. Always ran out of toilet paper too and had to ask for more (rolls are tiny and they don't leave an extra roll). Shower a bit tiny and the shower gel smells like stinky feet.
But the room itself is nice. Large. Has microwave, fridge and stovetop. Closet nice size with umbrella and flashlight, but only 4 hangars.
Free shuttle to mall (but not back), free bikes to use (did not use so don't know details). Mall is close, we usually walked.
Would stay again if had to, but would check out other hotels 1st.

A real pearl of an oyster Hotel.

The hotel has a lot going for it. Big, clean rooms with modern fixtures and an excellent bed. The bathroom is quirky as it has windows on 2 sides facing into the bedroom.
The staff were pleasant and really helpful, a lady was playing on a musical instrument in the lobby on an evening. I did not try the restaurant or bar so can't comment, looked nice enough though.
The outside pool was tidy with a well kept area around it, I didn't dip my toes.
The area around the hotel was typical Chiang Mai, nice new buildings surrounded by rough patches of land with local people making food in make shift stalls. But that's everywhere, and the food can be nice. However, the view from my rooms window was a breath-taking vista of the hills surrounding the city.
A short walk away is the Maya shopping centre which has a roof top eating area and plenty of Western shops, if that's your thing. There's a free tuctuc ride to the Maya.
So, location for me wasn't that great but the taxi's are so cheap it really isn't a problem.

About 500m to Maya shopping centre. Foodcourt is up in level 4 of Maya . Food is so cheap and delicious . Thete are also alot of street food around...
Cmor provides tuk tuk to Maya free.
Overall it s a convenient place.

Okay small hotel with good service but some faults

The hotel is a little out of the way just north of Nimmen road and Maya Mall. The room we had was a junior suite with lots of room and reasonable furniture but a bit too much like IKEA.
The food was okay and service very good.
The one main dislike was the bathroom which has the shower placed next to the toilet meaning it floods the place and the water temperature would not remain steady which was rather annoying. Fix the bathroom and I will come back.

New hotel but with huge issue upon checking in

terrible experience upon checking - in, i was told no rooms were available for that night despite having received a confirmation email from expedia many months ago when i made the booking. i was told the issue was due to either expedia failed to send the confirmation email to the hotel or that the hotel staff forgot to enter the email into their system. as a result, and after waiting for an hour in their lobby with no aircon in 30+ degree heat after a long flight, they had put me up in a hotel room next door for that night. luckily, there was a hotel nearby but i was wondering what would have happened if a convenient alternative wasn't available? i would be left without a place for the night. terrible and traumatizing experience which leads me to think that i can't really trust expedia anymore when they tell me my hotel's confirmed (also had similar experience with an activity I booked which was cancelled 2 days before the scheduled date even though I was charged in full on the day i booked it).

Good middle range hotel.

Stayed here for three nights and found it close to large shopping plaza along with restaurants. The hotel itself was nearly new and the rooms were spacious and clean. A good range breakfast choice was available for $10 Aus. and they provided a shuttle one way to Plaza. Staff were excellent with reasonable English.

This is a clean hotel with spacious rooms. Service by staff is slow and not very attentive. My room had a very nice kitchenette buy no utensils apart from one bowl. Not really sure why they have a kitchenette yet provide no pots or pans, knives, forks or spoons Or crockery. They however provide one nice bowl!!! Why? I have no idea. Breakfast was just ok. I'm diabetic and Aslen for \"equal\" or other sweetener and it was not available. Asked for honey as opposed to sugar and it was as if I had two heads. Food choice was very limited. When visiting I forgot toothpaste so I called reception and asked if they had a toothbrush. They said yes and would send one up. An hour past and no tooth brush. I called again and eventually one arrived. This was supposed to be a four star hotel but it felt more like a three star and possibly a budget hotel. It's a pity because it was located close to a shopping mall with restaurants and movie theater. Free ride on a tuk tuk to the mall. They have the use of free bicycles also. Overall a nice hotel but staff do need better training and breakfast could be upgraded. I asked for a king sized bed and while I waited they pushed two single beds together to make it a king. That terrible uncomfortable crack in the middle was really not good. Could do better all round.

We spent 8 nights here. From the moment the staff picked us up at the airport we were treated so kindly. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They helped us book all kinds of tours and taxi's. They had suggestions in the area for places to go. They always greeted us and checked what we were doing for the day. They were all regular full time staff, so we got to see familiar faces every day. We would definitely stay here again. It is not within the walls of the old city but we only went that way a couple times so didn't matter to us. The location is great for walking to mall, massage, food places and laundry. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was a nice breakfast, some typical Asian cuisine and some western breakfast food. All the tours picked us up at the hotel and dropped us back off there. We used the pool almost every day, it is not a big pool but we pretty much had it to ourselves.

Convient hotel but noisy

We stayed few days in chiang mai and the hotel was correct. The location is just outside of the city center which is convenient and easily reachable by any transport (like Tuk tuk or taxis) just beside the huge Maya mall. The room was clean and comfy however the soundproofing is pretty poor in Thailand therefore we can hear the airplanes or people speaking outside. Also bear in mind this area is very popular amongst Chinese tourists who seem to love this hotel.

Nice modern hotel.

My friend and I paid $550AUD for 5 nights and at that rate it is value for money, I did notice that we bought the room on 'sale' with a RRP of $1800. New hotel so modern and clean, room had kitchenette but no plates, cutlery etc. Otherwise great hotel for our stay. Its about a 25 minute walk to the walls and old town but we loved the up and coming Nimman district so didn't have to walk too far if you don't want to.

Nice & comfortable hotel

The hotel is comfortable and clean. Hotel staffs are friendly & helpful. Location is near - 10 mins walk to Nimman area where many eateries & massage salons situated. 5 mins walk to Maya Shopping Mall. Hotel also provides courtesy tuk tuk shuttle to the mall. Only gripe is the shower temperature control. Overall stay was comfortable & enjoyable.

Spacious room overlook a pool, got an upgrade to a suite room and it is such a nice room overlook a pool, very clean & comfortable stay. We tried different hotels during our stay at Chiangmai recently and this is by far the best stay for us in chiangmai. Easy check in time, staffs is friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast may be limited but is good enough with the price paid. We can request for free shuttle to Maya mall or rent a bicycle.

Lots of little things add up

Though the staff was very friendly the stay was overall disappointing.
1. The \"area shuttle\" takes you 1 minute away to a mall you can easily walk to, that has the only accessible food available in walking distance. It takes you nowhere else or more useful
2. The free wifi requires a ridiculously long password you have to keep on you and keep reenterring (I gave up)
3. The free breakfast was too expensive - it was disgusting and they should have paid me to eat it. I gave up on that too after the first day.
4. The pool is lovely but they never have enough towels for guests out there
5. Though friendly the staff really dont understand English so cant provide help getting around, etc.
6. Though the rooms are lovely, there is no sound protection so you hear everything in the hallways and down the stairs. Also the smoke detector or something had he most annoying flashing light constantly going right above the bed
7. Its lovely there is a balcony but they provide you no chairs to enjoy it
8. And the hot water didnt work - so it would stay cold forever then get burning hot and alternate between the two with no warm setting to be found
9. Location wise its really not ideal - they are not in walking distance of anything in main center of town which I thought was ok considering it had an \"area shuttle\" but without a real shuttle we had to get to the mall then get a tuktuk from there everytime we needed to go somewhere. It was 150-200 baht each way.

Nice hotel in hip local neighbourhood.

Very new hotel. This hotel is not located in the main tourist drag (Old City), but instead offers a stay in a 'hip' neighbourhood. There were more tourists in the area than expected and so it was easy to find English. MANY hip coffee shops everywhere in Nimman (15 min walk to start). Lots of local restaurants if you wander off of the main road.

Excellent value at C-Mor Hotel. Stayed for 5 nights in this new hotel. Basic facilities with spacious room. Wifi slightly unstable thou. Worth the price and walking distance to the nearby Maya Shopping mall

GREAT

Stayed here for the entirety of our four week stay in Chiang Mai and loved it. Staff were extremely friendly, great location, everything was new/clean and the room size huge.

Only thing I would be cautious of is that the rooms with kitchens don't have any cooking utensils. So if you are staying for a long period, as we did, and you want to cook for yourself then you have to go buy pots, pans, bowls and cutlery. The hotel may have some sets that you can request but we didn't see anything that mentions this.

10日間滞在しました。
ホテルは写真と相違がなく、綺麗で客室も広く使い勝手がいいです。立地はMAYAモールから歩いて5分程。通りからすぐの所なので、暗い場所もなく子連れでも安心でした。周囲はうるさくなく、かわいい鳥が毎日ベランダに来ました。子供はプールが大のお気に入りで、毎日入っていました。水は衛生的で、目が行き届く大きすぎないプールでした。プールにはビート板と浮き輪、つかまって泳げる長い棒があるので、プールの遊具は持ってこなくても安心して遊べます。プール用のタオルもいつも置いてくれています
食事はタイ料理と、パンやシリアル、フルーツとタイスイーツなどがあります。日替わりではないのでタイ料理は続いて同じ物が出ることがよくありました。連泊だったので、少し飽きてしまいましたがいつも美味しかったです。
部屋の清掃は綺麗にしていただいていますが、床だけがいつも掃除機を掛けたい感じでした。キッチンはありますが、料理をしてはいけないというルールを言われ、お湯を沸かすポットと、コーヒーのドリッパー、あと冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあるので、テイクアウトした物とカップラーメンなどは食べられます。Kitchenettと書かれていますが、料理できないのでご注意ください。
フロントスタッフは気配りのできる1人の女性にいつも助けられました。男性スタッフもみんな感じが良かったです。英語のコミュニケーションは少し伝わらない時があります。

Buen hotel y buena ubicación

El hotel está súper bien ubicado. Tienen bicicletas disponibles a un costo $0 para poder turistear Chiang Mai.
El único \"PERO\" es que nunca tuvieron el restaurante disponible, no había atención ni servicio de comida o bebida en zona de alberca.
Tuvimos detalle de unos animalitos en la habitación que solucionaron de inmediato con fumigación.
