Staff were professional in their service and hotel's location was great. We were given a huge one room suite and a smaller one room suite. My only feedback is that they should really be providing hand soap in the toilets and at the kitchenette sinks. That was really something they could have acted on after so many reviews about it.

Lovely modern and clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options. The location is great as there is lots of walking and shopping options. The main square is a 20 min walk or 5 min taxi ride. Would highly recommend the hotel and would visit again.

The hotel is right beside the highway if you a light sleeper - fully not recommended.

The hotel offers bicycle to rent for free ; it’s night to get around places (however the bikes are a bit torned up, gotta be careful if you aren’t a good cycler.

This is a modern hotel with a helpful and efficient staff. We were able to get suggestions, book tours, schedule taxis, and get any help we needed from the excellent front desk staff. The hotel is also within walking distance to the Mayan shopping mall.

Pros: hotel is very new and clean. Room has a good size, is bright and clean, comfortable bed and linen. Staffs are friendly, polite and very helpful. Breakfast is available but we did not select this option when booked, but it looks like it has good variety of dishes to choose.

Cons: the room wall is paper thin and window cannot protect street noise. We were on the 8th floor but I could still hear people talk from the street level (not to mention traffic noise especially from local motorbike). With that I did not sleep well.

The location of the hotel was great with 7-11 nearby. Only 5min walking distance to the MAYA shopping mall. The room was big and comfy. The staff here are very nice too. We enjoy our stay here so much.

The staff does not apologize. Even did not have the room as booked Insist that must write again in special request and must call to confirm room type again before staying. It's very non sense. Room is clean. Small fitness and swimming pool. Overall it's OK. Better for eat and shopping if you stay on Nimman hemmin.

Location is good for me, easy parking, convenient to go to Nimman area. Staffs were good and well trained. The room was clean, the pool was nice. The room door was not sound proof so it was noisy from other hotel guests walking, shouting. Breakfast is okay not particularly great.

Air conditioning is leaking water out.
Very small ant are running around on the table.
The door has no hinge to avoid slamming, you will be awake in the early morning when people start to check out.
The pool is on the ground floor and it is so close to the room with a tall wall to reflect the noice of those kids who play around to ensure you have no sleep in the morning.
Sorry I won’t be coming again.

I checked in late. Hotel said my room got problem and no more room available though I advance paid all room charge. They tried to change room type from 2 deluxe rooms to 1 family room but I refused due to family room has only 1 bathroom. Then they said upgrade my room to 1 br type at another bldg. I found water volume was low and not hot. Finally I request to find another room for 2nd night.

Before booking this hotel we read reviews about noisy from airplanes and guests. Anyway, we didnt hear anything at night apart from in the morning when kids were awake. But we are okay not bad. I love the fact that it has small kitchen and living room seperated from the bedroom. Generally. It is a Nice hotel and not far from Nimman road.

Please be aware that they are doing major roadworks outside of hotel (May 2018), I would check to see if they are complete before you book, I had to walk through mud and massive puddles to get to hotel.

Overall the hotel is nice modern and clean, is cheap basic furniture, there was not much storage for items and a open wardrobe.
The bed was comfortable but my shower was a massive let down, lukewarm water and the shower was not very powerful. Would have rather a nice shower than a fancy looking bathroom.
The cleaning was a bit sporadic and done at random times I had the cleaners smashing down my door while I was asleep at 8am in morning, I didn't have my do not disturb card up but I also didn't have my clean the room card up either!!

The swimming pool is small and mainly in shade, they only have four sun beds, I also felt uncomfortable as next door to pool was the restaurant, so you feel like you are being overlooked upon.
The location of hotel is good with lots of the better parts of Chaing Mai close by.
Would I stay here again!? maybe for one night but that would be it

Friendly housekeeping staff. Love the custom city map given by the hotel and explaining the Sat, Sun and weekday night market with English, Mandarin and Thai translation. Slight bitten by mosquitoes in room but hotel takes care to inform of fogging routinely. Love the breakfast staff at the restaurant.

Noisy young Chinese youths kept us awake in the night on two occasions talking. Would be nice place to stay if people had common courtesy. Hotel staff need to rein in their guests.

We stayed at this hotel as it was close to one of the temples we wanted to see. The hotel is modern and relatively clean. The welcome fruit and drinks was a nice touch as we were really hot when we arrived. We also got a cold towel.
The problem is the food. We had lunch here and it was the worst food we have had all holiday. We are at the street vendors behind the hotel, these were amazing and a lot cheaper.
The menu we got was limited at the hotel. I asked for pineapple rice with prawn. It came as chicken and wasn't as described (served in a pineapple) there was also some weird hairy stuff on top. I assume is some sort of spice.
Well it came with chicken so I sent it back and said it should be prawn. When it came back 5 mins later with the most anemic prawns i ate 2 and gave the others a miss. Then they tried to over charge as they had a deal on for a free drink. The service was so slow and there were only 2 tables in. I also had to wait for my partner to get served his main meal after mine. Which was a further 5-10 minutes after I got mine.
We also struggled to sleep as the door/walls were so thin. People talking was so loud and we didn't sleep well for the 2 days we spent here.

Great Hotel just don't use the concierge's desk.

The hotel was very nice and the room layout was very modern and nice. The only downside was the concierge's desk that sold us an all day private tour from Jeff's tours that ended up being a shopping tour to very high end stores. We thought we were able to go where we wanted but that was not the case. I would avoid this trap and book your excursions elsewhere.

Our room was nice but the king size bed was too big for the room size as the air conditioner made it very cold. The pressure in the shower would change from hot to cold in a matter of seconds - got burnt a few times. Advised management but nothing was done about it.

Staff are really helpful and patient, which is particularly impt since I was travelling alone. Do rmb to take note of the free shuttle service to both the saturday and sunday walking street.

Over rated and over priced after big 50% discount.

After large discount the room was not worth
the price. If the real price was ever real
it is way overpriced.

Safe did not work and when repair man reset it he told us
we could only use the number 1234 he put in as the code.
That was a first in all my travels.

New, modern hotel, a bit noisey though

X2 vibe is a very clean new hotel located close to maya shopping centre. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Our room was cleaned daily, had a nice view of the pool.
This hotel was awesome value for money, keep in mind location from old town as it is a fair walk. The traffic can be quite noisey at night and never seems to stop as the hotel is set back from a main road.

The only thing that let our stay down was the noise from the corridors and other rooms. Being that the hotel is made from concrete and tiles all the noise seems to bounce off the walls and can be quite loud. Other than that we had a great weeks stay here, would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel, great breakfast, stole motorbike keys

- Clean room, except for mosquitos when we first got there (disappeared after awhile) and the shower making a mess of the bathroom.

- Beautiful pool, too cold to swim. Very disappointing.

- Great breakfast, nice breakfast staff.

- Reason I won't go back or recommend it: we rented a motorbike, parked it for the night, came back to hours later and it was moved... fine, picked it up and moved to a safer place. Next morning needed to return the bike, couldn't find the keys. Tore apart or laundry, traced footsteps and it hit me. Went down to the lobby asked if they \"found our keys,\" nope. Then changed my view and told them they moved it and they had the keys. Sure enough when I told them they had the keys, they magically appeared right in front of them, literally in the front desk. They went into our room (which was already cleaned earlier so they had no reason to come) and took our keys and moved the bike. They had no intent of telling us they had the keys or returning them. Who knows what would've happen if I didn't change my position of telling them they had my keys or how much they would've made from us \"losing our keys.\" They also lost a couples laundry while we were there and it took 20 minutes for us to check out.

Pleasant Stay for a week!

Stayed at One Bedroom (New Building), everything is new. The space is big as you have living room separated with the bedroom. The room comes with Balcony and you have 2 air-conditioners.

One thing i have found strange is the Sofa as it still have some plastic cover under the sofa cover sheet.

My stay was great as there are many car park spots, hotel also provided free water at the restaurant area where you can actually pick yourself.

The only one negative point is, when they have many guests, breakfast time will be an chaos and they could not refill the food in time.

This hotel is a one year old and everything were in new conditions. We booked a Grand Residence room that featured a separate bath and enjoyed using it. The bed was comfort and clean. The Wi-Fi was not bad but few times faced difficulty to sign in.
However, the view was not that interesting since we faced the other building but we had access to balacony so was good. Also, the breakfast was quite good and could be better if they provided some vegan meals.

Overall, very good place to stay at (stayed 4 nights) and enough parking spots, too.
