This is a nice hotel and a great part of Chiang Mai. An easy walk to the Maya Mall and the occasional night market. The room was nice. The bed was soft enough to be comfortable, but not quite as nice as a Marriott perhaps. There were many choices for breakfast to suit just about any taste and it was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel during our visit to Chiang Mai. We had wanted to stay in Nimman for the second half of our trip. We got an Executive Suite for the two of us and it was more than enough room between the living space and the bedroom. The washing machine in this unit was perfect, although they don't provide the detergent. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean, but the furnishing is a little old. Breakfast was a combination of continental spread and East and Southeast Asia dishes and it was great. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The Hotel is right where One Nimman and the White Market is, with great restaurants and massage parlors nearby.

Nice newer property. It's in the flight path of take offs from CNX airport. The noise is tolerable and ends around midnight. The hotel lacks Fitness center. No mini bar.

They decorated our room for our honeymoon. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint was about the breakfast options. As a vegan, there wasn't much for us. The restaurant tried to accommodate but we had limited options. Otherwise, it was a great stay and location.

Lovely modern hotel (built just 4 years ago) in a great location in the heart of the action in upscale Nimman. It is just a few blocks away from the new Central Mall and 1 Nimman Mall. Our Junior Suite was spacious and spotless, and offered a large separate bedroom, at the price of a single room in its competitors . The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed had the most comfortable mattress we could remember in a hotel. We liked it so much we extended our stay.

The only negatives were the WiFi service and the included breakfast. The WiFi was based on an unsecured 2.4G router that was OK but slow most of the time. I'd suggest using a VPN for security if you do any sensitive work on your device. It had one overnight and an occasional short outage during our 10 day stay.

We are not big breakfast people, but we opted in for the daily breakfast ($5 apiece). The included breakfast had a limited fixed menu. The first day we were pretty disappointed with the food. The pad Thai was very greasy and the duck on a waffle was overcooked and like a rock.

The good news was that as we left breakfast in the lobby the manager (owner?) asked us how we liked breakfast. My ever honest wife told him exactly what was wrong. The next day, and the rest of the trip, the food was properly prepared, if limited. There are many alternative restaurants and cafes within a block or two.

All in all we really enjoyed our stay, and would be glad to stay here again.

Hotel is located on a small street off a secondary artery that is a few minutes from the Maya shopping center. Hotel staff was excellent. Even though our transport stopped one property over from the hotel, they had people running out of the hotel to come and greet us and take our baggage. Pool is small and quiet but the weather did not permit us to use it. Breakfast was included in our package and was in a roadside Café at the front door. One property down to the east was a local café for supper. Cheap beer and excellent local cuisine for less than $10 for two people. Although we walked every day to the old city and around the entire city, you can get a red truck for 30 baht/pax. The room suites were all large, new and very modern with 2 AC units. The only downside was that we were in the flight path of the Chang Mai airport and it appeared that the last plane flew out at around 2230. However, we were in Chiang Mai to visit and not sit in our rooms and watch one of the two large flat screens.

A nice and comfy apartment. Nice woody furnishing. Bathroom amenities basic, does not have body lotion, toothbrush/paste, facial cotton/cotton buds. Generous 4 bottles of water. Windows are dirty, wanted to take a pic of the pool n courtyard area from room, it didn't turn out well. Lovely sets of breakfast to pick from and all are nicely presented. Nice eateries just along the street towards Nimman street. Nimman is near the airport so you hear the planes. Very good for family and long stay because of the space and convenience.

Clean affordable accommodation

This is our first visit to Chiangmai and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of hotel. It is a 5 mins walk out to the main road in the heart of a trendy location. We were spoilt for choice when food was concerned. Love it and we’re planning on a return visit with more friends. No guessing on which hotel we’ll book.

This is a new hotel but the staff are very attentive. The room (a suite) was huge n very comfortable. However we could hear children running along the corridor but we're not sure if it's because the walls are thin or the children are uncontrolled!!. Very comfort room and perfect location

New hotel with a big size room. A bedroom+living room, tasteful furnitures, big fridge, a lot of space to move around, good air-con, very comfort bed.
Location is about 1 min walk to the main road where you can find a lot of places to eat, bars a big shopping mall(10 min walk) and a small night market near the mall.
The hotel is still not fully build that mean that there is no swimming pool and no breakfast, the hotel say it very clearly so no surprise about that.
Very easy to go to old town and night bazar by using the local transportation which is frequent and cost 20 baht per ride.
I was very happy with my stay at this hotel and i will come back in my next visit to Chiang mai

Overall a great 2 night with sanae hotel, it's not completed yet but not making any different to us. It's clean and cozy, big room. Very near to Maya mall, but if for traveler that would like to explore old city might want to consider choosing other hotels that is in old city, nimman road is just filled with cafe.

We booked the more expensive room but was worth it to use the washing machine to wash our mountain of clothes. It was nice to have space with a sofa to watch tv. The only thing was the mattress was a bit hard but bearable. I would stay here again, very clean and tidy.

A home away from home.

As the hotel is in it's final completion stage, there facilities were very basic. No swimming pool and cafe. But nothing to worry about as it is conveniently located near the Nimmanhemin area. Close to the convenient stores like 7-11 and cafes.

넓고 청결한 호텔

넓고 청결한 호텔이었습니다. 여행 기간 중 생일이 있었는데 케잌도 서비스로 가져다주어 매우 감동했습니다. 직원 모두 친절하였고 특히 조식이 맛있었습니다. 주변에 마사지샵, 마야몰, 원님만 모두 가까워 편리합니다. 다음에 치앙마이에 간다면 다시 이용할 의향이 있습니다. 비행기 소음은 님만해민 쪽 숙소를 이용하신다면 각자 소음 예민도에 따라 감안하실 부분이고 저희는 크게 신경쓰이지는 않았습니다.

Todo ha ido muy bien en el hotel y sus servicios. Es muy recomendable. La única pega es que la zona de Nimman de Chiang Mai tiene el inconveniente que los aviones la sobrevuelan y esto hace que se oigan en cualquier hotel de la zona.

깨끗하고 넓고 정말 좋았아요! 위치도 좋고, 직원분들 서비스도 좋았어요. 방하고 거실 나뉘어서 넓고 에어컨도 두개예요. 큰 식탁 있어서 간식먹기 편했고 화장대 거울도 크고 넓어서 화장하기도 편해요. 조명도 밝은편이라 좋았어요. 화장실도 넓고 샤워부스가 있어서 좋았어요. 화장실에 양치 생수도 있어서 하루에 생수 인당2병씩 줬어요. 치앙마이에서 3군데 호텔에서 묵었는데 제일 좋았어요. 비행기 소음은 있고요, 샤워기필터 교체해서 사용했는데 심하게는 아니어도 색이 변했어요. 챙겨가면 좋을 것 같아요.

만족스러운 숙박이었습니다!! 룸 사이즈와 컨디션 모두 다 너무 좋았고, 물 서비스도 넉넉하게 준비해 주셔서 물을 사먹을 필요가 없었습니다. 프런트 직원들도 너무 친절하였고 항상 마주칠 때 마다 웃으며 맞이해 주셔서 환영받는 기분이 들었습니다.
비행기소리가 자주 들리긴 했지만 새벽에는 들리지 않아서 자는대 문제가 있진 않았고, 거의 외출을 했던 터라 신경쓰이는 편은 아니었습니다. 샤워기 수압이 조금 약하긴 하지만 씻는대 크게 불편하지는 않았습니다. 다음에 치앙마이를 가게 된다면 이 호텔에서 숙박을 계속 하고싶을 정도로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다!

님만 쪽에 있어서 새로 생겨서 그런지 진자 깨끗하고 이불에서 냄새도 안나요!!
제가 호텔 꾸리꾸리한 이불 냄새를 싫어하거든요ㅠㅠ
방도 진짜 넓구 깨끗하고 좋았어요!! 신식이라ㅎㅎ그리고 님만 쪽은 정말 비행기 소리는 어쩔 수 없습니다.. 저는 예민하지않아서 잘 자긴 했는데 민감하신 분들은 올드타운에 숙소 잡으세용..
그리고 체크인 아웃할ㄹ 때 직원들은 매우 친절했구요
방에 처음에 들어왔을 때 불 안켜지고 뜨거운 물 안나와서 그때와서 수리하고 그러느라 조금 불편하긴 했지만 다들 친절하고 시설도 좋고 좋았어요!

생각했던거보다 좋아서 진심 깜짝 놀람.
이 가격에..콘도 같은 곳. 신발 벗어서 좋았고
방 따로 거실따로 주방따로 대박이었음.
위치도 좋음.
시끄러운건 님만해민은 다 어쩔 수 없는거 같음
방음 자체가 안되어있고.. 그래도 새벽엔 뱅기 안날라다니니
사실 잘때 방해된 적 없음.
4박 했는데 진심 만족

窓が全面なので明るくて、私は陽射しが好きなので南側の部屋をリクエストしました。
南側は日中は暑いですけれど、私には幸せな滞在でした。
ニマンヘミンのショッピングエリアも近く、滞在中は全て快適に過ごすことができました。
出来ればもっと泊まっていたいホテルです。

가성비 최고의 호텔!!!
위치도 원님만 마야몰 띵크파크.. 걸어서 5분 안쪽 거리라 너무 좋았습니다. 물론 5성급 호텔에비하면 시설이나 서비스가 부족할지 몰라도... 가성비 짱인 호텔입니다!!
일단 넓은 방은 너무나 편했고, 청결했으며, 직원들도 적당히 친절합니다. 수영장은 사진에 비해 마니 작은듯합니다. 조금 골목인것같지만, 청도이치킨 맛집 바로 옆이고 마사지샵도 바로앞이라 어두운 골목이 아닙니다. 여자혼자 걸어다녀도 무섭지않아요~ 넓고 쾌적하고 님만에 위치좋은 호텔을 찾는다면 바로 예약하세요!!!
