Close to nearby mall (food court) and Michelin rated restaurants. Old City about 20 minutes away with a Sunday Night Market. Massages, shops and food stalls abundant. Don't pass up the chance to see Muay Thai fights at the Arena.

There is nothing to like. Apartment didn't exist. Pictures of outside property are not current. Picture of pool shows water there is none it broken and empty. We could not find Apartment so could not stay in an apartment that is not where it was claimed to be. I want a full refund.

Nice, quiet and clean place to stay in a popular area of Chiang Mai. Easy walk to the mall and Nimman which has lots of stuff to do and places to eat. Only con was the power went out after an hour and it was kind of spotty at times. Called the owner and they helped fix it.

Nice condo near Maya shopping center will stay again, however be aware you need to pay electricity and water which wasn't stated on the website. Cleaning fee is 500 baht for the cleaning after your rental which was stated on the website.

Horrible follow up Not able to get codes to get in
Zero follow up. We had trouble getting the codes for the lock box. For 48 hours they did not reply at all. Their email said they already sent the codes, but they never sent the check in instructions. We had to calm the property office repeatedly. Still never got the codes for our stay. We finally got someone to meet up to get in. Very unprofessional non responsive, zero follow up. During our stay we reached out for 3 days with emails with zero response back. Horrible service. Don't care about customers.

The apartment itself was modern and clean however the building it was located in was run down and dirty. The pool was absolutely nothing like the photos, looked more like a building site, no smoking signs up however the people in the apartment with balcony’s next to the pool were smoking and one of the step ladders to get into the pool was broken as well as lots of broken tiles in the pool. When we arrived, we couldn’t find the building. We took a taxi to the Maya Mall as advised when I booked the apartment. We eventually asked a nearby hotel who told us it was down a side street. The only sign being on the Roof of the very tall building that you could barely see. Very confusing as there are people in some kind of reception downstairs who told us we had to pay to use pool. When I contacted the owners they reassured us we didn’t have to. There was a very nice lady in the waiting room who was helpful and offered to order us a taxi to our next hotel however when she showed me the text on her phone from the taxi driver with the cost, 1500baht I was shocked as it should have been 800baht(thankfully I had checked first) so we called the next hotel and they arranged a taxi which was 800, so be wary of taxi costs. Not the nice ladies fault but just a word of caution. The contact between the owner/manager was very good and the actual apartment was great on a whole, it was just let down by the pool and the building it’s located in which I’m guessing is out of the owners hands.

What you need to know before...
What really bother us with this place is that they charge you extra money for the cleaning they do after your stay. This is not mentionned in the offer of location and in the room it is written that you can pay if you want cleaning during your stay. The cleaning between the guests should be included in the price of location! They also charge you extra if you use the pool ( per person, per day ) The check-in was also difficult. They don't have a reception so you have to call them to arrange it (no email in our confirmation mail). We had to call three times to have the right information. Except that, the apartment is clean and modern. It is confortable ( except the sofa bed that is broken) and well equiped. We really appreciated to have a cleaning machine. It is much smaller that it appears on the pictures ( we had the corner executive suite). The location is far from the old city but in a \"hip\" part of Chiang Mai, with a lot of good restaurants around but moore expensive.

Very near to Maya shopping mall and restaurants and shops. Swimming pool was great for the kids and they have a coin operated laundromat downstairs. Very useful and cheap. Roads outside under construction,so a bit muddy otherwise you have to walk on the main tarred road, but not Viengping Mansion's fault. Overall, very nice for the price. The building looks outdated in the hallways, but room was nice.

The unit itself is lovely plenty of room for a family of 4. Great veiws! Just BEWARE that they charge you an extra 800baht when you arrive for the end cleaning of the unit on top of what you have already paid through Expedia. We specifically wanted a pool while we stayed in Chiang Mai and unfortunately then pool was green and the woman told my son he was still welcomed to swim in there! I emailed the address supplied in the room and got no response until we had checked out! There was also a flickering light above the bed that continued to flicker whilst off which we figured must have water in it from the shower above!

Loved this place, we even got to wash our clothes in the washing machine. The only issue we had was that our toilet wasn't flushing so we filled a bowl with water and flushed like that. Otherwise, clean bedding and bathroom loved it I would come back

As there is no staff showed up when we checked in, but a phone called and requested us to pay 800THB cleaning fee right after we arrived, what confused us is : 1) It was NOT noted when we booked the hotel from Expedia. 2) There was a note in the room in written that: free cleaning per stay, the apartment will be clean when we leave, extra will only be charged if we want extra cleaning during our staying.

チェクインは凄く分かりづらかったが、メールでのやり取りで丁寧に教えて頂いたので何とか無事に出来ました。
部屋は全体的に暗くメインの照明も切れていてその旨を連絡するために部屋に置いてある案内書にあったsaid,
パスワードでwifi接続にトライしましたが接続不可(昔のdataでした)。仕方なく国際電話で連絡をとりやっとwifiが可能になりました。翌日は電球は替えてくれましたが、電子レンジが使用不可、シャワーがぬるすぎる、で担当を呼んでもらいレンジは交換、シャワーは調整をしてもらいました。
長期の滞在でしたので部屋に洗濯機があり助かりました。
色々不満はありますが格安で何と言っても地の利がよく

プリチェックインのメールが届き完了しましたが、残念ながら、チェックインの手順とロックボックスの情報は、メールでは送られなかった。こちらから到着前に電話して、チェックイン時間を指定すろ。そして当日現地についたらまた電話する。そして初めてアパート1階の入口付近から電話したまま部屋番号を聞いて、部屋の前に行き、部屋の入口横にあるロックボックスのパスコードを初めて聞いて、そのボックスから部屋の鍵を出し解錠した。そしてその場で500Bをボックスに入れるように指示されたので現金を入れてボックスを閉め、パスコードをランダムにした。そして電話をきった。民泊ではよくある話です。だだ初めてのアパートで私は非常に不安になりました。

No messages were answered, no codes received happily there was someone who opened the door. House rules does not apply to building rules. Smoking not allowed in balcony! Swimming pool area closes at 5pm. Opens sometime at morning. Gate can be opened by staff but costs you 50tbh /person. Airplane noise and traffic noise is disturbing if you are light-sleeper. Clean house and area was fine.
