Our ferry back from Norway to Denmark got cancelled at 4am, just after checking out and when we returned to the hotel, they were able to check us back in without any problems. Really great service. Also the hotel is beautiful, and the beds are very comfortable.

The room was tiny and had no place to put clothes in,
The room was hot and the a/c wasn’t good enough. WiFi wasn’t working on all rooms so we had to change the room to get access to a better WiFi. We also got a smaller room. All in all I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. There are better hotels in town, and cheaper.

Kort natt på fint hotell. Men siden det var lørdag kvelt, var det en del bråk utenfor. Videre har det håpløst å få bord når vi skulle spise frokost. Vi ble sittende ute i resepsjonsområde. Fikk først vite når vi sjekket ut at det var reservert parkering til oss

Nice hotel even though the location is a bit off. The hotel restaurant was closed for the summer and the only food you could buy was youghurt, chocolate and crisps. Not even any sandwiches. The ice cream box was nearly empty even though it’s early August. On the positive side, clean rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast room was located on floor 21 with great views and good food.

Totalt kaos med laaang kø i frokostsalen. Alt for mange gjester i forhold til kapasitet og sitteplasser. Tok en evighet å få frokost så fristet ikke å fylle på med mer mat med ranke på hvor lenge man må stå i kø. Maten var veldig god, men frokostsalens størrelse står ikke i stil med antall gjester som var der.

Fint hotell i sentrum. Veldig god service i resepsjon . Vi hadde familierom og det var veldig enkelt. I overkant myke senger for oss. På plussiden var det veldig stille . Frokosten var midt på treet. Mye veiarbeid gjorde det litt vanskelig å finne frem med gps men resepsjonen guidet oss frem.

Ankom sent. Ok service men kom til et meget beskidt værelse. Det eneste virkelige krav man har når man rejser ofte er at rengøring på hotel er god. Dette var bestemt ikke tilfældet her. Der lå madrest på bordet og flader var ikke tørret af og badeværelse var beskidt

Helt greit opphold, frokosten god men ikke helt på topp. Var mye folk og mulig litt lite folk på jobb på søndagen. Spiste middag på lørdag ettermiddag og noe så elendig mat har jeg aldri fått servert på en restaurant for å si det milt. Fisk og ponfri... stor fett klump med ponfri som var stekt i gammel olje... fisken ok var en kjempe nedtur for oss begge to som bestilte det samme..

Vi var der en natt for familiebesøk, vi hadde et rom for tre personer. Størrelse på rommet var greit, renhold helt ypperlig og betjening både i resepsjon og på restaurant var fantastisk hyggelige, høflige og serviceinnstilte.
Men lys på rom er ikke greit da det ikke finnes nattlys/nattbordslys for hver enkelt. Når jeg slo på lys for å se noe så går lyset på hele veien og vekker de to andre i tillegg til at lyset også da slås på over vinduer og i gang samtidig. Det er ganske håpløs ordning etter vår mening. I tillegg bør puter oppgraderes litt og kanskje rommet kunne hatt litt bilder eller annet, det var ganske \"plain\" selv om akkurat det ikke har så mye å si. TV funket dårlig da bildet hakket uansett hvilken kanal.
