Nice room, subpar experience

Nice room in good area.

When we arrived we were puzzled by there being a towel on the toilet.
We later realised that this towel was ment for the sink (which was leaking).

There was no handsoap in the dispenser nor in the shower.

Bathroom fan was loud and was not possible to turn off.

Got in at 23:15, checking in, agreed to put the car in the car park, receptionist didn't know how to pay for parking, so told us to do an it in the morning at reception. 690 NKR ticket in the window, and even though it is a private gated parking, the arrogant receptionists did nothing to help or resolve the situation. Completely useless. Never that hotel again, I travel 180 days yearly, and this hit a new bottom level

Stayed 4 nites. Good location. Good basic service. Breakfast was at Thon standards. Room was large, but sparsely furnished and with bare floor. Housekeeping was sporadic and we were given letter as a heads up it would be , but was still below par. Egon restaurant attached was good.

Det som trekker ned er at badene på hotellet er ganske nedslitt.

Kunne også vært noe mer variert i frokostsalen.

Det var en fin overnatning og fint med mulighed for opbevaring af bagage efter udtjekning.
Rengørringen kunne have været bedre i krogene. Det kan jo smutte men lå mærke til en nød under natbordet og støv på listerne nær loftet, gardinerne var også lidt beskidte.
Gulvet i brusenichen var i stykker og tror bruseren bar lidt utæt i hvert fald lå der lidt vand på gulvet. Men ellers har jeg ikke noget dårligt å sige. Alt i alt en fin oplevelse, men nu spurgte I om en evaluering.

Men frokosten var en veldig dårlig opplevelse. Da vi kom til frokost var det tomt for veldig mange ting og buffeten så ikke fin ut og utvalget var begrenset. Dårlig service fra betjeningen i tillegg gjorde nok til at jeg ikke kommer til å velge dette hotellet igjen neste gang. Frokosten er en stor del av hotelloppholdet så dette var veldig skuffende.

Vanskelig å finne parkering på gateplan, men er nok av parkerinshus med god plass. Bra utvalg av frokost, men kalde speilegg og bacon selv om vi var der når de åpnet. Synes synd på ene personen som måtte både lage frokost og rydde av bordene, burde minst hvert 2 stk til den jobben.

Grei frokost, men ikke smør (kun brelett) og ikke kaffefløte kun kaffemelk).Greit m sunne alternativer for dem som ønsker det, men det bør være flere valgmuligheter. Beliggenheten er veldig bra, men dyr parkering ifm hotellet.

Helt ok, men pris og kvalitet henger ikke sammen

Et helt ok opphold, men hotellet bærer preg av å være gammelt. Vi bodde i y etg, og selv med kun 21-22 grader ute var rommet svært varmt. Vinduet sto fullt åpent pg viften på, men selv for varmt.
Det var også pussig at vi kun fikk 1 flaske vann, når vi var to som sjekket inn. Vann får du normalt som Thon medlem.
