For breakfast good variety of Japanese food but for western style food there were just few dishes . Great bread and nice orange jello made it up for it 😉 I will come back again !!

Friendly staffs. Check in was strict to the timing though. 7-11 right beside the hotel. Water was milky though and staff said OK to drink. Not too sure about it so just buy water from 7-11 to play safe

The front staff really help give a professional and beautiful image to the hotel. I always feel that I'm uplifted in the course of my interactions with them.

Just as a note about the amenities, the body wash used here doesn't seem to have a very strong antibacterial effect, so I would recommend for someone to bring their own if they're going to be here for a long period. The same thing applies for shampoo and conditioner.

Their morning breakfast at the Nami no Hana restaurant includes a good variety of healthy options and really hits the spot. It would be great if they had vegetable juice that Japanese brands like Kagome make in addition to what they have, though. The salad is a little heavy on cabbage and somewhat lacking on the healthier greens like spinach and red lettuce.

It would be great if they would give people access to the outside stairs rather than people take the elevators up and down. This type of thing is important for people who want to exercise. They also tend to have the heat on very high during the winter months just outside the elevators, and this makes the experience quite uncomfortable.

They have a problema with the wifi. Even changing the room supposedly to be closer to the wifi router it didn’t work. I had to used my data package to work. Not nice.
I booked this hotel also because they have a gym. But very disappointed. Treadmills and bicycles out of order. And the heaviest weight was 5kg.
Anyway, they have to improve.

The hotel is several minutes away from the station. A subway with an elevator connects the station to the junction close to the hotel. It is an easy walk even for me, who has big luggage and travels with my parents in their 70s. The main advantage is avoiding using buses to get to the hotel. However, no matter where you visit, you need to get back to the station to take a bus. It takes slightly more time, but is acceptable for me.

Near station very convenient, 7/11 downstairs, staffs are super warm and helpful, the only concern is the kettle, really old, strongly recommend to change it as it's not useful and a bit dangerous.
BTW you can find decaf drip coffee in the hotel with free charge, that's a big bonus for me.

And GREAT generous breakfast, which filled us up with healthy, varied food for the morning, with western, japanese and chinese food options. Also there's a 7/11 right outside the front door for dining in on occasion.

The hotel location is so good with only 5 minutes to the train station. Good facilities in the hotel. So many good stores within the station and close by. So many good attractions within 30 to 40 minute walk or buses from station. We were happy we decided to go to Kanazawa and stay at the hotel.

We got a non-smoking room. Needless to say, it had a very strong smell of smoke. It made it hard to enjoy the stay and sleep through the smell. If you’re sensitive to smoke or have kids, don’t come here.

Nice, clean hotel. However, very outside of the normal neighbourhood - no restaurants nearby. If visiting Kanzawa for sightseeing, do not stay here. Stay at a place on the east side of the station.

This hotel is wonderful and convenient just right across street of the main train station with easy access. I was amazed of how beautiful this property is. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and nice. Staff was attentive and welcoming. They allowed storage of luggage while we already check out to explore furthermore of the city. Location was a short walk from train station and buses. 5 minute walk. Definitely will return in the future.

Don’t let the name “Premier” mislead you. There is nothing premier about it except for the size of the room. We purposely picked a larger room but the bathroom is very tight, so tight that they could not put a hairdryer in there. There were only Japanese channels on the TV. The bed and pillows were very hard and made our backs ached from sleeping on them.

東京のMystays Premierには毎年宿泊しているので、安定安心感があって予約した。入室後広すぎる部屋に驚き好印象であったが、浴室に入り真逆に！トイレは尿の匂いでくさく、浴槽内には長い髪の毛がべったりついていた上に、皮脂汚れが残っていて非常に気分が悪くなった。気持ちが悪いので浴槽にお湯を張ってお湯に浸かることができなかったことも残念だった。ここまで掃除が行き届いていないホテルは初めてだった。１週間旅行ラストナイトが台無しになった。

The library on site was a very nice reading/relaxation room. We enjoyed the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Really liked that both sides of the bed had outlets (a rarity in our experience in Japan!) and the convenience to the train station and bus stops was ideal.

Stayed four nights at the Mystays Premier to explore Kanazawa / Ishikawa-ken / Shirakawa-ko. The hotel itself is about 300-400 meters from Kanazawa Station (west exit, easy walk); the bus from Komatsu Airport (1,300 yen) arrives in front of the station. Quick, easy check in at 3:00 p.m. Spacious room. I had a rental car for a couple of days, and I was able to park it (1,500 yen per night) in the hotel's garage (enter on the back side of the buidling). I didn't use the hotel's restaurant, so I cannot comment on breakfast / lunch / dinner. There are plenty of good restaurants at the station, and there is a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel entrance. As other reviewers have pointed out, the hotel cleaning staff could do a better job of cleaning (vacuuming?) as I found several long, black hairs in the bathroom / on the carpet. Overall, I had no problems.

Spacious and clean room with friendly staff. Had to pay for parking off site which was disappointing. There was no warning about that when making the reservation. This made for a negative initial feeling. And no tissues in the room!

As long as you are willing to pay extra for parking and bring your own tissues, you’ll enjoy your stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights to just enjoy the historic city of Kanazawa. Our room had two large, comfortable twin beds, big screen TV, great amenities for a Japanese hotel (mini-refrigerator, tea kettle, decent size bath tub), and two lounge chairs in a room and extra room to spread out a couple suitcases. There is paid parking attached to the hotel that needs reservations, staff were all friendly. A few minute walk to Kanazawa station that has access to all the buses to all the sites, some you can walk to or ride a bicycle. Lovely town. Quiet. Breakfast was plentiful.

Check-in staff weren't particularly attentive or helpful - there was a lot of information arranged on the counter about closure of facilities due to the coronavirus, but the staff didn't explain any of these or offer anything other than 'here's your key'.
I'm also not used to not being acknowledged by staff in Japanese hotels when exiting or entering the property - not that this is a big issue, but to me it points to a lack of attention to detail. Only a couple of staff ever greeted me.
The room itself had seen better days - there were quite a lot of marks on the walls, although the cleaning stuff were excellent and very friendly.
So not an awful place to stay but very meh - it gave me the impression that it thinks it's one of the hottest hotels in town but it really isn't.

Hugh and comfortable hotel rooms. Located in a quiet location. But we had a lot of luggages with us and it takes about 10-15 mins to walk to the hotel from the train station with luggages. So if you don't have a lot of luggages with you, this may be a good choice. Very strict 3pm check-in time. There is also a 7-11 next to it which is convenient if you need to grab some snacks or drinks before getting back to the hotel.

We were so impressed with this hotel. It was supposed to be just a basic stay for a couple of days mid honeymoon, but it was the biggest room we've had in Japan! Such great value for money. We were driving and able to park in the car park for a reasonable price (it is round the back of the building block but enters on foot into the reception.) We were very grateful for all the hotel amenities, everything you could need including free laundry facilities! Very convenient location too. The room had PJs, slippers, toiletries etc. and was spotless.

Located near the train station and shopping centre. Rooms are reasonably spacious. Well maintained garage. Unfortunately, all dryers in the laundry room were malfunctioning. The dryer can never reach the designed temperature when the hatch cover is broken. I happened to have wasted hours waiting for my clothes to dry. Management didn't seem to understand the root of the problem.

We booked this place For 2 adults and 2 children (4 & 3) with breakfast. However when we got to the hotel we were told we had to pay extra for the breakfast for our 4 year old as this was not included in the room fee despite clearly booking accommodation with breakfast for 4. ASO we had to pay city tax on arrival despite the Expedia cost saying it included all fees and charges. Overall we feel quite misled by Expedia

I liked the big rooms and comfortable beds. Easy walking distance from the Kanazawa Station.
The hotel need to upgrade their clothes dryers. Rather charge us so we get efficient dryers. It took ages because there was no heat in them.

Check in was difficult- we got there at 2:15pm and was told that check in is 3pm though there are rooms available but we can not check
In. So we have to store our bag and come back 😨
Staffs have very limited knowledge about their own city...
There is no instant coffee package in the room, only tea- most hotels in Japan now has both unless it was 20 years ago. They should add coffee packages for the room and I am sure it does not cost much at all.

It was warm to hot in Kanagawa, and the room was hot. A/C didn’t work, I called front desk, was told they had turned off A/C and turned on the heat. Only suggestion front desk offered was to open the window. It took till 3am for the room to cool down slightly. I had to do this every night. This is not acceptable with climate change, you can’t judge the temperature,

Good location, walk to station, friendly reception, large room, good amenities. We highly recommend MyStsysPrdmiet in beautiful aKanazawa. The room on the 11 th floor was the largest we had in a month in Japan.Nice to have two arm chairs and a. igbdesk as well as a very comforts le king bed. Great value, too.

Great stay and fantastically well located for the station in Kanazawa. It’s a bit more of a walk into the centre (Kanazawa Castle and Kenroku-en) but easily achievable in 30 mins or so.
The staff in the hotel were great and all spoke pretty good English. They couldn’t do enough to help and will happily book restaurants etc for you.
The breakfast was good with a selection of both western and Japanese dishes. Would recommend going earlier rather than later though as it did seem to get quite busy.

the location was bad, no restaurants in the area outside the hotel, the restaurant downstairs was closed 2 of 4 days for a private party
The rooms have a drop in bathroom , for Americans this is like a porto let , for non Americans this means it was like using a portable bathroom, no help with luggage,

It is quite close to the Kanazawa Station, very conveniently located. The rooms are very spacious and breakfast offers good selection too. However, there is not enough parking space at the hotel but more parking spaces are available just across the street.
