Short stay for a trip to Ephesus. The hotel is nice, clean and relatively new with regards to decor and furnishings. The staff were helpful. Good breakfast with hot and cold food options. We also ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner one evening and food was decent.
The only negative is that my room was facing the main road so it could get noisy at night. My nephew used the pool which was clean and a good size.
There is a little shop next to the hotel where it's possible to buy drinks and snacks as the hotel is not very walkable.
I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The property feels outdated. The entrance was adorned with fake sunflowers, creating an unpleasant appearance. The hallway lights were off, the carpets were filthy, and the balconies had dead plants with exposed wires. The breakfast area was full of cats jumping on tables and eating food from customers' plates, with no one cleaning up immediately. The staff were polite, but the overall condition of the property and rooms was terrible.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. I only stayed for one night after arriving at Izmir airport. There is no shuttle bus but a taxi is only 5 minutes and about £3.50-4

It was a nice hotel but the money we paid was redicillious and who has a poxy see through window in there bathroom not a nice feature and menu could be better

Four night business stay

Third time I’ve stayed here for business. Useful location relatively near the airport (some aircraft noise but it’s not a very busy airport) and near main roads in and out of the city. Good range of food options available. Highly recommend the Iskener Kebab! Staff friendly and helpful.

One night at Hilton Izmir airport

All staff were helpful, room was adequate for our needs. Very close to the airport but unfortunately no shuttle on Saturday when we arrived or when we left on Sunday morning. The dinner in the restaurant was average. Saying this I would stay again.

This is my \"Go To\" hotel when I visit Izmir because it is very close to the airport. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport, which means I can enjoy a longer lie in or enjoy the wonderful breakfast that they have in the restaurant.

Very well furnished and comfortable. Pool was a very good size for adults although at 4'6\"not good for children- no shallow end . Dinner was good but expensive and took quite a while to be served Overall a lovely hotel but if you are arriving late or have early flight Tav hotel might be more convenient - it is actually in the airport, not a taxi ride away

Taxi ride to hotel needed

Very luxurious hotel, comfortable and modern furnishings and lovely toiletries. However, we thought there was a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel- there isn't (although you can book one the other way ) Thankfully taxi is pretty cheap - much too far to walk .

Bad room with no natural light

I was allocated a weird room. The window looked out on to another corridor. There was no natural light at all. In other respects the hotel was fine. It was clearly not busy, so I am not sure why I was given such a poor room.

Look for other hotel

I booked the best rooms in the hotel and we got OK room with a generator just under our windows.
If you like sleeping during the night when you stay in a hotel , this place isn't for you.
Also the Front Desk decided to make my check out by them self , even after I told them to not charge the credit card I made the reservation with.

Worst service in Turkey

Booked hotel because of the pool and garden. Pool not in use ridiculous as i was the only person there. I would not have booked if informed the pool was not available. Room service terrible ordered wine and menus neither arrived. No English spoken receptionist when i called to complain. Had to go to reception, collect my wine, glass and ice bucket no one helped. Took 3 staff to understand my request.

The staff were very nice and helpful and they spoke good English which you will not find if you go to any turkish hotel but double tree kept their good services. I would definitely come here again. The pictures show the hotel being in a nice area but the only nice thing in that area is the actual hotel, there is nothing around the hotel itself. There is a huge window in between the shower and the room, like at least 9 by 6 feet, there are blinds on it but they don’t do a good job which makes it awkward if you are traveling with friends, specially because you can also see the toilet. The shuttle service is terrible and we ended up just taking a cab, which defeats the purpose of staying here. You will be much better off staying somewhere close to the train station so you can take the train.

The style and material seems to be good quality for the furniture and rooms. However the parking area was very bad!!
And cleaning was not detailed the dust and dirt was on the floor for several days. And during our 7 night stay it was not cleaned properly. There was also handmarks on the glass walls in the barhroom before we came and was there when we left the hotel.

Nice, clean hotel with big spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed using the fitness centre. We were a bit disappointed that the pool was already closed for the season given it’s still very hot this time of year and we were not told this in advance by the hotel. We also tried to contact them in advance via Expedia to book the airport shuttle but they never replied. We did get a free shuttle back to the airport the following day which was nice.

They sent a car for me as the shuttle was not in operation.
They checked me in early at 11am. I got a warm cookie at 3pm when I left the hotel for shopping.
Taxi to the big beautiful shopping mall is only 20-25 lira.
Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

Shuttles run 6am-11am in the morning.

I had an amazing last few days in Turkey thanks to the staff at double tree Hilton.

I arrived earlier than expected and the staff made me feel very comfortable, in the lobby, until a room became available.

The poolside was beautiful!

The restaurant food was amazing and the staff were also very polite and friendly!

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.

Good hotel in remote but still good location if you don't mind the bus

Let down but two simple things

1. No water in the room on arrival. Simple but silly error

2. Curios room service policy. If you order room service and want to pay by card you have to go all the way down to the restaurant to pay in person then wait to have the room service delivered which still includes a tray charge of £5. Which is odd as you were just there and could have collected yourself for free ???

Fantastic TV though, and USB charging st the bedside which I like

The property is good, but there was a wedding next to the pool, it is ended at midnight and staff are still working (1:23 am!!) we are trying to sleep, it is not gonna happen. I payed for three people but everything is for two!!! I would choose another place to stay

I was really please on my first arrival on 14th of May, although I arrived very late,2:00 after midnight but the receptionist was very pleasant person and nice welcoming, and the welcoming warm biscuit was nice, even the bellboy was nice person, with a smile and warm welcoming words, the breakfast was nice, just if they add green fresh leaves will be better, I liked how they trained the young girls for the service at the breakfast, for this nice experience I booked my return trip at the same hotel on the 26th of May. Strongly recommended this hotel , if you want to relax and have peace in mind if you have a tiredness flight as this hotel is around 6 km away from the Adnan airport in Izmir.

It was only for one night as I arrived to Izmir 1 after midnight, but I liked it very much , so I booked to the way back and I got inspired so I booked in Istanbul too.

The receptionist at the night shift was very nice person , smiling and very helpful and gave me a quite room , the staff who helped me with suitcase was very nice too, the warm biscuit as welcome was very tasty 😁.
The staff in the breakfast area were very professional although they were very young as students , well done training .

This hotel is nice. It would have been better if their shuttle hours were a little longer and published, but taxis are more trustworthy than Istanbul and a ride cost around 22TL. The breakfast is just ok considering what was offered would be free at many hotels. There was a restaurant open next door which was handy.

This hotel feels very upscale with tasteful decor. Staff was VERY accomodating from dealing with our early arrival to moving us very quickly to another room when a wedding DJ created a noisy room situation. They even provided early breakfast boxes for us when we had to leave for the airport before normal breakfast hours. The main restaurant has a very good and reasonably priced restaurant. This was a great way to end our two week Turkey trip!
