Overall, our stay at the hotel was good. The location is great and the rooms are spacious, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was enjoyable. However, the towels are old and should be replaced, and I personally didn’t like the carpeted flooring in the rooms.

It was in a good location to use as a base for day tours, but front of house staff weren’t warm and welcoming to tourists. Walls are very thin so you can hear what next door is up to (sheesh!). Very “keep to yourself” type of hotel. Amenities weren’t fabulous either.

Very spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. However there was no outlet available. Location is quite and only less than 10 minutes walking distance from the light train to downtown. I would certainly consider staying there again. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

I hose this property specifically because it had a pool and gym and secondarily, it was convenient to the airport.

The gym and pool were both closed because they were behind the door to the spa, which was also closed. They shouldn't advertise pool and gym when they can't actually be used. I mentioned this to the staff, and they didn't care or apologize.

The restaurant staff seemed annoyed when we are there at 2 pm despite being specifically told that the restaurant is open.

Poor service and false advertising. The neighborhood is not walkable so there aren't good dining options nearby without a taxi.

The bathrooms were nice. And it was close to the airport

Very nice hotel , nice staff , I prefer to book hotels who offers airport shuttle. This was one reason to book this hotel but unfortunately I was told that the shuttle is expensive 100 euros. Taxi was only 5 euros. They should not mention that 24hrs shuttle available. Secondly I booked the tour through hotel. The guide was not helpful. He was in hurry and hungry. He also make us pay for his food. Family was so annoyed that they wants to give 2 stars to hotel but the staff was nice so I give four star

Shocking experience! Staff awful and unhelpful. Intermittent wifi. Intermittent air con that they control at front. An old large man entering and trespassing single female room when they’re asleep and staff do nothing to investigate or file a police report, in fact they make out that you are the guilty party by not asking who it is! It happened to me and I screamed so loudly when I heard someone entering room and making their way down to my bed. Luckily he left. Why should this man have a master key? I asked if it was room service, I had never ordered) and they never responded. I wrote two emails to GM who to this day has not responded. For a four star, simply not good enough!! No apology for all things that went wrong. Shameful. It’s a minus 4 star from me

Propert doesn’t deserve the stars it’s like a 2/3 star. The rooms are spacious but really outdated. The staff are very rude are not very helpful. The breakfast was really bad and the location is on a really busy main road. If you have a lot of bags be aware because there are quiet a few steps to reception. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. This is a very nice hotel local to amenities and the airport. I was given a spacious room, very clean and comfy. The hotel staff are very good they deal with every request in timely manner.

Beautiful and very clean hotel. We stayed for one night and unfortunately the shower in our room had drainage issues and flooded. We were moved into the room next door and experienced the same problem. At this point we didn't want to spend the entire time just switching rooms and decided to live with the inconvenience. We were able to take 2-3 minute shower before the water became too much. The restaurant on site was closed, apparently it deos not operate on weekends, that was disappointing. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful and peaceful and had a great location. The staff was kind and friendly. Beds were very comfortable and their breakfast was delicious.

We are a family of 5 and enjoyed our stay very very much! The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Also the manager Mustafa Komec really went out of his way to assist us and open the spa room that had an indoor pool for our 6 year old. Even though it was supposed to be closed on that day. We really appreciated his help. We will definitely come and stay there again. The location is also great, there is a huge mall within walking distance.

The location was a little far from neighbouring towns such as çeşme and ephesus however the, hotel had a taxi hub close by allowing it to be easy to access at pretty much all times of the day. In addition, staff were respectful and helpful allowing the stay to be as comfortable as possible, the hotel also had a restaurant that provided a wide range breakfast and good quality food in the evening. Finally, the rooms were extremely clean, spacious and affordable making it an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

I traveled with my family and was given a smoking room which smelled awful. They said they had no more rooms. We had to sleep with the windows open and all had headaches the next morning. You MUST make a warning about smoking rooms!!

We enjoyed being only a few minutes from the new airport. we arrived on a very late night flight 2am happy for an easy check in, clean room, air conditioning, nice hot shower and comfortable bed.
The only down side was not being fully able to communicate as we do not speak Turkish.

We booked this hotel for the beginning of our holiday because it is only a ten-minute drive from the airport and there is an excellent restaurant within a ten-minute walk. It is a good quality hotel, well kept, with very spacious and comfortable rooms. The bathroom is modern, functional and with a large shower cubicle. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The available choice is extremely large and of excellent quality. All the staff in the hotel and the restaurant were extremely kind and helpful. We were so happy with our stay that we decided to book this hotel again for our last night of holiday.

Nice hotel, but not much to see in the area.

The hotel and staff were very nice and accommodating. There was not much of a view and with the window open there was a strong smell of mildew, but the air conditioning worked well so it was fine with the window closed. We booked three rooms and they were pretty much identical except two rooms had a double and a single bed and the third room only had one bed, probably a queen. There was nothing to see or do immediately in the area and about a half-hour from downtown Izmir. Very convenient to the airport, though. There is a supermarket next door which was convenient. Breakfast was too expensive, though a nice variety of food items on offer. The lobby is very nice and some in our party availed themselves of the spa amenities, which they said were quite nice.

Very accomodating. We arrived at the hotel 3 hours early with our check in time however they give us a room after 40 minutes of wait without any extra charges. We stayed at junior süite for 2 days, and it was very cozy, spacious and very clean. There is a jacuzzi however no shower room but we manage to take a bath. For breakfast they dont have much selection, well its Turkey their usual breakfast is not about pancake and fattenng foods, it is more of traditıonal breakfast. Walking distance to the Optimum Mall for about 10-15 mintes.

Lovely new hotel close to Adnan Menderes airport

Stayed at this hotel twice now as so convenient for the airport and also so easy to get into Izmir (we drove in approx 15-20 mins). Not sure how easy on the train / bus though. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are lovely (we have stayed in a Junior Suite and a standard room). Shame that there is no shower in the Suite only a bath - although the bath is divine! They are very accommodating and will clean the room late if we asked (4pm) and also early check in (9am) and late check out (3pm) for free. The food is very good, we had breakfast in the room everyday and then dinner at the restaurant a few nights, all good food. We had a couple of massages which were lovely - wish they offered more treatments though not just massage. The sauna and steam were nice too, plus had fun playing pool and table football although that room is very big and no atmosphere, would be nicer if the tables were in the bar for an overall experience or there was at least some music in the games room. Loads of easy parking, great shopping centre literally just across the main road with cinema, bowling, food court and very easy to get to Cesme and south to Aydin as in a really food location. Overall great hotel, lovely staff, we have been back twice so def good for us - just would like more to be offered in the spa / entertainment areas. Seems a good hotel for business travel and conferences, large restaurant / meeting rooms.
