I was a solo female and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Batul sprung out the door the second I parked outside, carried in my luggage and even parked my car in their secure underground carpark.
The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very varied and of a high standard with freshly cooked pancakes from the chefs. The orange juice could be improved...
Overall a great stay at a fantastic price and I will use it as a convenient hotel for the airport.

There are definitely positives and negatives to this Hotel.
The beds are very comfortable however you can be disturbed by walls being too thin and hearing people in next room.
You are not allowed to decide how you want your air conditioning. The Hotel decides.
I had a strange experience in the restaurant. Food was good but a waiter was never smiling and I have to ask for water, for everything.
He never came over to see how I was. He must be having bad day.

Many ticks for this hotel located near the airport!
Tastefully laid out and decorated. Love the compact and clean bathroom with sliding pocket doors that open/close quietly and simultaneously.

Needs some improvements

At first sight a modern comfortable hotel, but already in dire need of some TLC (shower & bathroom, gym). Front-facing rooms receive a lot of noise from the street as well, as the windows are not sound proof enough (one extra pane required). Turkish style breakfast was fine, staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds comfy. Conveniently located not far from Izmir airport and restaurants, shops. Could be a great hotel with some upgrades/fixes.

Conveniently located not far from the airport, rooms are in good condition. Choice of restaurants and shops in the area. Rooms facing the major thoroughfare between city and airport experience some noise, which is mostly blocked out by the windows but may disturb light sleepers. Breakfast was fine (Turkish style with eggs on request), gym needs some upkeep. Helpful and friendly personnel.

Located only seven minutes from the airport, this hotel is a fine choice when catching an early flight. Staff members are friendly and helpful. The food served at the restaurant may not be undistinguished but we ate there with pleasure.

Modern hotel, lovely stay, needs better staff.

The hotel itself was great - conveniently located on the main street, modern, and very clean. The rooms were great - amazing shower that felt so refreshing after our journey. The breakfast was incredible - lots of freshly prepared items, fruits, jams, breads etc.
Our only complaint was that the front desk staff was INCREDIBLY unhelpful. When asked how we much the taxi charges to go to the ruins (literally the #1 reason people visit Ephesus), he said \"I dont know, I'm not a taxi driver\". We tried asking for a range, but he only ventured one ridiculously low range (that even we as first time travelers knew was bs). This ended up requiring us to go to the street and try asking locals in broken Turkish for how to go to ruins, wasting an hour.

Wonderful and enjoyable stay

Have a wonderful stay at this hotel. Did enjoy the King style breakfast. Having a large variety and delicious food. Rooms are big and service great with free valet parking. Location of this hotel is near to airport and shopping areas. Shall definitely stay and recommend this hotel when visit Izmir again.

Very far from the city centre , I asked for a good air-conditioner room , they ignored my request, very weak air-condition , when i asked to check it they told me open the window , they tried to make my husband pay extra charges , as they said your booking is for one person only although it was not , every night they stop us to check how many person in the room and what is the room number .

Great hotel close to metro and airport

When visiting Izmir I always stay at this hotel. It is clean, staff are extremely helpful and they provide an excellent breakfast. Close to amenities and Adnan Menderes Airport. There is a (metro) Izban a few yards away. I would recommend this hotel.

Average stay near Izmir airport

It’s OK if you need to stay in the Gaziemir area near the airport. It’s an average four star hotel (more like a three star hotel in other countries). Room was small and WiFi was slow. Breakfast was adequate. Good staff. Parking was challenging.

Enjoyable stay at Extenso

New hotel located a few kms away from Izmir airport. We stayed here for 2 nights in a family/triple room. Check in was quick and easy.
Rooms were spacious, modern and beds were comfortable.

The location was ideal for us because of taking an early morning flight, and also having Optimum shopping mall 2 mins away with lots of shops and variety to eat at the food court and restaurants.
We drove into Izmir city which is about 15 mins. The train station is outside Optimum mall and very handy, goes to city and airport.

Complimentary breakfast was basic but sufficient.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel

Staff was absolutely amazing, so helpful and accommodating and eager to help. The room was very spacious and everything you could need is provided , hotel is very well maintained, I would definitely stay there again should I visit Izmir and highly recommend it , it is worth the drive or bus ride to the city center which is about 7 miles away and the airport is only 4 miles away.

All good except be careful about transportation

The hotel is modern and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was ample, although service was slow. The front desk personnel were helpful with arranging transportation. My one complaint is when I inquired about transportation to a site about an hour away, I was given 2 options (one-way or round trip). I selected one-way at that time. The driver didn't speak english. When we got in the vehicle, one of the hotel personnel came to the car and the driver gave him some money in what appeared to me to be a \"commission\" payment. When we arrived at the site, he asked another person to interpret and asked if we wanted him to take us back as well. Given the time, we decided to have him take us back. I should have confirmed the return price, I presumed it was the round trip rate quoted at the hotel. Upon arriving back at the hotel, the driver wanted the same one-way price instead of the round trip price. This made me quite upset.

Kahvaltıdan sonra kahve almak istediğimde Türk kahvesinin açık büfede makinesi ve kendisi orada durmasına rağmen ücretli olduğu söylendi bende makine kahvesi içtim. Kendi memleketimizde kendi adı üstünde olan Türk kahvemizi ücretli verilmesi ne denli etik bilemedim. Tam tersi olsa yadırgamazdım.

Bir gecelik kalmak için havalimanına taksi mesafesinde bir otel arıyordum gerçekten iyi ki burayı seçmişim çok rahattı temizdi odanın ısısı da harikaydı tek sorunu üst ve alttan cok ses geldi ama cok uykuluyduk tolere ettik :D Sabah da kahvaltımızı paket olarak verdiler cok memnun kaldık cok tesekkurler.

Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse, ist daher extrem laut. Zimmer war bei 28°C Aussentemp. zu warm. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Rezeption erklärte, das Hotel sei BEREITS IM WINTERMIDUS, daher kann die Klimaanlage nicht abkühlen. Es ist unbegreiflich, dass dieses Hotel 4 Sterne hat.
