We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The location is also very convenient. Thank you for the great hospitality — we would definitely love to come back again

4 adults stayed 1 night in suite to sleep and take showers. Furniture, bed linens and pillows were clean and superior comfort. Room drapes provided dark-out quality. Bathrooms need updating and were rather run-down. Staff were great! Location great! Shuttle great! Did not eat at hotel due to time constraints.

Short stay before going home

We had a short stay before flying back home. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful.
The free-shuttle service to the airport is really nice and available any time.

Excellent service. Picked up by shuttle bus and taken to hotel, which is a short ride away.
Checkin was quick and receptionist was friendy, yet proessional.
Upgraded me because of my booking and it was huge, with its own lounge area.
Very clean and massive bed.

Comfortable accommodation, excellent staff support

UGenerally very satisfied with everything. Hotel also were helpful when we were bothered by teenagers from neighboring rooms that were part of some school or sporting trip. They moved us without an issue to a better room on a lower floor. Staff were also very helpful with using the hotel’s transfer vehicle to move us back and forth between the hotel and the airport terminal as required - we had to return the morning after our late arrival to pick up a rental car.

Great hotel so near the airport with shuttle

It is great to call and get picked up at the airport, not very long wait, the hotel is very near the airport so its great.
Reception was easy, polite and respectful.
Easy check in, surpringly quiet room, a non smoking one, it doesn't smell of stale smoking. Good free wifi, pleasant toom, tea and coffee available, tv all Turkish channels, well it is Turkey. All good, I'll have breakfast and take the shuttle from the hotel to departures, great value for money. 10 out of 10.

We were looking for a convenient hotel close to the airport and this fit the bill. 24 hour shuttle was fantastic as our flight arrived at 1am. Well appointed rooms, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast before getting on with our travels.

Don’t stay here. This hotel is very convenient but the service was appalling. They state that they offer a free shuttle to the airport ‘24/7’ but this is not true. My son and I stayed there because we both had early flights the next morning. The person at the front desk assured us it was not a problem to have two separate transfers since we were flying a few hours apart and he told us what time we each needed to be ready in the lobby. My transfer was second and when I arrived at the lobby, I was told that they didn’t have anyone to drive me and I needed to wait. I was very worried about missing my flight but they patronized me, saying “don’t worry lady”. When I did not accept that, the man became aggressive and said that they have a rule not to provide multiple transfers and I should be grateful they were “helping me out”. He was so rude and dismissive. I did get a ride in the end but only after waiting half an hour and I was very stressed about my flight. It’s not worth staying here. The rooms are also stuffy with dim lighting and very outdated. Stay at the other airport hotel instead and have the peace of mind.

The walk is ok from the airport to the motel, footpaths the whole way. Back to the airport we used the shuttle bus. It is on demand with very little wait time. Wifi was patchy, other than that great overnight stay.

The two young men working in the bar provided the best service I’ve had maybe anywhere ever! Fabulous! and I loved sitting outside - not much of a view, but a beautiful evening.
That was the best part. The worst part was: we could have just stayed in Alsancak and been to the airport as quickly in the morning. It took 30 minutes from the time we stepped out of our room to the time we stepped out of the van at the airport. (My nav app showed 21 min from Alsancak at the time.) just no sense of urgency AT ALL. I know, it’s a cultural difference, but just a heads up, even though you’re soooo close to the airport, unfortunately you still can’t cut it close and sleep in!

The Internet speed is 1Mbps- Terrible if you work remotely like I do. The lights in room 204 are very dim and make an annoying buzzing sound. The toilet doesn’t flush very well either. There are no restaurants close by, accept for the one within the hotel, so opted for petrol station food as it was late.

On the plus side, the staff are friendly and the place is clean. Ok, for a one night stay.

We arrived quite late but front desk couldn’t gave us a working door key. We tried 3 separate door keys. The next morning we ordered two cheese toasties as extra, at first, they tried to serve ready made ones when refused, they couldn’t find a staff to do a fresh one. Ordered fresh orange juice, only served half a glass ‘as no oranges left’

Toilet wouldn’t flush. Blinds came off when operated. And electricity went out in the room in morning. Over all the room was not inhabitable and was in terrible shape. Simply the worst hotel we’ve even been in.

Nice hotel with a few problems

Overall average, but the big problem was a lack of lighting in the room, especially outside the bathroom. Lighting was very poor, The toilet seat was broken but was fixed very quickly. TV impossible to use. Air con set on high heat and could not be adjusted so we opened the window for air which made it noisy!!
