INCREDIBLE HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Absolutely loved my stay here for my final 3 days in Phuket. I wanted somewhere i could go out and explore, sit by the beach, enjoy great food, beach clubs...and to then come back and relax in my room. This has it all.

It was important to come back and be able to relax away from the noise. This was it. With it came a pool and a gym (although the gym is basic).

The room is a home away from home. I stayed in a double suite which was amazing. Had its private lounge away from the bedroom and kitchen. It was definitely a home.

They even offer a shuttle bus service which takes you to the main attractions and collects you when you want. It was like having a private driver. Incredible service

The staff.... what to say! They were amazing.

Kareem is the star of the show. The driver who looked after me. Always had a smile and willing to go out of his way. Even drove me around to find a barber. We had a good laugh and it was almost like being with a friend, even though the language challenges.

Ansari and Sanit at main reception were super friendly and again, willing to go out their way to help and support with your needs. Ive been thailand a couple times now over 3 years staying in total for over 3 months. This place and staff rank at my number 1.

Theve not paid me for this review...just a simple honest opinion of my stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel condotel and the staff were excellent and the transport in to town was on time and efficient and we would recommend this as a place to stay also very affordable 😉

Overall this hotel was the best we've been.

Pros:
- Gorgeous mountain view and panoramic window.
- Free shuttle. It was so convenient to get anywhere we need.
- Perfect for the price
- There is a kitchen
- Balcony to dry your swimsuits
- 2 air conditioners!
- Friendly staff

Cons:
- Cups and plates were old and it was impossible to clean them to the original white condition.

Only stayed one night to recover from flight, so cannot say much. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Location is close to grocery and food, but far from airport. If taking taxi expect to spend 700+ baht.

The only rude people in Thailand?

While the staff was pleasant and helpful, the management/front desk was terribly rude. The shuttle to the airport was almost double what they claimed when I booked. It was also very noisy, with children running around and screaming in the halls.

Good value for money, clean and nice size rooms

I'd heard some great reviews about this place and they are all pretty accurate. The rooms are good size, clean and well kitted out for the price. The best thing is the staff - very friendly and helpful, and there is a shuttle bus that will take you to where you want to go in the area. Night market and Tesco local, Bang Tao beach which is stunning is five mins by shuttle or 20 minute walk. Wifi is excellent and they can do laundry if you need or you can wash in your room and hang outside on the balcony. Slight downside is some of the fixtures in the room are a bit flimsy eg tap of sink fell off, and I wasn't a huge fan of walking back at night as the land around the hotel is a bit under-developed, but it is close enough to the main road that it is fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable. Location may be a bit secluded to walk in and out at night, Grab car is a good option. Otherwise you can ask the concierge for assistance. Overall a good stay and value for money.

A peaceful hideout place to relax

Very nice place. View was breathtaking and peaceful compared to Patong beach. Service was 1st class and the rooms were very neat and clean.
Only setback is the taxi was expensive....... about 700 bhat to Hill Myna but luckily once you're there, they have a fee shuttle service to Bang Tao beach and other nearby places. On the whole, it was a very good trip.

A Pleasant Treat From Hello To Goodbye

Staff were warm and pleasantly welcoming. The place was clean and since it's really new, it's still very clean! Location-wise we have a Tesco at a small Mart nearby. The place is a Condotel so space wise it's small even the pool. But surely it's very hyggeligt. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great view and good service

Service provided by hotel staff is great. The distance between hotel and Patong Beach is quite far (Taxi for 25 min) but the view of our bedroom is really nice. A bit disappointed is the water for shower is not eoungh hot and stable.

The stay was great!! We spent 3nights here...
The apartment was owned by a pair of Father & Son.. They were so friendly... From the moment U stepped in, U feel juz like home...

They provide free shuttle to the nearby places U wanna go... The boss will give u recommendation for food if U have no idea wat to eat...

The rooms R clean... They provide bowls & pans too if U wanna cook..

A swimming pool with cosy feel... There is a gym too if U wanna exercise...

We receive more than what we expected... Definitely going back again...

I could live in this apartment.

I think probably the most comfortable room I have ever had. Spotlessly clean. Great bed and bedding. A tiny apartment for a couple rather than a hotel. There is a Wine Connection, McDonalds, Taste Restaurant, Boots and a Tesco within 5 minutes walk. Make sure you bring your favorite Coffee, Tea and favorites with you as the Tescos is a local style one with a terrible selection of anything. Probably best if you have your own transport to get around but I saw Meter taxis passing Tescos. Tip: Only get the meter taxis in Phuket as every taxi, motorcycle ride otherwise starts at Baht.500 even for a ride a few steps away.

Not a hotel but a condo with kitchenette so you can choose to self-cater a little (no restaurant on site). I made my own breakfast and ate lunch and dinner at the beach. Great condition and cleanliness. The place is only a year old. Free Wi-Fi everywhere. Small gym with some bikes, treadmills, small weights and a weights machine, nice pool. I was there in low season (july) so practically had the place to myself. 3 mins walk from Tesco supermarket, Boots pharmacy and a McDonald's, if that's what you want. 20 mins walk from the beach but the condo will take you there for free or give you a bicycle for free or you can rent a scooter for 200 baht a day. The staff is lovely, very friendly and helpful. I had a great stay and would stay there again.

The condotel is quite new. It is clean and comfortable. All staff are nice and helpful.A bit far but no problem if you have rent a car,they also offer motorcycle to rent at very cheap price,also the hotel lends the bike for free to get around,but it lack of maintenance.Overall experience in Hills Myna is excellent.

Le personnel de l’établissement est vraiment d’une gentillesse remarquable. L’hôtel est propre, situé au calme. Les chambres sont belles avec double climatiseur dans la chambre et le séjour. Il y a également une kitchenette. Possibilité de profiter d’une laverie en confiant vos vêtements. La piscine est bien entretenue, des transats sont à disposition, cadre calme. Il n’y a pas de restaurant au sein de la structure mais vous pouvez facilement manger à côté, à proximité on trouve également des magasins où l’on peut faire des courses. On recommande l’établissement, nous avons d’ailleurs prolongé notre voyage.

Great stay

Family vacation with 4 adults and 1 toddler for 5 nights.

Relatively easy to find, not too far from the airport (20-30 min), great rooms that were conjoining rooms. The amenities were great.

Ok gym and surprisingly nice pool area with i children’s area - shallow but not child safe due to pool edge without any fencing in one end. There weren’t that much hotel guests so we often had the pool by ourselves 👌

The shuttle service worked great!

バイクや車を運転しない方にオススメ

2回目の滞在です。プーケットには毎年、乾季(日本の冬)にアパートとレンタカーを借りてプーケットタウンなどに長期滞在していますが、今回は、スリランカ旅行のついでに10日ほど立ち寄りだったのでこちらのホテルにお世話になりました。雨季だったのでとてもリーズナブルな料金で宿泊でき感謝しています。
シャトルバスサービス、レストランのコスパが最高、小さいけどキッチン横のバルコニーのようなところででタバコが吸える(2ベッドルームの部屋ならちゃんとしたバルコニーもあるようです)、駐車場の洗濯機(乾燥はなし)が30バーツです。隣の部屋の声などが聞こえたりしますが、あまりにうるさい場合はレセプションにその旨伝えるとちゃんと注意してくださり静かになりました。
また短期滞在の機会があったら是非利用させていただきます。

한달살기 하기 좋은 콘도. 기본적인 주방시설되어있어서 오래머무르기 괜찮음. 주변환경은 그냥 작은동네수준.
걸어서5분거리에 테스코있음. 차로 10분거리 방타오비치.
라구나단지있음. 차없으면 불편. 오래머무는 사람에게는 좋은 위치. 프론트직원은 친절하나 기본적인 서비스는 없고 그냥 일반콘도임.

Condo is ok. Bed is great. Kitchenette is very usefull. But owners/staff are rude and not friendly, same goes for the restaurant , food is good and prices are cheap considering the place but staff not friendly at all. For both places it seems you are bothering them by coming there.

前回より快適になりました。

2回目の滞在になります。前回のレビューで私は近隣に日本人の衛生観念にマッチする
レストランが少ない事と、クリーニングサービスの弱さをこのコンドミニアムの弱点
として挙げました。

そしてこの点が今回は解決されています。

・直営のレストランが徒歩10分圏内にオープンした。

レストラン名をhill Myna Cafe と言いい、オーナーは同じ人が経営しています。
若干距離がありますが、大抵ここに泊まる方は車かバイク、自転車を借りるので
問題ない距離でしょう。というよりもプーケットでこれらを借りるか、タクシーを
チャーターしないと、まともな観光は無理です。

オープン時間は10:00～23:00で、モーニングの時間帯だけメニューがハンバーガー等
の軽食に限られるようですが、タイ料理、サラダ、ステーキなどメニューは豊富で
値段もそこそこ抑えられています。

また、プーケットの特色に関係する話ですが、住人の大半がムスリム、イスラム教徒
なため豚肉料理は扱っていません。基本全ての料理がハラルフードとなります。
そしてこれも言うまでもありませんが、日本語に対応できるスタッフはいません。

・コインランドリーが駐車場に設置された

前回訪れた時はクリーニングサービスは外注で受け取りまで時間がかかるのが難点
だったのですが、これのおかげで大分楽になりました。

２年というスパンがありましたので若干施設が古くなった印象がありますが、スタッフ
のフレンドリーな姿勢は変わらず安心して泊まれます。英語が必須になりますが、
google翻訳があればなんとかなるレベルで十分です。このホテルを推薦します。

O Hotel é longe das praias mais badaladas, centro histórico, restaurantes. De taxi são 40 minutos. A 10 minutos do hotel há uma praia. O hotel oferece transporte gratuito mas é necessário marcar o horário de regresso.
O hotel parece ser familiar e administrado por pessoas que não são do ramo. Os serviços são muito fracos e não existe um comprometimento em facilitar a vida do hóspede no que tange a informações.
O hotel não tinha um cartão com o endereço. A justificativa do gerente foi \" Acabou \".
O Hotel não tem restaurante. Para o café da manhã o hóspede tem que pedir antecipadamente e é servido no quarto. No quarto não tem o cardápio. O hóspede tem que descer ao escritório para ver o cardápio e fotografá-lo. Rs. No cardápio existe 8 itens. Todos são variáveis de sandwich de ovo. Rs. Rs, Rs

magnificent!

Very nice place,quiet location, my room was perfect and new.The bed was the best bed in the World. Everything was I thought it supposed to be.
Special thanks to the big boss to have understood all my little request and treated me with regardness.
The staff was helpfull in everything.

Удобные апартаменты с отличным сервисом.

Здесь все на высшем уровне, и отношение к гостям и сервис, удобство номера, байк за 200 бат без залога, удобная кухня, рядом магазины, кстати если на транспорте то советую вилла маркет, там огромный выбор по сравнению с Лотусом, 6 мин на байке. Очень дружелюбный хозяин и персонал, всем помогут, трансфер организуют, отвезут на пляж если попросить, хоть каждый день. Бассейн не большой но вполне чтобы охладиться. Номера были все заняты в конце декабря а чувство толпы совершенно отсутствовало. Комплекс новый, хорошо поддерживают чистоту. Можно постирать одежду в машинках, по 30 бат за стирку но нужно купить свой порошок. Цена качество номера отличное. Мы остановились в Делюкс, и были в троем с ребёнком 12 дней. Здесь очень хорошо, можно жить хоть месяцами. Я не пушу много отзывов но эти ребята молодцы и заслуживают этого. По месту расположению: рядом пляж Банг Тао (5 мин на байке или на из машине), но чуть севернее Лайана и нам этот пляж больше всех понравился, спокойный, чистый, есть где покушать и 12 мин на байке. Ещё чуть дальше пляж Найтон, в том же стиле. Вообще месторасположение очень понравилось, рядом и север и юг острова. Рекомендую!
