Great experience all around! Staff were friendly and the property was clean and really well maintained. I would just note they allow dogs but they dont offer anything for your dog like a bed or bowl. Their food truck also didnt show one day so some dishes were out of stock but these were not huge issues given we were there to enjoy the outdoor experience.

Under Canvas Yosemite is the perfect stay if you want to be close to Yosemite without actually staying inside the park. It’s only about a 5 minute drive from the gate which makes it ideal for beating those long national park queues early in the morning.
What I loved most is that everything is thought out for the full experience. If you haven’t booked any Yosemite excursions beforehand, don’t stress — they offer so many activities onsite including fly fishing excursions, horseback riding and even morning yoga sessions. The gift shop is also surprisingly good with awesome items including Lululemon tights and other quality products.
The breakfasts were great, dinners were enjoyable and the complimentary early morning coffee was such a nice touch before heading into the park. Their deli honestly had one of the best snack selections I’ve ever seen at a hotel or resort.

The eco-friendly touches throughout the property were also impressive, especially the showers and lighting. At night the star gazing here is absolutely unreal, and waking up in the morning to open your tent and see pine trees and greenery all around you is genuinely breathtaking.The staff are incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic to help. There are numerous board games you could play with the family whilst waiting for meals. Electric charging station should you need and solar lamps on the driveway should you arrive late.
This place is magical. A perfect mix of nature, comfort and adventure just outside Yosemite.
