The room was a joke. It felt like literally I am sleeping on the road. You can hear cars every second. There is no air or AC. The floor is squeaking. The fridge didn't work. There is no light other than one next to bed.... It's not cleaned in between of days so trash is overflowing. The toile was clogged for most part of the stay.. The 'breakfast' is just waffle and some bread if you are lucky. And the parking lot was interesting.. at least one person was smoking questionable item always. The room was so full of that smell kid wasn't able to sleep. And they were smoking literally below the window and next to door..

They do serve continental breakfast(egg sandwich with sausage, yogurt, waffle maker, cereal) Couple things to mention specifically about room #233 - exit door was not closing smoothly(we had push really hard to make sure it was closed, water pressure was low from the shower, also if you want more privacy and quieter room 233 might not be the ideal since it is connected room. You could hear conversation in other room even though door was closed. Overall was good since we were there for 1night for our ski trip.

The room is spacious and has been updated. The bed was comfortable and it was clean. The hotel is in walking distance from the Heavenly village. The staff is very kind and professional. Parking is a bit tight but there's room for everyone. Now the breakfast was the only gripe. Waffle machice, some toast, coffee, juice, and cereal. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere. I would stay here again though, the room serves is purpose.

When the price is comparable to other budget options in the area, I would definitely choose to stay here. It is no-frills, clean enough, comfortable. The room was spacious, the furniture was in better condition compared to other budget hotels.

The location was awesome, even in the heavy snow, we were able to walk to the heavenly resort to eat. Complimentary breakfast was great except one waffle machine takes 2 minutes and 30 seconds and you have one parent making about 2-4 so that took forever. Free parking was great! Being downstairs sucked though, there was a drip we called about and just like clockwork, I could never sleep in after 6:30 am because that’s all I could hear. I constantly woke up every morning to play rain noises on a portable speaker so that I could sleep through it. Other than that, the price was great!

The room also has a Keurig coffee machine, so bring your k-cups from home. But, the room comes with 4 k-cups. The breakfast is okay. Includes coffee, juice, cereal, bagels/toast, self making waffles and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. Very basic but puts food in the hole. Location is great, about a 10 minute walk from stateline.

Finally, the third room they put me in was three times bigger, heater worked, and seemed to be better it included a blow dryer and an iron. The first two rooms had no blow dryer or no iron. However, no closet and zero counter space in the bathroom. Seriously? Everyone needs it, including someone who might be in a wheelchair or using a walker. And no heat in the bathroom. We stayed for four nights, and during that time the sheets and towels were never changed. The shower was quite small—I’m 5'10" and found it uncomfortable. There was no body wash provided, and the shampoo bottle was nearly empty. Additionally, the bathroom window was partially open and couldn’t be fully closed, so we had to keep the bathroom door shut to maintain warmth in the bedroom.

The room was pretty clean but the bathroom was a little dirty. The bed is nice in the room I got. I like that I feel safe and it’s easy to get food close by. I leave an hour before tire breakfast starts, so that’s a bummer. But otherwise it’s a cool place. I like the people I’ve interacted with.

It’s still my favorite cheaper place in town. The room was dirtier than last week. Lots of hair. I asked for a now dryer and didn’t get one. There’s was no towels in my room! I bring my own for reasons like this, but for housekeeping to be so far off is kind of wild. The staff is friendly and I do feel safe here. I had people staying in the joining room next to me and they were really loud. I could hear them talking and laughing like they were right in the room with me.

We booked the suite with a king size bed which was very spacious, but it didn't have much furniture to put our belongings so we had put them on the floor.

Staff is friendly. Check in was easy. I mean it’s not the best place to stay really. The carpet is dirty, things are outdated, shower is small, there’s no dresser, and the sink is tiny, but hey, I only spend $59 a night (this is for weekday and I booked from Jan 6-9 2026). So honestly is great for that price. They also had a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast was fine. Nothing fancy. It’s just a continental breakfast so don’t expect there to be fresh food. It’s just stuff you can pop into the toaster or microwave. Definitely recommend for a cheap stay. Especially college kids like myself, it’s very affordable.
