Its ok…..Alot of renovations going on. Nice older hotel & property with alot of potential but run down and in need of alot of sprucing up. Junk & clutter everwhere, could really use an on-site dumpster for construction garbage instead of it being piled up all around the hotel. Very disappointed with no continental breakfast as it was supposed to be upon booking. Was also not impressed by the random awkward guy who seemed to be living and sleeping in the lounge….not sure if it was a relative of managers or not. WITH THAT BEING SAID….THE ROOM WAS GREAT, clean and spacious!! THE LOCATION WAS AWESOME!! Onsite restaurant/patio WAS AMAZING!! Northern Escapades Mini-golf right across the road was a great treat aswell.

This property has more to offer, and right now there's renovation going on, and some of the furniture has gotten old, especially in the lobby. Otherwise, the staff atmosphere are beautifully, friendly, and nice hard to find especially among the staff

Ceiling showed previous water damage. There is no elevator and my spouse had difficulty climbing two flights to our room. The tickets for opening the door did not work so the receptionist reprogrammed them and came upstairs to verify that the tickets now worked. The staff was polite and helpful. However I would likely choose different accommodation next time in town.

Beautiful hotel, with ample parking.
Large, clean room with large windows and lovely decor. The room has a microwave, fridge, kettel, selectionof tea and coffee, space to store luggage, a dining set, cozy large seat and a couch.
We had booked 2 queen beds room. The beds are very comfortable.
There is good sized swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and gym.
The check-in and check out process was smooth, and the staff is very helpful.
There is hot beverage kiosk, open all hours for the hotel guests. It is very well stocked, with many options. That was so convenient, the weather was cool in early May, we all grabbed a hot beverage of our preference.

I was traveling with 2 seniors, the staff was very helpful.
There are many snacks, ice machine and pop dispensers, and that would be helpful. I saw it frequently being used.

The hotel booking does not include breakfast. But there is a lovely pub and restaurant on the premises. It is open from early hours serving breakfast at a very low cost, and it is open for lunch and dinner.

The back of hotel has a beautiful water view.
We had booked specifically for the cruise dock.

There are restaurants and an icecream place on the other street of the hotel.
This location would be a great place to stay in all seasons. It's very close to Bracebridge downtown. The most charming location.

this was a bit of an older hotel – but staff were very lovely upon arrival and helpful throughout her stay. Room was clean needed a bit of updating and paint. beds were very comfortable and they had a very nice restaurant with breakfast available in the building which was very good!! I would stay here again.

I am writing to follow up regarding a lost item from my recent stay at your hotel. I checked in on March 7 and checked out on March 8. Unfortunately, I realized that I may have accidentally left my wedding ring on the left bedside table, in front of the clock, in the room.
I called the hotel on Monday to report the situation and to check if the housekeeping team might have found it. However, I have not yet received any response, so I am writing to kindly follow up.
I understand that it is my responsibility to take care of my personal belongings, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. This Hotel is filled with everything one needs.
Great size Indoor Pool, located downstairs. Temps were shy of 80 degrees, right beside pool is a Hotub, as well as a Sarna. With a Bowling Alley in basement, 5 pin, $15 per adult, per Hour. Small store, for snacks, drinks and plenty of souvenirs. Plus a Restaurant, we had breakfast there twice, very good food and service. The cleaning staff, seem like they hate their job. Only 1 out of 3 (was courteous, respectful and helpful with a smile) during my ten day stay there. Neil was extremely helpful and always courteous with us. We got a room with two queen beds, spacious room as well. With a small fridge and microwave. I bring alot of homemade meals to bring our food cost down. My friend, he did 700km on his snowmobile, during our 10 day holiday. All the trails up here, were perfect for any one who enjoys snowmobiling. We also brought our 2 Miniature Dashunds on this trip and stayed in room 119, steps away from back door. To those owners who have a dog with them.
P.s. The snowmobile trail connection was directly across the street from Quality Inn Hotel, Bracebridge Ontario.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a winter get away, would love to come back in the summer when there is more to do in the area! ☺️
I had a suggestion: 1. It would have been nice to have had a small mat by the door. It was hard not to get the floor wet by the bathroom and entrance from our boots, and my socks got wet.
2. Having a little area outside with some chairs and a few fires pits outside would be awesome.
3. Since the resort is pet friendly, it would be nice to have an area to take the dogs outside that is free of salt. There’s a lot of salt which is rough on their paws.
4. A garbage in near the back door area would be handy. (Poop & scoop).

Hotel is in a prime location on river. Showing its age but then that is reflected in the price. Room was as clean as any hotel room is. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. Beds were clean and comfortable. Tv got the Jays game!! Parking at 4:00 was good, parking at 8:00 was practically nonexistent. Sapnil, was great!!! Came right away to show us (senior citizens) how to turn on the heat. Stayed to make sure the tv worked and found us the Blue Jays game. Would go back and also recommend.

The stay was ok. The rooms are average. There was no hand cream in the bottle it was empty had to be squeezing the bottle. Air-condition was working intermittently and it was hot in the night.
Breakfast was served 30 mins after the order.

I’ve stayed at this hotel but not for 7 years, and frequent other QI locations. There was no bathroom fan leading to an extra humid room, the lock on ground floor window was completely busted, so easy to break in. The Northland bus stops here, and though they have a cigarette butt receptacle, they were littered on sidewalk in front of lobby. The sheets were 55/45 poly cotton blend. Yuck. To add to a not comfortable mattress, no foam topper, the polyester blend sheets made me sweat.
Nice things were location, pet friendly, great staff and check in experience, plus the tea/coffee station in lobby.

In need of updates. No fan in the bathroom so there was a good amount of mould growing on the shower tiles. Hot tub jets do not work, it just a warm bath. The head boards were falling apart and the beds were uncomfortable, but the room was clean (minus the mould) and the staff at check-in were friendly. The location was good, close driving distance to many restaurants. Likely wouldn’t stay there again. Over priced for what you get.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed due to unforeseen circumstances so I didn’t get a chance to check it out. I loved the room. It was cozy and warm, and I loved the view of the water. I was a little bit disappointed, though that the grounds were kind of dirty with litter, and I wasn’t comfortable seating by the water.

We stayed July 2025, dated hotel but well maintained and clean. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the bowling alley. Restaurant on site was a nice touch. When we checked in there was a very strong smell of cleaning solution in the room (like strawberry car cleaner) multiple staff were very helpful in trying to resolve the problem and eventually changed our room. We will be back next year for sure.

This was a perfect stay for our children after a long drive and a fun day at Santa’s village. The children were so excited to be by the river side and the pool and bowling alley was a HUGE hit and saving grace to tire our children out.
