I liked that the motel is located in a very convenient place in Bracebridge at walking distance from everything like food and bars.
Our room had a very strong body odour smell and also the window was broken. We requested to be changed to a different room and the next room was definitely better. Overall the place felt dirty and smelled like cigarettes everywhere.

When we arrived at 5pm it took over 15 min for some one to come and let us in. The room was very clean and newly renovated however the area they show on the web page is rented out to people that live there. Also even though it is non-smoling I had a headache and stuffed sinus from the order of weed. The 'guest' pn pne side of us banged on the wall till after 11pm and the person on the other side was so loud we could hear him talking. There is no coffee or maker and the ice machine was broke. The heater/air conditioner is so old it is not in metric

Claimed they couldnt do anything as it was \"inaccessible\" no security at all as the door to guests rooms couldnt shut or didnt require any key to enter so anyone could uust walk in and have access to the hotel. Window to said enterance was smashed and not protected from sharp glass still on the window. For what we paid plus experience we recieved 100% not worth it and appalled. Also no wifi access at all so be prepared to hotspot your phone to have any access to television

Between us and my other family members we had two rooms booked. Rooms were a good size however the fridges both leaked and did not freeze our food, or it did freeze the food. Very inconsistent. BBQ access was nice however it was busted and needed to go and search for propane or a means to light it due to the igniter being busted.

Great stay, building is under renovations so it was a little messy at the time and there was no parking had to park on the road behind the building. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but I had over $100,000 worth of material in my vehicle which would’ve felt better if it was on site. It’s circumstantial I’m sure it’ll be better equipped when Reno’s are finished

Got there and tv wouldnt work, they did try their best but they couldnt get it working, everntually after approx 90 mins they did agree to move us to another room.
Girl in charge was vert helpful and was accomodating. The other thing was there wasnt a coffee maker which was unusual as there nornally is one so we had nowhere at favikity to make a coffee, to get one meant driving approx 5 mins or so but in winter time you dont really want to be doing that.
Bathroom was newly renovated so it was nice and clean, bath towels could have done with being bigger, just hand towels really.

We had knocks at our door at 2am, people yelling at the tops of their lungs at 4am, and an endless number of full volume conversations happening in other guests doorways through the night. As you can imagine, this made it very hard to get any sleep, especially with two kids under 3 and the dogs being on guard all night. We would not return for these reasons, which is a shame.

Hitesh at the desk was a great host. Rooms were generally very clean. Ideally located. Beds were comfortable though the comforter a bit thin. No issues with the decent motel, would stay again. Only real issues my sons and I had: some sketchy looking people flitting around. I know addicts when I see them. Not sure how the motel can keep these shifty sorts away, but it made the experience just a dash less enjoyable. I suppose every motel gets them, so it is what it is.

The front desk person was amazing. Our security latch was removed in the room and he came and was able install it. We did notice that side doors of the motel were not locked and lights was not working on the left side entrance/exit of the building. I would recommend the owner/management to please take a notice and fix this as soon as possible. The room and hotel were very clean.

The owner is super nice however our room sadly didn't seem to have any cold water, and the day we were there it was quite noisy with people leaving their doors open and running between there rooms and tva blasting. The beds are very on the firm side which some may like. The parking spots are tiny, if you have a sub or truck I wish you luck parking beside other vehicles. Other then that our room was very clean, lots of open channels to watch and nice open area in the back with a BBQ that you can use or walk your dog.

Juring check in I noticed the door lock was loose but still functioning They said they had no one available to fix it. It still stayed locked so we agreed to stay in the room. Later that night the handle separated and trapped us in the room. We needed to call the front desk to open it from the outside . An attempt was then made to repair it, got it working but but was unsuccessful at a full repair. once again because it was nearing midnight and there were no other vacancies available we agreed to stay. I value the attempt and the apologies we received but the room should have not been rented that way, surly someone should have noticed its condition while cleaning the room prior to our check in. Other conditions were ok it was clean and comfortable.

This is a great budget and pet friendly hotel. Rooms were clean and not a lot of hotels in this town have 2 Queen beds. Most are 2 double beds. For a family of 4, you want Queen beds. It was a good stay and liked the location as well.
