The facilities are very good and the staff extremely helpful. Park access is also very good and just a short walk or golf buggy ride. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Only small issue is there could be an adult only area in the main dining areas.

What a nice hotel, great amenities and a great location with lots to do and see. The room was of an excellent standard, modern and very clean, the pool, gym and spa are equally as good and maintained to a high standard.

When checking in, it was already passed 3pm and staff kept telling me to wait more. And then after few minutes, like passed 15 to 20 mins I went to the desk and asked do I have to wait more. The staff was not uncleared for making me wait and he said I have to wait more 20 mins. I dont knowwhy he keptr make me eait so long.

Outstanding Staff Made Our Stay Exceptional

This wasn’t my first stay at Lapita Hotel Dubai, and it definitely won’t be my last. What truly stood out this time was the incredible staff, especially Marry at the reception. Despite the room issue being entirely my mistake—and even more complicated because the booking was through a third party—she went above and beyond to accommodate our request. She literally jumped through hoops to make things right, and did so with grace and patience.

Everyone we encountered at the hotel was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cheerful. Some staff even had a great sense of humor, making the whole experience feel more personal and relatable. The positive energy and spirit of the team made our stay feel special.

Loved the stay. Loved the team. Can’t wait to come back again.

The resort is nice..
If you’re only looking to visit the parks.
However, the entertainment schedule not so full.. you might get bored, even for kids.
The tikki house was closed for the whole stay! The kids club unfortunately was extremely boring!

Just like other resorts in South East Asia (e.g. Thailand, Vietnam), you get everything you need when you staying in here. Everything in a cozy settings to make you relax. What's more, in Lapita, you have got more theme parks, and a very nice walkable area (the european feel villages) and a outlet nearby in walking distance.

However, it is quite remote to outside areas, and the transportation cost is quite expensive in Dubai, i will suggest to stay and enjoy the relaxation within the resort during your stay.

And as i travelled in October, it is still very hot under the sun, everyday after 4pm, is the best time to enjoy your pool time and outdoor activities.

All in all, is a kids paradise! It is a perfect place to travel with kids!

Well kept hotel but very crowded. Due to hot weather, buggy service is offered but it leaves a lot to be desired. I suggest the hotel organize the transportation within the resort /parks via busses and not buggies and set times for the trips.

The food we struggled with. But maybe we are fussy as it was a 4 star. But there were only really 2 restaurants. a pool type lunch spot and a buffet. We were told we could use the Japanese restaurant at check in but when we tried to book there was no space and also it was not included in half board. for the kids on the half board lunch menu they only liked the fish fingers and there was only so many times they could eat the same meal (they ate this 5 times!)

service there was very good, main meals were ok but even i got sick of the same dishes and desserts as there were not many options to choose from. the buffet in the evening was awful. but the chefs again helped and made us something custom. we only ate there once.

breakfast was great.

close to the theme parks which is why we stayed there and actually a really nice resort all in all aside from the food. in future i wouldn't do half board, i would only do breakfast and i would eat at Riverland village instead. very close to an outlet mall which was fab

spa was ok very good price wise but a little concerning when myself and my daughter (9yrs old) went for a massage they didn't ask us to fill out any forms. but again you get what you pay for maybe? all in all we were happy we went and happy with the price with all theme parks included etc. really good service for the most part everyone tried their best

A happy weekend

The first time to be here. We booked a night here for the water park and the firework. It was an amazing night here. Staff are helpful and friendly. Just the check in time is a bit long. The rest is excellent. A great place for kids.

Upon arrival the receptionist didnt want to help us even though we were alone as she was saying she is busy now so we need to wait
So we waited 30 min until we went to the room

The room didnt have any amenities like no shampoo , no soap , no towels like really empty,and when we talked to them they said yeah becuase of corona which doesnt make any sense

They told us that there is a golf car that will come every 10 mins inorder to transport from the room building to the other areas in the hotel but that was a lie , the weather is very hot and humid and the car actually comes every hour if u r lucky and if we start walking and we find a golf car to pick us they dont stop for us becuase we walked and didnt wait

It was really disappointment they didnt care, we complained and the manager tried to help by giving free lunch or dinner but really not worth it.

Am not comming here again

Overall my experience was great . The restaurant Hiki was great and very underrated I wish it was showcased more. my issues were with the park access rules , I’ve stayed before and was granted multiple access to the parks during each day but this stay I was only allowed one entry which means if I enter one park and leave to go back to the hotel I can’t access it again. Which is a shame I have an infant with me and we booked 2 night stay to go back and forth during the day to the hotel room to get changed or rest a bit. The one entry was just like if you are spending the day at the park and not a hotel stay. The whole point was to go to the park multiple times a day . Also they limit which park you can go to ! So if you enter legoland day 1 you can enter motion gate until the next day! If you have multiple age groups with you this is a negative! The teens want motion gate and the young children want Legoland . Also legoland closes at 6 so if you want to enter Bollywood or motion gate after that you can’t do that. Because you only get one park entry and one time only. So if you are booking the hotel stay so you can have multiple entry to the parks don’t do it just come spend the day in the park because you won’t be able to come and go as you please.

This is a great hotel. Family oriented. Excellent customer service and cleanliness. Theme parks for the entire family to enjoy. The only issue is that it is far from the city so you spend money on taxi transportation to and from the city especially if you want to enjoy evening activities in the city

This place was really a nice place for theme parks riders. The hotel staffs were very friendly. Meet with Surjeev, success and Samy. They will all nice people around. Hotel offer free park accesss and buffet end at 11am. Nice for people who wake up late. There is a pool resturant that offer nice food too. A must to stay if you will to come to motion gate, legoland or Bollywood theme park

Great location to access the dubai parks and resorts. Easy access to Legoland and the water park. Things they could improve on include the opening hours for the children’s pool, avoid wrapping every pool towel in plastic this is a waste is plastic and is a useless measure. The gym is a good size but most of the equipment is tagged as out of order. The breakfast set up is chaotic and doesn’t need the Smurf time of the excessively loud music that accompanies the Smurf.

Family Fun!

Stayed for five nights and could easily had stayed for longer; lots to do! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Grounds lovely and quiet. Room was very spacious and clean. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable. The cot provided wasn’t great either. You could feel the metal bars through the flimsy mattress. Attempted to pad it with towels. The small bed then provided had a mattress that needs to be thrown away. The springs had gone, dipped in the middle. We were on the ground floor and the patio doors did not lock properly.
We had breakfast included. Lots of choice, good quality and friendly staff.
Swimming pools good too. Family pool nice and shallow, ideal for little ones. The lazy river was an added bonus.
Lots to do at the location. Accommodation included access to Legoland, Legoland Water Park, Bollywood and Motiongate. You could go to each park on each day; lots to do! Not an ideal base if you are wanted to see the rest of Dubai but we knew this and happy with our choice for our young family.
If it wasn’t for the mattresses and doors, this accommodation would have been close to 10/10. We’ll definitely have Lapita on our shortlist when we return to the UAE.

Mixed. Good with the bad. Feels still new but no atmosphere and nothin to do. Park is not that exciting and most stuff is closed due to covid.

Overall nice resort. We booked for 7 nights but left early because of following:

1. Not much to do. 2 of the 4 restaurants in the resort are closed. In the Dubai parks most of the things are closed from restaurants and shows and what not. All due to covid.

2. The outlet mall is close by which has some nice deals but outside of Dubai parks there is nothing else to really to do.
- Definitely don't need more then 3 or 4 nights here maximum for sure.
- Rooms are not bad. Lot of new staff so they make unfortunately some silly mistakes which should get fixed with more training and experience.

- Food is average. Nothin to right home about.

- The hotel staff are really all trying their level best even with the lack of functionality from the covid restrictions and maybe support from finance department and ownership which is also understandable with tough business environment.

Special recognitions:
Suraj, Roza, Hawley, Aaswamy, Success. Great job and assets to the company. Really made us feel welcome and supported. - kids pool is heated which is great.

Worst performer: the shuttle bus driver from mall to hotel. Long story but complaint was lodged. He is a 3rd party contractor but def not 4/5 star hospitality worthy. Think he needs to transport the bananas and fish from

The only good thing about this hotel is that my kids loved the pools and have park access. Otherwise, they have a very poor customer service, no coordination, giving false hopes and no support at all. Was offered to go to the park coz the room wasn’t ready. The luggages were just left somewhere And had my husband to pick it up After several follow ups and hours of waiting , when we were informed that they Would bring the luggages straight to the room while we are waiting in the park. No bathrobes just wondering why. Very Dusty balcony with dried lizard poop. The Thickness of the dust is more than a week old. The cover of pillows in the balcony feels thick because of the dust. Staff and managers says one thing But does another.

We enjoyed the pools, and the lazy river and I found so many attentive lifeguards helped me enjoy a holiday with 3 small grandchildren safely by ensuring they were always under a watchful eye. Great work guys!

It was amazing, but we faced only one issue which was we were 3 guests and they only had 2 queen beds and the room does not fit an extra bed so we had to fit 2 guests in one bed but overall the staff was welcoming and happy. We really enjoyed our stay, the buffet was nice and international. We did not have to wait a lot for the valet. I totally recommend it and we are coming back soon for sure.

There was a mix up with my reservation but it was corrected. Also it was my daughters birthday and they helped us celebrate which was a nice and unexpected surprise.

excellent , but not to use expedia

unfortunately , my experience was not good in terms of the booking through expedia,

they didn't change my booking within the 24 allowance hrs , and even didn't compensate for this big mistake , as I lost one day due to this problem

New and Clean Hotel, Fantastic with children.

The hotel still has a very new feeling to it and she it seems the hotel is still finding its feet with many of its processes. However we found the hotel perfect for us and our two children. Staff were very friendly and accommodating from the very first minute we arrived taking our bags and offering us a complimentary early check in (arrived at 09:30am) immediately. This allowed us to make full use of our first day. The hotel rooms are stunning in design and ultimate comfort. We had a large balcony and two large double beds along with the travel that the hotel provided free of charge. A complementary wash bag and goodies was left on the bed for my wife. The location of the hotel was great for access to the theme parks and riverland with it being a 2 minute walk from our room. Riverland is a great place to hang out with the children and grab something reasonably priced but good quality for you and the kids. Alcohol is available from certain restaurants in this area. We travelled into Dubai city centre on three occasions with the travel time by car around 35-45 mins depending on exact destination. The cost of a taxi ranged from 100AED to 160AED paying more when being picked up from prime locations (Burj and Atlantis palm).

Overall great stay and would definitely come back.

Review your bed height please

Great resort..heaven for a family..avoid heat and keep urself hydrated..3 star for lapita just because of the height of Beds in a kids friendly hotel..even difficult for 5 yrs old to deal with them..otherwise 4 hand a half
