Spent 14 nights at this hotel in July & August 2025.
The hotel staff and facilities are listed as 3 Star, but I would rate them as 5 Star!
Everyone working at the hotel was lovely & helpful, with special mention to Leo and his breakfast superheroes.
Minor drawbacks were the small rooms and the hotel location, as its quite a distance away from Downtown Dubai.
The free shuttle bus to Dubai Parks & Resorts and the City Centre was excellent.

We had a night stay at Rove At The Park and it was fantastic. Clean, quiet and close to the parks. Joseph made our check-in experience hospitable and seamless. They offered baby cribs, which is a big plus. There are a deli market and a prayer room which made it even more convenient. Parking can be tricky. There are shaded and unshaded spots but vacancies were so limited. A lot of guests find themselves have no other option but to park on the pavement outside the hotel, and of course you can't imagine how hot it can get in the summer time. Overall a wonderful stay. Would definitely come back!

This place is very nice and modern.
We had 2 very nice buffets for supper at the restaurant and 2 late afternoon/happy hour at the lounge for few drinks and relaxation after coming back from the day of our to do things.
All over a very nice stay and actually ended up booking an extra night stay too yet.
Very well recommended to anyone traveling in this area of Dubai.
The whole hotel and all its staff is very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Not recommend if using the metro

Accidentally booked this not realizing how far it is. It’s past the last stop of the Dubai metro and quite a pain to get to and from. The shuttles they offer run infrequently (only 1-3 a day). The room itself was fine. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was quite good value. If you happen to be renting a car this might be a great hotel for you. If you are using public transit you should reconsider.

Very comfortable beds and very convenient to the parks. The little supermarket had good food choices for breakfast and packed lunches.

However, we ended up needing to pay for another room because there was no way a 'sofa' bed would have been comfortable in the room. The staff weren't very friendly or helpful. The shower flooded the bathroom despite having the door shut and there was mould under the sink (you could see it under the rim when sitting on the toilet).

Negative Review for Rove the Park, Dubai

I regularly travel every six weeks and Duabi is one of a regular Destinations, I decided to give Rove the Park a try, but I am deeply disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival, I was told I had to pay extra to check in at 11 AM since the standard check-in time is 3 PM. I've never encountered such a policy at any other Dubai hotel. Despite arriving from London with two young children (ages 3 and 5) arived at airport at 5 AM, I was forced to pay an entire day's rate just to check in early.

The staff's responses were frustratingly unhelpful, with almost every question
being met with \"I don't know, it's your choice.\" I had booked through Expedia, where I was told breakfast was included, but upon arrival, I was informed otherwise. The manager, rather than addressing the issue directly, communicated through another staff member that I would have to pay for breakfast every morning and couldn't pay in advance, which was incredibly inconvenient. The manager was dismissive and didn’t bother coming over to speak to us, even though they were seated right at the desk by the lemonade srand.

The only redeeming aspects of the stay were the housekeeping staff and the lifeguard at the pool, who performed their jobs excellently. However, the overall experience was horrifying. I will not be recommending Rove the Park to any of my family or friends.

This property is perfect for a family vacation as there are many different activities to get your kids to enjoy their time, from game rooms, a big pool and theme parks nearby.

The room was comfortable and I liked that it had a small supermarket in the lobby area.

I disliked the constant noise, from families in the hallways, to some construction sounds throughout my staycation.

I ordered room service for dinner and the food was fresh and tasty.

The bathroom sink was clogged and a bit moldy. And the shower head was loose and sprayed water around the bathroom when turned on.

Other than that, I would stay again for the price and modern comfort of the room.

Fabulous venue. However didn’t realise (being from NZ) it is on the very edge of Dubai, 40 minutes drive to most activities (not the theme park). Service, hosts, room, space, food amazing. Just the location was difficult if you don’t have a car.

Went as a family and my kids loved it. The pool was large and there was enough activities for the kids to be engaged. Rooms were decent but a lot of stress on eco friendliness which is a great initiative. It has a super market and a medicine dispenser which is high utility points. It’s far from everything else but it’s meant for those who are visiting the dubai parks zones. Overall good.

Good property and very accommodating. Food options are limited. Very very far from city. Did not realize that. Metro doesn't go to the hotel so taxi is being used back and forth. Could get costly. Presumably in 5 years more development this may be a great hotel to stay in but now distance to city is quite ways. I thought that price included breakfast when booking through Expedia. Hotel said it was not. Good place to stay with small kids though.

It wasn't a good choice for us as it was so far from the center city. It seems to be a location that caters to staycations, not a tourist traveling from another continent looking to tour Dubai. We ended up going to a hotel closer to the city and had a blast! We love Dubai!

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Rove at the Park. It's a great hotel for anyone looking to stay in Dubai short term or long term. There are plenty of amenities for kids and adults alike. It's not located right in the city, so there is a quiet and peaceful nature to the hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I especially love the open areas that are well-equipped for work and collaborations. There is a free shuttle that takes guests to convenient places in the city, a pool area where guests hang out throughout the day into the night, a gym, laundry services, dining options from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., and the hotel is located near an outlet mall and Dubai's best themeparks. I liked my stay so much that I've decided to extend my one week here into one month.

First of all, this place is FUN. Despite it seeming like a family only place at first glance, we went without any kids and loved it (we are in our 30's). The decor everywhere is fun and bright and everything feels spacious, clean and welcoming. The rooms were simple but immaculate - the first comment we made was \"have you ever seen a cleaner bathroom?\" Big tick for me.

The staff here are brilliant. You can tell they have been trained well and that communication is a high priority. Everyone is friendly, above and beyond helpful and somehow remember your names even when it's only a 2-3 night stay.

We also met Steph, who ended up being the hotel manager and heck you can see why that place is so well run. She is brilliant. Personable, engaging, switched on and so friendly. She got us a coffee and sat with us for ages chatting about all sorts of things - we knew she was busy but she made us feel of VIP importance both through her actions and the time she gave us. If I lived there, I would want to be friends with her. Legend.

On top of it all, this place looks like it's in the middle of nowhere but if you are planning on visiting the theme parks I wouldn't hesitate to book. Such a brilliant little hotel and even from my brief interaction with Steph, I know that it is what it is because of her and the amazing team she has working with her.

We stayed for 6 days at the Rove۔ I really can't fault anything. My children aged 18, 14 and 5 years old loved the pool and the gaming room. Our hotel interconnecting rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. The housekeeping staff was amazing at their job especially Pradip, who made sure that our rooms were clean daily. Breakfast had many different choices. Check-in and
check-out were very quick. Would love staying at the Rove again.

It was a comfortable no-frills staycation. It offered good value in terms of breakfast and amenities. Staff were very accommodating, especially the room service staff and F&B staff at The Daily. Front desk was also very nice and recognized us from previous stays. The game room and pool were great for kids. The PS5s were so popular that my kids didnt get a chance to play. The old video arcade wasn't working properly. The foosball, table tennis and giant chess were great too. Nearby, there's an outlet mall that's seen better days. We didn't visit the theme parks as it was too hot.

This is by far one of the best hotels i have stayed in. It far exceeds many 5 star hotels. Very clean and every single staff member is friendly and makes you feel at home. THE ROVE HOTEL IS A WONDERFUL HOTEL.
MY ONLY REGRET WAS I DID NOT REALIZE THAT AT TIME OF BOOKING THE HOTEL WAS 50 KM AWAY FROM THE CITY.

The room was nice and comfortable.
Featured a Tub and Shower stall.
My room was relatively big however overlooked the ROOF.
Swimming pool amazing temperature controlled and salted.
very large pool.
I Did not go to LEGO LAND and the ROLLER COASTER but i visited the OUTLET MALL.

The food at restaurant was at PAR only.
I ordered out the 4 days of my stay.

Lots to say over my 5 days. Staff is great. Equipment is good. Room is fine. Average. Buy other is average. Fair. Good mattress and quality sheets. Shower is only so-so and def a bit on the weak side. Food is good but more costly than even a hotel should be gir the quality. It’s fine but not worth its price. Wifi is a bit spotty at times. And trade to be too week for my computer’s required bandwidth. I’d suggest an upgrade to overall service is required. And most importantly you temperature control in each room is non existent. It’s superceded by hotel zones. I was cold in my room non stop. I had to dress warm and in a big guy. I could not get my room abi e 19.6. Nose was cold. It’s not good. International average room temperature is 21.8. Snd ma y like it Warner than that. I have never struggled to warm up in a hotel before. If anything, the opposite. It’s Usually more of a struggle to cool down and get AC to regulate better. Climate temperature control must get fixed. Pool is very good. Salt.

The hotel have also a Reel ( one of the best cinemas) inside a small but super cute. The 24 hour store super convenient with a Starbucks coffee and food.

I needed an affordable place near the Expo site for one night. Rove at the Park had a great price with breakfast included and less than 20 min away from Expo so I booked it. Due to my schedule that day I arrived very late, nearly 11pm. The staff had called me around 6pm to confirm my arrival time and I informed them I would be late. When I arrived I found plenty of free parking on site (though it's outdoor and uncovered) just around the corner from the main entrance. Inside the staff were warm and welcoming. I asked about room service since I hadn't had dinner, they told me it's not 24 hours but was still open for 10 more minutes if I wanted to order something right then. I agreed and was able to order room service right at the desk. I ordered vegan tacos, which were delivered to my room about 30 minutes later. Food was hot and fresh but a bit overcooked. The room itself was bright and clean but very small- smaller than budget european hotels I've stayed at! Bed was comfortable, blackout curtains were good, noise from other rooms low. The hallway noise traveled easily through the door so I heard everyone outside. And the AC in the room made very loud whirring noises every few minutes, which woke me up several times. Breakfast was decent, lovely staff and good options for normal people. Very limited for vegan so I would not pay extra for breakfast if I went again. Overall a good stay if you are looking for a budget option near Expo or DPR.

Me and my friends booked 4 rooms and we could not have been happier with our experience. From early check-in to late check-out everybody was so nice and accommodating. When we swim at the hotel pool, even the lifeguard on duty was so nice to my 5 year old. I would definitely be back.
