Wow - this place exceeded our expectations. Firstly, the staff are absolutely amazing, and no request is too much for them. If only their levels of service quality existed in the rest of the modern world! The property is beautiful - very well-maintained grounds and gardens. It is located in a nice quiet, relaxing part of Dubai, where you are on your own world away from all the stress which was perfect for our family. Rooms were very spacious and well appointed. Plentiful supplies of bottled water were supplied free fo charge. Beds very comfy and the bathroom includes both a shower and a bath, which was nice for a change. The pools are heated and were excellent. We particularly liked the fact that the pools were not too deep, which meant we could relax and let our kids play in the pool unattended with just the lifeguards there if they got in trouble. The sunloungers were very comfy and well looked after by the attendants who would do anything to help you. There are plenty of sunloungers so we never struggled to get one not matter what time of day. We ate at most of the restaurants and the food is some fo the best food i have ever had on all-inclusive basis. We also used the padel courts at a small extra cost and that was super fun. All in all this was an amazing stay and we have already booked to go back next year as we liked it so much!

I really enjoyed this place they have so much on site for adults & children.

The gym was good, with new equipment.
The buggies were great to take you round the resort.

Great resort with lots to do.

The gym at the sports centre was fantastic although a little annoying sometimes that the visiting football teams have block booked the whole gym for a couple of hours on some days.

There are numerous pools across all 3 hotels to use depending on your preference. The Lake View Hotel is the newest hotel but is situated 20mins walk away or 5 min shuttle buggy from the other two hotels on the resort.

There are numerous restaurants to eat at, i would recommend going for All Inclusive Plus so you dont have to worry about the cost of food and drink as it can be expensive otherwise. The AI plan covers for all restaurants in all 3 hotels apart from the Indian restaurant where they give you an allowance towards the bill, well worth the money still.

The only downsides:

Drifting track next door to the resort is very noisy and if the wind is blowing your direction the smell of rubber and dust is quite bad, especially at the weekends when its most busy.

The beach is lovely and sandy however there is a view of the construction of the Jebel Ali Palm straight ahead and to the right the Industrial Zone Port therefore not exactly a scenic view however it didnt bother us too much as the sun wasn't out to sea so you're not really facing out to the sea.

The resort is located outside of Dubai and takes a good 30 mins to transfer from DXB airport. The resort does have a free shuttle bus service to the malls every day but there's nothing in walking distance.

We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel.

The staff were great and always there to help. The watersports staff were especially helpful, fun and took the time to make it an easy and memorable experience! Few changes could make this an amazing resort. There is no convenient spot to just stop at anytime to have a snack or drink. There are time frames in which to do so and are not convenient, a hassle to be honest. It is far away from any excursions or attractions so unless you only want to stay on a resort I’d go elsewhere as it’s costly! Getting a buggy takes too long if they even come at all. Food was great when you can get it at the scheduled time frames. Overall ok as a resort but it’s not convenient and I didn’t feel it was organized well. Huge shoutout to the water sports staff. They were brilliant!

Lovely beach, only a little spoiled by the view onto the new palm construction site.

Apart from a pleasant attendant from Nepal the beach attendants outside rooms 170 to 180 would do well smiling a bit more.

Great for families

It's been a while since my family stayed at Palm Tree court and they've made some renovations which improved the resort. There are several new activities, including a splash park, an improved mini-golf, and an aviary. There's also a new pool. The rooms are spacious and comfy with the much-welcomed peacock visits at the terrace. Since it's only a 10-min drive from Dubai Marina, i highly recommend this for family staycations as there's a lot to keep the kids busy and yet it feels remote enough to feel like a holiday.

we loved the park like property design and gardening of the hotel. the buggy service was great, especially with kids. the food was outstanding and all outlets were good quality. The dining options as part of half board were amazing (14 outlets). the rooms are renovated and spacious. Only the AC was really cold and we needed to set it to 26 degree to have around 22 degree.

Very nice resort, clean and full of activities. However, on the last day they charged me 1400 Dirhams extra ( around 380 US) for a barely visible scratch my 2 years old drew on one of the single chairs. I found that extremely inappropriate and exaggerated, and I was fuming. I never thought a classy resort like this will try to take advantage of their guest in such manner.

I didn’t know what to expect. Wasn’t as glitzy as you would expect the normal 5 star hotels in Dubai to be, but that was what the appeal was. It had gardens, didn’t feel over crowded, service was amazing, and the beach had plenty of space. It is 2o mins from centre but has a shuttle bus going frequently to the malls. We loved it. Was on all inclusive package. White orchid best restaurant. Would highly recommend.

We had a very bad experience which there were no understanding from the Hotel Management at all. We booked the incorrect month, Nov instead of Dec, for our stay and were charged 5 nights as no-show. There was no contact or email from the hotel to check if the family of 4 were coming or had any issues. We only realised our mistake once we received an email to review our stay. We explained that it was a mistake, sent them our flight tickets to show the correct period and to demonstrate it was a genuine error. Also said we were willing to pay the difference to stay at the hotel when we are in Dubai but Management replied they could not to anything and if we wanted to book the nights in Dec we had to pay the period full w/o deducting anything. Very disappointing to say the least. Because of the hotel’s lack of empathy and good faith, I will never recommend this hotel chain to anyone.

The amenities here are excellent, as are the general service levels.
Room was clean.

The only Slight negative is that a lot of items were exempt from the all-inclusive menu. For example limited choice of wines, anything ordering a premium dish for example prawns,
were not included.
Also, it sometimes proved difficult to make reservations for restaurants and times that we wanted, however when we were in the restaurant during those times there were lots of spare seats and tables. I can’t understand why that’s the case.
The water sports that are included as part of the all-inclusive package need to be booked and very specific times, which seemed unnecessary.

All in all, we are long-standing customers and will remain so, but I feel like the all-inclusive benefits have regressed over the years.

My favorite destination in UAE and dubai . Prices are reasonable compared to what you get . Rooms are very big and suitable for families and kids . The beach is breathtaking and the views are very beautiful. All staff are very well experienced in their field and all are trying to make the experience worthy. We were very happy and surprised that till deptember they have a special offer for UAE residents; they refund all your booking value in vouchers with the same amount of money to be used during your stay in the hotel . Palm Tree Court is one of three hotels of the same chain, all in the same stunning resort. Jebel Ali is further away from some of the busier areas of Dubai and is much more green and peaceful. You're not surrounded by tall buildings and there's much more open space.
We were met at the resort by the concierge Kingsley who was very helpful and really good with our 10 month old daughter (He also gave her a JA resorts toy duck which she loved).
The resort is huge and consists of the JA Palm Tree Court, Beach Hotel and Lake View Hotel. You can do a tour around the resort at 4:30pm everyday in one of the electric carts. The hotel also runs a free shuttle bus to and from the Mall of Emirates, Dubai Mall and the IBN Battuta Mall at various times throughout the day.
Our room was very spacious, clean and modern. We had a ground floor room with our own patio area where every morning we had a peacock outside the room doing a display with its feathers.
Breakfast was fantastic with a large choice of delicious food. There are numerous restaurants around the resort for lunch and dinner.
The cleaners did a great job looking after us and came in twice a day. The cleaner also gave us a baby bath set for our daughter. The evening turn down service was a nice touch including bottled water on the bedside cabinets. Elemis toiletries were provided in the bathroom. There was a Lavazza coffee machine in the room with plenty of refill pods and an assortment of premium tea bags were provided.

JA Palm is an Oasis in the Desert and perfect if you want a respite from the busy city of Dubai. The beach is beautiful and spotless, the spa is wonderful and the food amazing in both the Asian restaurant at the JA Palm and the Indian in one of the other hotels on the complex you are able to use. We spent Friday having brunch and watching the Salsa dancing which was just amazing! There is a free coach into Dubai where you can visit the Atlantis Hotel or the Dubai Mall. It’s only a short ride outside of the city and just perfect for a retreat. Highly recommended!

Just returned from an amazing week at the Palm Tree Court on the JA Resort. Loved every minute and none of us wanted to come home. Great facilities with plenty to keep us busy without being obvious. A couple of trips into the city too, which is worth the trip.

Every one of the staff, without exception, were lovely. Really friendly and kind to children and made them feel very special.

We would happily have stayed another week and really hope we make it back one day.

Every breakfast in the palm tree court restaurant the staff moved the food sections so you always had to walk around to find what you wanted. No reason for doing this. The crows are allowed to get way to close to the tables outside and will try to take your food causing concern to small children. There’s nothing to do outside of the complex giving the appearance of being in the middle of no where. The Burj Khalifa and main shops are a 45min taxi ride costing over £20 one way.

I have stayed in palm tree court over 20 times over the years and it has been really good but this year it was disappointing to say the least ! When got there I signed up for an all inclusive package which should have said not all inclusive!! I paid over £1000 for my wife and I for 6days all inclusive !! It got to a point when we could not have fresh orange juice we had to have a powdered version which tasted like cleaning fluid horrendous!! Many other things that weren’t included!! It made you feel like a 2nd class resident!!! Fish restaurant set menu which if you didn’t like sea bass you were not eating !!! There used to be choices!! They said they are changing it now and introducing a 2 tier all inclusive!! Hate to think what that will be like !!

We have been to the Palm Tree Court Hotel many times and it has always been great but unfortunately since the new Hotel has been built there are loads of unwelcome changes ie all inclusive to finish a 11pm every night. Limited choices on the all inclusive menu and on the drinks menu. Lots of cheaper choices such as paper hand towels in the toilets, cheap toilet paper, no J A rubber ducks small changes but the luxury is going and the price is increasing.

Our stay at the JA Palm Tree Court, Dubai was absolutely fantastic. All of the staff from the reception desk, concierge, waiters in all of the restaurants, cleaners up to the Manager, were excellent. When we arrived our room was very nice but we felt a little bit out of the way and so they moved us to a more convenient room near to our family. It was my 70th birthday our anniversary and my husband’s birthday too and we received that many cakes it was unbelievable. We will certainly be returning again next year, we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel so thank you to all involved. Christine Walton

My husband, my son and I had a fantastic 10 night stay at the JA Palm Tree Court and could not find fault with anything at this brilliant hotel. Our room was very nicely decorated; was very spacious; had great storage and was spotlessly clean. The staff in this hotel are absolutely brilliant and always greet you with a welcoming smile. They can't do enough for you and are so polite and helpful. The food and drink options on the all inclusive package are brilliant. There are plenty of dining options available and all of the food we tried was excellent. Whether we ate in the White Orchid, Shooters, Divaz, the Sports Café, the Captain's Bar or La Fontana (buffet), everything was very tasty, well presented and served promptly. There are also plenty of branded drinks available on the all inclusive package. You'll be spoiled for choice. As mentioned, all the staff are superb but Vish and Vinny at the pool bar deserve a special mention as they work tirelessly serving drinks and ice creams in 40+ degree heat and always have a smile and a kind word for everyone. Hazel and Yang who provide the entertainment in the White Orchid lounge are also very good. The hotel has lots of repeat visitors and this is the third time we'd stayed at the JA resort. We will definitely be back for a fourth visit.

Great holiday. The signature pool area was by far the best. But costs extra...take note. The bar staff in signature - Awyn and Samere were the best I have ever come across. The other pools were very loud though. Glad we could get away from those. Food was very good though the fish and steak restaurants had long waiting times for the food to arrive. We will go back for sure though.

It is always a pleasure to stay at Palm Tree Court and I have returned there for a number of years, the rooms are well cleaned and of a good standard, the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.
There is plenty to do for those that like an active holiday or you can just spend the days lazing on the superb beach. There is also a varied choice of restaurants. This is an excellent getaway for both families or the single traveler.

Everythinf, the staff are very attentive and helpful eapecially Mr Noor (reception) and Mr Deep at the signature lounge. Great facilities and wonderdul ambiance . Our kids loved everything there and the kids club is amazing.

I loved our holiday here. Food was brilliant. Staff brilliant. Weather not so good unfortunately but still managed to get burnt. Golf course is great. The pools were heated. Staff couldn't do enough for you. It was noticeably very English and one of the few places with all inclusive. That made it for us as it was great for our child to make some friends. There were very few down sides. The only one I can think of is visually the unfinished Palm is not the prettiest on the horizon and the port. However that provided a nice break for water sports. Maybe more entertainment in the evening for kids? But other than that I would highly recommend to any family looking for a more high end all inclusive. Thank you JA Palm.
