The property is absolutely beautiful, well kept and the staff is so friendly. The pool was gorgeous and really enjoyed the gym. I got the best massage here as well. The amenities available and the hours they’re open were great. The property is very large and rooms are far so that you have a beautiful view, but be prepared to walk or wait for the shuttle to your room. I would absolutely recommend this resort to others staying in Krabi

The property is quite dated and unfortunately the service makes the experience even worse. The breakfast buffet staff were particularly rude. My wife went alone with our 20-month-old baby for breakfast and politely asked a waiter named Surya for a cup of coffee. To our surprise, he bluntly told her to help herself instead of offering any assistance, even though she was managing a toddler alone.
The room condition was also disappointing. The cleanliness was poor, especially in the washroom, and the main room door was broken.
Another major inconvenience is that the rooms are located uphill. Every time you want to go anywhere in the resort, you have to wait around 10–15 minutes for their mini truck pickup/drop service, which becomes quite frustrating after a while.
Considering the price we paid, the experience was very disappointing. I would strongly recommend looking at other hotels or resorts instead. There are definitely better options available at lower prices.

This is not a 4 star resort by any measure. It is situated in the jungle amidst nature which is appreciated. There are bugs/ghecvkos in the room. When you have a long-term stay here and have to take the shuttle 3/4 times each day, it is crazy to wait that long. The staff have a very mediocre attitude. Different from many places I have seen in Thailand. The guy who works at the pool, SOMYAD has the word ‘lazy’ all over him. He spends hours on his phone, will greet you with a smile, but do nothing more. He doesn’t take five steps to help you with anything. The rooms are dirty, we had to request a special mopping because our feet soles were black after two minutes of walking. The three people that made our stay are wonderful and deserve mention here APIWAT the shuttle driver, PENAPPHA at the restaurant, and ATTIKA at the front desk. They truly are the most wonderful staff amidst the rest.

Clean and comfortable room,beautiful garden and pool area but some of the cars used for room transfers are very old, loud and smelly and sometimes you have to wait like 15-20 minutes for a transfer. Also, I expected that it would be more quiet but unfortunately the main road with heavy traffic can be heard from everywhere, especially from the restaurant. Moreover, some details need attention like our shower almost fell apart, the water pressure was very low and the showerhead sprinkled. And quite some jacuzzi heads were not working. And it was not eco friendly at all! Our towels were always changed by the staff even if we left them on the rack. One time I even placed the sign on the towel not to replace them but the staff rudely ignored it and replaced our towels anyway!

You’re paying for the pool and view, but the pool is so crowded with limited seating it can be hard to enjoy if you don’t get there first thing in AM.

I’ve stayed at many hotels throughout Southeast Asia and paid significantly less for MUCH higher service.

The property is alcohol-free. Ultimately not an issue, but they don’t mention that anywhere in their information nor at check-in. If we’d known, we would have booked elsewhere, which they obviously know, hence withholding the info.

They have a shuttle that brings you to Ao Nang, but it only runs one way and at awkward times of day (10am, 3pm, 7pm).

The only real pro was a decent breakfast, which is very good, but keep in mind it is Halal, and a nice clean room. If it was half the price it is, all of this would be more understandable.

Rooms are spacious and clean and view from the room is stunning but this hotel is not convenient at all. Have been in Thailand for 17 days and at the previous 5 hotels we have stayed at staff came running to help with suitcases as soon as they saw us. But in this hotel we had to drag our suitcases up the stairs to the reception and there was not a single person to help which was extremely shocking as Thai people are known for their great customer service. The buggy service to the rooms is not the best as you have to wait a while for it to arrive so plan for you to get to your location later than you anticipated. The location of the rooms are a hike away from reception and that was the biggest negative of this stay. If you don’t mind waiting around constantly to get to reception and back to your room or doing a 15/20 minute hike in Thailand’s humid weather then this would be a great place for you. At night you have to wait at the shuttle point outside with the mosquitos in the heat to get to your room you cannot even wait at the reception. WiFi and mobile service is also terrible in the room. The gentlemen driving the vehicle to the rooms were lovely and very friendly.

Tree top room was great, we didn't have to wait for more than about 5 minutes for the shuttle inside the resort and used it many times. The pool was excellent and had a great view. The in-room dining was quite good and things like burgers were about the same price for the same reasonable quality you would get in most outside restaurants. All staff were pleasant. I cut my arm on the metal leaf room decoration next to the bed when taking my shirt off, so be careful near that.

The Ao Nang Fiore hotel is stunning. Set in a jungle like setting its truly the most stunning property. The pool area with a view across the valley is something to be seen. The staff were so lovely and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Sanctuary peaceful retreat

The accomodation was amazing and definitely an eco experience. There were no monkeys but little squirrels. I like the privacy and green. Love the bathtub. Smart TV too. Balcony was a nice touch. The only thing was you needed the buggy to ferry you to and fro your villa. It was pretty steep on the ride and I must give a big compliment to the drivers of the buggy and you need some skill. I would go back just to have a sanctuary feel. They also have shuttle to Ao nang town, So overall very well managed and they thought of everything the guest would need. The reception and porters were all very friendly and welcoming.

The staff were very welcoming and our room was clean.
The mini fridge was regularly restocked and towels always replaced.
The resort is on a hill so you’re sometimes waiting for a driver to take you up to your room but it’s never too long and the drivers are lovely.
There was some ants on the dressing table we informed reception who sent the cleaner to put some spray down but we ended up buying some
Spray ourselves from 7/11 and this solved the issue.

There is a lot of wildlife around I.e. insects as you are essentially in the jungle so beware leaving your doors open if your on the balcony etc. we did this and found a baby lizard in our room the same evening.

Overall our stay was great and worth the money

As an experience, a jungle accommodation was pretty unique. Service and house keeping was not so good. One day we did not get a new bath towels and when calling to get one we didn’t get them. Sheets were not changed during our stay (6 nights) even though we asked new ones. Bathroom didn’t have hand soap.

Shuttle service worked nice and drivers were very polite and helpful.

Breakfast was okay. A little bit limited.

Quite disappointed with the hotel. Room was dirty. In photos the hotel looks super cool but it is actually quite outdated. Rooms are in a hill so to get to your room is at least a workout and the bugs. It is far from the city center and hard to get a cab. Would not recommend plus it was super expensive

DO NOT STAY HERE!!

We booked this place for a nice escape from the busier side of Krabi. First thing to note is we stayed in very similar accommodation in Phi Phi and were more than happy to be fairly isolated with wildlife nearby.

This resort was the only hotel I have EVER checked out of early in my life. First of all, the staff were not helpful, they put us in the wrong room and when realised moved us with the same key which alerted us that the room keys opened every door, and any guests could have access to our room.

The staff seemed unfriendly, unbothered and unwilling to handle any requests. The shuttle service took as long as everyone says it does and you’re left to get eaten alive by mosquitos whilst waiting. The front desk refused my calls or offered rude responses when I asked times for the shuttle.

We ordered room service and the delivery man demanded a tip from us instead of giving us change for our money. We would’ve tipped anyway, but he did not even give us the option to offer!

The electricity went twice, so we were left with no aircon. To top it all off, we found cockroaches in our bed.

When we checked out early the receptionist was unfriendly and unwilling to refund us, stating someone was fixing the electricity issues and shrugged at the cockroaches.

I honestly do not recommend this place, not because of the wildlife, but the poor service. I felt like if I needed assistance, I’d be sent away!

An amazing and luxury stay. Staff was amazing. I was afraid of insects inside the villas but all insects were outside. If I go back I will stay here again. Only thing that may deter you is that if you aren’t fairly fit and consistent in the gym you will hate it. It is a workout to do anything here including get to and leave your room. Yes there are shuttles all day and night but you literally have to walk up and down hill to get to them

The “resort” was dirty, poorly managed, and oddly setup. It had high potential given the lush environment, but there were so many issues.

The lighting in the room was awful with one light switch falling apart in my hands. Phone covered in dust, black mold in the shower grout, weird pile of rubble and dust on an eye-level visible surface in the bathroom upon arrival that was never cleaned up, and a dirty pillow case on the counter also upon arrival. The one usable mirror had smudges and all the windows/sliding doors were filthy.

It was impossible to enjoy the view from inside looking through dirty glass and when we requested they be cleaned, they did nothing. They did not help us with our luggage during checkout.

Important to share that taking the shuttle up and down the mountain was a constant inconvenience. We are both active people, but still found hiking these hills in hot weather not ideal for our hotel stay. It’s certainly not relaxing.

The dining room furniture is also falling apart, we witnessed one guest’s chair break beneath him. Also note, it is a Muslim hotel and does not sell alcohol at their ‘pool bar’.

Ultimately, this is NOT a resort or on par with other hotel options at this cost. The service and grounds are mediocre at best, which is disappointing given the wonderful experiences we’ve had so far in Thailand.

This is for sure an Instagram worthy stay. The amenities are fantastic and our room was pretty good too. I gladly give this place 5 stars for what it is. When we first arrived our room wasn’t as clean as we would have liked but clean enough to sleep in the first night as we arrived late, the next morning we asked if they would clean our floors and shower extra well and they gladly did and after that no complaints on cleanliness. If you are someone who likes to wear makeup (I am one of those people) even if it’s just simple eyeliner you might have a harder time than normal with the small amount of mirrors and the dim yellow lighting but I made it work it just is a little frustrating. The restaurant is very delicious and affordable and we are there more than once for lunch and every morning for breakfast.

We were early to check in, they let us leave our suitcases in lobby which was nice and come back in time for check in. Although during check in they never explained anything, didn’t explain how we would get to our suite, how would they know when to pick us up. We did not know if breakfast was included or not, they gave us no information, front desk was rude. The only appreciative and nice staff members were the tuk tuk drivers that would bring us to and from our suite. We booked the jacuzzi villa, although the jacuzzi didn’t work, staff was not accommodating at all. We stayed in better resorts ik Thailand where the service has been amazing.

Highly reccommend this property is you want a peaceful quiet and relaxing enviroment. This property is located on a very beautiful forest hilly terrain but very close to the city. The customer support is excellent and are very attentive and responsive to any request. The facility is overall very cleaned. The gardens and landscape is well maintained. Breakfast is delicious. There many restaurants within waking distance of the entrance to the Fiore Resort but the hotel restaurant serves fresh and appetizing dinner entries very similar in quality and cost to the ones offered outside the facility. Had a wonderful experience and with the grace my lord Jesus hope to visit again.

Beautiful property! Pool was wonderful except I got a splinter in my foot from the deck. I should have kept my shoes on! Great place for solace and rest.I enjoyed my stay. The ants couldn’t be helped!! You are in the jungle!!! The driver on Wednesday and Thursday was wonderful, it’s like he had ESP and knew exactly when we needed him. I wish I knew his name to thank him personally!! Great experience from a person who hasn’t traveled abroad in 35 years! Thank you to the front desk staff for answering out stupid questions and booking a driver to our next destination!

The hotel was beautiful, felt like a jungle oasis in the middle of busy ao Nang. There was a shuttle to the centre 4 x a day which was helpful as it was about a half an hour walk or a 100baht tuk tuk. Breakfast was varied with a good selection and the room was lovely.

The location was beautiful and had great views. One note: you do need to wait for the shuttle to take you to your unit every time you want to leave/go back since it’s very far uphill. To us it was worth it for the location but it is worth noting.

Beautiful! The hotel is situated in the middle of “jungle”. It has a beautiful jungle vibe, and is very aesthetically pleasing. The D’Fish restaurant has great food and amazing staff. Only complaints would be that there is NO alcohol on site, so the pool bar is a little misleading. Also that if you have any issues with walking/stairs - choose another location as this one you will have to deal with both, even though the staff has Tuk tuks onsite to drive and drop you off, carry luggage, etc.. you will still have some level of walking to do. Property has hills and long stair ways.
Last - the beds are hard. Beautiful decor, but hard. I couldn’t even tell if it was a mattress? Or a box spring I was sleeping on.

If you don’t like bugs or wildlife - stay somewhere else. It is in the middle of nothing but trees and water. There will be flies/birds/a monkey/squirrels all around the property.
There is also a little chicken/peacock coop!
I loved our stay, but if you’re looking for a more luxurious stay.. I’d look elsewhere.
If you want something aesthetically pleasing, stay here. Like i said, beautiful rooms, amazing staff, great food!

The staff even drove me to the nearest clinic during an emergency. They couldn’t have been better. Thank you to Ao Nang Fiore!

The staff were so rude and not accommodating. They accused us of taking a laundry bag, when in reality it fell under our bed. They wouldn’t make change for us, and we waiting for 15 every time we ordered a shuttle. There were bugs everywhere in the room and the sheets were stained. The best part of the hotel is the amazing pool.

We stayed at Aonang Fiore resort from 11/12 to 11/13. During our stay there Aonang Fiore set us up with their own bike rental through a 3rd party. This was the biggest mistake we ever made. Upon return of our motor bike , the man in charge on the bike returns stated the bike was damaged and stated we had to pay him an exorbitant amount, 4100 Bhat. Mind you, we already put down a 3000 bhat deposit. We adamantly refused and told the front desk to call the Thailand police. The front desk lady and the bike rental man continued to have conversation in Thai back and forth once we informed him. The Thai police came down to the resort and spoke with the guy and told us we had to settle on an amount. We eventually were completely time crunched as we had a shuttle to take us to kolanta within the next 25 minutes. The man in charge of the bike rental stated you have two options pay here or go to the police station. Long story short - DO NOT RENT ANY BIKES FROM THIS RESORT. This is a known scam that we came to find out about. They will make up claims which they did for us - they stated that our bike had dirt and so they had to charge for that. Again please DO NOT RENT ANY BIKE FROM THE RESORT. The hotel staff did not stand up for us and we are filing a claim with Expedia immediately. Also never leave your passport with any rental agency , we did not but this is a known scam of rental agencies such as this to hustle you for more money.

Beautiful bungalow, beautiful gardens, friendly staff, free breakfast was great. I'd recommend checking out other places to eat for lunch and dinner, though (so many good things to eat!). They were helpful with transportation planning. Check out the coffeeshop on the premises, too!

Overall is good but don't expect the breakfast.

Nice hotel, the staff is nice and good for people to stay out of the city but since the hotel area is too big, you have to wait for the buggy to and from lobbyroom and sometimes you need to wait over 15mins for the buggy. The free shuttle from city to hotel at 9 pm is never showed up and the reception tell us to take Tuktuk back to the hotel if you cannot see the shuttle till 9:15 pm, so why don't you cancel this offer then?
Overall is good but don't expect breakfast, luck that lot of nice restaurant around the hotel.

Not many vegan options for dining. Breakfast for vegans very limited but they were happy to make something for you

The downsides:
A little out of town so need to use the hotel shuttle which is available 4 times a day( there is no guarantee they will take you back to the hotel)
We were on the highest level so needed a buggy to bring us from the buggy assembly point to reception every time we wanted to come down or go back to our room
We still had stairs and a steep climb so the higher floors are not recommended if one has difficulty walking
The spoken English was poor so sometimes difficult to communicate
The bathrooms needed extra soap and shampoo

Great hotel with your own villa / bungalow

Great hotel where you get your own little villa. It’s situated on a hill and they shuttle you up and down with little wait. The hotel is a little far from the Ao Nang beach and all that’s going on down there, but it is quite and peaceful and we got a great nights sleep. Super easy to get a scooter taxi to take you back and forth between the hotel / beach area.

This was a disappointing stay. I wanted take a break from cheaper places and spend a couple nights in a higher place. And to be fair in many ways this is a nice place. The grounds had well-manicured gardens and the actual hut I stayed in was quite nice. However my overall feeling is that this hotel is very overpriced for what it is. It's not THAT nice. I've been to plenty of similar quality hotels in the area that cost half as much. This place was a 10 minute drive to the beach. The restaurant menu was the same old Thai food and spaghetti you find anywhere and the actual food just average. The staff was polite but not particularly friendly. The view from my room was mostly obscured by trees. And the \"hot tub\" took about half hour to fill by which time the water was just kind of warm.

My biggest complaint is that the hotel grounds are built on a mountainside. This means to leave your place involves walking out to a meeting spot, calling a phone saying you need a ride down, waiting 5-10 minutes, riding down to second meeting spot and walking to where you need to go. Repeat in reverse to get back to your place. This means going anywhere is a pain. The hill is too steep to comfortably hike on a regular basis. It was every bit as annoying as it sounds.

If I'd had paid half the amount I wouldn't be so annoyed with the place. My verdict : if you're willing to spend that much money on a hotel around here you can do much better.

Pros: not too close to Aonang beach which is good as to avoid all the crowds. View is great from room. Feels like you’re in a jungle. Try the hotel restaurant for dinner , you won’t be disappointed. They offered us an upgrade due to the A/C malfunction in our room.

Cons: there were 2 men smoking inside the restaurant ( there’s a sign saying no smoking) while I was enjoying dinner there, I told the staff about the situation and hopefully they will stop smoking or go somewhere else to smoke. However, the staff didn’t do anything about it. I was disappointed and had to suffer the bad smell during my dinner.

Apart from that, I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It’s a good stay afrer all.

First and foremost I will say the grounds of this hotel are absolutely gorgeous and well maintained and would be the right fit for certain people however there were a few details that we were not outlined properly that did affect our stay. First off this is a dry hotel, I know that may not be a problem for some people but my husband and I booked 2 nights here for our anniversary and were planning on celebrating opening a bottle of wine or champagne at dinner or in the jacuzzi, which we could not as they do not serve. Instead we had to walk to the liquor store and bring the bottle back. This needs to be advertised better!
Our room was really nice, we booked the jacuzzi villa suite and to be honest that is the only way I would have been happy staying at this resort, and it is very secluded, not much to do...requires you to go offsite for anything lively. This hotel is very hard to get around, the grounds are huge an hilly, there are multiple meeting points outside of where you are staying that you have to call the front desk to send a car down to get you to bring you the lobby or restaurant because you simply cannot walk up and down these steep hills. If you are staying at the jacuzzi villa suites they are at the very top of the hill and require multiple hills and steps to get to your room after the car drops you which was fine for me and my husband but this it should be advertised properly for people who have trouble getting around.

Gorgeous setting. Esp loved the Treetop rooms. Beautifully appointed. Lovely views. Good buffet breakfasts. Picturesque infinity pool. Would have liked to stay longer. Priced low for how beautiful the setting is.
Downsides - no alcohol served anywhere including thw pool bar! Only mocktails. Stock up at duty free.
Also some cottages have steep steps to get to ot. Was not possible for my older mom to negotiate. Had to downgrade to a non treetop room.

my booking was made on the wrong date in error, and the hotel refused to help me move my booking. I had to rebook for the correct date, and have also had to pay for this stay, where my room sat empty whilst i sat in london. Such a waste, and very disappointing.

Nice hotel nestled up in the mountains with a great view. Just a short shuttle ride to main attractions in town and near aonang beach. Great staff. Great pool

Rooms were nice and high up on the cliffs but because of mountainous terrain - lots of bugs. We had to kill probably 30-40 fire ants over our 3 day stay as well as a fair share of mosquitos and other critters. Not the end of the world especially if you are the camping type. But because of hotel location in the middle of jungle and mountain , bugs were not surprising. Just not our cup of tea !

Besides the bugs - hotel was very pleasing and accommodating.

Great hotel with a lot of in house facilities!

I came during the rainy seasons and didnt get so lucky with the weather, so it was raining for many days but luckily our hotel has a lot of activities to do (massage, great pool, in-room food delivery, netflix!!). The resort is huge and really beautiful, so it was really enjoyable although we didn't get to go out. I also booked all my tour packages (island hoping, kayaking, night market) from the hotel as the price is almost as low as the ones you find on the street. Super convenient!

It is an \"Okay\" experience

The room my husband and I booked was the jacuzzi villa. We were very happy with the service and the room looked good. My only biggest disappointment is a flying cockroach was found in the toilet. We some how communicated to the hotel staff via Google translate and managed to clear it.

The hotel was not able to give us another room apart from spraying baygon. The room we booked was slightly inconvenient to get the meeting point for buggy service as we had to go up the steep slope to get to the meeting point. We almost booked the rooms for our parents as well and pretty glad that we didn't. It is too risky for elderly to walk up and down the steep slopes.

It was uncomfortable to use the Jacuzzi as they were a lot of movements in the villa balcony beside us. Plants, trees were not well kept or trimmed neatly. They were so much of insects, spiders and movements on the trees as well.

Hotel breakfast was okay, could be better and could have been less generous with the salt.

I read the reviews and had high expectations of our stay in the villa. Unfortunately, it was an \"Okay\" experience.

Beautiful property in AoNang.

The hotel is far from the beach 100-200 bhat each way depending on the tuktuk driver you get. That’s if you don’t want to wait around for their shuttle. The shuttles are irregular which makes getting to and from your room a bit of a hassle. That’s where the negatives stop. The property is beautiful and safe. The staff is friendly and kind. Things get lost in translation here and there but everyone goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met.

Wonderful place and situation. Don't be afraid of distance to the beach - We walked every day without any problems - Even the hotel buggies weren't used as the stroll though the gardens was super pleasant.
Restaurant had good food - A little bit more expensive than in town but what is ±10% when all is cheap
A little more cleaning during the stay would have been good but at entry the room was clean
A bus runs just outside the hotel all the way to Krabi for only 50B (60B after 18h)

Although some rooms are far from lobby, it is very easy to get a buggy when you need it but walking through the property is worth it because of the garden and views that come along with it.

Absolute paradise! Such a dream!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, it was our last hotel in Thailand and it was such a nice way to wind down from such a busy trip. We got the jacuzzi suite, there was a jacuzzi on the balcony with a stunning view of all the greeny and mountains, it was so quiet, so peaceful. Our room was just beautiful with a canopy bed, netflix and youtube which was a pleasant surprise. Washroom was so clean, AC was strong, no bug issues, Room service was delicious and so was breakfast, lots of variety. All my friends were asking me where that room is, it left a wow impression on us and everyone that saw where we were staying. I would stay there again in a heart beat. The staff was soo amazingly nice and efficient. When we called to get a ride down to the main lobby they were very fast in getting us. The infinity pool is truly a beauty as well. The thought put into the entire design of this resort was so detailed and executed perfectly! And shuttle to the main area was great, saved us some money, there were on time. I have been to over 20 countries and this has been one of the best experiences I have ever had at a resort or hotel. Keep up the good work!

The hotel was a nice oasis of gardens and the hotel staff was lovely. The restaurant was great with a nice atmosphere, good food, and prices that were competitive. The pool area was very nice with a massage place right there. Our room was very relaxing and was one of our favorites. The staff was the best part of the place. They were very friendly and helped us get acclimated quickly after our long flight. They also arrange tours and those excursions were one of the highlights of our stay. I would definitely pick this hotel again. It is a good rival to any other hotel in the area.

Excellent resort that gives you unique experience

The resort was beautiful. Rooms were comfortable, unique and clean. You need a shuttle to get around the resort, but shuttle service is quick. The service is amazing and we would definitely recommend this resort to everyone! Tours can be easily arranged at front desk.

Lovely mid-range hotel

This hotel was lovely—grounds were stunning. The price for the lower level, and lower end rooms was really good. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast buffet was excellent for this level of hotel.

The only complaints I have are that it felt a bit budget level with services and there was road noise in the lower level rooms. I am sure the treehouse rooms were more quiet.

And I thought it was ridiculous when I read about new needing to take the buggies to and from the rooms but it is steep and slippery in the rain! I almost bit it several times!

The location is about 2 km from the beach....and it’s not really a great lay around location. You would need to take a boat.

If you’re looking for a good base to explore the area at a decent price, this is a great choice.

Fantastic stay

We had a great stay here. Staff were very polite and helpful. Restaurant was good value and friendly staff
About 20 min walk to the beach but a Tuk Tuk only Costs absolutely £2.30 each way.
Lots of steps to room however the walk is very scenic and views are fantastic. There is a drop off and pick up service regularly if you don’t want to walk.
Would defiantly recommend this hotel.

Amazing experience

My girlfriend and I stayed at this resort for four days and three nights during our visit to Krabi. Couldn’t recommend it enough - friendly staff, fantastic accommodation and an amazing free breakfast. The facilities (pool, room, shuttle to Ao Nang Town) were all excellent and the Four Islands Tour organized by the hotel was unbelievable. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Hotel on a heel is impossible to walk from the room to the pool or restaurant you have to use there buggy car with we wait 10 -20 minutes every time. No alcohol in a hotel !! As it's Muslim hotel. To fair to walk to the beach and town.

Great homey feeling at an amazing resort

This place felt like home! The staff was so friendly, everyone is always greeting you, the food was great, and it was pretty close to all the Ao Nang beaches and shopping. We got a scooter for 250 baht a day and that made life so easy, and it was super cheap. The only thing we didn't like was the Spa, and there are many alternatives down the road near the market.

We never wanted to leave!

We had an amazing experience with the rooftop villa. The resort grounds were beautiful, the room was fantasticly decorated and private, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We had our favorite dinner in Krabi at the resort restaurant, and the complimentary shuttles made getting around the resort a breeze. The pool had a fantastic view.

What a lovely resort!

The resort was absolutely beautiful with stunning views. We opted for the treetop villa and it did not disappoint. The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff was so welcoming, kind and helpful. The pool was amazing with a great view. We also never had to wait for the buggy service. The location was perfect as it was close to the beach area but in a quieter, more peaceful location. The bed was a little too firm for my liking. It was quite hard and it did not allow for the best sleep. If not for the beds, I would have said that our stay was perfect. I was able to easily overlook this since we enjoyed our stay so much.

Don't ask for extra towels!

The location is beautiful. We loved our huts. What I really disliked was the service. They were infuriating and super stingy. My son was very ill while we were there and throwing up a lot, necessitating additional towels. The staff was very argumentative about providing me with additional towels to help me keep things clean. Eventually, they did provide me with the towels but not until I argued with them quite a bit. My friend in another room had similar difficulties when she needed an extra towel.

The breakfast was average. The scenery was beautiful. I wish their golf carts were a bit more accessible as the property is humongous and our hut was at the very top of the mountain.

The hotel is located on top of mountain. Very cosy and totally enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi pool. A lot of privacy too. Just that I was promised to have a honeymoon room by the hotel staff prior to arrival but failed to deliver their promise though.

Really clean, amazing pool facility, beautiful views and close to Ao nang! We walked most days into town (20 minutes) because during low season the shuttle doesn't run every hour like it says on their website. Times were: 11am, 2pm, 6pm and 9pm. But that was okay. Incredible food at the restaurant (the Pad Thai is a must!)

Very nice exotic hotel outside the city center of Ao Nang. Ideal place for couples who want to unstress after visiting Thailands big cities. Nice property with small cabanas positioned on a green hill with beautiful garden and swimming pool. A special taxi service is foreseen to get you to your cabana on the hill. (very steep to do it on foot)
Take into account that the hotel is not serving any alcoholic beverages. (no cocktails at all !).
Daily cleaning can be improved. Do not forget to ask a second key at the reception to keep your
airconditioning running during your absence. (door key is used to activate the electricity in the room)

Lovely resort

I had a lovely stay of 4 nights at Fiore Resort. I stayed at a bungalow at the first level and it was an easy walk to the swimming pool and sometimes i walked to reception area, the walk was down a steep road but it was easy and took a short time, a few times i used the transport service cars of the hotel and when ever i called them they came immediately. Hotel have a transportation to Ao-Nang beach a few times a day but i found it a pleasant walk of 20 min, the sidewalk was wide and had restaurants all the way. Just across the road of the hotel is a very big 7-11. The bungalow was very comfort with a lot of privacy as you can not see or hear your neighbors. Inside the room is spacious with a very comfy bed, a big shower, a safe, a big screen tv with a nice selection of channels. The balcony outside the room was big and had a table and 2 chairs. Breakfast had good selection of food, i liked the roti the most.
