The team that host you at Keereen are incredibly friendly, accommodating and literally can't do enough to ensure you have a fantastic stay.

The picture of the view with the hotel pool is genuinely that beautiful, and the rooms and hotel are very clean, spacious and exactly what you'd need.

The location is stepped back from the chaos of the main town of Ao Nang, but it was walkable and the hotel also runs a shuttle bus which was great if it's too hot. It meant we had a calm stay and then if we fancied getting out for restaurants, going out to the islands, it was all very easy

Great breakfast options, every day I left with a full belly!

Reception staff lovely, room amazing!
Just outside the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang (which hasn’t improved these last four years), but not much for older people, or those who want a bit of decorum!!!

Fantastic stay. We experienced the grandeur of Thai hospitality from every employee from the time we checked-in to the time we checked-out. The hotel is approximately two years old so everything is super clean, super fresh and super new. Housekeeping is available daily, the pool is super clean and the views of the limestone cliffs from the room are breathtaking. We initially had a reservation for 3 nights but we were so impressed that we stayed an additional 4 nights. There’s a free shuttle to the beach area so getting to the beach (a 5 minute ride) is easy. We used the shuttle a couple of times but on most occasions we walked as we needed the exercise, exchange currency, do some window shopping as well as experience the numerous restaurants that are situated on the main road that leads to the Ao Nang beach. A big “Thank You” to all the staff for providing us with a 5 star experience. When we do visit Krabi next, we most certainly will stay at Keereen Resort.

Our stay at Keereen was excellent. The pool, room and general amenities are all great - couldn’t fault them. However, the staff deserve a special mention. Everyone who works there consistently goes above and beyond for you at every opportunity. They ask about your day, give helpful recommendations and will help out making calls or arranging things for you without really having to ask. My partner and I have stayed in probably about 25 hotels this year whilst travelling and this was one of the best. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending 6 nights at this hidden gem of a resort. At Keereen, you’re treated like family. The incredibly friendly staff go above and beyond with everything.
The resort itself is STUNNING, every room has heavenly views and balcony, we felt at home after long days of touring around. The breakfast provided is plentiful and delicious, kept us energized for most of the day. The pool is clean, blissful, and serene - better than the photos. They have a private shuttle that takes you to Au Nong beach (5 minute drive). My husband and I are sad to leave but most certainly would come back to Thailand just to stay at Keereen again! Without a question, book this hotel!! We are so elated we found this resort.

What a wonderful experience! Very clean & comfortable facilities. Its location , a little off the beaten path is quiet and beautiful, set staring up at the cliffs of Ao Nang . What sets this hotel apart though is the incredibly hospitable staff!! Everyone is so nice & polite ! Free shuttle to & from the beach is provided!

All staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile. The pool area was superb with a wonderful backdrop of the rocks.
Breakfast was freshly prepared based on your choice which for us was preferable to a buffet style
The hotel is a little far out from the main stretch of beach, and we chose the hotel because of that. It was lovely and peaceful. A free shuttle was provided if you did chose to go to the main town. Alternatively it’s a ten minute walk (but uphill) to restaurants and bars, or a short taxi ride.

Large comfortable bed, walk in shower and very clean

The only negatives I have is that it would’ve been nice to have a comfortable seating area somewhere quiet to read a book (main area was at reception). The WiFi was also a little bit glitchy

Wonderful Stay at Keereen Resort - Ao Nang

Our stay at Keereen Resort was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding staff. Special kudos to Emma, Aie, Mia, and Amy at the front desk for taking care of our every request.

Keereen Resort boasts a serene atmosphere, perfectly located within walking distance to the strip yet far enough to maintain its tranquility. Our room was spacious, equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. Wi-Fi was reliable, and housekeeping ensured impeccable cleanliness.

The hotel pool area is stunning, but be mindful of the intense sun. It’s best to enjoy it during cooler, shadier hours. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious Mango Sticky Rice and refreshing fruit plates. The staff even ensured a constant coffee supply!

Conveniently located near fantastic neighborhood restaurants, like Beam's Kitchen and Jungle Kitchen, and a short drive from Ruen Mai and Zama. The beach is within walking distance, but take advantage of the complimentary shuttle to avoid the midday heat.

Keereen Resort offers an ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. We'd happily return and highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean, comfortable rooms, a beautiful pool with picturesque mountains as its backdrop and very personable staff, especially Emma, Aie and Mia. It was an easy walk to the main strip and the hotel also had a shuttle service to the beach. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

•Good location and near central with good free shuttle to the main street and the beautiful beach.
•The hotel is new (one year) very well cleaning and modernly decorated.
•We (couple) stayed 3 days (Feb 2025) for vacation.
•The room is comfortable & spacious. Terrace/balcony with good view to Mountain & Pool, bed and shower excellent.
•Breakfast (food ok) & service were very good!
•All staff were extremely welcoming, polite and incredibly helpful, specialy Emma & Mia.

Wow!! Absolutely incredible stay.

From the staff to the location and pool, everything was perfect. They have a free shuttle leaving for Ao Nang multiple times a day and the ladies at the front are very helpful & sweet.

Rooms are very clean and beds are comfy. Beautiful views from the pool and balcony. Very quiet location too considering you’re only a 5-10 min drive from the “busy” part of Ao Nang.

Bathroom was very clean and I love that it’s updated with tile and good water pressure. Hot water is consistently hot and doesn’t take too long to heat up.

A ton of great food spots & massage places within walking distance to the resort as well. Highly recommend Momoji Onsen Spa up the street!

Breakfast is not buffet style which I appreciate. I always left feeling very full and satisfied. You can choose how you’d like your eggs, which sides you’d like, your morning beverage, and choice of pastry. There is fruit, OJ, and mango sticky rice included always which was such a nice touch. The breakfast area overlooks the pool & limestone cliffs - absolutely stunning.

Would absolutely stay here again!

Hotel was excellent. In a quiet area not too far from everything. I like a walk so no worries for me but they had a van service to and from the beach. Breakfast was really good and assorted. Every member of staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Amazing massage as well!

We really enjoyed our stay at Keereen. The breakfast was excellent, all the staff were friendly and lovely, and the rooms were very clean. The location is further away from the main touristy area, which is great since its quieter and we even saw monkeys from our room! The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the main strip.

From the moment we arrived to when we left the staff were so helpful. They arranged a tuk tuk for our private boat tour at 5am!
Food was nice, pool lovely to relax by. Shuttle very useful but also can walk if wish.

This was my favorite hotel in Thailand. The staff went above and beyond for us. The rooms were beautiful and the view above the pool was outstanding! If you’re considering this hotel you should absolutely do it !!! I can’t recommend it enough. This hotel showed true hospitality and if i ever make it back to Krabi i will definitely stay here again!!! They even treated us to massages for our honeymoon and made our stay so special

What a find -the Keereen Resort.
Having spent a few weeks in Phuket-we decided to take a short break in Krabi.
With so many resorts to choose from & with the Keereen on the outskirts of Ao Nang, we couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay.
A very quiet beautiful resort with the staff so friendly & helpful-it just added to our stay.
The breakfasts are amazing-if I could find a fault I’d mention it but we can’t.

Hotel was great! Beds were very comfortable and we slept well right from night 1. Staff were warm and welcoming throughout the stay. Cleanliness was top grade, and everything is in great shape. We had the king with mountainside view and the cliffs are an amazing backdrop. We did extend our stay in part because the rooms were great.

We did not try the breakfast as we had scooters and found places each morning off the resort, which we never had to go far to find something wonderful.

Our only gripe is that the bed is really the only truly comfortable seating in the room. The balcony was lovely due to the weather and view, but the chairs were not ideal for longer than a chapter in a book.

Keereen is a very beautiful property with a gorgeous view off the balcony. It is an 8 minute walk to the strip. It is a 30 minute walk to AO Nang beach, but the hotel offers free shuttles that you can sign up for. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The make-up of the hotel is better for couples and has a romantic getaway vibe. I personally traveled solo, but still enjoyed the privacy and scenery. If I were to offer some friendly advise to the staff, there could be more signage throughout the hotel. For example, there was a food and drink menu in my room, but was unclear of when the restaurant was open or if room service was an option. Overall, I would recommend this place to others and enjoyed my stay.

We loved our stay at Keereen. We stayed for 8 nights and have no regrets. It’s truly a hidden gem away from the noisiness of the main strip. Everything was perfect, the view, the food, and Paul at the front desk helped with everything from transportation to food recommendations. The only thing to note is that it is a little farther from the beach, we rented a moped from the hotel which helped a lot.

We had a change of plans and only booked the day before checking in. The hotel is reasonably new.
It's beautifully airy & clean everywhere.
Our bedroom & bathroom were both very spacious & modern. Our room had lovely big windows overlooking the pool.
The pool has comfy sunbeds around it, but could probably do with more umbrellas/shade around it.
They do a really good breakfast too!!
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
It's a great hotel!
