Nice quiet hotel off the main street

Quaint botique hotel. Loved staying here. It's off the main street so there is no noise from the many vehicles and tuktuks that transport people to and from Ao Nang. You can walk to Ao Nang beach takes about 20 mins or just grab a tuktuk from the main road for $100baht. The main road is about a 5 minute walk to get to and there are 2 convienence stores at your disposal. The staff is very helpful and can book all your tours or transportation for you. Had we not made other arrangements we would of spent our entire 2 weeks there. Can't wait to go back!

Krabi hideaway

Krabi Apartment Hotel was off the main road, so it was lovely and quiet. Our apartment was very spacious and had all we needed. Satellite smart TV was great for those rainy monsoonal days (or, in the case of himself, the news junkie). Friendly and incredibly polite staff, great dual air-conditioning units, convenient and quick laundry service. We didn't use it because we went to the beach every day, but the plunge pool looked inviting and was always spotlessly clean.

Not super close to Ao Nang Beach but fine for those who don't mind walking (c.15 mins) - tuk-tuks, taxis etc readily available on main road. Short walk (c.5 mins) to 7-Eleven, Family Mart and Aonang Leela Restaurant. Tesco Lotus c.10 mins walk away.

And - we absolutely loved this - daily visits from the ice cream tuk-tuk.

Comfortable, European-style apartments.

The apartments are located in a quiet road at the top end of Au Nang. Its about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre of the resort, though there are many restaurants close by. You can also flag down a tuk-tuk or minibus for the short ride down to the beach.
The apartments are modern, clean, light and airy. Tea, coffee supplies replenished daily, though you need to get your own bottled water from the nearby 7-11. The reception manager, housekeeping staff are all pleasant and helpful.

We stayed 5 nights. It is very comfortable. Has great AC. Pool is nice. Hotel staff are excellent. Very helpful!

A bit of a walk to the beach though.
There are a few great restaurants close by. Plus a small grocery store and a 7-11.

homely vibe!

really enjoyed our stay here, it was a wonderful place to relax after adventuring all day. has all the amenities that one needs to feel comfortable and at home. apartment is extremely clean, spacious and well furnished, the bed is very good and the tv has a million channels available! location is in a quiet street away from the raucous main strip (which is only a short walk away) but food options near the hotel are much better and cheaper anyway. amazing views from the balcony too! the only mildly annoying thing was that no drinking water is provided/no refill station but there are tons of minimarts around to stock up - but we sadly did use an extraordinary amount of plastic bottles during our stay here.

Small, comfortable block of holiday apartments

My fourth stay here and my first choice for a relaxed stay in Au Nang. Just far enough away from the centre of town to be peaceful, yet only a ten minute walk to the main tourist area. The apartments have a clean, modern design and are looked after well by the personable, English-speaking manageress and staff. I usually contact the manager by email before I arrive and she'll arrange a reasonably-priced airport pickup.

If you are happy with riding a motorbike, then there are many interesting places to go exploring within a 20km radius of Au Nan, without having to use the busier main roads in the Krabi Town area.

Quiet et Nice apart.

When we choses this hotel our goal was to be in quiet place and that What we had.
The Beach was at 20 minutes walk, but we rented a motor- byque for 200 Baths / day $8.Us
And this Way we could visit all around and economise on the price off lodging. otherwise we would have pay a lot more for an hotel near the Beach, in a croud environnement.
The hotel is well maintained appartement well équiped

Clean, modern block of 8 small holiday apartments.

I've now stayed at Krabi Apartments 3 years running. They are located just over 10 minutes walk from the centre of Au Nang - just far enough away to be peaceful but its easy to walk into town or down to the beach. The 3-room apartments consist of a bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchenette, well designed and modern. There's a largish, private balcony, an in room safe, good, free Wi-Fi and newly installed very modern large screen HD smart TV with internet access. The manageress speaks perfect English and is a great help for anything you may need.

Late at night its easy to get a tuc-tuc from the in town taxi rank to drive you back to the apartment if you don't want to walk, and quite cheap.

Comfortable base when staying in Au Nang

This was my second stay at Krabi Apartments. The apartments are modern, with clean lines and well equipped. Good AC, good free wifi, complimentary tea/coffee replenished each day. Its a 10 to 15 minute walk away from the centre of Au Nang and the beach, which may put some people off if they need to be in the thick of things. However, I found the walk into town a pleasant stroll and its easy and cheap to get a tuk tuk back. Alternatively, the reception can arrange motor scooter hire.

Best Hotel in Krabi

We arrived early but Wall, the manager, allowed us to store our bags while we went to get something to eat. When we came back our rooms were ready and they were exceptional. There is a nice view of the scenic cliffs from our room, the pool is clean, the Wi-Fi is decent, and Wall, the manager is warm and friendly. She booked two fantastic masseuses for us, allowed us to use her printer, arranged for rental bikes, and coordinated a taxi who was right on time for our departure. The room was super clean and because the hotel is off the beaten path, it was very quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Schönes Apartment und voll ausgestattete Küche. Wirkt auf den Fotos viel größer, als es ist, vor allem der Pool. Alles in allem netter Aufenthalt. Boden und Bettzeug hätten sauberer sein können.

Me and my boyfriend were really satisfied with this hotel! They cleaned our room everyday (if we wanted that). The woman in the front desk helped us with sightseeing, were to eat, transport and were to go. She was very helpful and nice! The beer and water at the hotel were also really cheap. We don't have anything bad to say about this hotel only about Ao Nang.

Ao Nang were a beautiful place with the beach near the hotel, a market every night along the main road and this place were perfect for those who want to swim and lay in the sun but, the food were not very good, compared to Krabi Town, which isn't surprising.

Our advice is that, if you want very good food at a good price, shop, look for history and that you have much money, then go to Krabi Town.
If you want to see islands, swim, lay in the sun, be in a more calm place with harmony and just chill, then go to Ao Nang.

Super Lage und ruhig

Gut für Ausflüge und zum Einkaufen. Aonang ist sehr belebt, daher war es gut, dass das Hotel in einer kleinen Seitenstraße gelegen war.

Frühstück gibt es in der Nähe im Restaurant.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und großzügig, aber kein Luxus, sondern einfach eingerichtet. Mehr Deko oder Farbe im Badezimmer wäre schöner, da es kalt wirkt. Die Handtücher waren leider ziemlich abgenutzt.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit gewesen und hat uns niedrige Preise für die Ausflüge angeboten, als in den Prospekten, die überall im Ort zu erhalten sind.

Hinta-laatusuhde erittäin hyvä tässä hotellissa.

Toista kertaa samassa hotellissa. Palvelu ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Kannattaa pyytää kulmahuone pohjakerroksesta, josta suora pääsy uima-altaalle niin tuntuu kuin olisi oma uima-allas.(tosin pieni, mutta riittävä) Altaalla harvoin muita hotellin pienuudesta johtuen ja vierailun ajankohdasta johtuen. Huoneessa erittäin suuri televisio satelliittikanavilla. Saa vuokrata ilmaiseksi huoneeseen DVD levyjä. Voi tilata huoneeseen leipää ja pyykit voi jättää hotelliin, joka hoitaa ne pesulaan ja takaisin hyvin edullisella hinnalla. Hotellista on hieman kävelymatkaa päätielle ja rannalle, mutta se ei meitä haitannut, sillä Ao Nangissa on parhaat ja kunnon kävelyalueet niin että ei tarvitse kävellä tiellä autojen seassa. Hyvä vinkki lapsiperheille, jos haluaa kulkea rattailla. Suojateitä voisi toki olla paremmin. Tuk tukilla ja paikallisella bussilla pääsee suht edullisesti paikasta toiseen. Parhaita ovat retket lähisaarille. Pieni ja kompakti ja ehdottomasti kauneimmat ja parhaimmat maisemat, mitä olen Thaimaassa nähnyt. Krabi Town ei kovin kaukana ja siellä hyvät markkinat viikonloppuisin. Hotellissa yksi makuuhuone, keittiö, olohuone ja parveke. Keittiön tarvikkeet ehkä hieman jo kuluneet, mutta kyllä niillä ruoan tehtyä sai. Tehokas ilmastointi. Erittäin halpa hinta ja rauhallinen ympäristö hotellilla. Ei aamupalamahdollisuutta, mutta sitä emme kaivanneetkaan.

Fantastisk leilighet med aircondition på både soverom og stue, samt vifte på balkongen. Fresht bad og kjøkken. Deilig sofa i stuen. Til og med isbiter som er klare i fryseren. Utmerket service. De hjelper deg med leie av motorsykkel og vasker klærne selv på hotellet. De hjelper deg med å booke aktiviteter og reiser. I tillegg er det solseng både på verandaen og ved bassenget.

L'appartement était agréable mais nous avons été attaqués par des punaises. Des piqures qui ont un peu gâche le séjour ! Sinon une petite structure dans un coin tranquille de Ao Nang mais loin de la let. Il faut un scooter pour se déplacer facilement.

Dejligt hotel med et imødekommende personale, der også var gode til af give råd omkring seværdigheder og oplevelser. Der lægger en skøn thai restaurant lige om hjørnet. Hvor man spiser billigt. Tyve min gågang fra stranden, men en tuk tuk koster kun 10 kr. Der var også dejlig rent og god hygiejne. Vil klart anbefale hotellet til andre.

can cook but not for a big family

Overall, the bed was well-kept, the bathroom was clean, the chairs at the dining table were nice, the sink and the open-kitchen were modern and well-equipped with all the cooking utensils in the cabinets, only the electrical kettle was rusty.There was a queen size bed and may not be suitable if you have 2-3 children. You may need extra bed. The hotel was slightly secluded but not too far from the main road, and it is near to the Aonang beach. You can rent a bike for sightseeing.
