Overall, a great little hotel..

Only issue that I had was that there weren’t any outdoor seating anywhere (besides right at the pool).

I prefer my morning coffee outside and couldn’t do that, otherwise, a great stay…

The ideal hotel for Hoi An

We had a great stay. This was our third time at the Sincerity and, hopefully, not the last one. Hotel is well located, close to the Old Town and to the beach. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is outstanding in all departments (cleaning, reception, restaurant).
The bicycles, complimentary, could be better maintained, but it is really a minor consideration.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Not only is this a beautiful place, but the service is absolutely impeccable! Big shoutout the Kein who made our stay magical. He always went out to make sure we were looked out for. It was also my birthday, and the staff left a birthday surprise for me in my room!

The buffet breakfast is beautiful with a wide range of options. Had a massage at the spa that left me feeling so relaxed and also swam in the beautiful pool everyday!

The hotel also has a shuttle to Hoi An Ancient Town and the beach that you can reserve for free which is so convenient. When you go to A Bang beach with the shuttle, you are taken to a Dolphin Beach Club where you have a private space with a lounge chair, towels and a shower. We spent our whole day there at the beautiful beach.

The staff at this hotel couldn’t have done more! The room was beautiful. Beds comfy. Pool Devine! Had a massage at the Spa and it was the best I’ve ever had. Oh and do t get me started on the breakfast. Wow!! There’s a shuttle from the hotel to downtown and the beach leaving often throughout the day. Highly recommend this hotel

This is a 5 star property or so they say but it had definitely seen better days. Shower was over bathtub and water spray was really poor. The view outside the property made it feel as though they had picked up the property and placed it in a run down area...so many dogs running around and pooing...What makes this place amazing is the staff including cleaning staff. The free transportation to the beach and to the old town was really good as were the free bicycles. Area to the side of the hotel away from it was lovely, some really nice restaurants with some absolutely lovely staff. This is a lovely hotel, slightly rundown and the wifi isn't brilliant but the hotel itself and staff are which is all you want really. Very family friendly.

Absolutely loved our stay. Not sure what star rating the hotel is but the service was what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Very warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel has clearly tried their best to make guests feel comfortable. Shuttle buses, designated beach umbrella and chairs and great breakfast. I’ve read other reviews about shuttle buses being too full but we never experienced it. A special mention regarding the wonderful service we received from Flora, Snow and Win and other staff (including cleaning staff) from 30 Nov to 3 Dec who I didn’t get the names of. Highly recommend.

All the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. I hurt my foot earlier in the week and the ladies at the front desk (especially Jasmine) went above and beyond to get crutches delivered to me and to make sure I was cared for at all times… so sweet! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was the best hotel from our Vietnam trip. Wonderful staff, lovely hotel and good location. We enjoyed the tasty and varied breakfast (particularly the vietnamese iced coffee) and also the spa. Spa massages and facials are excellent and very good prices. We used the free shuttle to go to the beach and into town. Silvia, Flora ans Ken were very helpful and always welcomed us with a big smile. Highly recommended.

It may not be as lavish as 5 star international hotel chain, but the staff were really attentive and always genuine in their service. Top notch hospitatily! Rooms were spotless and clean after every housekeeping. Any maintanence defects (blown light bulbs) were immediately addressed. Overall a pleasant 3 nights stay!

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. This amazing hotel was the highlight of our Vietnam Stay for many reasons. My husband and I got upgraded to a nice suite that was spacious, clean, cozy, and comfortable (not to mention it was quiet and located away from all the noise)! The staff were all so incredibly welcoming and hospital. When we checked in, I was feeling a bit under the weather and the kind receptionist sent ginger tea up to my room to make me feel better which I will never forget. They even helped arrange our trip to Ba Na hills very last minute when we decided to go see the Golden Bridge. The breakfast spread was awesome every morning which is a huge plus when traveling. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An! It is a must stay. My husband and I will definitely choose this location again if we come back to visit!

Great hotel and super friendly, english speaking staff. They have free bikes that you can use to bike into the center of Hoi An or to the beach. There are also several nice spas w/in a few blocks of the hotel. Very efficient check in. They let us check in early and strived to accommodate. They also can easy arrange you a pickup from the Da Nang Airport ($15 from airport to hotel) and a transfer from Hoi An to Hue. Highly recommend and good value for the money.

My wife and I booked for 28 days here in March, but were forced to leave early due to flight changes (COVID 19). We did stay for 17 days, and wish we were still there! The staff are amazing at Sincerity and Anio. Breakfast was great, with lots of variety. They have a shuttle to town and the beach, and there are several very good restaurants, grocery, etc. within walking distance. We were also offered complimentary massages/facials, and a room upgrade! We did not eat at the restaurant, but did eat by the pool and the food was very good...the bbq smelled amazing. Everyone (staff) was wearing masks during our stay, so you couldn’t see their smiles, but you could hear it in their voices...always greeting you by name when you arrived or left the hotel. The gym was well equipped also. A couple very minor suggestions... in the gym, perhaps add a cup dispenser, and a garbage can. There is nowhere to put used cups. And in the room, bolt the safe to the cabinet that it’s in. The safe is loose, and someone could take the whole thing.... having said that, Vietnam is one of the safest places I’ve ever visited, and their crime rate is very low. It is just an observation that may make other guests feel more comfortable.

Wifi, AC, minibar, all great. Good location close to beach and old town/night market. They also provide free shuttles around town and 2 free water. Also one of the few to have a gym facility and nice swimming pool.

The staff are all quite pleasant. But they are pushy and try to get you to spend more money than necessary. The hotel next door called anio is newer and nicer. They offer a shuttle service into the main town which is great but it is often full and you have to wait a while for another one. We ended using the anio shuttle many times. The hotel itself is old and a little dirty in places. The food is not the greatest. Overall it’s an ok hotel. The staff are all very pleasant though.

Pros: great staff, but some staff didn't manage customer expectation well. cosy, big and clean room.

Cons: they are lack of capacity to maintain many guests. I had to wait for breakfast because their restaurant is too small to ocupyy many guest. worst part is while I'm waiting the staff let some western guest go in without asking any waiting guests before them. Seems they have different rule for westerns. They provide free shuttle to old town, however, there is chance that you cannot get in a bus. It is first come first served according to the staff. which means even though you waited from old town to the hotel, nobody gurantee your ride.
Lastly, they had blackout, and they never informed guest until the day. Thus in the morning we knew that whole town is blackout. Some hotel actually managed to provided electricity using power generator, but this hotel's generator was broken, so they failed to provide it. If I know that there is blackout, I should haven't stay there.

I arrived late in the afternoon. The front desk staff very friendly. I asked for helps in getting tickets for the Hoi An Memories show which I cannot seem to get online, and lady Uyen made a call immediately and got the tickets.

The stay was pleasant.

The negative was the hotel tried to have a warm atmosphere in the room, so using dark colors and ceiling light. The room was dark, with minimal available lights. Really bad was the bathroom, with spot ceiling lights --- barely any light shine on the face for clean up and make up. I would like the bathroom to be extra bright and practical.

We stayed in this hotel for an initial 2 days on a trip to hoi an.
This hotel is further towards the expensive side when staying here, but is well worth the additional spend. The service from every member of staff is fantastic, from the moment you step through the door you are welcomed and taken through every detail of your stay, every member of the team makes an effort to interact and make conversation with you.
The facilities in the hotel are great, we were upgraded into a suite on arrival, which was extremely spacious and done to a very high standard.
The hotel also has a good gym and pool, as well as useful shuttle busses into the tow and beach (although the town is only a 10 minute walk if you need to stretch your legs).
We extended our stay for an additional 2 days, which was made easy by the team, who were able to keep us in the same room for our convenience at short notice.
I would extend a personal thanks to the kitchen team, who surprised me with a birthday cake during my stay, as well as Emily, Selena and the rest of the reception team who were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay.

Wonderful little hotel which is relentless in its endeavors to improve anywhere needed. The service is personal right down to referring to you by name upon arrival. Costs for in house food and beverages are excellent compared to the exorbitant charges of other larger hotels. From the moment of booking we were provided with reasonably priced private car and driver options for our stay which we used several times for excursions to Marble Mountain and Ba Na Hills, and for Airport pickup/drop. Location is great with regular shuttle into Hoi An Old Town. By far a better stay in Hoi An than our stay in Nha Trang which is basically another Bali. When you take cost comparison into consideration this hotel beats all comers for its service. Breakfast is good and the regular coffee which I don't normally drink (I'm a Latte man) was for some reason outstanding. Only suggestion which I could offer is to provide a quality pillow top mattress and increase the price a little to offset this cost. It would be appreciated by people like me (200cm 108kg). Flora the Front Office manager and Jasmine our regular server were the standouts for service and should be mentioned accordingly. Thank you for making our stay great and we will be back.

Sincerity Hotel ticked all of our boxes. We were two families (party of eight). The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool was brilliant for the four children and was well used due to the hot days. The staff couldn’t have done enough for us. Extremely helpful and friendly. We loved our stay at the Hoi An Sincerity Lodge. The atmosphere was very nice and the staff were so friendly and kind which made our stay even better, free shuttle bus to the old town Hoi An and Ang Bang beach. 첫날 한밤중에 도착해서 베드에서 좋지 않은 냄새났지만 시간이 너무 늦어 다음날 교체 요청하고 나서는 괜찮았습니다. 조금 오래된 느낌이긴 하지만 깨끗했고, 방도 좁지는 않았습니다. 침대는 푹신했습니다. 화장실도 좁지 않았고, 수압은 조금 약했지만 불편하지 않았습니다. 아.... 조명이 좀 어둡긴 했습니다.
수영장은 작지 않아 아이들 물놀이하기엔 괜찮았습니다. 수경으로 물속을 보면 이물질이 좀 있긴하였으나, 지장은 없었습니다.
조식은 종류가 많지는 않았지만 여느 호텔 유럽식과 비슷했습니다. 빵류, 밥류, 야채, 햄, 치즈, 과일, 주스, 요거트, 쌀국수, 오믈렛으로 구성되어 있습니다. (쌀국수 맛있어요)
셔틀버스가 있어서 구시가지 가기가 편리했습니다. 마지막날에 운행 횟수가 늘어나서 좋았어요.
세탁서비스 이용하였는데, 점심때 맡기니 저녁에 뽀송뽀송 건조되서 받았습니다. 비용: 3달러/1kg(세금별도) 두봉지하니 7.5달러 나왔어요.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and English speaking. Their tour desk were extremely helpful in organising tours for us to do. Free bus to old town and the beach but we used the free bikes to get to the beach which was a couple of kilometres away - we were able to use the umbrellas and chairs on the beach for free as well. Great pool and gym and the breakfast was very good with western food and asian. Restaurant and bar onsite.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff and so friendly and helpful and on the second day they started to call us by our names (remembering who we were). They have helpful tips and great insights into the area. The service was second to none. The hotel is lovely, with a great pool, tasty breakfast and nice rooms too. We borrowed bikes every day as well but these are needed as they offer a shuttle bus to town and the beach (you can also take towels to the beach). Overall, this place and the staff were excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay. The service was absolutely amazing within the hotel. Excellent breakfast with outstanding quality of fresh food and fruit. All staff was the best. We felt really looked after.

Just a suggestion that I believe is crucial to attract customers. You need at least a bus to town every hour and not every 2. The same with busses to the beach and not every 3 hours. It's impossible to take a taxi back as all taxi drivers don't want to use meters and they want to charge 10 dollars for a 2 dollars ride.

Anyway, we look forward to seeing you next year.

At check in the staff sit down with you to explain the hotel amenities and a refreshing welcome drink is offered. The room was large, clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large with an excellent shower. We encountered a problem with our shower whilst staying here, and the staff were very apologetic and quick to remedy the problem, even sending up a platter of fruit and a letter of apology. There is plenty of staff at the hotel and they are all willing and ready to help in any way possible, special mention to Miss Phoebe who was extremely helpful. The pool area was very nice, with towels provided. The hotel also provided a mini bus service to the town and beach which was very handy. Breakfast was taken in the hotel next door, and was very good, with a very good choice of international and local food. If I visit Hoi An again, I would stay at the Sincerity Hotel.

This hotel was fantastic, the best in Vietnam! The staff were absolutely amazing, helping us however we needed. Ben and Flora especially made an extra effort to ensure our trip was unforgettable. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and a short walk into town. They also run a free shuttle bus which was very helpful. We will definitely be back at Sincerity.

We had a great stay here. The room was very large and clean, and there were a lpt of facilities in the hotel, including a reasonably priced restaurant, spa, outdoor pool and gym. The horel was based in a quiter location away from the hustle and bustle of ancient town wgich was nice. However, everythimg is very accessible, with the hotel providing a regular shuttle bus for drop off and pick up to ancient town and the beach. Taxis are nonethess cheap to there too.
The staff were always very helpful snd friendly. They gave us a map which included key locations like local atms, recommended restaurants and attractions.
It was geninely a 5 star expedience at 3 star hotel price. Great value for money.

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I booked trips to Ha Long Bay and Sapa through the hotel. Between each tour the hotel would provide us with a place to leave our luggage, showers and complimentary drinks, despite us not paying to stay the night. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I really enjoyed my 3-night stay at Sincerity Hotel. It is located about 5min drive from Old Town in a growing but quiet area. A short ride from an overly crowded Old Town as well as the beach. Perfect if you want to have a relaxing time away from all the tourist sites.

The rooms and amenities are nice. The gym is adequate if you want to squeeze in a workout. However it can get really warm even with the AC maxed out. But hey, you're in Vietnam. The pool area is clean and perfect for a refreshing dip after coming back from an outdoor adventure, or just standing still outside under the blazing sun for 10 min. The free bikes are good for exploring the countryside. It is a short ride to the Old Town, the beach, and Tra Que village. Make sure to go through the rice paddies for the beautiful views. Bikes can be a bit old but there are plenty to choose from.

What I liked best about Sincerity was the service. Phoebe did a great job welcoming us on the first day. Flora was attentive and made sure our stay was flawless. My first night there, we were in a room next to the stairs and unfortunately the neighbors were not the most considerate. They kept slamming their front doors the whole night. I voiced my concern the following morning and Flora immediately looked for another room for us. She apologized and had us moved into another room after we came back from lunch, with a free upgrade! No more loud neighbors and I slept like a baby the following nights.

From the moment we walked in we were attended to with big smiles and quick customer service. The staff always made sure we had what we needed and answered any questions to the best of their abilities. Really can't beat the price of this place for what you get. We were upgraded to a larger room at no additional cost. The breakfast was ok, but once again, for the price it was good. They have a shuttle which runs to An Bang beach as well as to Hoi An old town multiple times daily, but you can also walk to the old town in around 10-15 minutes. You could technically walk to the beach as well, but it would take a little longer. There's plenty of local spots to eat nearby and some very good massage places as well. Staff is friendly, but by American standards are a little too in your business sometimes. I think they're just trying to be helpful, but I'd rather not be asked all the time where I'm going. Koreans seem to love this place so most staff speak a mixture of Korean, English, and Vietnamese. There's some construction going on across and next to the hotel, but I didn't hear a peep the entire time I was there.

Highlight of our holiday

Our stay was amazing, the staff were so polite and friendly and went out of their way to help. The hotel was in a perfect location between the town and beach. Free minibus transfers or bikes were available. Breakfast and spa were also first class and the gym did what it need3d to do. A great stay here and would definitely return.

Best Hotel in HoiAn!! Love it here. Staff is the best! So friendly and helpful. Enri and Suri helped with everything we needed. Free shuttle to town and beach!! Spa massage was wonderful especially the hot stones! Breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious and amenities were nice. The bed was perfect too. Great place to stay. Great price too!!

Staff are outstanding! Breakfast selection is plentiful, eggs and noodles made to order.

We enjoyed taking the bicycles to the beach and around the neighbourhood. The shuttle in to the old town was really convenient. Breakfast buffet is impressive, a good start to your day. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property.
