We stayed in a joining room as a family of five. The staff are very helpful and friendly and any issue we bought up was discussed and resolved or taken on board. It’s very easy to get a grab car or just leave the hotel and walk around. Breakfast was fine. The gym is very small - best for only one or two people. My children enjoyed the pool.

Excellent service at all levels from day 1. Extremely kind, patient, helpful, friendly, and wonderful people working here from the front desk to housekeeping. Special mention to the amazing ladies on the front desk: Ms. Dzung, Ms. Sa, Ms. Thuy and Ms. Kim. They were all incredible (Sa was so sweet) and so dedicated and willing to help having a positive experience in the hotel and in this lovely town, that it was really impressive. They are ready for any questions and provided excellence in anything needed to make your stay above and beyond any expectations. The location of the property is very convenient and the price really competitive and affordable. I would give them 10 ⭐️ stars over 5 ⭐️. Totally recommended. They also have an amazing spa and massage service that was wonderful. All very clean and comfortable.

Our room got upgraded when we checked in which was a great bonus.
Room was spacious, air conditioning worked well which was necessary as it had been very hot in Hoi An when we visited.
Staff were generally nice and welcoming.
Location of hotel was a bit far from Ancient Town (1km) so it was not as convenient. The hotel does offer free bikes which we tried on the first day but felt the bikes were a bit wobbly and the weather was really hot to do so. It could just get a bit tricky sharing the road with lots of other motorcycles and cars. Walking was a bit far as well. I suspect that if you visit during the cooler times of the year, this would not be an issue. However, we used Grab services during our stay which were super convenient and took 5-10 minutes to get to Ancient Town and was super cheap (~22k VND one way).
Also some nice and cheap cafes/restaurants nearby which were handy if we didn't feel like going to Ancient Town for a meal.
Breakfast buffet was good.
The rooms had a fridge and they provided beer, soft drinks and water there but we didn't realise that these weren't free. Although they provided free bottled water each day.

Check in was efficient. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Our triple room was spacious. Bathroom was huge! Room was cool with both the aircon and ceiling fan. Bed was too soft for my comfort tho’. Breakfast served was fabulous with lots of choices. Bicycles, that were rather well taken care of, were provided free of charge. Old town is abt 15mins Walk. A very good spa place, White Orchids Spa, is just around the corner (3 mins walk). Very happy with our stay at Golden Holidays.

This hotel is worth so much more than I paid. The staff are exceptionally friendly and speak reasonably good English, Even better now that I did my best at letting them practice on me.
I have travelled throughout Asia for nearly 40 years and this hotel would rate up there in my top 3. I actually felt guilty that I had not paid more. All age groups catered for.

Could be so much better !!!

Stayed 14 noisy nights----so looking forward to staying here ------regardless of the reasons for the renovation work----we should of been informed before arrival of works -------so easy but nothing. Drilling and banging starting at 0730 even on Sundays. Told it would be for only 2 days ----not true ---should always be truthful not fair to us, Moved bedroom due to noise--refunded 3 nights ----could not get out of lift because of scaffold. Next room better if not for leaking roof running water down walls---told front desk --nothing done, Still noise continued stayed in room one morning due to industrial sanding outside our room creating a fog of choking dust. Told by hotel just before we left in e mail some noise is unavoidable disgusting comment,
A refund to us of all 14nights should be the minimum compensation for our sad 25th Anniversary treat. Go on Like Hotel surprise us and make this goodwill gesture.. Hoi An is a special place just avoid this hotel until work is completed after June 2018 . Enjoy your travels friends.

A great alternative.

We love Hoi An. Normally we stay at another quality hotel but this time, we came here. And we are very very happy that we did. It probably does not hurt that we have some personal experience with several of this place's senior people. Having said that, we noticed with approval that we were not granted any special status and that all the guests enjoyed the exact same personal experience. Plans are already underway for a longer stay in the not too distant future. We know that we will not be disappointed.

Overall a great place to stay - beds were a bit hard and local area didn't have heaps of options for food or shopping but only about 10 minute walk to get to more options. Staff were amazingly helpful, breakfast buffet was delicious, Pool was wonderful and happy hour was much appreciated:) would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again! :)

It started out ok, we got upgraded to a family room but that was because we booked a twin bed but got a double bed. Not really ideal for two big guys.
Then I noticed all the ants in my bed, not happy about that.
Laundry service was overpriced.

I had been emailing back and forth about being picked up at the bus station, but eventually no-one came and blamed me for not calling them from the bus station. Even though they knew with what bus company I was arriving with, what time and where. Not good service. But in general, the staff was very friendly and helpful with everything, also when I told them that my bathroom was not cleaned after the previous guests, they had someone come in and clean it immediately. I really liked their free shuttle bus service to town (ran every hour), to get you closer to the old town and/or back. It was worth it, since it was raining heavily when I stayed here. I booked some massages and they were superb. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Excellent hotel with some system issues

The room and hotel are well designed with a most attractive pool, lift, breakfast/dining area. While I was there the hotel seemed to be undergoing some kind of minor refurbishment/major clean-up and housekeeping trolleys and maintenance equipment were forever clogging the hallways. Not a major issue, just messy. The breakfast was excellent but don't expect it to get really underway until 6.30 at the earliest which can be an issue with early departing tours. When I checked out there was only one young woman who seemed to be authorised to tot up the guests' bills. With a particularly pernickety tour group this was a lengthy process and of course we were all on deadlines. She did her absolute best, was unfailingly courteous (depsite patronising provocation in some cases) but the system was at fault. There were plenty of available staff, indeed one of them managed to put my bag on the tour coach which I fortunately noticed before they departed, but no-one else seemed to be authorised to prepare the accounts. But overall I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly, genuinely helpful and the facilities and service (apart from check-out) was excellent.

Modern Hoi An Hotel with great price and staff!

The hotel isn't located in the city centre (near the main bus terminal but in between the old town and An Bang beach) but is within walking distance to downtown (about 15-20 minute walk). It has shuttle services (based on request) every 1-2 hours which makes it up for its location. It also shuttle services to the beach twice per day which is great during summer!

The modern Vietnamese style room is spacious and pretty. It has everything you need and the bed is just comfortable, firm and solid! The bathroom is big and has a deep soaking tub which I enjoyed a lot. The rate also includes buffet breakfast which offers a good selection of fruits, eggs, bread and other items but make sure you go early because during the late morning, the staff wouldn't refill certain items/fruits.

Service of staff was good when i stayed there except different front desk staff would often try to sell you tours or arrange airport transfers through them a couple times daily! This could get a bit annoying especially after a long day of sightseeing but you could just turn the staff down nicely and it would be fine :) . Overall I really enjoyed my stay there and think it is totally worth the value!

Good comfortable hotel overall but the greatest asset of this hotel is its friendly helpful and dedicated staff. I would have given full rating for this hotel but unfortunately the breakfast, though buffet, is somewhat neglected as though it is not an important part of the hospitality on offer. I am very grateful to the helpful front desk staff for their free upgrade to deluxe room.

Nice hotel close to the ancient Hoi An

The hotel is located on Hai Ba Trung st. which leads straight to the ancient Hoi An town within 20 mins walking. We went by no. 1 bus from Danang to Hoi An and the final bus stop was just about 3 mins away from the hotel (by taxi). Our room was clean, comfortable, with very good view. Though we were not welcomed by smiling face at the first, she gave us all the needed information for the stay and other staff members were good so overall I can surely recommend this hotel to my friends!

Like Hoi an hotel was a great stay, the hotel was able to check us in at 8am which was great after an overnight bus. The breakfast had a good variety and the food was nice. The hotel offers free shuttle to town and free bike rental which was very handy. The location is a little out of the way but that is when the free bikes or the free shuttle is an advantage. They do try to sell you there tours quite often but lets face it this is Asia who doesnt try to sell you everything. I would recommend stay here, the price is right and service is good.

Very positive stay, your space is respected and the hotel is very high in standard compared to other Hoi An hotels in the same price range. A little pushy when it came to suggesting of tours, taxi companies, etc. Were a little dishonest about arrangements we made for a private car- ommitted information , i guess in case we decided to not use it had we known what we wanted to do wasn't actually possible. Thats Asia for you though. Clean rooms, friendly professional staff. Breakfast was great for how cheap the hotel was!
Allowed us to use bikes on the day we checked out, even after we had done so- which was well appreciated!

Great stay. Loved the pool!

Like Hoi An was an excellent hotel. The rooms were spacious with huge bathrooms, and were well maintained and clean. The location was a little far from the centre of town and the beautiful Ancient Village, but was still within walking distance if you missed the regular free shuttle bus provided by the hotel. The buffet breakfast was decent, with eggs cooked to order and a different local dish offered each day, as well as the buffet food.

Jessica, on the reception desk was lovely, kind and had a great sense of humour, and ensured we had everything we needed while staying at Like Hoi An. She gave us some great advice and booked our tour and private driver for the same price as we could find anywhere around town.

The pool was lovely and clean, and Peter the F&B Manager was a perfect gentleman. We were well-looked after while we cooled off and enjoyed some freshly-made cocktails.

Like Hoi An was a great hotel for a very good price. We enjoyed the friendly staff and spacious, clean rooms. The pool and free shuttle bus were great bonuses!

We stayed here for 5 nights. We liked the location, 15 minute walk to the town and about the same to cycle to the beach. They have free bikes to use which was good, free breakfast which was ok and the rooms were spacey and kept to a decent level. The problem was the staff, we hadn't even checked in when staff wanted to know when we were leaving to \"book our taxi\". Look in the town, it was much cheaper. If you wanted to hire the bikes they wanted to know your exact route, if you were heading into town, they always knew a tailor they wanted to 'recommend'. We had to cross over to rude which made us feel uneasy to get staff to understand that we were not interested. One staff member in particlar hung around a lot which made my other half feel very uncomfortable. We had lunch there once, after finding two hairs in my meal I couldn't finish it. Some staff members where kind and helpful however you witnessed others who would start shouting at them in Vietnamese and all of a sudden they couldn't supply you with directions to the post office but if you give them so many dollars, they could make sure it was 'posted for you'. This, being nosy and pushy let the hotel down, they may have lots of smiles for you but it all feels very uncomfortable and fake. We didn't even get to make use of the pool as other guests continuously spat in it. If you do cycle to the beach, they don't tell you you have to pay to park the bike. Check the price first as it differs.

It's located a little 10 min. walk from the old town.
The breakfast and restaurant was so so. Don't expect to much.

DO NOT BOOK. TERRIBLE PEOPLE. BICYCLE SCAM.

Hotel itself was outside the center, and too far of a walk (and not a pleasant one).
So they have bicycles you can rent out. THIS IS A SCAM/TRAP. DO NOT RENT.
They tell you \"sometimes bicycles get stolen so make sure you lock it\", which should have been a sign not to take it. Well, sure enough, we parked the bicycles where all other bicycles were parked on the street and LOCKED IT, and when we came back, it was gone. We went back to the hotel and showed them the keys and explained where we parked.

Without hesitation or any help in trying to locate the bicycle, they quickly told us we had to pay about $300 US. These bikes are old garbage...brand new at Walmart would be $60 max in the US...probably about $15 max in Vietnam, but they tried to hold our passports hostage until we paid the $300. On top of that, we had paid for their expensive taxi back to the airport the next day, and of course it did not come in time. We almost missed our flight, probably so we would come back and stay another night...as if anyone would want to come back here.

Hotel staff guy was very rude and should not be the face of the hotel. Terrible experience and the worst people I've ever met in Vietnam.

The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk out of the 'main town'. However if you don't feel like walking, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus every hour between 8am and 10pm between their other hotel right in the town. Fair selection of breakfast. Swimming pool (but no shade over it). Able to organise private taxi ($17) to Da Nan for onward travel.They also recommend a good tailor.
While the area is quiet, the hotel 'wakes up' around 0700, and the noise travels through the halls. The MB (military bank) atm is half way between the hotel and town, it offers large withdrawals and no fee (all other atm's restrict withdrawal amount and charge for it). Solar hot water wasn't very hot. Staff were lovely and remember your name, very helpful but not at all pushy.

Fantastic experience

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, right down to the last cup of tea and plate of candies while we waited for the airport shuttle, which they booked for us.
For us, their free hotel shuttle bus down to their sister hotel was so helpful. It isn't that far, but recovering from a cold had the energy levels down. It runs right to the edge of the old town.
The breakfast was delicious and comprehensive. I especially enjoyed the Vietnamese specialities that were there each day.

My first 10 days of a long trip were spent at Thanh Van 2 Hotel in Hoi An.
The staff could not not have been more helpful or attentive..especially Jessica on reception..the Hotel maintains a consistently high standard for a very reasonable price....they even transferred me, my luggage and bike to my next hotel in Hoi An free of charge.

We loved our stay in this hotel. The room was very nice and clean. Because of the double doors there was little noice driffting in from the street. The balcony was lovely to sit at in the morning or afternoon.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and the free bicycles were a great way to get into town or to the beach. We also rented a moto through the hotel which was cheap and easily arranged.

The breakfast in the hotel was fantastic, the buffet had something new every day and the pancakes they baked for us every morning were awesome!

Finally we also used the tailor of the hotel to make a wintercoat for my partner and a suit for me. They were very professional and were deterimined to get it right, no matter how many fittings it would be, we were very happy with the results.

The only thing we didn't book through the hotel was the airport shuttle as we found it cheaper in town.

Than van 2 is a really nice hotel. We were given a cup of Vietnamese tea apon arrival while we checked in. The rooms are big, comfortable beds and the showers were hot, although quite weak pressure. Complimentary water is replaced each morning. The rooms are soundproofed from outside noise by two sets of doors leading on to the balcony. Complimentary bikes were great, and the location great also. Only a few blocks north from the overly touristy (Disneyland) down town area.( you actually have to pay $6 to enter the old town ) It made our stay much more pleasurable because of the location. And you can get better quality local food at local prices. The staff give you the hard sell on airport shuttles, tours, and tailored suits, when you first arrive but no more than the bombardment you will receive as soon as you hit tourist town. And they will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday as soon as you express no interest, or alternitavely sign up for some tours. The breakfast was also very good but a little sparse at times Often only a few pieces of some things. They do cook eggs for you any way you like, and there is a nice selection. Over all I had a very great stay and I highly recommend than van 2.

Great place to stay in Hoi An

I loved this hotel. My room was really big, with a nice balcony facing the outdoor pool.
Staff were very friendly and use of the free bicycles each day was fantastic. About a 5 minute ride into the old town, and about 15 minute ride ro Cua Dai beach. Also about a 10 minute ride to the other beach which I cannot remember the name of.

Breakfast was good and everything was just really spot on. Very pleased and would definitely stay again.

We had comfortable time in hotel. We have been travelling for awhile now and the hotel had everything we needed for comfortable stay. It is not 5 star hotel Breakfast but we really enjoyed. The manu changes. Swimming pool was wonderful and we had one day afternoon swimming pool all for ourselves. Very quiet and private it was. Room was very spacious wifh excellent room decoration. We loved staying in and being lazy in this hotel. We also liked the fact that the hotel provides shuttle to near old town. Only down fall is that there is only local restaurants around the hotel. But the hotel suggested cafe 41 which is near by for meal. It was fantastic. The hotel also has restaurant and we loved their 'white rose' and 'spring rolls' for snacks.

Room is clean, best for the rest. Bathroom was huge..bigger than the room;; It was weird at first, but there were no bugs, no lizard... (water was not so hot though). Still best bathroom I've ever used;; Location is far from the main attractions but has free bus to there every hour. Over all, I like the hotel and may be come back again!

We had a great stay at this hotel- they made it very easy to borrow free bikes, rent motorbikes, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was large and clean. Our bathroom was absurdly large. The shower did not drain properly and leaked on the floor. The hotel is somewhat far from town/beach but an easy bike ride. Not a great walk.

Hotel was a little out of the main section of town but an OK walk or scooter ride in. Quiet, well serviced and extremely friendly staff. We opted for the \"deluxe' room which was very well fitted out, airy and full featured.
Staff assisted with tour options and suggestions and made the stay very enjoyable.

Highly recommended, wouldn't stay anywhere else

I was a sole traveller, going south to north. It was my birthday whilst in Hoi An so I decided to indulge in a bit of luxury so I booked suite at Thanh Van.
The staff were amazing, I arrived at 7am and was greeted by staff straight out of my taxi (30,000 vnd from bus station) although my reservation was not until 1400 hours I was allowed to go straight to my room as it was vacant.
The suite was amazing, I was thoroughly happy by it and it was ridiculously cheap, by comparison you can't even get a travelodge in the uk for the same price!
The hotel is about a 20 minute leisurely stroll from the river but they also run a shuttle which takes you within a stones throw.
The local beach is a 15 minute bike ride away and bikes are free from the hotel.
Staff also arranged for me to visit their tailors and I got some amazing suits and an evening gown made at a fabulous price.
The breakfast buffet is really good and staff also made me a birthday cake whilst I was with them!
Cleanliness could have been a tad better but other than that amazing and I would definitely stay again.

Best value for money

Staff is lovely and make you feel so welcome. We opted for the superior room which is really spacious and after initially booking for 2 nights, we ended up staying 5. We were at the side of the hotel overlooking the pool, there is a cafe that plays music (not very loud, but quite early-6am). Didn't bother us as we are early risers but ask for a room on the other side if you want to sleep in. Easy free bicycle ride into town, or shuttle bus which leaves every hour. Nice 10minute cycle to closest beach. Great stay, would love to come back.

Than Van 2 Hotel stay

We stayed for 5 nights in the biggest room in the hotel. It was on the 4th floor and had a balcony overlooking the local street and a nice lounge area. We found the girls at reception very helpful. We liked that it was only a small hotel so it was never crowded around the pool or in the breakfast area. It was located close to the beach and the old town. It was great having bicycles available anytime you wanted to go anywhere. The hotel organised to have our laundry done and they charged what they charge out on the street.

Nice big room and outdoor pool

To off-set the location of the hotel they offered free hourly shuttle transfer to/ from Hoi An old town and free bike rental. Our deluxe room was big with a balcony and breakfast was great, not to mention about the yummy pancake!

I loved our stay here. The staff were friendly, helpful and best of all allowed us to use the facilities on the day we checked out as we didn't leave Hoi An until 19:45.The pool was a welcomed addition as it was very hot.Breakfast was lovely and there are plenty of choices. I would stay again.

Second stay even better than the first!

This was my second stay at the hotel. I stayed almost a year ago for a few days, but the staff remembered me. The room was nicer than I remembered with comfy beds, plenty of space, and a very nice bathroom. The staff are great, very friendly, and full of tips without being pushy about signing up for tours or visiting certain shops. The breakfast buffet is great, with an egg and pancake station. I didn't use the pool this trip, but I remember it being nice last year. The hotel is a bit outside the main Ancient town, which makes it quiet. Free hourly shuttle van in to town and free bicycle rentals. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Value

The best thing about our stay at the Thanh Van 2 was the staff. We were greeted with a warm welcome at reception and enjoyed friendly service in the restaurant. The rooms were clean, and the hotel's wifi was reliable. Breakfasts were plentiful, with an excellent range of fruit, along with fantastic pancakes. As we were keen to ride bicycles, the location wasn't an issue, but the hotel is located about a kilometre from the ancient town of Hoi An, so it is quite a distance to walk late at night. Having said that, there is a complimentary shuttle bus service that runs hourly until 10pm.

Right in the middle of everything, yet something of an oasis. Close to cafes, bars & tourist agencies eg. after tour to Mekong the bus dropped me off outside hotel. Staff polite & helpful - nothing too much trouble. Room large, clean & recently refurbed. Top notch bathroom.

Great place to stay in Hoi An

Staff service was amazing. Breakfast was great. Room was excellent with all ammenties a traveller could need. The only downside (not really) is that it is not located in the old town, however, the hotel provides a bus every hour. Otherwise its a short 10 minute walk. Overall highly recommended.

My husband and I spent two nights in one of the superior rooms. It was wonderful! Clean and spacious. And the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We also got a great deal on their in house tailor connection in town for 2 suits for my husband and lots of dresses and silk shirts for me. A wonderful stay, we will be back.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The location was central, the breakfast buffet was great, and the room was nice. The staff was so nice and helpful, especially Nguyet. Staff met us with a welcome drink on arrival, which incidentally was around 8.30am, and they had our room ready to go and let us check in early no problem. Gave us lots of pointers on HoiAn, the free cycles were a big bonus. The breakfast was great, the rooms were well equipped and cleaned daily. The pool another bonus and overall great service and great value for money.

This hotel is about a 12 minute, very brisk walk from the Old Town on the river. It provides free bikes but we walked nearly everywhere. Beds are very comfortable and nothing is too much trouble for the beautiful, friendly staff. Breakfast is simple but tasty. I would stay here again as it is convenient but just a little out of the fray.

After four weeks travelling in Vietnam,needed some rest and comfort.Got it here!Lovely,clean,comfortable room.Clean(small) pool,friendly staff,who didn't try to sell me anything,good buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order.....what's not to like?Well,from some reviews,the fact that their towels were changed in their absence! Hey,Some of the places I've stayed,you're lucky to get a towel. Hotel is located in a working class area a couple of kilometres out of town....an hourly shuttle is provided for 5 minute journey.

Wonderful and Excellent value

Excellent. Lovely hotel. Wonderful pool. Great variety of food for breakfast. We stayed in a superior room which was big and spacious and the air cond was lovely and quiet. We never ate at the restaurant but ordered drinks around the pool which was prompt and refreshing. Ladies at the front desk were delightful and very helpful. Being a little out of the main part was no problem with the hourly shuttle and the walk now and again was quite quick.

Staff was very helpful booking tours and flight to Hanoi. Excellent included breakfast. Location is halfway between old city and the beach- about 15 mins by free bicycle to either or rent a scooter for $5 a day. A solid value, I'd definitely stay there again.

We had some expectations to this hotel due to all the recommendations, but we were disappointed. Firstly, it says that the hotel is a three-star hotel, this is wrong, its a two-star. This was important for us as we were staying for 5 nights. They held our passports until departure. Roomkeeping was reduced to switching towles. Some of the staff were very helpful, others not. In addition some of the staff were rather pushy about selling us different trips. It seemed like they were under alot of pressure from the management to sell. We did buy a Halong bay trip from the hotel, but cancelled it after reading several horrible reviews on tripadvisor, our bad of course. However, the staff could have explained us that you get what you pay for in Halong Bay and that you have to pay a little extra to get a fair trip. Outside our room it was very noisy, because the cleaningstaff had their office there. One morning we woke up and found five staffmemebers just outside our room with dirty laundry (our laundry) lying all over the floor. They were laughing and speaking very loudly 7 am (!) in the morning. However, the brakfast was very good, they had a swimmingpool and computers you could borrow.

Ok hotel but location isn't great

Located 15 minutes walk to old quarter with free mini bus transfer every hour from 8am-10pm. free bikes on loan. Room was ok but cleanliness not great. Had to ask daily for foot and hand towels as always missing. Do not leave valuables out as staff came into our room while we were out for dinner and took away some towels even though we hadn't used them yet! Not sure why. This happened 2 times. Breakfast wasn't great. Reception staff were pushy when it came to selling tours. Seemed very nice when trying to sell tours but not so friendly after. I got stuck in the lift between floors for 20 mins and had to physically climb out, reception girl still tried to sell me a tour! I did receive a leaving gift though which was a nice touch. Would stay closer to the old quarter next time.

I enjoyed my stay everyone was helpfu, break fast was acceptablel but I feel they over charged me (partly my fault, should have researched prices first) . Bus ticket to Quy Nhom and train ticket they booked for me had at least 5.00 $ addedon. Small bus driver was driving recklessly , almost hitting 2 motorcycles 2 different times was' nt happy with the tours and transportation companies they used.for example, tour to cham islands, when we went from island to go snorkling thrre were 25 adults and 7 children aboard the boat. I won't stay there again

Really enjoyable stay, would stay again here.

The hotel is a little further from town than we would have liked but the hotel offers a free shuttle bus every hour into town so it was no problem. Bikes are complimentary to use to go to the beach although there were none available when we stayed & we payed 160000 for the shuttle to the beach and back which we thought was quite expensive. The hotel itself was a really nice place for the money. The room was huge, the balcony overlooking pool was great, the bathroom was stunning & everything was immaculate. Breakfast was great with a huge buffet selection & the girls who run the hotel are some of nicest & most helpful I've ever come across-nothing's too much trouble for them and you always feel really welcome & the whole place has a great feel to it. We booked 2 nights here originally and ended up staying an extra night we liked it so much and if we didn't have flights scheduled we would have stayed longer. Our favourite budget hotel whilst traveling and wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

Great hotel the staff were very helpful. Breakfast good, the room was the biggest we had in 4 weeks touring Vietnam. The room could have been slightly better cleaned. The transport to the sister hotel was always available and made it very easy to get into town. We could have walked it in 10 to 15 minutes but chose transport due to the heat. Overall I would stay here agin as very good value for money spent. The hotel provided very cheap transport to the airport at Danang. We stayed 5 nights and loved Hoi An. We did the Heaven and Earth 1 day cycle tour going to the rural areas with the bamboo floatin bridges between the islands, this was certainly one of our highlights of our trip. Costly by Vietnam standards but well worth it

However they had free bikes, a good mini bus to take you to the old town so you don' t need to walk and the pool was nice. Would recommend if you are ok to hold your own, and can just ignore the staff trying to push stuff

Four of us (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here for 3 nights in 2 adjoining rooms. The rooms were a fair size, clean and comfortable. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was one of the better ones we had in Vietnam in that it offered made to order omelettes, had a toaster, and offered a good selection of fruit, fruit juices and yoghurt. It was also the only hotel we stayed at with a pool; a hit with the kids. Although a bit of a walk to the old quarters, we used their complimentary shuttle and bicycles and didn't feel too inconvenienced with the location because of this. We would recommend this hotel for sure.

Hoi An - one of our favorite ....

Excellent three day stay - possible to rent scooters and make a few trips out of town - Marble Mountain for one and exploring some of the less visited areas with in the Hoi An...found some great local places to eat by getting off the main streets.

Hotel is in a good location - a short cycle or taxi ride from an bang beach and a short walk from the centre of town. cycle hire is free at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and spent time organising tours for us. Breakfast was quite good and was pleasant eating within the airy pool side setting. Overall a fantastic budget hotel.
