Clean, comfy stay at a great price

Staff were friendly and service was great. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Had head massage and manicure at spa which were both great but spa area could certainly look more inviting.
Just over 1km to walk to ancient town.

Fantastic hotel!!

For value for money this place was amazing!! The room was huge, gave us a free upgrade which was so kind of them.
A decent selection at breakfast and great location!!
Couldn’t complain about anything. Plus the free bikes were such a great bonus for cycling to the beach.

The location of this hotel can’t be beaten, just north of the Old Town and a short walk to all the major attractions.
The room was a bit scruffy and the shower needed some work, but the location, price and quality of service was just great.

This is a great hotel to stay in Hoi An. Good for families and couples visiting the area. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The Hoi An Old Town is about 8 min away by foot. One of the days we were at the hotel we order room service for dinner and the food was good, cheap and the portions were big as well. The pool was nice and the property was safe and pretty. Totally recommend this place for anyone staying in Hoi An.

A beautiful property with a nice outdoor bar and pool. Room was spacious and the shower had great water pressure. A small balcony, but no chair and too many bugs to use. Breakfast buffet was pretty small considering the size of this hotel. There was a tour group having breakfast at the same time as us and it was way too crowded. The line for eggs was too long to wait. They should have a bin of scrambled for those in a hurry. The one thing we really did not like was upon checkout, they made us wait while they checked the room. We have stayed at thousands of hotels around the world and have never had that happen.

Absolutely perfect

Awesome, modern hotel. Very clean, wonderful buffet breakfast. Location was perfect, we rode bikes into the ancient town (5 mins). Staff are friendly, attentive and always wearing a smile.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! We will be back for sure.

Mediocre. Better hotels around.

The room was ok, aged decor and you could see the room needed refurbishing. It was very hot and the AC in the room was weak and still left us feeling hot.

The staff were friendly and helpful but most of their English was poor making asking for things difficult.

Do NOT book tours through the hotel, overpriced and better companies out there.

The location was pretty good, 15mins to the town centre.

I wouldn’t classify this as 4 star hotel. It’s clean and staff try their best, but they haven’t been trained on what 4 star service looks like. For example, they called and woke us up at 6:45am to ask when we’re checking out. This is after they asked us to move rooms because there were Vietnamese families checking in wanted the rooms next to each other. The hotel itself is very noisy. You can hear EVERYTHING going on in the hall. And you can see and hear the busy traffic while at the pool - not so relaxing

Worth a visit

Perfectly located for the old town (about a 10-15 minute walk, but away from the commotion and the noise) and close to a small street offering lots of options for street food and bia hoi, this suited us well for three nights in Hoi An. The hotel itself is very clean, has a great restaurant and bar (you can eat or drink by the pool, if you're not out exploring), lent us bikes to go to the beach and otherwise suited our needs.

EMM Hotel was fantastic! There were bicycles that we could sign out to get to the beach and around Hoi An (for free) and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had to check out at 6AM and the staff had a take-away breakfast box for us! The room was open and we had a beautiful view of the pool. Breakfast was included, which was a total bonus, and there were lots of options for breakfast foods.

My wife & I stayed for 3 nights in April.

The staff are always smiling, friendly and helpful. Excellent service! Overall, the locals in Hoi An at the eating places and shops generally are also very nice.

The hotel is new & well maintained. We like the decor and design, and in particular there's lots of flowers, plants and trees at the front of the hotel and a nice pool with poolside bar.

Just across the street, there's a nice cafe with good food at reasonable prices.

It's a 10-15 minute walk to the main commercial area and further 10 minutes to the ancient town/riverside, which is a minor downside (especially in the afternoon sun).

Nevertheless, we would highly recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Das Zimmer war leider schon recht alt, sämtlichen Lärm von draußen hat man mitbekommen. Unteranderem auch alle Gespräche und Wassernutzung vom oberen Zimmer.

O hotel atendeu muito bem às expectativas. O café da manhs foi ótimo, boa variedade e prtos ocidentais e vietnamitas. O ponto mais positivo de nossa estadia foi o ótimo atendimento da equipe da recepção. Nos ajudaram a recuperar uma mochila que esquemos no tranfer e no dia de nossa saída estavam atentos para avisar quando o transfer que contratamos chegou e nos avisar.

1番の見どころの川からは少し離れているけど歩いても15分ほどの距離。そこに歩いて回る街並み散策も楽しみの一つ。ホテルは清潔で広くてプールもあり文句なしです！朝食も美味しくて良かったですがホテルの周りでもたくさん現地の人が朝ごはんを食べていたのでそこに食べに行くのも良いかも。自転車が借りれるので田園風景広がる郊外までサイクリングするのも良い。

Søtt hotell ikke langt fra alle severdighetene. Super god service av front desk personellet. De var service minded og hjelpsom. De ordnet også en god frokost take away da vi måtte ta et veldig tidlig fly avreisedagen.
Bra svømmebasseng, veldig god mat og service i deres restaurant. Vi er veldig fornøyd og kan anbefale dette hotellet på det varmeste.

호이인 EMM 호텔 괜찮게 이용했습니다.

체크인할때 저희는 소파에 앉아서 웰컴 드링크를 받았고, 곳 직원이 와서 친철하게 호텔 이용에 대한 내용을 영어로 자세히 알려 주었습니다. 올드 타운 지도도 받아서 숙소에서 올드타운 위치도 알기 편했습니다. 숙소에 무료로 이용할수 있는 자전거도 있었지만, 저는 이용하지 않았습니다. 건물 층이 높지 않아 엘리베이터는 중앙에 한대 정도 있는거 같았고, 짐 이용할때만 이용했기에 불편함은 없었습니다. 체크아웃 하고서도 짐을 맡기고 주변을 좀더 관광하고 올수 있어서 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점은 3명 인원 예약에 Single 침대 2개 였는데, 두개를 붙였을때 조금 좀 다는 느낌이 있었습니다. 프론트에 붙여달라고 따로 요청하지는 않았는데 요청했으면 좀더 편하게 이불이랑 셋팅 해주었을지 모르겠습니다.

조식과 다이닝, 룸서비스와 바는 그 수준이 매우 형편없으며 숙소간에 방음이 잘 되지않아 씻는소리와 말소리 발소리가 전부 들립니다. 하지만 열정적이고 친절한 로비직원들과 꼼꼼한 하우스키퍼들의 정성으로 그것을 보완하는, 부족한 인프라를 인력으로 메꾸는 전형적인 인력중심형 숙소입니다. 현재의 인력에서 손실이 나면 숙소로서 가치가 없을것이라고 생각합니다. 방의 쾌적함은 일품이고 에어컨도 잘 동작합니다. 다만 로비의 문을 열어놓기 때문에 숙소전체가 덥습니다 오직 방만 시원합니다. 올드타운과 거리가 상당하기 때문에 더운계절에는 밥먹으러 나가는것 조차 상당한 부담입니다. 객실 이용중 문제발생시 로비직원들은 항상 해결을 위해 힘쓰고 이후에 어떻게 생각하는지 추가적인 문제는 없는지 재차 확인해줍니다. 전체적으로 다낭이나 미케비치의 고급 숙소와 비교하면 형편없으나, 이곳이 호이안임을 감안할 때, 상당한 퀄리티와 경쟁력을 갖춘 곳입니다. 호이안의 다른 숙소들의 대부분은 이곳의 반의 반도 못따라갑니다.

The staff talk to us and smile to make us satisfied. They are polite and fluent in English.
It is far from the hustle and bustle of the city center, so you can enjoy a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the old town, but along the way you can find local shops, restaurants, and coffee shops.
It's a short taxi ride to the beach (I walked for an hour each way, but along the way I stopped at the Tra Que area, where is famous for its organic vegetables).
The room is clean and spacious with simple colors.
Water is served in reusable glass bottles rather than plastic bottles, giving a sense of the environment.
The breakfast has enough items to satisfy me, including the egg station and pho station.
I will definitely come back to EMM Hoi An again.

수영장관리 잘되어있고 수영장작으나 사람많이없어 이용하기 불편함없음
조식은 서양인위주라 먹을게 별로 없음.
세면대 막혀있었으나 바로 고쳐줌. 근처에 맛집도많고 마트도있어서 좋음. 도로변 객실아니면 소음도 많이 없음..
대신 옆방에 미친투숙객이 새벽부터 밤까지 노래크게틀어놔서 말했지만 아무소용없음.

처음에 갔는데 호텔스에서 연락 못받아서 체크인 못한다고 하길래 놀랐는데 어떻게 직원분이 잘 해결해주셨습니다. 위치는 구시가지와 크게 멀지는 않아요. 수영장 나름 가격대치고 잘 되어있구요 숙소 백그라운드가 이뻐요ㅎㅎ 나름 깔끔하고 좋아요. 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 다음에도 같은 가격대면 여기서 묵어도 괜찮을거같다고 생각했습니다. 아! 조식도 제 기준으로는 꽤 괜찮았어요! 그런데 베트남식이라기보다는 일반 호텔 브런치느낌이라고 보셔야돼요!

Super dejligt hotel

Vi havde et dejligt ophold på 4 dage. Personalet var meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Hotellet ligger super godt i forhold til den gamle by som kan nåes til fods, og derudover findes der gratis shuttlebus til Victoria strandhotel med dejlig sandstrand. Vi elskede den store pool,og nød dejlig morgenmadsbuffet med æg og bacon og frisk frugt. Kan bestemt kun anbefale dette hotel. Der drives af et godt team
