Ann at the front desk was amazing. She incredibly helpful to us. Helping us book our tours and making recommendations for us. Always remembering our names. So very personable and for two well travelled ladies in their early 60’s , we certainly appreciated the customer service. TNT is a quaint little Villa. It has everything you need. In saying this, it is a Villa… not a hotel! If you need anything you just WhatsApp them and they come right away. Great location as it is about a 10 minute walk to Old Town but a fun walk. All the staff was great and very friendly. On a side note, you will get free water everyday and there is water to fill your bottles in the eating area but if you want anything from the mini bar like a tiger beer, you do pay on the way out. It is extremely reasonable. Of your looking for the Hilton, this is not for you.. it’s quaint and peaceful. We will be back..

We had an amazing stay in Hoi an at the TNT villa. It was perfectly located, and quiet at night. The pool was perfect for a swim after a hot day of wandering around the town.

The rooms were great. The breakfast was good.

The staff is friendly and kind.

The rooms are really well designed, with a gorgeous bath and an external basin with mirror outside of the main bathroom and shower area, as well as a verandah overlooking the lovely pool area. The staff are fantastic, they are all so friendlyband attentive.
The villas are located in a perfect area of Old Town, it's quiet enough that you don't hear the traffic noise, and just a quick 5 minute walk down the road and you find yourself un the middle of the beauty of Old Town. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

I like its peaceful and quiet location , yet being fairly close to the Old Town and the coin laundry. The receptionist was helpful in arranging local tours, airport transfer and recommended a repairer for my damaged luggage.

The aircon and amenities was well maintained, however it was hard to put my toiletries properly as the giant faucet took up almost all the space.

This is one of the best places ive ever stayed, by far the most beautiful pool and garden area ive seen, the photos truly dont do it justice. the rooms are very big, the bath was incredible. the shower is a wet room with the toilet which i have never had before but actually enjoyed as the water presser is amazing, and the floors dried very quickly. The staff are so so lovely, and they have the BEST massage spa across the road called The Green Grass Spa! the spa provide you with so many yummy food and drink after your massage, aswell as a goodie bag of food to take with you. I really fell inlove with Hoi An, and this hotel was a big reason why. I WILL be returning and only staying here! oh and it was SO cheap!! such great value.

A lovely small but just right hotel. Incredibly good price but you don’t need a big Western hotel at those prices! Room was great and a good shower. A gorgeous garden/ pool area, to relax in after the bustle of the day, and great staff; helpful, good suggestions and met our needs. Breakfast was plentiful, variety and eggs cooked to order.

It’s a very tired old property, and it could use some love. I had an issue with the safe which needed to be replaced, and then an issue with the lock on my door which didn’t always function. The location is great, the room is spacious, but I don’t think I’d stay here again until there’s a substantial remodel.

Great choice for a Hoi An visit!

What a wonderful friendly hotel. From check-in when the desk spent time sharing excellent suggestions and information to assistance with your bookings , they were always available and helpful. Even offered to help find medication when 1 of us were unwell. Breakfast was excellent with fresh cooked options, beautiful pool and grounds. Lovely balcony to enjoy the evening. A great location for enjoying Hoi An.

Good stay overall. City is charming. Be careful in the bathroom as it’s an open shower/toilet so the floor gets super slick. I wasn’t expecting it and after my spouse showered I went in and fell. Housekeeping started leaving more towels so we could put one down to absorb the water.

Don’t let the owners talk when you arrive concern you. She guides you to not trust the local people. Even saying they may put powder in your water and offer it to you. Then possibly steal from you. Excuse yourself from this 10 minute chat and go where you want as far as shopping and eating. We loved every place we ate at and had no problems shopping. Book your own tours. We found good deals by researching.

All in all, a very nice stay and a great location! The owners daughter is delightful. She is always at breakfast. Breakfast is so/so. Lots of fruit n veggies and eggs made to order. Fine for me but after going to other hotels and comparing breakfast buffet options, my spouse would prefer more meaty variety.

It was noisy. Water tank or something on rooftop which made a noise all night long.
The room gave clean towels and bottled water each day. Cleaning was very limited. Was there 5 nights and floors and table tops were not cleaned. Overall it’s a nice little place in a good location.

Location was great for the historic centre of Hoi An without actually being in the historic centre of Hoi An. The thing I liked the best was the bath in the apartment, it’s been ages since I’ve had a nice bath and this was a great big one. Bed very comfy too. Would stay again if only I was to return one day.

This hotel was in a great location within a short walk to old town and a bike ride away from An Bang beach. The hotel itself was very nice and clean rooms were a good size with a view of the pool! They offered a pick up service from the airport which was very convenient for a good price. The staff was incredibly helpful and very pleasant to deal with for any questions, recommendations on trips, and just friendly every time we spoke with them! Excellent hotel.

I really enjoyed my time at TNT Villa, the location was great, so central, room was great, clean, comfy with a nice balcony. The best part of this hotel were the staff, they were outstanding, right from when I checked in, so friendly and knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
Unfortunately I had a bike accident during my stay and everyone was just great. They had the doctor come to the hotel, helped me putting on my bandage (I was traveling on my own), helped me with anything I needed, I just can’t say enough about how great they were 🙏🙏.
I felt very comfortable and safe here and as a solo traveler that is very important to me.
I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again if I am lucky enough to be back in Hoi An.

Walking distance to old town. Room is clean but bath tub at the room entrance is not utilized. There is no lift, and the highest is 4th floor. Room is quiet but there is loud music from the neighbouring house or shop every morning from 7am onwards. Breakfast is simple but good enough. For the price, it is good and convenient place to stay.

They are able to arrange transport to/from the airport or wherever you're traveling from. Motorbikes and bicycles available for rent. Room and bathroom were very clean, however beds were not very comfortable and the linens are only a single top sheet! We were quite cold during the night.

Upon our arrival and knowing that we are siblings, the staff switched us to a two double bed room with no charge. This Hotel is a real hidden gem. Super close to the old town and night markets it is rated as 3 stars but honestly is worthy of 4. Rooms were clean with decent facilities. Pool was nice and clean and gets a fair amount of sun throughout the day. The staff are so attentive remembering your name and greeting you by it. I was not expecting a lot from the breakfast to be honest but was blown away at the choice and quality of the meals. WIFI nice and quick. Will definitely return.

I stayed for 3 weeks and the hotel was 5vminutes walk from the old town .zit is on a busy road but very peaceful once inside. Staff are so friendly and charming. They can call you a taxi to get to the beach- 10 minutes drive and just over £1. buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide choice. Rooms have balcony and air con., bath and shower. A pretty garden and pool.

Lovely hotel staff who accommodated our (extremely delayed) arrival with fantastic professionalism, were able to book an airport transfer through them easily. Front counter staff provided very comprehensive information about the local area, things to see and things to avoid and were always welcoming and extremely friendly. Rooms were clean and well kept during our stay, however, at times the balconies / hallways / adjoining rooms became quite loud (sound carried!) and wifi was a bit sketchy in the room. Extremely convenient to the Ancient Town area, very walkable, fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was just within walking distance from ancient town of Hoi-An. Staffs were so friendly and eager to assist. A local mart is just opposite hotel so easily buy water & snacks. Breakfast was al carte order from menu & you can order anything. Choices are varied & good enough to fill up tummy. No complaints at all.

Room was clean and was facing the pool. Its odd to have the bathtub at the front of the room but we didnt use it all.

They upgraded our room although we didn’t asked for. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and we had a wonderful experience.

I was staying at the ground floor, hence privacy maybe questionable because after I let the blind down, there's still a gap, someone can actually peek from outside. Average accommodation but great location for proximity to Hoi An old town. Breakfast was very basic but a nice start to the day.
The major downside of T&T Villa is the screaming kids playing in the pool at 5.30 in the morning. If you want a quiet relaxing start to your day, this could be an issue.

Amazing hotel, right in the middle of the action!

This hotel was a very nice surprise in Hoi An, from my experience many hotels in Asia and in particular Vietnam are very deceitful with their pictures, taking strategic pictures to make the location or hotel itself seem better than it really is. That wasn't the case here, location is right in Old Town, literally a 4 minute walk to the famous Japanese bridge and all the shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms very clean and spacious. Pool was a nice touch and was cleaned every single morning. For the price you can't beat this hotel in Hoi An.

Decent, boutique hotel at Hoi An.

Decent hotel at Hoi An for a fairly decent price. Nearby to the old town. Breakfast buffet does not have many choices but taste is good.

Hotel that makes you feel at home

1. Just 5 mins walk away from the old town.
2. Breakfast food is rather good.
3. Credit to one of the staff who provided excellent recommendations on where to have good bahn mi (Bahn Mi Queen - as good as or better than the much raved Bahn Mi Phuong).

Nice hotel with a pool

Booked on Expedia for $40/night, this is upper mid range for Vietnam. Nicely finished rooms and nice pool.
Breakfast was buffet one morning and a la carte our other mornings.
Bicycle rentals available for 30K VND/day.
Friendly helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel with swimming pool

The hotel stuff helped us to book a day trip to my son sanctuary which was brilliant ,especially the tour guard whose was so good !

great hotel

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel it was far enough away from the town (15 min walk to old town) to make it feel like you were in a peaceful area but near enough to walk everywhere. The only problem was the neighbour behind the hotel (outside our door) who had very loud karaoke on the night before we got up at 430 for a trip out and set a huge fire at midnight which woke us up with smoke in our room. But this was out of control of the hotel.
The pool was lovely at the end of a hot day with half price cocktails between 3 and 7pm.

The best hotel in Hoi An

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful hotel. From the very warm welcome by Anh(?), to the beautiful flowers and fun birthday song played at breakfast to my husband and the excellent location right near two entrances to the old town.
Anh truly made our stay exceptional by providing us with detail on how to get around the old town, arranging bicycles for us, organising a good tailor for us (it was tet so a lot of shops were closed). I swear she even spoke to the tailor to lower their prices for us and they refunded some of the money we had given them on our second day due to us being their first customers in the new year.
The swimming pool is really good and the bath tub is the perfect size to relax for a while.
When I come back to Hoi An I'll definitely be staying here again

Delightful, friendly Boutique hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights. The staff were lovely, the hotel grounds and pool really nice and only a 5 minute walk to the old town.
The street the hotel is on is busy and the old quarter os on the other side of the road. But if you have confidence, crossing the road becomes a skill!
I would say the internet needs a booster, it was very spotty in our room (opposite the main building, across from the pool). For future guests: the map shows the hotel on the wrong side of the road, we went the wrong way first time, but once we worked it out, the little map was quite useful.
Breakfast was varied and there was someone in the kitchen to make eggs however you wanted them. A mix of Vietnamese and Western food.
The pool was quite refreshing in Feb, but we're tough and went in! So did a few others!
All in all, a lovely relaxing stay.
