I had a wonderful stay at Signature Hoi An. The room was spotless, and the staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.

My only suggestions relate to the bathroom area. The sink/vanity space could benefit from additional lighting and a hand towel bar for added convenience. The shower area would also be improved with a couple of extra shelves for personal toiletries.

Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

Over the course of the week we stayed here, we were constantly impressed with the staff in all areas, and by the calm elegance of the hotel. Two outstanding features are the well-maintained and refreshing pool, and the bountiful breakfast bar. Special thanks to Ms. Lieu at reception, who organized tickets and transportation for us very warmly and efficiently. The hotel is superbly placed to be near the Ancient Town, while still being very quiet at night. A fantastic voice and a memorable stay. Cam on, cac ban!

The Hotel is overall very clean. Very quite and the facilities are good especially the poolside bed. The location is super convenient. All within walking distance. Old town only cross a short distance bridge. I like The Signature Hotel. The staff are all very friendly and polite. The breakfast is good too. I should say this was one of my comfortable stay. I will definitely pick 'The Signature Hotel' again if I happen to trip Hoi An again.

The best thing about this hotel was how close it was to the ancient town. Its prime location does mean that you can hear the partying at night but they provided ear buds which helped. The hotel has a nice charm to it although I didn’t find the staff as welcoming as other places I’ve stayed which kind of dampened my experience.

The best hotel we stayed in when travelling Vietnam. The hotel is situated very close to the Hoi A Night Market and the Hoi A Lantern Boats. The hotel staff were very friendly and advised on how to get the best tickets for attractions. Restaurant recommendations were also given - try Miss Ly’s if you get the chance. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were excellent. We also used the on-site restaurant and spa services, both of which were outstanding. Cannot recommend more highly

Our two-night stay was enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and truly went above and beyond; they even proactively reached out to us to arrange an airport pickup, and the price was notably cheaper than getting a Grab ourselves. Our room was quite decent, and we particularly liked the charming, traditional Vietnamese decor. The location truly stands out, offering super easy access to the Old Town, as well as a variety of restaurants, spas, and bars right nearby. The only small issue we encountered was with the bathroom's water flush, which could be improved.

This is a gem. Breakfast is delicious. Lots of variety every morning. The rooms are nicely appointed and spacious. The cookies left on the bed every evening were a nice touch. The spa is reasonably priced and the pool area, though small, is quaint. The location is superb. It is far enough from the busy streets of Old Town but close enough to walk everywhere. The area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants as well and the night market is a 5 minute walk. We felt the driver who picked us up at the airport in Danang drove recklessly and to make up for this, the hotel provided free transport to our next destination. The staff was lovely, kind and attentive. You can't go wrong with this hotel. Highly recommended.

During our two-week trip to Vietnam, Signature Hoi An was by far one of the best places we stayed. The property is new, modern, and exceptionally well-maintained, with a perfect location just minutes from Hoi An’s Ancient Town, the Japanese Covered Bridge, and local markets. They even offer free bike rentals, making it effortless to explore the town and surrounding countryside. What truly stood out was their continental breakfast, an incredible experience we’d never had before, with a variety and quality that felt luxurious. We had an amazing stay at The Signature Hoi An! The hotel was newly renovated and it definitely shows with how clean everything was.

The check-in process was a breeze. We had a nice complementary drink while the concierge explained everything about to property to us. They also brought up that their Spa is under renovations so to compensate for that, they gave us free massages at another local spa which was also amazing!

The Suite we had was super large. A King size bed would have better filled out the room but the Queen size was just fine. Everything inside the room was squeaky clean and new! Most importantly was that the A/C was centrally located and was strong enough to cool down the entire space. Along with the ceiling fan in the middle of the room, I got pretty cold and had to turn it off. 😅

The restroom was nicely appointed with stone and quartz top. The tub was a nice touch.

The restaurant here is actually pretty good! One of the better hotel restaurants I've been to and actually just a good restaurant in itself. The free buffet was great with a bunch of different options.

The pool looked amazing! It was raining most of the time we were here so we weren't able to enjoy it.

Overall a great stay and would definitely come back here next time!
