The stay at Lantana Boutque hotel was memorable. It was a very nice family connecting room spacious for a family of 4. The best part was the location as its cery short walking distance to the lantern boats l, Night market and the best restaurants namely Morning Glory (must try). The staff is very helpful and guided us on dsy trips and places to visit. Transfers arranged were excellent too.

Lantana Boutique Hotel Hoi An is conveniently located near the old quarter of Hoi An. It is an easy walk to the historic area and the evening lantern festival. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Our room was well appointed and had a wonderful view of the river. I would recommend then highly and would stay there again.

The service was great, but the rooms were very musty & there was black mold in the bathroom. We asked to switch rooms because the smell was so bad & the 2nd room had more visible mold than the first.

Let me preface this review by acknowledging that our arrival was shortly after the city had flooded, so understanding the weather may have factored into our review. Our flight was delayed so we arrived quite late and they accommodated late check-in which we appreciated. However, shortly after check-in we realized how outdated the hotel was. The property just seemed a bit dingy and was musty (likely due to the rain) including the bedding. The pillows smelled of mildew and there appeared to be mold on the ceilings. The room itself was \"clean\" enough but it didn't appear that they vacuumed or swept well as there was so much hair everywhere including the body soap dispenser. And I'm not talking about on the bottle, I'm talking about a hair IN the spout. Very bizzare...either way, we weren't staying in the room much so brushed it off.
Location was good as right near the main strip area, but far enough away from the craziness. Breakfast was included and did the go, nothing too exciting but had different options on a daily basis.
Overall, our stay was fine but had some flaws.

Our stay at the Lantana Boutique hotel was everything we wanted with excellent treatment from the very warm and friendly staff who always wanted to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

Really charming boutique hotel but needs few improvements. We had a joining rooms. In our room there was a leak behind the toilet and in our son’s room the A/C unit on the wall next to the door was leaking. He had to put towel on the floor or have the unit turned off. Not ideal considering heat and humidity.

Great boutique hotel located close to the old town centre, yet far enough to avoid the crowds and noise. Staff are first class and can’t do enough. Hotel has loads of charm and could be viewed as slightly dated but we thought it provided character. The only downside is the pool is minimalistic and in the shade but again, that was fine with us but it might not suit everyone.

Lantana hotel has a wonderful location on the riverside a quick walk from old town, but still quiet and relaxing. The room was well appointed and comfortable, especially good AC for a Vietnamese heatwave. The airport shuttle was also convenient and the free breakfast had nice variety of dishes to start your day. The main highlight was all the hotel staff; always attentive and personable- greeting us and offering assistance and tips for our trip. Would absolutely recommend staying here when in Hoi Ann.

The hospitality we received from the staffs of Lantana Boutique Hotel was simply amazing. I especially want to mention Jenny and Sally who both went far and beyond to make our stay a very pleasant one. The hotel is well situated where the night market and old town are very walkable, yet far enough to be away from the crowd and noise. The breakfast buffet are very delicious and has plenty of selections. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

This was the perfect place to stay for 3 days in Hoi An. First and foremost, I can’t say enough how much the staff made me feel welcome. Every time they saw me, they greeted me by name, like we were old friends. They helped with reservations and taxis and even allowed me to shower after I checked out because I had a late flight after a day of swimming. The room was very comfortable; I slept like a baby. Even though we were close to all the music and festivities of Old Town, I didn’t hear any of it. It was a perfect place to venture out from. So close to Old Town (just cross the bridge at the corner!). And from the front porch restaurant, you can watch all the people going by. It was so perfect! Highly recommend!

We stayed five nights at this outstanding hotel resort. Everything was extremely good. The location is excellent: close to everything but not noisy. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view of the river. We had some rain, and there were nice umbrellas in our room which really came in handy! Loved the location and the staff were amazing and helpful. We stayed 3 nights but wish it was longer. So close to all the main sights of hoi an- 4 from beach but about 10 minutes walk to everything else around. Room was a good size and we had a balcony overlooking the river. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was good. Pool area was great (undercover from sun). Staff gave lots of good information and were always helpful. Would stay again.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and just like the first time in 2018, it was fabulous. The rooms are large and airy, with the ones facing the river having doors that open on to a small balcony.

We spent 3 nights at Lantana. Sally and her stuff were very friendly and accommodating. This hotel is barely on the outskirts of old town and perfect. You get to sleep quietly with a little view from the balcony while the action is just a 3 minute walk away. Highly recommend renting the motorbike for the day and take it to the beach and outside the area to really explore Hoi an. The room and bathroom was clean. Definitely try the pho for breakfast in the morning. The included breakfast with the freshly squeezed watermelon juice was perfect. Def stay here if in Hoi An to see Old Town.

We contacted the hotel before arrival to arrange an airport pick up and the driver was there to meet us, on arrival at the hotel, we had a very good lunch and checked in to a wonderful room with a great view of the river and old town. Staff were great and gave us lots of advice, maps and other information regarding tickets, things to do and places to see.
Breakfast was good, happy hour was nice and relaxing, WIFI good, the pool good and spa / massage great. The hotel arranged a dinner cruise and taxis for us to go to the beach, they even gave us towels to take – thanks Sally. The taxi to Ang Bang beach is less than 100,000 VND and takes about 15 mins, passing through working rice fields, it would be easy to cycle it and the hotel has bikes for hire.
The old town and Japanese bridge are a 5 minute pleasant stroll along the river, restaurants and bars are all nearby but the hotel is quiet at night.

Lovely stay at Lantana Boutique Hotel. The reception staff (Lily, Jenny, Sally) & the Porters were always pleasant, helpful & smiling. Selena at the bar & at breakfast was friendly & helpful. Our balcony river front room was well equipped with amenities to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was good however the hot food went cold quickly. The outdoor seating area was wonderful to enjoy breakfast each morning. Overall, we would recommend Lantana Boutique Hotel. Thank you all for making our visit to Hoi An so pleasant.

This hotel offers great value. For its modest price, we got terrific location, condition, and comfort. Best of all was the service. The staff cheerfully responded to any need for our room and also arranged massages, a day trip to Hue and taxi rides to the beach. The breakfasts were adequate. We walked easily to the night market and to our favorite restaurants in the Ancient Town. Our last visit to Hoi An was 8 years ago, and it wasn't as crowded with tourists then. Luckily, this hotel is just off the typical tourist circuit so we had some peace and quiet sitting on our riverfront balcony.
