Fantastic hotel all round. Firstly, all the staff were superb particularly the reception staff, the bar staff and the main restaurant staff. The spa was relaxing and a great experience and the breakfasts were really good with a great choice, helpful staff and a wonderful egg station. We loved our room which was spotless with a very efficient air conditioner and a lovely shower room. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. No hesitation in recommending this hotel which is close to all attractions in Hoi An - 5 stars for sure.

The room was clean and spacious, the balcony was lovely overlooking the river and you could see the lantern boats. Location was great, right next to all the action, everything was walkable. Considering the location we actually had 0 issues with noise at night so was super peaceful. The staff were all incredible and very accommodating, we left some items behind and they graciously had our items delivered at our next stay in Da Nang.

This is a gem of a hotel and this being my 9th on this trip, I can compare. Great location, minutes walk from the old town and the same to the ‘party street’ if that is your thing. Room (with balcony) was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast choice was the best so far, with multiple salads, a good bread and pastries choice, as well as the usual fare. The staff are worth a special mention; just superb. Nothing is too much trouble. Overall I would highly recommended staying here.

The room was fairly basically furnished, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean with a good shower.

The room is a little dated hence there's some mold and our sink was leaking throughout our stay. Breakfast was great. Location is amazing as well. Special shout-out to Rose, Kate and Anna from the breakfast area for their great customer service and sincerity and the bellboys who were so kind. On the contrary, we felt Cherry the receptionist was a little standoffish and she did not even bother greeting us when we arrived in the morning nor did she get the bellboy (who was probably busy) to help with the luggages. We lugged our own luggages up the flight of stairs ourselves while she sat at the reception, and we went up to her ourselves despite being the only guests present when we arrived. Her demeanor really pales in contrast to the other 3 above mentioned ladies. Otherwise, this was a great stay.

Little Hoi An was in an ideal location and all shops, markets, Japanese bridge, restaurants were in a short walking distance.
While I booked a ‘Deluxe Room’ about 2 mths ago, I’m not certain the booking was as described. There was a note upon arrival regarding ‘unexpecteded’ all-day curb/sidewalk construction in front of the hotel, another building next door undergoing construction and the hotel pool and lounge area totally closed. Our room was comfortable and quiet but the view was a ‘wall’. Rather than ‘make a fuss’ the room was adequate since we only slept there. Breakfast service and selection was good.
I would like to make mention that the soap/shampoo dispensers are glass, not plastic, and picked up by a loose top, accidentally dropping it and shattering on the shower floor! Of course we had to summon housekeeping for a glass clean-up. It was promptly taken care of however at check out we were ‘presented’ with a charge of 200,000 dong for the mishap.
While I booked a ‘Deluxe Room’ about 2 mths ago, I’m not certain the booking was as described. There was a note upon arrival regarding ‘unexpecteded’ all-day curb/sidewalk construction in front of the hotel, another building next door undergoing construction and the hotel pool and lounge area totally closed. Our room was comfortable and quiet but the view was a ‘wall’. Rather than ‘make a fuss’ the room was adequate since we only slept there. Breakfast service and selection was good.
I would like to make mention that the soap/shampoo dispensers are glass, not plastic, and picked up by a loose top, accidentally dropping it and shattering on the shower floor! Of course we had to summon housekeeping for a glass clean-up. It was promptly taken care of however at check out we were ‘presented’ with a charge of 200,000 dong for the mishap.

Great location, right on the river, less than 5 minutes walk to old city center, night market, several restaurants, several massage places. We had balcony with a great view of the river and old town. Hotel provided free shuttle to the beach that was very convenient. They also provided free bicycles to use. Nice breakfast with several choices. Clean room, comfortable bed. All amenities including air-condition worked well. TV had Netflix and prime. No bathroom issues. Very friendly and helpful staff always eager to help. We enjoyed our stay. Can't rave enough about this hotel!! Was in Vietnam for 2 weeks and travelled from south to north and this specific hotel was BY FAR our favourite out of all of them!! The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful (fantastic english too!!), the property was very clean, our room's view was gorgeous, the food was ample and great, the service was phenomenal. My sister in law had her birthday the day AFTER we left, yet the staff still gathered together and brought her a little birthday cake (while singing happy birthday) at breakfast on the day we were leaving! Location is fantastic, it was quiet and rooms were just lovely (with a balcony)! Make a point to use their bicycles and go for a lovely bike ride to the beach - only about 5km each way and takes you through rice fields.

We had a great stay at this wonderful little hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a drink and small snack at check in, which was a nice touch. The location is pretty much perfect - steps away from old town but just far enough that you’re not kept up by the festivities. The exterior of the hotel is very cute and quaint. Pool and gym were small but nice, breakfast was good and enough variety for everyone to find something they like. Room was spacious and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and linens. Only thing I’d note is that the soundproofing of the room was lacking, sound seemed to travel from other rooms and the hall. Not enough to seriously disturb our sleep, but just something to note, especially for the light sleepers out there. Overall we had a really positive experience and would stay again. Thank you!!

I was not well and for the first 3 days, the hotel staff went out of their way to look after me. The room was gorgeous. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Only the downside that they are not near to the beach, hotel provides transport to and from the beach but only have 4 trips/day so you should plan the time accordingly to it.

In Aug it’s really hot and I wished the hotel lobby was air conditioned because you would not really hang out in the lobby due to the heat, even in the evenings. Overall an excellent experience and stay for us.
