Very spacious and well-organized room! Space for suitcases, desk, and sofa. Chairs and coffee table on the terrace. Bathroom partially open but comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Excellent location because it's a stone's throw from the center, but just two streets away so you don't hear the noise from the nightlife.

The hotel is situated 2 minutes from the end of the old town market, makes it super convenient to explore the old town in the afternoon/evening. Everything in old town is walking distance from this hotel. The hotel also has a convenient and affordable laundry service as well, which is handy since Hoi A was midway in our travels.
We also let them know in advance that we were celebrating our honeymoon and they decorated our room upon checkin.

Lovely hotel, great location just a minute's walk from the night market and many eateries. Fabulous rooms with the best shower on the trip to date and lovely warm pool. Note that the 'River view' rooms are overlooking the quiet part of the river (not the busy but where the lanterns are). Only one small issue is a steep slope to get from the lobby to lift...it wouldn't be good for any disabilities or elderly who aren't sure footed.

Nice hotel at walking distance of the attractions of the old town. Has a night market close by but far enough to be quiet at night. The breakfast was nice, had a beautifull pool and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also organised our transport to Hué with a great driver. The bed was confortable (hard bed with a kind of duvet on top so it made it semi-soft). Good air conditionning and wifi. Early check in available at a fee. Laundry available at 40k vnd/kg same day delivery.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a bit dated and there was a lot of dust in the room, but bedding and bathroom both clean. Pool is great - tucked away in a courtyard/garden setting. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety, incident an egg bar. The location is also extremely convenient for walking into old town and the night market and Grab cars were almost always immediately available. The best part of this hotel is the staff, especially the guy who manages the breakfast. He was so friendly and remembered both our names after the first day.

This hotel has the basics but don’t expect anything more. It was very noisy and the linen felt sub par. Our soap was not filled daily and the dispenser itself was broken. If you can spend $20 more you’re better off going to a different hotel.

This is the best place to stay in Hoi An. Besides its great location on the river, its quietness and its extensive outdoors it is just a step outside the front door to the old city. The staff are friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. Can recommend.

Really liked my room and being greeted with a drink upon arrival in hot Hoi An. The view from my room was also a bonus, with views to the waters beyond. Do keep in mind, however, that if using Grab app, the drivers will usually take you to the hotel next door, so that was a bit confusing at first.

This hotel has the best location close to night market and old town but still very quite. One of the best hotels we stayed in on our trip exceeded all expectations. Room was huge free water tea and coffee was great and laundry service was good price. Breakfast was one of the best. Can’t recommend enough.

The location was great. Right around the corner from the night markets. Very close to the old city and nice bars and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choice. The rooms were spacious and clean and the showers were hot with strong pressure. Fridge, kettle, teacups in room. Nice pool and friendly staff. The reception staff organised all the transport for us getting to our next destination -Qui Nhon at a good price and saved us a lot of time organising it. I definitely recommend staying here.

Pretty good stay. This hotel is adjacent to another by the same name (add the word resort at the end) with staff wearing the same uniforms...this led to confusing checkin. Nice location making everything walkable. The beds and room were comfortable and the layout of the room was awesome. The pillows were exceptionally thick leaving us with kinked necks. The interior walls could use some paint for some stains. Comfortable overall and pleasant staff.

We had a really great stay here! The hotel is beautiful with a nice open air reception. The rooms are super comfortable and clean. The breakfast is really good with a buffet and also made-to-order eggs. The staff was really helpful with arranging us a tour to My Son Sanctuary and with a taxi when we were leaving for the airport. I liked the location as well because it allowed you to take a nice walk back through the night market from the Old Town. Pretty close to everything! Only thing was we couldn't check in until 2pm (understandable) but this was a bit annoying after our 6-7am flight.

Beautiful hotel in Hoi An

My daughter and I stayed in this beautiful hotel for four nights. It was so close to all the restaurants, shopping, and lantern activities that we could walk everywhere and felt safe. There is a night market right around the corner. The hotel was a peaceful oasis away from the street noise, with a lovely small pool and excellent breakfast with made to order eggs if desired. The staff was very accommodating and recommended different tours that could be booked through them. The beach was a short distance away - a taxi cost about $5 to get there. We had a wonderful time in Hoi An. Also would recommend booking your airport transfer, at least when arriving, through the hotel so that you are picked up and get to your hotel safely and efficiently.

Very clean and convenient. Few minor design related issues. Shower and toilet behind frosted glass. As long as you have no problem having obstructed view and non- obstucted sounds of what is happening in the bathroom area you will be ok. Sink is in the room. It looks cool, but not the most convenient.

This place is literally across the street from a famous night market (I forget the name.) This place is very close to the Hoi An boating area and we took a boat to explore during the evening. The staff was attentive while we were there and the manager was also wonderful. I loved that there was a bar and the pool was lit all pretty. The rooms aren’t that big but there’s a uniqueness to the layout of the rooms, which I’ve never seen before. The sink area is separate from the bathroom and the mirror can open or close depending on how you like it. The balcony was also a very nice touch.
We went to a famous BAhn MI Sandwich store that Anthony Bourdaine once dined at. Also, we rented a bike from across the steeet and explored the area some more. I highly recommend this hotel- very good value for the money.

nice hotel let down by the front desk service

The hotel itself is well located - 10 minutes walk to the old town historic area. Room and facilities were nice, spacious and clean.
We were greeted by a fairly unhelpful check in team who didn’t do a great job of explaining what the situation was - and really struggled to match up our reservation with the one we had made via the website (even though they had our names on their printed check in list and had picked us up from station). When we asked reception for assistance during the stay they didn’t really grasp what was being asked.
We asked to pay for our transfers the night before we left - which we did - but the reception team didn’t get this properly recorded so the team the following day didn’t know we had paid.
And finally...before we left and when we went to retrieve the bags it looked like they had disappeared. It turned out they had been moved to a different place but, given our lack of confidence in the reception staff, this wasn’t explained and with the staff pointing to a group of tourists taking bags on a bus was quite concerning for the few minutes before they were retrieved.
So overall, nothing wrong with the hotel, but our view was they could do with strengthening their systems and approaches at the front desk.

Just gorgeous!!

We stayed here for 2 nights in September and absolutely loved this hotel. It’s a new hotel and the rooms are just beautiful. We had a pool view with balcony. The staff are fabulous and friendly. They will help you with whatever you need. My daughter loved the pool. Breakfast is next door at the Riverside hotel and is a massive delicious buffet. It is in a great location. The night markets are at the end of the road and plenty of great food options close by. Highly recommend this hotel.

위치갑인호텔..

위치는 200점주고싶다.아침산책하기도좋고 야시장이 코앞이라
화장실급해도 숙고이용할수있을정도로 가깝고좋다.
약간아쉬운점은 호텔건물 등을 많이 안켜서인지 전체적으로 어둡고 칙칙..하지만 룸은 깨끗하고 아늑하다. 이정도 금액에 조식도 먹을만하다. 수영장은 별루. 아무도 이용안함. 실망한점. 아쉬운점?이라면
리셉션직원들이 그리 친절하진않은듯. 그래서 왔다갔다 마주쳐도 인사안했다. 코로나바이러스때문인지? 시국이 시국인지라 전반적으로 많이 조심하겠지만, 그래도 웃으며 맞이하면 얼마나 좋을까? 하는생각이든다. 다음에 또 이용할지는 조금 고민되네.

オールドタウンまで歩いて３分。ベッドやバスルームは清掃が行き届いていて快適。朝食も美味しかったです。ダナンまでの車の手配も３５００００ドン(1700円)でgrabより安かった!

「夫婦と子供1人の合計3人で4泊しました。繁華街に近いホテルでしたのでうるさいかなと思っていましたが、泊まった部屋が12階と高層だったおかげか音は特に気になりませんでした。もちろん繁華街が近いおかげで飲食店を探すのに苦労することはありませんでしたのでその点は良かったです。ホテル自体も全体的にきれい目なホテルでしたので悪くはありませんでしたが、ルームキーパーがあまり仕事をしていないのか、タオルが交換されていたりされていなかったり、足ふきマットが置かれていないこともありましたのでその点は残念です。」

가격도 저렴하고 위치가 좋아요. 야시장이 넘 가까우니 밤마다 나가서 멀 사게 되네요 ㅋㅋ
수영장이 좁지만 사람이 많지않아 놀기는 좋아요. 그런데 수질 관리가 잘 안되는거 같은데...조금더 관리하면 좋을듯 싶네요.
직원분들은 친절하긴 한데...자꾸 세트로 다니셔서 팁주기 부담스러웠어요 ㅋㅋ

호이안 야시장옆 이지만 생각보다 조용했고 다낭까지 호텔 차량으로 저렴하게 서비스 해주셔서 좋았어요~
좁고 파란색 타일로된 풀장이 우리나라 옛날 목욕탕 느낌으로 별로 이용하는 사람도 없고 식당 바로옆에 있는게 신기했음!
프론트 직원들 한국말 전혀 않됨 ㅠ
새벽에 닭우는 소리에 일찍 깨서 그날은 하루종일 닭이 들어가는 음식만 먹었음 ㅎㅎ
호텔앞 자전거 빌려줌(성질 더러운 아줌마 요금 받음, 1시간 25,000동)

가성비 최강 호텔입니다. 일단 위치가 정말 좋고요. 직원들도 친절합니다. 호이안이 굉장히 무더워서 낮에 좀 둘러보다가 호텔에서 좀 쉬었다가 오후에 나가서 둘러볼수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 방 상태도 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 미니바 가격도 부담없이 착한 가격이었습니다. 조식도 군더더기 없이 먹을 만한거만 딱 몇가지 있어서 좋았습니다. 입맛 까다로운 분들에게는 부실하다고 느낄수도 있겠네요... 호텔 앞에 오토바이 주인 할머니도 진짜 너무 친절(?) 친숙(?)하게 반겨주셨어요. 하루 8달러면 오토바이 대여 가능합니다. 오후에는 5달러~ 오토바이 빌려서 놀고~ 다시 호이안을 가도 이 곳에서 숙박하고 싶어요~

空港への送迎の連絡方法に改善がされれば申し分ないです。

部屋は品の良いグリーンが基調で、ソファーとミニテーブルも置いてあり、とても居心地がよかったです。4階だったのでバルコニーからの見晴らしもよかったです。設備のトラブル（ありがちな水回りやエアコンのトラブル等）もなく、快適に3日間過ごせました。NHKworld放送も見られて予想しなかっただけにうれしかったです。バイキングの朝食も毎日少しずつ違っていて、どれもおいしかったです。
残念だったのは、空港への送迎の連絡です。1人旅で不安でしたので、hotels.comでメールアドレスを聞いて、日本からメールでダナン空港への出迎えの依頼を計4回も！連絡を入れたのですが、なんの返信もありませんでした。当日、乗り継ぎのハノイ空港から電話してやっと迎えに来てもらうことができました。ホテルのフロント嬢たちに聞いてみると、メールは見ていないようすでした。どうもメールでの問い合わせは習慣になっていないようです。海外からはメールでの問い合わせが便利ですので、今後はぜひメールを活用してほしいと思います。しかも、料金は片道35万ドンもしました。ホイアンエクスプレスだと（乗り合いとはいえ）11万ドンなのでかなりの高値です。これがわかっていたら、最初からネット予約が簡単にできるホイアンエクスプレスにしていたと思います。出発日の2日前までホテルからの返信を待っていたので、結果ホイアンエクスプレスの予約は間に合いませんでした。ホテルの説明に「空港への送迎あり」だけではなく、料金も明記しておいてほしいです。

위치가 절묘해서 핫스팟들과 가까워도 넘조용해요
직원들은 그냥 평균
조식은 걍그렇지만 배채울정도 수준
가격이 싸니깐 이해가능
밤비행기 타고 오심
새벽도착인데 입구 프론트 불다꺼져서 놀라지만
문열려있고
프론트에서 여직원 쉬고있음 들어가면돼요
이가격에 이정도면 매우 추천드려요
사진이랑 객실컨디션도 같아요

올드타운 근처라 이동하기가 너무 좋았어요
티셔츠 6개 세탁 맡겼는데 56000동 정도
나왔어요 우리나라돈으로 2500원정도? 조식은 쌀국수.식빵.과일 아이스커피는 주문하면 가져다주세요
2분거리에 레드카고 식당도 괜찮았어요
다낭공항까지 35만동이에요

excelente localização e um ótimo quarto. Só o café que fica ao lado da piscina em um espaço aberto e muito quente.
