This is a very nice property located just a bit outside the Old Town, making it an ideal choice for couples and families. The hotel features a nice restaurant and bar, pool and spa. The hotel provides bicycles which enable guests to ride to the beach (about 20 minutes away) and explore the outskirts of Hoi An and all the town itself has to offer.

Great value for money and space

Great value for money. Room is a little run down but that is common across Vietnam. Air conditioning worked well in the rooms but public spaces could be better covered with fans with the humidity and mosquitoes (I got bitten).

Decent room size with a king size bed and the right amount of furniture for a young family without being cluttered. Toilet and sink accessible height for toddler. Tiles could be better though since they are rather slippery for a toddler. The shampoo smelt funky, so we never used it.

The noodle soup at breakfast each day was the best I had in hotel breakfasts in Vietnam. They change it slightly. Noodles are soft and silky fresh. They could provide an ice bucket for the vietnamese black coffee but I guess it will melt quickly since the public spaces aren't air conditioned.

Pool is a good size but the ledge isn't suitable for a toddler.

Lots of harmless lizards.

Their bicycle hire was convenient. The bike seat for my toddler was sturdy. They can provide bike locks too. It's a good location to cycle into old town over the bridge too.

Some days they would fold our pyjamas neatly on top of the bed and some days they wouldn't.

I would come again to stay.

spacious room with clean bathroom. floor was hardwood instead of the usual carpet so we could hear the upstairs occupants quite clearly if they drop things. buffet breakfast food, though free of charge with our stay, was not great.

hotel location was good - it was located away from the main street so it wasn't noisy in the morning. hoi an old town was also a short walk away.

staff were extremely helpful and kept offering to help us carry our bags. they also offered to help us call a driver to bring us to da nang. they quoted us 300k, which was comparable or even cheaper than grab. (we did not take them up on their offer as we were worried that the driver would demand additional payments and eventually decided to go with grab.)

overall a fantastic stay for the price.

Very nice hotel close walking distance to the river and old town with the boats and lanterns. Very comfortable room and bathroom. Pool was lovely with all the greenery, excellent breakfast and room service selection and very friendly staff.

Overall a nice convenient hotel

Beautiful hotel about 15 Min walk from the old town. Very convenient location and able to hire bikes for free to ride into town. The hotel is lovely, beautiful pool area. Breakfast buffet was nice. Room and bathroom was big and clean. The bed could have been more comfortable, it had a blanket underneath to make it softer but it was too small for a king bed so you felt like you would fall off the edges. Pillows not great either.

Tried the hotel spa for a whole body massage which was not good. The therapist appeared to not know what she was doing and caused me pain during the massage.

The property is a few blocks away from the main area and super walkable with lots of restaurants. The hotel restaurant was great. I really enjoyed this hotel but the only complaint was that my room had a really bad musty smell.
The staff are fantastic and very helpful. Anna at the bar was super friendly and she makes a great cocktail.

The best!!!!

This place is incredibly peaceful! Its also like a 5 minute walk to the village and they let you borrow bikes all day!!! Staff INCREDIBLY NICE! Will come again and highly recommend!!! We had to check out early morning to catch our flight, and they offered to make us a breakfast to-go since we wouldnt be able to have breakfast at the hotel! Thats so insanely noce and thoughtful! Really appreciate this hotel and all its staff!!

Great hotel a couple blocks from Old Hoi An so we could walk over all the time. Friendly helpful staff, especially the breakfast servers who always had friendly smiles. Loved that they had free bicycles to use (a bit old but functional), which we used to bike over to their sister property at the Silk village for the tour. Also, received a free day pass to their silk beach club along the beach, which was wonderful to relax one day. Perfect location. Like all hotels we've been to in vietnam, sound proofing is almost non existent so bring ear plugs if that is a problem. Construction next door was a bit annoying, but hopefully done soon. We stayed in Jan 2025. Restaurants and spas all nearby. Many rides can be arranged to /from Da Nang airport for fixed prices all advertised. Small fitness center. Nice pool and lounge area.

Only criticism is that I've stayed there six or seven times now and they don't keep visitor records of returning guests! Would be nice to have a welcome back/how good to see you again given all the money I've spent there since covid... Yeah, I'm spoiled, but it's the only aspect of the guest experience that doesn't match other properties at the same price point.

Amazing experience! Stayed for two nights and had a remarkable time. The room is very spacious. Service is really prompt and friendly. The buffet breakfast was good although not a lot of variety. The kids swam in the pool. My husband used their cute little gym. It’s enough for two people. It is quite dainty. The location is the best! Spa is incredible. Got absolutely spoiled! The free bike ride also adds a nice touch to our experience. Will definitely come back to this place!

Do not be fooled by this hotel’s photo’s, star rating and property description. The common areas, lifts and rooms are very dated and run down. The pictures on Expedia are misleading and it’s nothing like the hotel we saw or the rooms that we were given. The furnishings bedding and towels were old and shabby and there’s a building construction site next door with constant drilling and hammering. Overall it was so disappointing that we checked out within half hour of arriving, only to be told by the receptionist that we would not get a refund for our 2 nights accommodation, paid for in advance. Very disappointing hotel and service.

The most refreshing swimming pool in the world.

Close to all the attractions and the staff are great! The swimming pool is absolutely amazing! The room is very clean and beds are comfy. Great choice of food at breakfast as well...

The only thing that stopped me giving this 100% which bothered me, the general wifi is open and unsecured, come on it's 2024. However, in their defence they did give me secured wifi with a password. There is even a great laundry service across the road.

So close to perfection, but an easy fix! I will be back....Thank you!

We stayed here for 5 days, the hotel itself located just outside(literal 5 mins walk) the historic city. We were saved from the hustling and bustling of the night market area without being far away from it.

Staff explained and gave us intro about city when we checked in for the room. Room was spacious and clean, the balconies with the creepers vegetation was awesome. Breakfast was decent, enough spread and variety. Spa was great.

Our stay in the hotel really add to the whole experience in Hoi An.

The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were very helpful. I do however have two major concerns regarding the hotel.

The first is that they advertised a free beach shuttle. This however is not available and should be removed from the listing as it played a factor in me choosing the hotel while denying their customers the service.

The second concern is regarding the free bike rentals in that they are not safe to ride and someone that is not knowledgeable or experienced with bikes may get seriously hurt.

The hotel makes you sign a waiver that if something happens to one of their bikes, that the customer is on the hook for over $100. The bikes however are in poor repair.

Four of the bikes I tried did not have working breaks. I offered to show the employees how to fix these but they are not provided the tools necessary to maintain the bikes. Two of the four that I tried had flat tires. They do not have a pump at the hotel. Lastly, most of them looked like the bike chains had never been oiled. The result of this will be that a customer will take the bike out and get stranded when the chain breaks which by the look of their condition.

Overall, it's unfortunate that the hotel cut corners on the amenities and that for this reason, I dont feel it lives up to it's 4 star billing. The reception and building staff were excellent. The flaws in the hotel are from a hotel management level not delivering what they advertise.

The perfect hotel stay. Everything was just perfect, a beautiful place with a top level customer service. As part of the VIP Access they upgraded my room (a huge beautiful one), late checkout and an overall amazing treatment. The location of the hotel is just right, 5-10 minutes walk from the busy area, but somehow very quiet. I recommend to stay in this hotel to everybody, you really cannot go wrong.

We stayed in the suite overlooking the pool. The windows block out any noise and the room was comfortable and clean. Condition of the room is OK but could be improved much better. Overall stay was great, staff were friendly and breakfast spread was delicious.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Old Town.

Don't stay if you want peace and quiet.

A decent hotel but our stay was ruined due to lots of undisciplined children screaming constantly. One morning at 5.30am the pool was full of them going beserk. The staff couldn't have cared less and did nothing to stop the noise.
The pool area was too small and always in the shade. There was constant noise from people moving furniture above us. I cannot recommend this hotel.

We completely loved our 2 night stay at this hotel. We arrived early and despite this, we were checked in early, allowing us extra time in the beautiful pool on an extremely hot day. We really appreciated the peaceful environment. The buffet breakfast was lovely with an egg and noodle station. The happy hour afternoon dtinks by the pool were nice. The staff were welcoming, gracious and professional and offeted good advoce about local shopping, tips and traps. Our deluxe twin room on the 4th floor was spacious, quiet and nicely appointed with a large bathroom and great rainshower opening onto the balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely hotel! Perfect location close to the ancient town, lovely big room, great swimming pool and breakfast buffet. We also made the most of the free bicycles and cycled down to the beach (approx. 4km away). The staff were so helpful and it was just perfect for our time in Hoi An.

we like it that its pretty convenient within 7 min walk to the old town and that the hotel outside is pretty quiet. Compare to our Hue hotel at the same price... this place is disappointing. The building is old, the interior of the room is small and seriously the lighting in the room is so dim [ambient light] and really need replacement....i have problem finding things in my luggage. Breakfast is minimum....to say the least.

Lovely hotel within walking distance to the old town of Hoi An with all the shopping and night markets. The staff were super friendly and accommodating when we asked to change rooms (our room was facing a minor building site which was noisy) and the food at the hotel is delicious too. We truly enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely recommend. The only thing I would change is the music that is on repeat all day in the Lobby and pool area. It would be nice to hear something else than Adele on an acoustic guitar all day. But that's really a minor thing ;)

Nice hotel, great location, decent breakfast. Clean bathrooms, great shower. Liked they have bicycles to loan out (free, they have like 12 bikes, get yours first thing in morning before they run out). Very walkable to ancient town.

This hotel is very close to Hoi An ancient town which makes it perfect to return and freshen up before setting out again.
The staff are so helpful and go beyond making your stay pleasurable. Room are clean and tidy although I had a room overlooking the pool which at times was noisy. The breakfast was ok but could of offer more. This hotel is a decent accommodation.

We had a fantastic three days at the Mulberry Hotel, the staff is super helpful and kind, they did more than was respected to serve us. Comfy beds and pillows, very clean and bight!
Just a couple of blocks away from the river, the lanterns boat festival and night market which happens every night at sunset.
This is a modern, simple, charming hotel, nothing fancy, we think they deserve a whole 5/5

Wonderful stay and would highly recommend! The service upon arrival was welcoming and friendly. We were provided cold towels and ginger tea upon arriving, as well as given an orientation of the facilities, amenities, and surrounding area, which was very helpful. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. We appreciated the small details like slippers, robes, toothbrushes, etc.

The buffet breakfast was consistently good each day, with new dishes rotated in for variety. We especially enjoyed the made-to-order egg and noodle soup station. The fruits were tasty, and the yoghurt made with condensed milk was amazing— we had quite a few servings at each sitting. The pool and grounds were very pretty and green with lanterns decorating the tree over the pool.

All the staff, from front desk to bellboys, were friendly and always helped us with a smile. My only critique is that the shower and pool water were oftentimes too warm. Given the climate I’m not sure there’s much the hotel could do. It’s too bad they don’t have locations elsewhere in Vietnam— if they were a chain they would be an easy first choice.

This is the boutique hotel that exceeded my expectation. Great location, friendly staff, and nice facility, while sitting in a quiet corner. Breakfast provided everything to start a day, and happy hour SPA worth every penny. Booked through Expedia, and had extended my stay for the same reasons. Highly recommend and will stay again if visited in the near future.
